I did get the flu at the beginning of the year, but I've not gotten

And long story short, my like heart had a real reaction to the steroids.

It was probably one of the scariest things I've ever experienced in my life.

I was sitting completely calm, watching a Netflix special on like Netflix and chilling,

And I had this horrible episode that left me in the hospital for like almost 14 hours.

And now I have to wear this heart monitor attached to my like body.

It's like two to three weeks and it's just a saga and it's scary.

And it just reminds us that life is so precious.

And I'm so lucky.

That's really what, what it all comes down to is that I was very scared and it ended up just

And I didn't have any blood clots and I'm very, very fortunate.

And, and the entire time that I was there.

You're so lucky.

I just wanna say that, like I waited a really long time to get into the emergency room.

Like that was very, very stressful.

I had a very nice, it's never the nurse's fault.

It's not their fault that like, it takes so long to get back there, but like still,

And, and also the other thing I just wanna complain about.

So I'm very happy about the, having the heart monitor, because I know that

But the tape that adheres to your skin with this monitor, it's, it's very itchy.

It's very uncomfortable.

It, it, doesn't, it just like doesn't allow my body when I'm sleeping to like, be in

It's very annoying.

It's one of those things that I have to be aware of at all times that it's there.

Okay guys, she doesn't follow the rules all the time.

They told me I couldn't shower with it on like for 24 hours, but I don't know

I showered, like I'm not gonna not shower, but like I put a Ziploc bag over it.

So I'm like negotiating with a Ziploc bag while trying to clean myself.

We all need to be grateful for the moments that we're healthy.

because this is a pain in the ass.

And I just wanna go back to normal.

God willing.

I wanna heal up.

I wanna be fine.

And this is a little scary to think that.

So many aspects of my health, like my blood pressure and my heart rate that

Cause I went to the doctor right before I got COVID are now like elevated and I don't know,

and like a siren will go off and the cop light on top goes off.

And then like, if it happens two or three times in a row, then like it freezes the screen and

I, I like I, or it's like too large to fit in the tiny minuscule CVS bags

That's just like a random occurrence that really bothers me.

Speaking of heart rate, it makes me palpitate at a much higher frequency

This is Amber F's One-Star-Zinger influencer review for loom deodorant.

I keep seeing loom ad videos on YouTube and the woman who created it talks about how

She changed everything about deodorant end and acts as if she is the first.

Who has done this it's faults because apparently she never met the creators of Lavalin cream

She probably should have done more research before making that.

used Lavalin for years because it's a cream and a jar parentheses.

They also have roll on and you simply put it on and you can literally

Or even if life has gotten hectic slash busy, you're a single mom that has a

It works that well, kept mine on for 72 hours and not reapplied it.

And it does what loom claims to do.

It's cheaper of course, but it has no scent.

You can buy the foot cream or they have a deodorant cream parenthesis.

You truly can use either for any part of your body in parentheses.

And you put a small amount on and forget it.

They've been doing this for a long.

And it just feels like a rip off every time I see these loom videos claiming

That's great for her that she created a product and it would be fine if she were to create

She could literally be sued for that because her product is identical to lave in

You can use it on private parts, but you definitely can with it being that great

I just hate when new companies try to take credit for something that they didn't truly

It's shady.

That was such a turnoff in the ads to hear her brag and take credit for something that

I find it annoying that you're giving me an ad for another product on the looms page.

Couldn't you have just, first of all.

I don't even believe based on this review that Amber actually even tried the product.

It's almost like she's reviewing the ads.

so very interesting point because nowhere in the review does Amber

Well, it's also ensuring to me that Amber comes in hot at the top here saying

They also have it on a roll on like, it's like, wait, why are you, why are you screaming?

Because we don't even know where you're coming.

LUME is the first deodorant safe to use anywhere under your breast skin, fold

on the website itself, it breaks down.

Like these are what people like douches, like this is why like, douches

This is why vaginal gels are good or bad.

Like, it is not just like, oh, it doesn't have aluminum in it.

So you can use it there.

I think that the idea behind the cell and every single ad that I've had is

That's not just like, uh, it would probably be okay, cuz it doesn't have aluminum to use there.

We're creating a product that is specifically for that need and is created by a doctor.

There's so many Juin that don't have aluminum.

Now I Donn don't think that that's what Lumin is saying.

The issue is that they're saying that they're the first.

they kind of are, cuz I Donn, I, I can't think of any other deodorant that

Now that I'm hearing that I am sort of like, oh, maybe

Cause I, I don't wanna like roll the thing, like on my private area, but regardless who cares.

That is the only thing I'm willing to sort of give Amber F a little bit of a pass

I'm just trying to have a moment to scroll on Instagram and enjoy myself.

And I'm spammed by this ad.

And this is the time where it would just take me over the edge and I gotta do something about

And maybe, maybe that was what happened, but short of that,

Yeah, it is so weird that the image they attach to this review

Just, I mean, it's possible, like we've only really harped on how shady that is,

I want everyone to see this and be like, oh, what's this image.

Maybe it's coming from a positive place, but it just really does not read that way because Amber

E exactly like, and everything is a reinvention.

And if you cannot find a way to stand out in the crowd, I do believe that that is your fault.

I have no problem with this company, touting that they are the first deodorant that is intended,

If that really is the message that's intended in this ad.

And Amber has seen this ad so many times and keeps missing that one little key piece, or

So now they're so angry that this other one's claiming that because it's

Do you think there's any impact for you moving forward?

You know, a little bit of sadness for Lavalin for Lavalin,

And I don't really think that that's fair.

And I do feel bad that like, I'm not even giving it the time of day to listen

I looked up Amber F and as of today's recording, they have 468 reviews on influencer.

And today there have been an additional 16 reviews for loom.

So it's now 146 reviews.

Not, not 16 more from Amber, just 16 more.

And it's still rated at four stars.

I Donn know that's a little shady to me, Trey.

I Donn like, again, it's very hard with these elite reviewers or these repeat reviewers

To go on and write these reviews.

And that's why they have so many reviews or is this truly just somebody that like

Oftentimes depending on the style of the writer, especially with the Yelp elites, I can tell

They wanna be in it.

They like it with.

I don't know if Amber F was paid by lava land, if like, I'd be almost curious to take a

but that wasn't the case for loom.

And Amber was that angry.

Maybe you could like offer another suggestion of a product, which we don't really like on the show.

This one is blatantly going the other way.

If I am like, I would like to be more conscious of what I rub on my body.

At least Amber F has told me of another competitor that has maybe been in the game longer.

If I want to do more research on my own, I do think it is in, in very poor taste.

So that means you can get two items.

And I guess the intent is that you buy other things at regular prices, but I never do.

So I just keep going in and you can also leave and then come back, you know, later,

The caveat is that you can't use those coupons on already discounted sale products

So that's kind of a thing, but you can always get a 20% off your entire purchase

And I know this sounds like I work for them, but I don't.

I'm just obsessed.

And so you just do this multiple times, which I do.

And I have a million emails where I'm constantly getting coupons from JoAnn.

And then that applies to actually the discounted and clearance items.

So then if a product is already listed on sale for 40% off, if you apply

Um, but you just have to be careful because Joan.

Regular prices are actually generally higher than other places like Michael's for instance.

So I avoid trying to ever buy things, uh, from JoAnn's without a.

That said some Michaels actually take competitor coupons, which makes JoAnn's coupons.

That Michael's even more powerful because their prices are already lower.

But the Michaels near me stopped accepting JoAnn's coupons.

And I think it was because one time I went in five times in a day to get like paint fall for 50% off.

And I just kept changing my clothes in my hat.

So anyway, I guess that's a negative thing on Michael's, but a positive thing
