Welcome back to another edition of health hack. I've been talking a lot the last few sessions about the power of your unconscious mind. And there's something else that I really want to share with you. And that is that your mind doesn't know the difference between what you imagine is happening, and what is really happening, or what you envision for your future, versus what your reality is right now. And this is incredibly powerful you see, first you have to have the thought the idea, be able to envision it, attach emotion to that, and then your brain believes that's happening. Now. Your body is literally a robot of your mind. So what your mind can think your body will respond to, as well, because we are so interconnected. So where that is used is in the realm of hypnotherapy when we are creating behavioral change and making that very easy. Instead of relying on willpower to create the change, which we know doesn't work, because New Year's resolutions are all done before the end of February. And instead using the power of imagination and being able to envision it in our mind's eye, and then have the body respond. How cool is that. And a classic example of that is if you just close your eyes, and you imagine in great detail, a meal that you love eating. And notice, as you start thinking about that meal that is not even in front of you, you're just thinking about your favorite restaurant, the ambiance, the music that's playing, you can see the meal on your plate. And as you start to think about it, you can start tasting it and guess what happens, saliva starts flowing. And that's a biochemical reaction from your body as a result of the power of your mind, being able to imagine that. And so we use these tools, the power of your minds ability to imagine to see things in order to create change, to put quantum SMART goals into your future. So not just every old SMART goal that people are talking about all the time. But quantum SMART goals that are aligned with the way your unconscious mind works in order to put them in your timeline and let your unconscious mind your goal getter. Know that you haven't yet achieved that goal, but you want to so that it can get the resources to help you go get that as well as creating behavioral change, so that you can create new habits that better serve you. This is the power of your unconscious mind. And when you can tap into these tools and learn them for yourself. You can literally change your outcomes. It's a combination of your unconscious mind, your values, your beliefs, which impact your actions that get you the results. If you're not getting the results you want. It's because you're using your conscious mind and you're doing it the way you've been taught. There's nothing wrong with that except that isn't working what I mean when I say there's nothing wrong as you are not to blame, you only know what you know, except now you're here watching this video realizing there might be another way there might be more powerful tools and there are that are more effective, very gentle and get results quickly.
