solve it like that.

Sometimes it's not

quite as quick as that,

on to their problem,

they let it rattle

around in their head,

they sleep on it, they

think about things,

and bang, they come

was the only option

job with that.

So she went on this

very long journey.

And so she went on this

really long journey

of self discovery.

She almost

went through.

The grief curve, so the

grief curve basically

goes an incident,

something happens,

Speaker:

you go into denial.

Speaker:

You might resist a

Speaker:

bit and then you come

Speaker:

up the other side and

Speaker:

you have acceptance

Speaker:

of your circumstances.

Speaker:

I feel like she

Speaker:

went through

Speaker:

that grief curve.

Speaker:

She also decided to

Speaker:

go on medication.

Speaker:

She did try some

Speaker:

other things but she

Speaker:

ultimately decided to

go on some medication

and her ability to

Speaker:

focus was incredible.

Speaker:

But she would focus for

Speaker:

very long periods of

Speaker:

time and then she would

Speaker:

be absolutely spent for

Speaker:

the next three days.

Speaker:

And so what we had to

work on was her being

Speaker:

able to use that ultra

Speaker:

focus in a way that

Speaker:

works for her, but also

Speaker:

so she didn't have to

Speaker:

recover for three days.

Speaker:

And that took a bit

Speaker:

of getting used to.

Speaker:

I've been working

with her for four

Speaker:

years and we've been

Speaker:

on a massive roller

Speaker:

rollercoaster with it.

Speaker:

some days she would

Speaker:

turn up and she would

Speaker:

be very focused.

Speaker:

And other days you

Speaker:

could tell that she was

just struggling a bit.

Speaker:

and when she first got

Speaker:

tired, we talked about

what it is that she

Speaker:

needed from her coach.

And we agreed on the

days that she was

ultra focused, that

I would push and

help her to level up.
