Hey, fam.
Speaker AWelcome in to the out of Our Minds pod.
Speaker AIf you've landed on this episode, I'm assuming you are one that is in the creative act.
Speaker AToday we are diving into such a powerful conversation on what can arise within us when we are in the creative act.
Speaker AWe go down a whole kind of rabbit hole of talking about resistance and how to dance with that resistance and actually utilize it in a way that drops you even deeper into your creative act.
Speaker AWe talk about sacred geometry and its connection to this entire conversation, which is pretty bananas.
Speaker AYou're probably wondering how that ties in, but it does.
Speaker AWhat else did we talk about?
Speaker AOur own personal resistance in our creative act.
Speaker AI feel like we both healed a lot in this conversation.
Speaker ABella and I are both in the midst of our own creative act, and we get pretty raw and real about our own resistance that we've been facing.
Speaker AAnd you're going to heal through this conversation.
Speaker AIt's going to liberate you.
Speaker AYou're going to approach your creative act, understanding how it is you can relate to that resistance in a really beautiful, beautiful, expansive way.
Speaker ASo buckle up, prepare to be freed, and have fun.
Speaker AWe'll see you inside the episode.
Speaker BWhat's up?
Speaker BWelcome in, you beautiful creative genius being you.
Speaker BWelcome to the out of Our Minds podcast.
Speaker BI'm so happy that you're here.
Speaker BSo Nikki and I have been j jamming on creativity, the creative process, and what we call creator consciousness, which is effectively a person, a soul that is at the place in their human experience where they are prioritizing creat, creating their experiences, creating their reality, creating art, creating businesses, creating their life.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BRather than constantly being in loops of seeking or healing, you have really ascended on this path and you are in creator consciousness, and you've really brought along the best parts of all the other archetypes of the self that there are.
Speaker BAnd if you wanna know more about that, we do have a fantastic episode number one twelve.
Speaker BNo, 111.
Speaker AThat's the empath one.
Speaker AI'm pretty sure you're right.
Speaker AI think 112 is the.
Speaker AThe shift into creator consciousness.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BSo if you're interested in knowing more about those phases of consciousness, check out episode 112, because that's what really kicked off a bit of this creative series that we're doing.
Speaker BSo now that you are here as a creator being, I was just sharing with Nikki some really interesting downloads, if you will, and revelations I've been having lately about the creative act.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker BYeah, I feel called to give some personal background in A way of like who we are, if that makes sense.
Speaker BBecause the two of us have been on a incredible creative journey.
Speaker BThe last, the, the om.
Speaker BOut of our minds creative journey has specifically been a bit over two years.
Speaker BBut both of us have been on, on a creative journey for a long time.
Speaker BAnd when you pair the creative act with consciousness work, you truly access superhuman level because you confront so many aspects of the discomfort of resistance, but you're confronting it with the tool belt of consciousness.
Speaker BSo you really just reveal a lot about human nature itself.
Speaker BSo I'm just going to share a few of these revelations I've been having.
Speaker BWe're going to jam on them and hopefully they help you expand a little bit or shift out of something, or just remember a little something to help you keep moving and creating wherever you are in your journey.
Speaker BSound good?
Speaker ASound perfect?
Speaker BYou're like, I'm ready.
Speaker ASend it.
Speaker BAll right, so this first one has to do with genius.
Speaker BComing online now the topic of genius is probably my favorite of all time because I feel part of what I'm here to do is help myself and people to really ignite genius and see more genius expressed in the world.
Speaker BSo this is what I was contemplating on.
Speaker BAnd this has to do with someone who is kind of at that point where maybe you've been looking outside of yourself a lot for like an answer or something to confirm who you are and what you're here to do.
Speaker BAnd you want to be really good at what you do.
Speaker BYou want to be a master at it.
Speaker BSo in regards to genius, the more you try to pin yourself down into an understandable self expression, the less genius you're going to feel.
Speaker BSo allowing your innate potential to emerge without rigid self measurement is the key to allowing genius to flower.
Speaker BSo there's a lot in this and I just want to explain to you Nikki, where this is all coming from.
Speaker BSo there is a phenomenon in mathematics and quantum physics where basically the more you try to measure one element of a, I'm just going to call it an object, the harder it is to measure another aspect.
Speaker BSo the more specific, the more you observe and measure a specific aspect, it becomes difficult to understand the other element of it.
Speaker BAnd in quantum mechanic, quantum physics, this has to do with position and momentum.
Speaker BAnd the point is it unveils this element of uncertainty which is that it becomes difficult sometimes to really fully understand an object when you're so focused in on trying to measure it and be specific about it.
Speaker BSo when this translates over to a person's genius, what I was reflecting on is this dance that we do where you can think and reflect and almost like try to plan out who you are as this person, as this creator.
Speaker BPlan out your expressions in the sense of like the mind, the mental logic, thinking, trying to understand itself, but from a place of seeking certainty.
Speaker BLike I wanna feel okay, so let me try to understand myself.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BThat consciousness versus like understanding oneself in.
Speaker AA more.
Speaker BOpen ended way.
Speaker BWhen you think about genius at some point one just has to let it move and just be okay with the fact that you don't know what it's going to look like.
Speaker BSo by allowing innate potential to emerge without rigid self measurement, my thought here was to essentially let yourself move into just doing and being in a way that feels natural right now.
Speaker BAnd that that is what allows genius to emerge.
Speaker BRather than trying to make yourself make sense or if you're comparing yourself to somebody else, that's where you always end up feeling second best.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLike if you're trying to perfectly fit a strategy or an archetype of a person that you've seen do something before, you just always feel lacking.
Speaker BAnd that's because you're trying to make so certain and so known something that is very fluid and is kind of meant to be almost a surprise at the end.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI always get the visual of like the channel opening and whatever allows you to open that up.
Speaker ASometimes it is like someone jumping into a strategy that actually helps them be in tune with their genius.
Speaker AMm.
Speaker ASo it creates like the boundaries, it puts like the bumpers up on the bowling alley for them to kind of just go full send.
Speaker AAnd then there are some times where you need to really remove all of that thinking and mind and logic to just let the energy flow.
Speaker AIt's like whatever gets the motor going.
Speaker AAnd sometimes someone is so blocked that they need that strategy to actually be the rev up of the engine.
Speaker AYou know what I mean?
Speaker BTotally.
Speaker ABut yeah, this is like such a liberating thing to talk about because you realize that there's no amount of thinking that's going to get you to some sort of higher expression of your creative act.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker ABut that's the whole freaking dance.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd I think that's why we're so drawn to it.
Speaker AIt's like this journey of getting out of your mind and allowing yourself to literally be that channel.
Speaker ABut I'm just so curious for you, like when you're in that process and you hear those thoughts coming up that are telling you that you should be do something, doing something a certain way or maybe comparison, what is that moment, like for you, like how do you relate to that?
Speaker BIt's this energy that's saying whatever is happening right now within like, like let's, let's say this is my.
Speaker BThe.
Speaker BMy inner voice is like, hey, whatever you're doing right now, it's probably wrong.
Speaker BIt's not going to work, it's not right.
Speaker BYou should try something different because this sucks.
Speaker BAnd that voice is rooted in this like comparison and it's view rooted in this fear of not knowing like where the creation is headed.
Speaker BAnd there's a new element of how I've been relating to this.
Speaker BAnd then there's what's been working and will continue to work.
Speaker BBut it's been a process of the past for me which is I always imagine like there's a center, there's a me that is full whole, knows what's up, knows what to do.
Speaker BAnd then there's all this like buzzing around me that gets really annoying and I start to like lasso onto it.
Speaker BSo if I just imagine like shushing all of that away.
Speaker BAnd I will sometimes use a contemplative practice, which is how I would use human designer gene keys to like speak to my soul.
Speaker BCuz I don't view these things as like it's a rule book that's going to, I'm going to open up, it's going to be like, yeah, make a YouTube video like this.
Speaker BLike I'll like.
Speaker BI don't know if that's how anybody ever thinks of it, but the point is to like wake something up in me that's already there and it's just like using a different avenue to get there.
Speaker BSo I start to accumulate ways that I know my soul response and my soul gets back in the driver's seat.
Speaker BSo sometimes that's the unplugging effect.
Speaker BUnplug from people or consumption that is feeding that voice.
Speaker BAnd then if I want to be more in the me that is Bella Solenot, that's where those tools of like contemplating who I am, what is my soul here to do.
Speaker BBut that is all happening in like the comfort of my own heart and mind.
Speaker BDid I answer your question?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker AI'm just curious more on.
Speaker ABecause we all have our own ways of how we relate to those moments of feeling.
Speaker ALike we're trying to figure it out or overanalyze or.
Speaker AYeah, yeah, like what you kind of beautifully depicted with the like the phenomenon of not being able to get totally clear on something and then zooming in on one part and then the rest becomes Unclear.
Speaker AThere's just, like, an allowance that gets to be made, and I feel like that's the main energy of it.
Speaker AAnd I've been finding in my own journey that when you dance with those energies, they actually become a part of the process in, like, a really beautiful way.
Speaker AAnd if you just think about this neutrally, those are just energies, right?
Speaker ABut we're creating this whole story around them, and we attach words to what it is that they mean.
Speaker ABut I'm feeling into this huge opportunity of, like, what if we just started to label those energies as something different?
Speaker ALike, what if they actually were something that tuned us even more into the present moment?
Speaker AAnd it's like when you do meditations where you're listening to, like, an audio track, and they start playing noises of, let's say, like, birds or nature, and they're telling you to, like, focus on those noises and to observe them.
Speaker ASometimes I feel like when those voices come up and the resistance arises, there's a way to actually use it to, like, drop even deeper into the present moment and into the seat of the observer.
Speaker ALike, in those meditative states, you're observing the fact that you're observing the birds chirping, and in that moment, you're recognizing, oh, wait, I am the observer.
Speaker AI am the one witnessing all of this.
Speaker AAnd I found in my own process that.
Speaker AThat acceptance and awareness and just allowing it to be and not even going down the hole, like, what is it that I need to heal about myself right now?
Speaker AWhich is something that I very much used to do because that was, like, fun and immersive for me to then go down the hole thinking of, like, what is it that I'm believing about myself right now?
Speaker ABut now I'm just understanding there's a ton time and place for that.
Speaker AAnd I'm not going to bring that into my creative process.
Speaker AAnd I'm going to let the creative process, like, really heal me through the action.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, I invite you guys to think about, like, when that resistance arises or when you're trying to, like, figure something out.
Speaker AWhat if those voices were just there to drop you deeper into the voice that knows it doesn't need to figure anything out.
Speaker AYou know what I mean?
Speaker ALike, it becomes a.
Speaker ALike a funneling system where you're hanging out on the top of the funnel, being like, wow, it's so loud and noisy up here.
Speaker AAnd then you're like, oh, wait, this is a funnel.
Speaker AI can just slide down, and it starts to get even more locked in.
Speaker AAnd there have been nights where I'M like, sitting on my couch and I'm doing this YouTube challenge with myself.
Speaker AAnd I fully know that there are some videos I'm making where I'm, like, feeling so creative, and then other ones where I'm, like, just learning about the process and having fun editing the videos.
Speaker ABut those voices, I'm like, really learning that they will tell you things that feel so real, where you can collect all the evidence in front of you as to why they're true.
Speaker AAnd this is where resistance with the creative act gets so trippy because you can have the thoughts coming up, and they're not just thoughts.
Speaker AYou could literally have a list of evidence as to why it is.
Speaker AIt would be more beneficial for you to attach on to that.
Speaker AAnd I've had moments like this throughout these past few weeks of doing this challenge with myself where I'm getting so aware of, like, after I move through the creative process and I'm more reflective of what's going on.
Speaker AIt's wild.
Speaker AI don't know if I'm taking this in a different direction now, but I just feel like I want to share this.
Speaker AWhen you have a belief system that, like, you don't know enough or you can't do something, the universe will craft the perfect experience with, like, the people and the mirrors and the reflections.
Speaker ASo when you're in that creative act and the voices are coming up, it's so comical and just amazing how this simulated experience works.
Speaker AThat resistance can feel so real.
Speaker ALike, when I say feel real, it's not just a string of words.
Speaker AIt's like a string of words.
Speaker ABut wait, no, it's real because of this, this, and this.
Speaker AAnd then you're like, in this, you can be in this mental war being like, wait, no, I need to prove these.
Speaker AThese thoughts wrong.
Speaker AI need to fight them.
Speaker ABut you can't fight them because you actually were living in that reality where those thoughts are probably like, you have the evidence.
Speaker AIt gets trippy.
Speaker AAnd this is where just ultimate allowance and acceptance and zooming out and just realizing that you can relate to them differently is.
Speaker AYeah, it's literally a life hack.
Speaker AAnd I. I really do feel like you kind of become unstoppable.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker BIt really is.
Speaker BThey're all just sensations and colors.
Speaker BLike, they're just moving pieces.
Speaker BAnd what you're speaking to is radical liberation and radical allowance of things to just be.
Speaker BAnd I'm just feeling into how powerful this is as a creator, because I just gonna be really honest.
Speaker BToday is a day where that mental chatter for me Is like, going bananas.
Speaker BI'm like, what is going on?
Speaker BAnd I know what's going on.
Speaker BIt's because I'm in an expansion phase.
Speaker BI'm.
Speaker BYeah, we're both creating.
Speaker BAnd, like, we are.
Speaker BWe've.
Speaker BWe've had this, like, arrival and settling in of our next level, but we're continuing to expand.
Speaker BAnd it's so much of it is this, like, internal evolution of who we think ourselves to be as humans and creators.
Speaker BAnd when you are in expansion, the mind and the sensation colors, they go bananas.
Speaker BThey go.
Speaker ANo, it's wild.
Speaker BIt's wild.
Speaker BBut what you just pointed out is when that is happening, this is like the core teachings and things.
Speaker BAnd what's wild is since I've.
Speaker BThese are the core teachings and things that, like, gently continue to move you along when this is happening.
Speaker BAnd what I was bringing up is what's wild is ever since I've started to study sacred geometry, I keep picturing the flower of life in my head whenever I'm coming up against resistance or something.
Speaker BBecause if you can recognize this divine pattern that's always happening, it is much easier to then allow and accept all of the sensations and colors that are swirling around you.
Speaker BBecause when you draw the circles and we're gonna do, I think a more like a big, proper episode on me explaining and us riffing on, like, patterns of creation.
Speaker BBut the more reps you get in of creating your thing, and when it comes to drawing the flower of life, you're like, drawing these concentric circles and you keep going and going.
Speaker BAnd every time you're doing a new circle, you are traversing an unknown which is like the part of the paper that doesn't have anything on it.
Speaker BAnd you have to go past the known form.
Speaker BThis is the essence of creation is like, you're in a set format.
Speaker BYou have preferred pathways that your brain wants to fire.
Speaker BYou have preferred pathways that you literally want to move about your reality.
Speaker BLike, you have the way that your desk is set up.
Speaker BThis is why we, like, move the furniture in our room.
Speaker BSometimes things get into this set pattern, and then an urge of universal intelligence, otherwise known as, like, maybe your intuition speaking to you comes along and wants you to move.
Speaker BAnd the second you start moving, you feel uncomfortable because it's unknown.
Speaker BAnd you're about to pass the edge of the known form that you've created.
Speaker BBut in order to continue creating and expanding your consciousness, you gotta keep moving.
Speaker BAnd once you just get past and you.
Speaker BWhat's gonna happen is you're gonna swirl back into the known form.
Speaker BAnd that's going to become part of the new thing you create.
Speaker BSo, so beautiful in the way that it relates to resistance.
Speaker BThis is what I've been using as this, like, guiding force to ground me into.
Speaker BEvery time I feel that voice, the resistance, the emotions, the whatever, the story's coming up, you don't have to do something about them.
Speaker BYou just keep moving.
Speaker BAnd you.
Speaker BYou relate to the whole process in a way that you see it as harmonic, and you see it as all of it is beautiful.
Speaker BInstead of like, no, this can't happen.
Speaker BThis needs to happen.
Speaker BLike, no, it's all part of creation is to.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BGo to the edge of what, you know, feel uncomfortable as your ego's gonna scream and it's gonna say, hey, take me back to square one, to circle one.
Speaker BI felt really safe there.
Speaker BAnd then God is like, nah, keep going, and kicks you over the edge.
Speaker BAnd then all of a sudden, you create a new form, and you're like, wow, this is beautiful.
Speaker BLet's do it again.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker AI was literally imagining the drawing as you were talking.
Speaker AAnd if you guys are not connecting with what we're talking about, the flower of life is.
Speaker AImagine the drawing of a circle.
Speaker AThen you go to the center of that circle, and then you start drawing another circle.
Speaker AAnd that's what Bella's alluding to is, like, you're stretching from the center of where you were.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AThe center of the circle, your current awareness.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd then you go to the edge of.
Speaker BSo imagine there's a center point, and then you imagine that there's a big circle drawn around it.
Speaker BSo center point and a big circle around it.
Speaker BThat center point is quote, unquote, you in this scenario, then you would move that point to the edge of the circle, so on the circumference, like the outside.
Speaker BAnd then that becomes your new center point awareness.
Speaker BAnd you draw a new circle around that center point.
Speaker BAnd then you keep going and you follow where the new ver.
Speaker BVertice, the new vertex is of the circle you just created.
Speaker BLike, if you have two circles overlapping, there's going to be two vertices.
Speaker BAnd when you go to that point and then you do it again, you repeat this process.
Speaker BYou keep going and going and going.
Speaker BThat's how the flower of life is drawn.
Speaker BAnd it's.
Speaker BThis is like the literal mechanics of creation.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker BThat's why this pattern and these analogies, they literally cause a remembering in you and an expansion in you, because you recognize that your whole life, this is what's Been happening.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AEven as I'm listening to you, I just feel this peace.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AThere's like, no need to even be anything other than what we're experiencing.
Speaker AWhether it's the discomfort of stretching out of that.
Speaker AI'm just seeing the beauty in it.
Speaker AI know you pointed this out recently where you're like, I just feel so much acceptance.
Speaker AAnd, like, you see the beauty in the shadows and the process.
Speaker AAnd I feel like when you apply that to the creative process, you just find this, like, liberation in allowing whatever the F is coming up to just be.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd there's this peace in that.
Speaker AI'm imagining us as these beings, like, without limitations.
Speaker AWe would just be creating out of thin air, Right?
Speaker ALike, manifest this and that and, like, there'd be no such thing as time, and it would just, like, show up and you'd just be in it.
Speaker ASometimes I imagine us on this spectrum of, like, remembering all the way up to that point where we're here.
Speaker AAnd it feels so funny that, like, we're learning how to create and our souls are like, okay, pick up the pen.
Speaker AAnd we're like, no, we can't do it.
Speaker AAnd they're like, yeah, yes, you can.
Speaker AIt's coming through you.
Speaker ALike, just allow it to come through you.
Speaker ALike, I'm imagining someone that, like a being that's in the other realms, like a little kid learning how to create, like, through just powers and manifestation.
Speaker AAnd they're like, it's in the intention and the energy.
Speaker AJust let it come through you.
Speaker ALet it travel through you.
Speaker AAnd they're like, okay.
Speaker ALike.
Speaker AAnd they're learning how to just get out of their own way.
Speaker AWe're at le level one.
Speaker ABeing, like, here, play with matter and create this sound.
Speaker AYou want to play with sound?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BThis can come.
Speaker BIt's a trip.
Speaker BIt's like, yeah, yeah.
Speaker BNo, it's wild.
Speaker BAnd when you.
Speaker BThis is like.
Speaker BThis is next level, though.
Speaker BLike, the next level.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLevel one, level two, whatever is when you can recognize the repeating pattern of it.
Speaker BAnd that's what allows you to have this feeling of peace.
Speaker BThis is what I've been feeling is washing over me and is becoming a new baseline frequency that I exist at is.
Speaker BIt's.
Speaker BThis is.
Speaker BThis is like the definition of enlightenment.
Speaker BIt's like, you're like.
Speaker BThe more you bring awareness to and that you see, truly see as this is.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BIs that as above, so below, as within, so without.
Speaker BYou're like, oh, it's all.
Speaker BAll connected, all this.
Speaker BI'm another you.
Speaker BLike, that just Keeps going.
Speaker BAnd you walk around just feeling that connection and peace.
Speaker BAnd then when you come to make a YouTube video or whatever it is, and your mind is like, about it, you're like, all good, buddy.
Speaker BThis is part of the creative act.
Speaker BBut it's just, it's.
Speaker BI just think it's really beautiful to speak to that too, for anyone listening.
Speaker BLike, for me and you, we've, you know, this is like our 40 millionth time at this rodeo, and yet still.
Speaker AOh, it doesn't stop.
Speaker AIt doesn't.
Speaker AI'm having nights when I'm laying in bed and Peter will be like, going off to sleep and I'm like, oh, no, don't fall asleep.
Speaker AI'm like, I feel so anxious right now.
Speaker AAnd then he'll.
Speaker AHe's like asleep and I'm sitting there and I literally feel myself expanding.
Speaker AAnd in the past, I feel like I would have freaked out with the anxiety and the energy, but now I'm just seeing it for what it is.
Speaker AI'm like giving my mo a moment to myself to really reflect on the fact that I'm stretching, I'm expanding.
Speaker AI have these voices coming in every once in a while with.
Speaker AI don't know if you ever feel this, but we are really putting ourselves out there with our podcast, especially with Off Record, the exclusive podcast, which if you want to sign up for, you can become a member.
Speaker BYeah, no, that's a good place to plug it, honestly, because we have conversations that are kind of like this energy, but even deeper and more specific.
Speaker AJust more personal, too.
Speaker AAnd personal.
Speaker AI'm finding my edge with sharing myself online, where I set an intention this year to be uninhibited with the way that I express myself.
Speaker AAnd I am testing that out.
Speaker AI'm talking about my life.
Speaker AI'm talking about stuff that I'm just finding my edge with.
Speaker AAnd sometimes I'm laying in bed and I'm thinking about the fact that there is so much content online between the two and a half years of podcast episodes.
Speaker AThe off record podcast, my YouTube, my Instagram, my Tick Tock, there's just infinite.
Speaker AAnd sometimes I lay there in bed and I'm like, oh, my God, this is a lot of my.
Speaker BThat's a lot to think about, especially from the perspective of if you're having anxious sensations, because then that will color that whole observation in a specific way.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker ABut then I find the beauty in it, because I'm sitting here thinking about where I'm being pulled to, like the vision that I see myself in with Sharing my life and being uninhibited and allowing that freedom to express.
Speaker AThat's putting me on this soul journey of remembering that, like, I'm getting all the codes on how you can't ever control someone's perception of you.
Speaker ALike, even if you were to not create and not share yourself, people are still going to perceive you how they're meant to be, which is all divine.
Speaker ASo it just is a fucking trip.
Speaker AAnd I'm seeing how beautiful it is that this is my, excuse me, current expansion point.
Speaker AAnd I get it.
Speaker ALike, those voices that you're talking about, they can feel so loud sometimes.
Speaker AAnd I cannot even imagine how many artists and creators have thrown away their craft and have allowed those voices to win.
Speaker AThat breaks my heart.
Speaker AAnd I will not be one of those.
Speaker BDude, this is why we're doing what we're doing.
Speaker BLike, this is our fucking mission.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BIs to not just be creating things and making works of art and businesses and all the things that we do, but to also speak the codes and invite people into a world where they can understand what's happening.
Speaker BAnd when you understand what's happening, that's where, like, the genius flourishes.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI'm feeling into the power of this.
Speaker BI'm feeling really grateful that this is the direction this conversation went in.
Speaker BAnd, yeah, I think for anyone, like, just give yourself some credit for a second, like, we just did, that we're expanding.
Speaker BWe're feeling the expansion symptoms.
Speaker BAnd it's a sign, though, like, take this is where you.
Speaker BYou make the meaning, right?
Speaker BLike that reel we posted where the whole game here is to make the meanings that expand you and the meaning we make out of these moments of discomfort, the ego raging, whatever you want to call it, is to say, hey, good job, you're expanding.
Speaker BYou're doing something dope.
Speaker BLike, you are moving awareness and matter and consciousness, you're creating, which means you're aligning with the true nature of this universe.
Speaker BThat's badass.
Speaker BSo that meaning is going to propel you upward and onward versus, oh, my ego is uncomfortable.
Speaker BI'm going to stop.
Speaker AYeah, please don't stop.
Speaker BDon't stop.
Speaker BSeriously.
Speaker BAnd I just really want to speak to how hardcore relate to this, because today, literally, today I was editing a video, and the whole time my mind is like, bella, what is this?
Speaker BWhat are you even saying?
Speaker BThis is dumb.
Speaker BWho do you think you're trying to be right now?
Speaker BAre you just trying to do the on and on and on?
Speaker BI'm sitting there, I'm just like, I'm Observing this.
Speaker BI'm just, like, editing.
Speaker BI'm just like, thank you for your commentary.
Speaker BIt's so real.
Speaker BAnd this is happening because, like, Nikki just spoke to.
Speaker BWe're expanding.
Speaker BThis world that we're building is growing, and not just in, like, a metric sense, but in the.
Speaker BIt's like I'm seeing just our two beings are like, whoa.
Speaker BWe're, like, starting to get into a different type of tango here.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BLike, going to the edge of our known dance floor.
Speaker BI'm writing a book, for God's sake.
Speaker BLike, I'm feeling this stretch, and I'm like, should.
Speaker BI'm telling people that I'm doing this, People are gonna want to know what is coming out.
Speaker BLike.
Speaker ASo who cares?
Speaker ALike, that's the thing that I'm.
Speaker BIt doesn't stop you.
Speaker AThis is the most liberating part of all of this, is the worry about what other people will perceive of you.
Speaker AAnd I think this connects to what you brought up at the first point of, like, trying to be understood.
Speaker AAnd the more that you're trying to be understood with the art that you're creating or whatever it is that you're creating, that is where you get lost in the sauce.
Speaker AYeah, truly.
Speaker AAnd this is what I'm practicing with.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AI'm doing a certain series on my YouTube called Tea Time Chats with Nikki, and I, like, made a separate playlist with this, and I've only done one of them so far, but I'm just not in the channeling state.
Speaker AI'm not in the teaching state, and I'm just acting like there is someone in the room where I'm talking to them.
Speaker AAnd it's a really powerful practice for me to just not care what people think about me.
Speaker AAnd I'm practicing with, like, the editing, not cutting things out.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, it's just, like, very conversational, very relaxed, very just me.
Speaker ANot to say that when I'm teaching, I'm not me.
Speaker AI'm just in a certain state.
Speaker AWhen I'm channeling, I'm in a certain energy where it's more of, like, soul guidance coming through.
Speaker AAnd when you let yourself create with ego, with shadows, like, however the heck it wants to come out, even if it feels, like, crusty.
Speaker AIf you're, like, editing something and you're like, this feels like a bit crusty.
Speaker ALiterally, who cares?
Speaker AWho cares?
Speaker AThis is what I'm realizing.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AEverything's neutral.
Speaker AAnd when you think about even posting something on YouTube, like, We hold ourselves back because we think it needs to Be this masterpiece doing this challenge, I've realized, wow, everything's actually really neutral.
Speaker AAnd if I post a video that I'm just posting a video because I'm learning how to use the microphone on my camera or I'm learning how to edit on Cap Cut on my desktop, and I'm just having fun with it.
Speaker AIt's so neutral.
Speaker AYou can compare it.
Speaker ALike, you cook dinner, and if you're a chef and you cook dinner for your partner and they're like, oh, I don't really like this, you're going to take it so personal.
Speaker ABut if you're not a chef and you're like, whatever, I just cooked dinner and I tried out this new recipe.
Speaker AIt's the same experience.
Speaker AYou just interpret it different.
Speaker ASo I'm taking this whole, like, perspective on creation where I'm realizing how serious I used to make it, where it had to be this thing, and I had to be understood.
Speaker AAnd now I'm like, I'm going to actually just do this for me.
Speaker AI'm going to set up this section of my YouTube to be about me practicing sharing my voice, practicing being a bit more me, and I'm just going to focus on my creative process and make it very selfish and internal for now.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker AAnd that just removes everyone else.
Speaker ALike, wow, what kind of world would you live in if even someone hating your video didn't mean anything about who you are?
Speaker AWhich is, like, the fact of what's really happening, like, it doesn't change you.
Speaker AWho gives a fuck, dude?
Speaker BThat's what you just explained is so powerful because it's energetically is drawing all of the back into the creation itself.
Speaker BAnd then you're honing in even more to say.
Speaker BTo say, how about I just make this video about playing with Cap Cut, like you just said.
Speaker BHow about I just make this one about this?
Speaker BAnd yeah, this is such a good checkpoint for people because I have the same.
Speaker BWe all.
Speaker BI think we can all relate to this, where you get a little too.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BYou just sometimes feel like you're focused, being drawn out to.
Speaker BLike, I wonder if anyone's gonna like this.
Speaker BI wonder how this.
Speaker BWell, it's gonna do.
Speaker BThere's a time and place for all of that.
Speaker BBut then being like, okay, like, how about I do this for me?
Speaker BAnd I'm thinking about, like, after this recording, going back in to finish editing that video and making it about even just the process of being with the discomfort be like, you know what?
Speaker BHow about I just sit here for another 20 minutes with these voices and be like, what up, dog?
Speaker BCome grab some tea.
Speaker BLet's just keep adding video.
Speaker BAnd I just commit to posting it just to show myself that I could do it.
Speaker BLike, that's, that's what we're speaking to is that level of creation.
Speaker BThis is applied to like you're starting a business and you're selling your first product and you're like, I, I.
Speaker BThe voice in my head says, this is the shittiest product in the world.
Speaker BPut it out there.
Speaker BIf it's what you just spent three years doing, like, you're not going to like, that's the process.
Speaker BAnd then you can always fix it, iterate it later.
Speaker BBut this brings you back to the creative act and that's what it's all about at the end of the day.
Speaker BAll about at the end of the day is just create, move, be with your awareness, move to the edge, see what comes up and then zoom out, enjoy what you've made and then get the back in there.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AIt's like, imagine the analogy I gave of the other being in the other realm learning how to just manifest with the power of their energy.
Speaker AImagine a teacher being like, okay, just like create and play.
Speaker AAnd they're sitting there thinking, oh, but the thing I'm going to create is not going to be liked by my mom or little Johnny in the corner.
Speaker AAnd the teacher's sitting there trying to get the little boy to just create and let him know it doesn't matter.
Speaker AThis is the process of creation.
Speaker AYou're finding more about, finding out more about yourself, your energy, your abilities, how it is that you have your own particular way of creation.
Speaker AIt's the process of learning that that is something I've really been giving myself the big fat permission slip with.
Speaker AAnd you learn so much about yourself, truly.
Speaker ALike when you really let go of caring how it's going to be perceived, how many views it's going to get, how many likes it's going to get.
Speaker AAnd I think that the more you do that, that is where this is the.
Speaker AYou can imagine one of those charts where it just starts to collide and go in the other direction.
Speaker AIt's like give less of a. I don't even know.
Speaker AI'm not gonna try and yeah, bend my mind to try and explain that.
Speaker ABut it's ironic because the less you care about what other people think about you, the more you actually get to know your own demons.
Speaker AYou put a few things out that are more so from the energy of the demons, whatever, who cares?
Speaker AYou figure out.
Speaker AYou learn about it.
Speaker AAnd then you start having this dance where that is where your authenticity is actually birthed.
Speaker AAnd that's, I'm telling you, like, whatever kind of result your mind needs to be happy with that, ironically, is the path there.
Speaker ABut it's not even about that.
Speaker AIt's about you.
Speaker AYour expression, and you feeling comfortable with the way that you're sending out your powers, creating.
Speaker AAnd to get there, it's through the discomfort.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker BThis conversation shifted something in me.
Speaker BAnd I'm just having so many, like, revelations and pings and.
Speaker BYeah, wow, dude.
Speaker BThe creative act is like, that's it.
Speaker BThat's the whole point.
Speaker BI'm just feeling into, like, this whole journey.
Speaker BLike, it's all just helping you to get back to yourself, to know thyself, to understand your form, and to align with the one.
Speaker BAnd I was just thinking again about that famous part from the Matrix with the Oracle.
Speaker BAnd, you know, someone told you, hey, Nikki, here's how it's gonna go with your YouTube.
Speaker BYou're gonna gain this many subscribers at this rate, in two years, this is going to happen.
Speaker BYou're gonna have this bullet moment, and then you're gonna get booked for this thing.
Speaker BYou're gonna speak on this st. You'd be like, okay, cool.
Speaker BThe point is for you to jump back into the place you're at now and to just go through the process of discovery to figure out why and how and who you are through all of that.
Speaker ASo that's why we're here.
Speaker BThat's why we're here.
Speaker BThis is what.
Speaker AIt's literally the fun of it.
Speaker BThis is what I'm.
Speaker BNo, this is what I'm picturing is like, why we are here, why we are creating, why this is all happening is to just be in the process and to discover the self and discover the nature of the universe.
Speaker BLike, this is ultimately why you get the vision, why this, why that.
Speaker BLike, and it's just really beautiful and liberating to remember that because it gives you that perfect balance of realizing it's not actually about you or the outcome, but also make it about the process, because that's the whole damn point.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd I'm just, like, seeing all of these artists and creators and people and, like, visualizing our omis out doing the thing and the liberation and the fire that comes from knowing why all these things are happening and to see the divinity in them.
Speaker BIt just never ceases to inspire me.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASomething that's really liberating and it connects to what you're saying is I brought this up in the portal when I was Talking about my YouTube journey to the group.
Speaker AHow, yes, we are these powerful beings that gets to tune into an energy now and access that state of being in the now.
Speaker ABut there's something really liberating about remembering the fact that we are on an energetic expansion journey.
Speaker AAnd I imagine that we actually have certain limitations that we're choosing to experience, to learn.
Speaker AAnd in the creative act, we can put so much pressure on ourselves to be at some sort of finish line with the way that we're in flow and how we're creating and how we're sounding and what we're making.
Speaker ABut when you see almost that linear path, like you let yourself play with the the game of time and you see the linear journey, you can look back also at past experiences where you can see the linear growth you experienced.
Speaker AWhy would now be any different?
Speaker AYou're still on that same growth journey of learning and evolving.
Speaker AYou could speed it up by just freaking creating.
Speaker AI just find so much peace in knowing that, yeah, there's gonna be moments where in three years you look back and you're like, damn, I've grown so much, I've evolved.
Speaker ABut that's not a bad thing.
Speaker ASo now if you can sense that there's an opportunity to be like better and to do better, see it as something beautiful that you'll get to grow into and then reflect back and be like, damn, I've come a far way.
Speaker AAnd again, that's just a neutral thing to be in the present moment of your creative act and to feel and know like I could sit here in my room and have the vision of me vlogging and just having more to vlog about, honestly, because I really don't have that much to vlog when I'm here in Arizona.
Speaker AAnd I'm sure I could do this on like hikes and stuff.
Speaker ABut there's something in me where I'm just wanting to teach.
Speaker AI'm wanting to warm myself up to being on the camera.
Speaker ABut there has been a voice in me that's been showing me what it is I eventually will create.
Speaker AAnd as I'm making these videos, I can very much see the gap.
Speaker ALike, I can see it very clearly in front of me.
Speaker ABut instead of putting pressure on myself to close that gap right now, I'm recognizing that what if me creating this is what allows me to expand into the being that can even hold the ability to be able to do X, Y and Z?
Speaker AThat's in the so called future.
Speaker AAnd I Think there's a way to play with time existing.
Speaker AThere's a way to play with time not existing that just suits the part of the ego that wants to like, be good at something.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AYou know what I mean?
Speaker BYep.
Speaker BTotally.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AThis was healing for me.
Speaker BThis was.
Speaker BMe too.
Speaker BMe too.
Speaker BI'm like, well, I needed this conversation.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BI'd love to just read to rap.
Speaker BWe don't have to riff on these, obviously, but just read the other things that came through because I.
Speaker BWe actually talked about them.
Speaker BSo it's just, I think a beautiful way to start to close out.
Speaker BBut we talked about this, which was at some point it becomes about the doing.
Speaker BBecause you can't think your way to genius.
Speaker BEventually it has to move in order to create something.
Speaker BAnd that's where we're talking about like the whole flower of life image and that in order for it to create something, like, you gotta move.
Speaker BAccepting ambiguity in the unknown.
Speaker BI feel like you just spoke to this as well.
Speaker BWith playing that game of time or no time, linear journey, nonlinear non linear journey, and allowing yourself to like, feel like a beginner, to feel like a pro.
Speaker BLike, all of that can just take place in one day.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BIn this creative life.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BThe existence of so many potentials and possibilities reinforces that your best pathway will be illuminated by intuition, which is that subtle.
Speaker BAh, my handwriting is so unhinged.
Speaker BSometimes I know you relate to this when you're like channeling and you're like, what the does that say?
Speaker BSo in regards to intuition, which is that subtle force that differentiates your location on this plane, that is how you express genius.
Speaker BSo then I drew a diagram of if again, you identify with that center point that's in the middle of the circle.
Speaker BIf this is you, the decision to move and therefore to create is intuition led.
Speaker BAnd that's how the magical forces guide you.
Speaker BSo as a creative being, the genius, the authenticity, like that unique thing comes through when you hone in on the intuitive voice, the inner compass that you have that's gonna move you in that direction.
Speaker BLike how you're doing with how you decide what video to make, what concept to create.
Speaker BToday.
Speaker BIt's very intuitive.
Speaker BLed.
Speaker BWhich one is expanding you more?
Speaker BWhich one does your, you know, you get an instinct hit on and that back to the many potentials.
Speaker BLike, that's how you experience your individuated life.
Speaker BBecause there's the.
Speaker BThe whole point is like there are literally a billion potentials, but you are here to experience a certain number of them, a certain flavor of them.
Speaker BHow?
Speaker BBy listening to your intuition.
Speaker BThat's how like you get the God informed path.
Speaker BLike that's how God creates your life plan is just listen to the guidance that you're being given.
Speaker BOkay, then the last one about resistance.
Speaker BResistance is simply your tendency to tread over the same preferred pathway that you've been doing.
Speaker BAs usual, creation challenges that because it asks you to go on a new pathway.
Speaker BAnd there you can just understand like why resistance is a thing and why it's even just a reflection of your current wiring of yourself.
Speaker AWow, that's good.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd to know that like it speaks up at the edge because that's what it's designed to do.
Speaker BAnd it's just a choice of oh, but let me explore this new pathway that resistance just tells me is uncomfortable.
Speaker BYeah, it's going to tell you it's uncomfortable because resistance just fires over preferred pathways again and again and again until you show it a new pathway.
Speaker BAnd that's what creation does.
Speaker AThat's literally creation, evolution, expansion.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AWhen you were talking about the resistance, I'm imagining when you're drawing the circle, you start at the center and then you go to the edge.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd resistance would be wanting to just stay along the same circle, like in that same pattern, right?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AI'm imagining like on a subconscious wiring level with the mind.
Speaker AIt's like those neural connections that have been firing and wiring for how many years that just preserve energy by staying on that same pathway.
Speaker AIt's like the analogy of going down a snow covered hill on a sled and you're in the same groove.
Speaker AAnd of course, when you want to go on a new path after 10 rounds of going down the same one, you're going to have to freaking fight that resistance to make a turn.
Speaker AAnd that's how our brains work too.
Speaker ASo when you're feeling resistance, it's not that the thing is wrong or you need to turn around, it's just that you're finding a new groove and you're literally expanding past an outdated way of seeing self or seeing the world.
Speaker AAnd that's really powerful to see that creative acts are the catalyst to literally evolution.
Speaker ALike, that's wild.
Speaker AOf course you're going to bump up against those thoughts and identities.
Speaker AAnd I just want to repeat this again because I feel like this is when it really, you just start to see how like none of this, it's just all illusion.
Speaker ABecause when you're in the creative act and you're even thinking in your head, oh, this is not going to be good what does that even mean?
Speaker ALike, to.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BTo whom?
Speaker AOf course.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AIt's actually.
Speaker AYou want to neutralize it.
Speaker ASomeone out there is actually going to hate it, no matter how.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker AOh, yeah, this is something I've been thinking.
Speaker AI'm like, there is going to be someone who literally doesn't like this.
Speaker AAnd what does that mean for me?
Speaker AWhat's the option for me to then go run and cry in a corner?
Speaker ANo.
Speaker AHow can we be okay with these thoughts coming up and soothing them?
Speaker ABy letting them know that, like, someone's talking about, oh, I'm scared.
Speaker ALike, someone.
Speaker AWhat?
Speaker ASomeone's gonna think about this.
Speaker AOkay, play that out in your mind.
Speaker ALike, really play that out in your mind.
Speaker AWhat are you really scared of?
Speaker ALike, it's.
Speaker AIt's all air.
Speaker AIt just isn't actually solid.
Speaker AIt's just all perceptions, all thoughts, and sometimes I'm just playing with that in my head.
Speaker AI'm like, what is going on here?
Speaker AMy mind is making this feel so real.
Speaker ALike, what if YouTube was actually this platform that no one was even on, and I'm just over here posting videos just for myself?
Speaker ALike, let me just play with that perception.
Speaker ADid you just make up in your head?
Speaker BIt's all made up, truly.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AIt's all an illusion.
Speaker APlay the game of perception and you will experience that.
Speaker ABy the way, when you started diving into sacred geometry and sharing with me your revelations, I've been seeing them everywhere.
Speaker AShapes and, of course, it's the location I live in.
Speaker AA lot of people have, like, car decals that are very spiritual and.
Speaker AYeah, yeah, immediately, when we were walking to dinner last night, we went to a Mexican restaurant with Martin, and I passed one car, and they had a tire cover that was not the flower of life, but the triangle one.
Speaker AOh, the one that Sarah has tattooed on.
Speaker BOh, yeah, the Merkabah.
Speaker BMerkabah.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AI don't know what the name is.
Speaker AI know you know the name, but.
Speaker ABut, yes, that.
Speaker AAnd then I saw another car with a huge decal on the back.
Speaker AFlower of life.
Speaker AAnd I'm just seeing them everywhere.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BYeah, dude, it's.
Speaker BIt's quartz.
Speaker BIt's literally been doing something to me.
Speaker BLike.
Speaker BYeah, I'm in awe, and I'm just barely scratching the surface.
Speaker AWell, we'll go deeper on that tomorrow in our.
Speaker AOn our call, and we'll come back to you guys with a full pot on it.
Speaker BYeah, I can't wait.
Speaker BIt's gonna be great.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BWow.
