Speaker A

Hey, fam.

Speaker A

Welcome in to the out of Our Minds pod.

Speaker A

If you've landed on this episode, I'm assuming you are one that is in the creative act.

Speaker A

Today we are diving into such a powerful conversation on what can arise within us when we are in the creative act.

Speaker A

We go down a whole kind of rabbit hole of talking about resistance and how to dance with that resistance and actually utilize it in a way that drops you even deeper into your creative act.

Speaker A

We talk about sacred geometry and its connection to this entire conversation, which is pretty bananas.

Speaker A

You're probably wondering how that ties in, but it does.

Speaker A

What else did we talk about?

Speaker A

Our own personal resistance in our creative act.

Speaker A

I feel like we both healed a lot in this conversation.

Speaker A

Bella and I are both in the midst of our own creative act, and we get pretty raw and real about our own resistance that we've been facing.

Speaker A

And you're going to heal through this conversation.

Speaker A

It's going to liberate you.

Speaker A

You're going to approach your creative act, understanding how it is you can relate to that resistance in a really beautiful, beautiful, expansive way.

Speaker A

So buckle up, prepare to be freed, and have fun.

Speaker A

We'll see you inside the episode.

Speaker B

What's up?

Speaker B

Welcome in, you beautiful creative genius being you.

Speaker B

Welcome to the out of Our Minds podcast.

Speaker B

I'm so happy that you're here.

Speaker B

So Nikki and I have been j jamming on creativity, the creative process, and what we call creator consciousness, which is effectively a person, a soul that is at the place in their human experience where they are prioritizing creat, creating their experiences, creating their reality, creating art, creating businesses, creating their life.

Speaker B

Right.

Speaker B

Rather than constantly being in loops of seeking or healing, you have really ascended on this path and you are in creator consciousness, and you've really brought along the best parts of all the other archetypes of the self that there are.

Speaker B

And if you wanna know more about that, we do have a fantastic episode number one twelve.

Speaker B

No, 111.

Speaker A

That's the empath one.

Speaker A

I'm pretty sure you're right.

Speaker A

I think 112 is the.

Speaker A

The shift into creator consciousness.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Okay.

Speaker B

So if you're interested in knowing more about those phases of consciousness, check out episode 112, because that's what really kicked off a bit of this creative series that we're doing.

Speaker B

So now that you are here as a creator being, I was just sharing with Nikki some really interesting downloads, if you will, and revelations I've been having lately about the creative act.

Speaker A

And.

Speaker B

Yeah, I feel called to give some personal background in A way of like who we are, if that makes sense.

Speaker B

Because the two of us have been on a incredible creative journey.

Speaker B

The last, the, the om.

Speaker B

Out of our minds creative journey has specifically been a bit over two years.

Speaker B

But both of us have been on, on a creative journey for a long time.

Speaker B

And when you pair the creative act with consciousness work, you truly access superhuman level because you confront so many aspects of the discomfort of resistance, but you're confronting it with the tool belt of consciousness.

Speaker B

So you really just reveal a lot about human nature itself.

Speaker B

So I'm just going to share a few of these revelations I've been having.

Speaker B

We're going to jam on them and hopefully they help you expand a little bit or shift out of something, or just remember a little something to help you keep moving and creating wherever you are in your journey.

Speaker B

Sound good?

Speaker A

Sound perfect?

Speaker B

You're like, I'm ready.

Speaker A

Send it.

Speaker B

All right, so this first one has to do with genius.

Speaker B

Coming online now the topic of genius is probably my favorite of all time because I feel part of what I'm here to do is help myself and people to really ignite genius and see more genius expressed in the world.

Speaker B

So this is what I was contemplating on.

Speaker B

And this has to do with someone who is kind of at that point where maybe you've been looking outside of yourself a lot for like an answer or something to confirm who you are and what you're here to do.

Speaker B

And you want to be really good at what you do.

Speaker B

You want to be a master at it.

Speaker B

So in regards to genius, the more you try to pin yourself down into an understandable self expression, the less genius you're going to feel.

Speaker B

So allowing your innate potential to emerge without rigid self measurement is the key to allowing genius to flower.

Speaker B

So there's a lot in this and I just want to explain to you Nikki, where this is all coming from.

Speaker B

So there is a phenomenon in mathematics and quantum physics where basically the more you try to measure one element of a, I'm just going to call it an object, the harder it is to measure another aspect.

Speaker B

So the more specific, the more you observe and measure a specific aspect, it becomes difficult to understand the other element of it.

Speaker B

And in quantum mechanic, quantum physics, this has to do with position and momentum.

Speaker B

And the point is it unveils this element of uncertainty which is that it becomes difficult sometimes to really fully understand an object when you're so focused in on trying to measure it and be specific about it.

Speaker B

So when this translates over to a person's genius, what I was reflecting on is this dance that we do where you can think and reflect and almost like try to plan out who you are as this person, as this creator.

Speaker B

Plan out your expressions in the sense of like the mind, the mental logic, thinking, trying to understand itself, but from a place of seeking certainty.

Speaker B

Like I wanna feel okay, so let me try to understand myself.

Speaker B

Right.

Speaker B

That consciousness versus like understanding oneself in.

Speaker A

A more.

Speaker B

Open ended way.

Speaker B

When you think about genius at some point one just has to let it move and just be okay with the fact that you don't know what it's going to look like.

Speaker B

So by allowing innate potential to emerge without rigid self measurement, my thought here was to essentially let yourself move into just doing and being in a way that feels natural right now.

Speaker B

And that that is what allows genius to emerge.

Speaker B

Rather than trying to make yourself make sense or if you're comparing yourself to somebody else, that's where you always end up feeling second best.

Speaker B

Right.

Speaker B

Like if you're trying to perfectly fit a strategy or an archetype of a person that you've seen do something before, you just always feel lacking.

Speaker B

And that's because you're trying to make so certain and so known something that is very fluid and is kind of meant to be almost a surprise at the end.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

I always get the visual of like the channel opening and whatever allows you to open that up.

Speaker A

Sometimes it is like someone jumping into a strategy that actually helps them be in tune with their genius.

Speaker A

Mm.

Speaker A

So it creates like the boundaries, it puts like the bumpers up on the bowling alley for them to kind of just go full send.

Speaker A

And then there are some times where you need to really remove all of that thinking and mind and logic to just let the energy flow.

Speaker A

It's like whatever gets the motor going.

Speaker A

And sometimes someone is so blocked that they need that strategy to actually be the rev up of the engine.

Speaker A

You know what I mean?

Speaker B

Totally.

Speaker A

But yeah, this is like such a liberating thing to talk about because you realize that there's no amount of thinking that's going to get you to some sort of higher expression of your creative act.

Speaker B

Right.

Speaker A

But that's the whole freaking dance.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

And I think that's why we're so drawn to it.

Speaker A

It's like this journey of getting out of your mind and allowing yourself to literally be that channel.

Speaker A

But I'm just so curious for you, like when you're in that process and you hear those thoughts coming up that are telling you that you should be do something, doing something a certain way or maybe comparison, what is that moment, like for you, like how do you relate to that?

Speaker B

It's this energy that's saying whatever is happening right now within like, like let's, let's say this is my.

Speaker B

The.

Speaker B

My inner voice is like, hey, whatever you're doing right now, it's probably wrong.

Speaker B

It's not going to work, it's not right.

Speaker B

You should try something different because this sucks.

Speaker B

And that voice is rooted in this like comparison and it's view rooted in this fear of not knowing like where the creation is headed.

Speaker B

And there's a new element of how I've been relating to this.

Speaker B

And then there's what's been working and will continue to work.

Speaker B

But it's been a process of the past for me which is I always imagine like there's a center, there's a me that is full whole, knows what's up, knows what to do.

Speaker B

And then there's all this like buzzing around me that gets really annoying and I start to like lasso onto it.

Speaker B

So if I just imagine like shushing all of that away.

Speaker B

And I will sometimes use a contemplative practice, which is how I would use human designer gene keys to like speak to my soul.

Speaker B

Cuz I don't view these things as like it's a rule book that's going to, I'm going to open up, it's going to be like, yeah, make a YouTube video like this.

Speaker B

Like I'll like.

Speaker B

I don't know if that's how anybody ever thinks of it, but the point is to like wake something up in me that's already there and it's just like using a different avenue to get there.

Speaker B

So I start to accumulate ways that I know my soul response and my soul gets back in the driver's seat.

Speaker B

So sometimes that's the unplugging effect.

Speaker B

Unplug from people or consumption that is feeding that voice.

Speaker B

And then if I want to be more in the me that is Bella Solenot, that's where those tools of like contemplating who I am, what is my soul here to do.

Speaker B

But that is all happening in like the comfort of my own heart and mind.

Speaker B

Did I answer your question?

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

No.

Speaker A

I'm just curious more on.

Speaker A

Because we all have our own ways of how we relate to those moments of feeling.

Speaker A

Like we're trying to figure it out or overanalyze or.

Speaker A

Yeah, yeah, like what you kind of beautifully depicted with the like the phenomenon of not being able to get totally clear on something and then zooming in on one part and then the rest becomes Unclear.

Speaker A

There's just, like, an allowance that gets to be made, and I feel like that's the main energy of it.

Speaker A

And I've been finding in my own journey that when you dance with those energies, they actually become a part of the process in, like, a really beautiful way.

Speaker A

And if you just think about this neutrally, those are just energies, right?

Speaker A

But we're creating this whole story around them, and we attach words to what it is that they mean.

Speaker A

But I'm feeling into this huge opportunity of, like, what if we just started to label those energies as something different?

Speaker A

Like, what if they actually were something that tuned us even more into the present moment?

Speaker A

And it's like when you do meditations where you're listening to, like, an audio track, and they start playing noises of, let's say, like, birds or nature, and they're telling you to, like, focus on those noises and to observe them.

Speaker A

Sometimes I feel like when those voices come up and the resistance arises, there's a way to actually use it to, like, drop even deeper into the present moment and into the seat of the observer.

Speaker A

Like, in those meditative states, you're observing the fact that you're observing the birds chirping, and in that moment, you're recognizing, oh, wait, I am the observer.

Speaker A

I am the one witnessing all of this.

Speaker A

And I found in my own process that.

Speaker A

That acceptance and awareness and just allowing it to be and not even going down the hole, like, what is it that I need to heal about myself right now?

Speaker A

Which is something that I very much used to do because that was, like, fun and immersive for me to then go down the hole thinking of, like, what is it that I'm believing about myself right now?

Speaker A

But now I'm just understanding there's a ton time and place for that.

Speaker A

And I'm not going to bring that into my creative process.

Speaker A

And I'm going to let the creative process, like, really heal me through the action.

Speaker A

And, yeah, I invite you guys to think about, like, when that resistance arises or when you're trying to, like, figure something out.

Speaker A

What if those voices were just there to drop you deeper into the voice that knows it doesn't need to figure anything out.

Speaker A

You know what I mean?

Speaker A

Like, it becomes a.

Speaker A

Like a funneling system where you're hanging out on the top of the funnel, being like, wow, it's so loud and noisy up here.

Speaker A

And then you're like, oh, wait, this is a funnel.

Speaker A

I can just slide down, and it starts to get even more locked in.

Speaker A

And there have been nights where I'M like, sitting on my couch and I'm doing this YouTube challenge with myself.

Speaker A

And I fully know that there are some videos I'm making where I'm, like, feeling so creative, and then other ones where I'm, like, just learning about the process and having fun editing the videos.

Speaker A

But those voices, I'm like, really learning that they will tell you things that feel so real, where you can collect all the evidence in front of you as to why they're true.

Speaker A

And this is where resistance with the creative act gets so trippy because you can have the thoughts coming up, and they're not just thoughts.

Speaker A

You could literally have a list of evidence as to why it is.

Speaker A

It would be more beneficial for you to attach on to that.

Speaker A

And I've had moments like this throughout these past few weeks of doing this challenge with myself where I'm getting so aware of, like, after I move through the creative process and I'm more reflective of what's going on.

Speaker A

It's wild.

Speaker A

I don't know if I'm taking this in a different direction now, but I just feel like I want to share this.

Speaker A

When you have a belief system that, like, you don't know enough or you can't do something, the universe will craft the perfect experience with, like, the people and the mirrors and the reflections.

Speaker A

So when you're in that creative act and the voices are coming up, it's so comical and just amazing how this simulated experience works.

Speaker A

That resistance can feel so real.

Speaker A

Like, when I say feel real, it's not just a string of words.

Speaker A

It's like a string of words.

Speaker A

But wait, no, it's real because of this, this, and this.

Speaker A

And then you're like, in this, you can be in this mental war being like, wait, no, I need to prove these.

Speaker A

These thoughts wrong.

Speaker A

I need to fight them.

Speaker A

But you can't fight them because you actually were living in that reality where those thoughts are probably like, you have the evidence.

Speaker A

It gets trippy.

Speaker A

And this is where just ultimate allowance and acceptance and zooming out and just realizing that you can relate to them differently is.

Speaker A

Yeah, it's literally a life hack.

Speaker A

And I. I really do feel like you kind of become unstoppable.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

Wow.

Speaker B

It really is.

Speaker B

They're all just sensations and colors.

Speaker B

Like, they're just moving pieces.

Speaker B

And what you're speaking to is radical liberation and radical allowance of things to just be.

Speaker B

And I'm just feeling into how powerful this is as a creator, because I just gonna be really honest.

Speaker B

Today is a day where that mental chatter for me Is like, going bananas.

Speaker B

I'm like, what is going on?

Speaker B

And I know what's going on.

Speaker B

It's because I'm in an expansion phase.

Speaker B

I'm.

Speaker B

Yeah, we're both creating.

Speaker B

And, like, we are.

Speaker B

We've.

Speaker B

We've had this, like, arrival and settling in of our next level, but we're continuing to expand.

Speaker B

And it's so much of it is this, like, internal evolution of who we think ourselves to be as humans and creators.

Speaker B

And when you are in expansion, the mind and the sensation colors, they go bananas.

Speaker B

They go.

Speaker A

No, it's wild.

Speaker B

It's wild.

Speaker B

But what you just pointed out is when that is happening, this is like the core teachings and things.

Speaker B

And what's wild is since I've.

Speaker B

These are the core teachings and things that, like, gently continue to move you along when this is happening.

Speaker B

And what I was bringing up is what's wild is ever since I've started to study sacred geometry, I keep picturing the flower of life in my head whenever I'm coming up against resistance or something.

Speaker B

Because if you can recognize this divine pattern that's always happening, it is much easier to then allow and accept all of the sensations and colors that are swirling around you.

Speaker B

Because when you draw the circles and we're gonna do, I think a more like a big, proper episode on me explaining and us riffing on, like, patterns of creation.

Speaker B

But the more reps you get in of creating your thing, and when it comes to drawing the flower of life, you're like, drawing these concentric circles and you keep going and going.

Speaker B

And every time you're doing a new circle, you are traversing an unknown which is like the part of the paper that doesn't have anything on it.

Speaker B

And you have to go past the known form.

Speaker B

This is the essence of creation is like, you're in a set format.

Speaker B

You have preferred pathways that your brain wants to fire.

Speaker B

You have preferred pathways that you literally want to move about your reality.

Speaker B

Like, you have the way that your desk is set up.

Speaker B

This is why we, like, move the furniture in our room.

Speaker B

Sometimes things get into this set pattern, and then an urge of universal intelligence, otherwise known as, like, maybe your intuition speaking to you comes along and wants you to move.

Speaker B

And the second you start moving, you feel uncomfortable because it's unknown.

Speaker B

And you're about to pass the edge of the known form that you've created.

Speaker B

But in order to continue creating and expanding your consciousness, you gotta keep moving.

Speaker B

And once you just get past and you.

Speaker B

What's gonna happen is you're gonna swirl back into the known form.

Speaker B

And that's going to become part of the new thing you create.

Speaker B

So, so beautiful in the way that it relates to resistance.

Speaker B

This is what I've been using as this, like, guiding force to ground me into.

Speaker B

Every time I feel that voice, the resistance, the emotions, the whatever, the story's coming up, you don't have to do something about them.

Speaker B

You just keep moving.

Speaker B

And you.

Speaker B

You relate to the whole process in a way that you see it as harmonic, and you see it as all of it is beautiful.

Speaker B

Instead of like, no, this can't happen.

Speaker B

This needs to happen.

Speaker B

Like, no, it's all part of creation is to.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Go to the edge of what, you know, feel uncomfortable as your ego's gonna scream and it's gonna say, hey, take me back to square one, to circle one.

Speaker B

I felt really safe there.

Speaker B

And then God is like, nah, keep going, and kicks you over the edge.

Speaker B

And then all of a sudden, you create a new form, and you're like, wow, this is beautiful.

Speaker B

Let's do it again.

Speaker A

Wow.

Speaker A

I was literally imagining the drawing as you were talking.

Speaker A

And if you guys are not connecting with what we're talking about, the flower of life is.

Speaker A

Imagine the drawing of a circle.

Speaker A

Then you go to the center of that circle, and then you start drawing another circle.

Speaker A

And that's what Bella's alluding to is, like, you're stretching from the center of where you were.

Speaker A

Right.

Speaker A

The center of the circle, your current awareness.

Speaker A

Right.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And then you go to the edge of.

Speaker B

So imagine there's a center point, and then you imagine that there's a big circle drawn around it.

Speaker B

So center point and a big circle around it.

Speaker B

That center point is quote, unquote, you in this scenario, then you would move that point to the edge of the circle, so on the circumference, like the outside.

Speaker B

And then that becomes your new center point awareness.

Speaker B

And you draw a new circle around that center point.

Speaker B

And then you keep going and you follow where the new ver.

Speaker B

Vertice, the new vertex is of the circle you just created.

Speaker B

Like, if you have two circles overlapping, there's going to be two vertices.

Speaker B

And when you go to that point and then you do it again, you repeat this process.

Speaker B

You keep going and going and going.

Speaker B

That's how the flower of life is drawn.

Speaker B

And it's.

Speaker B

This is like the literal mechanics of creation.

Speaker B

And.

Speaker A

Wow.

Speaker B

That's why this pattern and these analogies, they literally cause a remembering in you and an expansion in you, because you recognize that your whole life, this is what's Been happening.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

Even as I'm listening to you, I just feel this peace.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

There's like, no need to even be anything other than what we're experiencing.

Speaker A

Whether it's the discomfort of stretching out of that.

Speaker A

I'm just seeing the beauty in it.

Speaker A

I know you pointed this out recently where you're like, I just feel so much acceptance.

Speaker A

And, like, you see the beauty in the shadows and the process.

Speaker A

And I feel like when you apply that to the creative process, you just find this, like, liberation in allowing whatever the F is coming up to just be.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

And there's this peace in that.

Speaker A

I'm imagining us as these beings, like, without limitations.

Speaker A

We would just be creating out of thin air, Right?

Speaker A

Like, manifest this and that and, like, there'd be no such thing as time, and it would just, like, show up and you'd just be in it.

Speaker A

Sometimes I imagine us on this spectrum of, like, remembering all the way up to that point where we're here.

Speaker A

And it feels so funny that, like, we're learning how to create and our souls are like, okay, pick up the pen.

Speaker A

And we're like, no, we can't do it.

Speaker A

And they're like, yeah, yes, you can.

Speaker A

It's coming through you.

Speaker A

Like, just allow it to come through you.

Speaker A

Like, I'm imagining someone that, like a being that's in the other realms, like a little kid learning how to create, like, through just powers and manifestation.

Speaker A

And they're like, it's in the intention and the energy.

Speaker A

Just let it come through you.

Speaker A

Let it travel through you.

Speaker A

And they're like, okay.

Speaker A

Like.

Speaker A

And they're learning how to just get out of their own way.

Speaker A

We're at le level one.

Speaker A

Being, like, here, play with matter and create this sound.

Speaker A

You want to play with sound?

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

This can come.

Speaker B

It's a trip.

Speaker B

It's like, yeah, yeah.

Speaker B

No, it's wild.

Speaker B

And when you.

Speaker B

This is like.

Speaker B

This is next level, though.

Speaker B

Like, the next level.

Speaker B

Right.

Speaker B

Level one, level two, whatever is when you can recognize the repeating pattern of it.

Speaker B

And that's what allows you to have this feeling of peace.

Speaker B

This is what I've been feeling is washing over me and is becoming a new baseline frequency that I exist at is.

Speaker B

It's.

Speaker B

This is.

Speaker B

This is like the definition of enlightenment.

Speaker B

It's like, you're like.

Speaker B

The more you bring awareness to and that you see, truly see as this is.

Speaker B

So.

Speaker B

Is that as above, so below, as within, so without.

Speaker B

You're like, oh, it's all.

Speaker B

All connected, all this.

Speaker B

I'm another you.

Speaker B

Like, that just Keeps going.

Speaker B

And you walk around just feeling that connection and peace.

Speaker B

And then when you come to make a YouTube video or whatever it is, and your mind is like, about it, you're like, all good, buddy.

Speaker B

This is part of the creative act.

Speaker B

But it's just, it's.

Speaker B

I just think it's really beautiful to speak to that too, for anyone listening.

Speaker B

Like, for me and you, we've, you know, this is like our 40 millionth time at this rodeo, and yet still.

Speaker A

Oh, it doesn't stop.

Speaker A

It doesn't.

Speaker A

I'm having nights when I'm laying in bed and Peter will be like, going off to sleep and I'm like, oh, no, don't fall asleep.

Speaker A

I'm like, I feel so anxious right now.

Speaker A

And then he'll.

Speaker A

He's like asleep and I'm sitting there and I literally feel myself expanding.

Speaker A

And in the past, I feel like I would have freaked out with the anxiety and the energy, but now I'm just seeing it for what it is.

Speaker A

I'm like giving my mo a moment to myself to really reflect on the fact that I'm stretching, I'm expanding.

Speaker A

I have these voices coming in every once in a while with.

Speaker A

I don't know if you ever feel this, but we are really putting ourselves out there with our podcast, especially with Off Record, the exclusive podcast, which if you want to sign up for, you can become a member.

Speaker B

Yeah, no, that's a good place to plug it, honestly, because we have conversations that are kind of like this energy, but even deeper and more specific.

Speaker A

Just more personal, too.

Speaker A

And personal.

Speaker A

I'm finding my edge with sharing myself online, where I set an intention this year to be uninhibited with the way that I express myself.

Speaker A

And I am testing that out.

Speaker A

I'm talking about my life.

Speaker A

I'm talking about stuff that I'm just finding my edge with.

Speaker A

And sometimes I'm laying in bed and I'm thinking about the fact that there is so much content online between the two and a half years of podcast episodes.

Speaker A

The off record podcast, my YouTube, my Instagram, my Tick Tock, there's just infinite.

Speaker A

And sometimes I lay there in bed and I'm like, oh, my God, this is a lot of my.

Speaker B

That's a lot to think about, especially from the perspective of if you're having anxious sensations, because then that will color that whole observation in a specific way.

Speaker A

Yes.

Speaker A

But then I find the beauty in it, because I'm sitting here thinking about where I'm being pulled to, like the vision that I see myself in with Sharing my life and being uninhibited and allowing that freedom to express.

Speaker A

That's putting me on this soul journey of remembering that, like, I'm getting all the codes on how you can't ever control someone's perception of you.

Speaker A

Like, even if you were to not create and not share yourself, people are still going to perceive you how they're meant to be, which is all divine.

Speaker A

So it just is a fucking trip.

Speaker A

And I'm seeing how beautiful it is that this is my, excuse me, current expansion point.

Speaker A

And I get it.

Speaker A

Like, those voices that you're talking about, they can feel so loud sometimes.

Speaker A

And I cannot even imagine how many artists and creators have thrown away their craft and have allowed those voices to win.

Speaker A

That breaks my heart.

Speaker A

And I will not be one of those.

Speaker B

Dude, this is why we're doing what we're doing.

Speaker B

Like, this is our fucking mission.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Is to not just be creating things and making works of art and businesses and all the things that we do, but to also speak the codes and invite people into a world where they can understand what's happening.

Speaker B

And when you understand what's happening, that's where, like, the genius flourishes.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

I'm feeling into the power of this.

Speaker B

I'm feeling really grateful that this is the direction this conversation went in.

Speaker B

And, yeah, I think for anyone, like, just give yourself some credit for a second, like, we just did, that we're expanding.

Speaker B

We're feeling the expansion symptoms.

Speaker B

And it's a sign, though, like, take this is where you.

Speaker B

You make the meaning, right?

Speaker B

Like that reel we posted where the whole game here is to make the meanings that expand you and the meaning we make out of these moments of discomfort, the ego raging, whatever you want to call it, is to say, hey, good job, you're expanding.

Speaker B

You're doing something dope.

Speaker B

Like, you are moving awareness and matter and consciousness, you're creating, which means you're aligning with the true nature of this universe.

Speaker B

That's badass.

Speaker B

So that meaning is going to propel you upward and onward versus, oh, my ego is uncomfortable.

Speaker B

I'm going to stop.

Speaker A

Yeah, please don't stop.

Speaker B

Don't stop.

Speaker B

Seriously.

Speaker B

And I just really want to speak to how hardcore relate to this, because today, literally, today I was editing a video, and the whole time my mind is like, bella, what is this?

Speaker B

What are you even saying?

Speaker B

This is dumb.

Speaker B

Who do you think you're trying to be right now?

Speaker B

Are you just trying to do the on and on and on?

Speaker B

I'm sitting there, I'm just like, I'm Observing this.

Speaker B

I'm just, like, editing.

Speaker B

I'm just like, thank you for your commentary.

Speaker B

It's so real.

Speaker B

And this is happening because, like, Nikki just spoke to.

Speaker B

We're expanding.

Speaker B

This world that we're building is growing, and not just in, like, a metric sense, but in the.

Speaker B

It's like I'm seeing just our two beings are like, whoa.

Speaker B

We're, like, starting to get into a different type of tango here.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Like, going to the edge of our known dance floor.

Speaker B

I'm writing a book, for God's sake.

Speaker B

Like, I'm feeling this stretch, and I'm like, should.

Speaker B

I'm telling people that I'm doing this, People are gonna want to know what is coming out.

Speaker B

Like.

Speaker A

So who cares?

Speaker A

Like, that's the thing that I'm.

Speaker B

It doesn't stop you.

Speaker A

This is the most liberating part of all of this, is the worry about what other people will perceive of you.

Speaker A

And I think this connects to what you brought up at the first point of, like, trying to be understood.

Speaker A

And the more that you're trying to be understood with the art that you're creating or whatever it is that you're creating, that is where you get lost in the sauce.

Speaker A

Yeah, truly.

Speaker A

And this is what I'm practicing with.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

I'm doing a certain series on my YouTube called Tea Time Chats with Nikki, and I, like, made a separate playlist with this, and I've only done one of them so far, but I'm just not in the channeling state.

Speaker A

I'm not in the teaching state, and I'm just acting like there is someone in the room where I'm talking to them.

Speaker A

And it's a really powerful practice for me to just not care what people think about me.

Speaker A

And I'm practicing with, like, the editing, not cutting things out.

Speaker A

And, yeah, it's just, like, very conversational, very relaxed, very just me.

Speaker A

Not to say that when I'm teaching, I'm not me.

Speaker A

I'm just in a certain state.

Speaker A

When I'm channeling, I'm in a certain energy where it's more of, like, soul guidance coming through.

Speaker A

And when you let yourself create with ego, with shadows, like, however the heck it wants to come out, even if it feels, like, crusty.

Speaker A

If you're, like, editing something and you're like, this feels like a bit crusty.

Speaker A

Literally, who cares?

Speaker A

Who cares?

Speaker A

This is what I'm realizing.

Speaker A

It's.

Speaker A

Everything's neutral.

Speaker A

And when you think about even posting something on YouTube, like, We hold ourselves back because we think it needs to Be this masterpiece doing this challenge, I've realized, wow, everything's actually really neutral.

Speaker A

And if I post a video that I'm just posting a video because I'm learning how to use the microphone on my camera or I'm learning how to edit on Cap Cut on my desktop, and I'm just having fun with it.

Speaker A

It's so neutral.

Speaker A

You can compare it.

Speaker A

Like, you cook dinner, and if you're a chef and you cook dinner for your partner and they're like, oh, I don't really like this, you're going to take it so personal.

Speaker A

But if you're not a chef and you're like, whatever, I just cooked dinner and I tried out this new recipe.

Speaker A

It's the same experience.

Speaker A

You just interpret it different.

Speaker A

So I'm taking this whole, like, perspective on creation where I'm realizing how serious I used to make it, where it had to be this thing, and I had to be understood.

Speaker A

And now I'm like, I'm going to actually just do this for me.

Speaker A

I'm going to set up this section of my YouTube to be about me practicing sharing my voice, practicing being a bit more me, and I'm just going to focus on my creative process and make it very selfish and internal for now.

Speaker B

Yes.

Speaker A

And that just removes everyone else.

Speaker A

Like, wow, what kind of world would you live in if even someone hating your video didn't mean anything about who you are?

Speaker A

Which is, like, the fact of what's really happening, like, it doesn't change you.

Speaker A

Who gives a fuck, dude?

Speaker B

That's what you just explained is so powerful because it's energetically is drawing all of the back into the creation itself.

Speaker B

And then you're honing in even more to say.

Speaker B

To say, how about I just make this video about playing with Cap Cut, like you just said.

Speaker B

How about I just make this one about this?

Speaker B

And yeah, this is such a good checkpoint for people because I have the same.

Speaker B

We all.

Speaker B

I think we can all relate to this, where you get a little too.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

You just sometimes feel like you're focused, being drawn out to.

Speaker B

Like, I wonder if anyone's gonna like this.

Speaker B

I wonder how this.

Speaker B

Well, it's gonna do.

Speaker B

There's a time and place for all of that.

Speaker B

But then being like, okay, like, how about I do this for me?

Speaker B

And I'm thinking about, like, after this recording, going back in to finish editing that video and making it about even just the process of being with the discomfort be like, you know what?

Speaker B

How about I just sit here for another 20 minutes with these voices and be like, what up, dog?

Speaker B

Come grab some tea.

Speaker B

Let's just keep adding video.

Speaker B

And I just commit to posting it just to show myself that I could do it.

Speaker B

Like, that's, that's what we're speaking to is that level of creation.

Speaker B

This is applied to like you're starting a business and you're selling your first product and you're like, I, I.

Speaker B

The voice in my head says, this is the shittiest product in the world.

Speaker B

Put it out there.

Speaker B

If it's what you just spent three years doing, like, you're not going to like, that's the process.

Speaker B

And then you can always fix it, iterate it later.

Speaker B

But this brings you back to the creative act and that's what it's all about at the end of the day.

Speaker B

All about at the end of the day is just create, move, be with your awareness, move to the edge, see what comes up and then zoom out, enjoy what you've made and then get the back in there.

Speaker A

Yes.

Speaker A

It's like, imagine the analogy I gave of the other being in the other realm learning how to just manifest with the power of their energy.

Speaker A

Imagine a teacher being like, okay, just like create and play.

Speaker A

And they're sitting there thinking, oh, but the thing I'm going to create is not going to be liked by my mom or little Johnny in the corner.

Speaker A

And the teacher's sitting there trying to get the little boy to just create and let him know it doesn't matter.

Speaker A

This is the process of creation.

Speaker A

You're finding more about, finding out more about yourself, your energy, your abilities, how it is that you have your own particular way of creation.

Speaker A

It's the process of learning that that is something I've really been giving myself the big fat permission slip with.

Speaker A

And you learn so much about yourself, truly.

Speaker A

Like when you really let go of caring how it's going to be perceived, how many views it's going to get, how many likes it's going to get.

Speaker A

And I think that the more you do that, that is where this is the.

Speaker A

You can imagine one of those charts where it just starts to collide and go in the other direction.

Speaker A

It's like give less of a. I don't even know.

Speaker A

I'm not gonna try and yeah, bend my mind to try and explain that.

Speaker A

But it's ironic because the less you care about what other people think about you, the more you actually get to know your own demons.

Speaker A

You put a few things out that are more so from the energy of the demons, whatever, who cares?

Speaker A

You figure out.

Speaker A

You learn about it.

Speaker A

And then you start having this dance where that is where your authenticity is actually birthed.

Speaker A

And that's, I'm telling you, like, whatever kind of result your mind needs to be happy with that, ironically, is the path there.

Speaker A

But it's not even about that.

Speaker A

It's about you.

Speaker A

Your expression, and you feeling comfortable with the way that you're sending out your powers, creating.

Speaker A

And to get there, it's through the discomfort.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

Wow.

Speaker B

Wow.

Speaker B

This conversation shifted something in me.

Speaker B

And I'm just having so many, like, revelations and pings and.

Speaker B

Yeah, wow, dude.

Speaker B

The creative act is like, that's it.

Speaker B

That's the whole point.

Speaker B

I'm just feeling into, like, this whole journey.

Speaker B

Like, it's all just helping you to get back to yourself, to know thyself, to understand your form, and to align with the one.

Speaker B

And I was just thinking again about that famous part from the Matrix with the Oracle.

Speaker B

And, you know, someone told you, hey, Nikki, here's how it's gonna go with your YouTube.

Speaker B

You're gonna gain this many subscribers at this rate, in two years, this is going to happen.

Speaker B

You're gonna have this bullet moment, and then you're gonna get booked for this thing.

Speaker B

You're gonna speak on this st. You'd be like, okay, cool.

Speaker B

The point is for you to jump back into the place you're at now and to just go through the process of discovery to figure out why and how and who you are through all of that.

Speaker A

So that's why we're here.

Speaker B

That's why we're here.

Speaker B

This is what.

Speaker A

It's literally the fun of it.

Speaker B

This is what I'm.

Speaker B

No, this is what I'm picturing is like, why we are here, why we are creating, why this is all happening is to just be in the process and to discover the self and discover the nature of the universe.

Speaker B

Like, this is ultimately why you get the vision, why this, why that.

Speaker B

Like, and it's just really beautiful and liberating to remember that because it gives you that perfect balance of realizing it's not actually about you or the outcome, but also make it about the process, because that's the whole damn point.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And I'm just, like, seeing all of these artists and creators and people and, like, visualizing our omis out doing the thing and the liberation and the fire that comes from knowing why all these things are happening and to see the divinity in them.

Speaker B

It just never ceases to inspire me.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

Something that's really liberating and it connects to what you're saying is I brought this up in the portal when I was Talking about my YouTube journey to the group.

Speaker A

How, yes, we are these powerful beings that gets to tune into an energy now and access that state of being in the now.

Speaker A

But there's something really liberating about remembering the fact that we are on an energetic expansion journey.

Speaker A

And I imagine that we actually have certain limitations that we're choosing to experience, to learn.

Speaker A

And in the creative act, we can put so much pressure on ourselves to be at some sort of finish line with the way that we're in flow and how we're creating and how we're sounding and what we're making.

Speaker A

But when you see almost that linear path, like you let yourself play with the the game of time and you see the linear journey, you can look back also at past experiences where you can see the linear growth you experienced.

Speaker A

Why would now be any different?

Speaker A

You're still on that same growth journey of learning and evolving.

Speaker A

You could speed it up by just freaking creating.

Speaker A

I just find so much peace in knowing that, yeah, there's gonna be moments where in three years you look back and you're like, damn, I've grown so much, I've evolved.

Speaker A

But that's not a bad thing.

Speaker A

So now if you can sense that there's an opportunity to be like better and to do better, see it as something beautiful that you'll get to grow into and then reflect back and be like, damn, I've come a far way.

Speaker A

And again, that's just a neutral thing to be in the present moment of your creative act and to feel and know like I could sit here in my room and have the vision of me vlogging and just having more to vlog about, honestly, because I really don't have that much to vlog when I'm here in Arizona.

Speaker A

And I'm sure I could do this on like hikes and stuff.

Speaker A

But there's something in me where I'm just wanting to teach.

Speaker A

I'm wanting to warm myself up to being on the camera.

Speaker A

But there has been a voice in me that's been showing me what it is I eventually will create.

Speaker A

And as I'm making these videos, I can very much see the gap.

Speaker A

Like, I can see it very clearly in front of me.

Speaker A

But instead of putting pressure on myself to close that gap right now, I'm recognizing that what if me creating this is what allows me to expand into the being that can even hold the ability to be able to do X, Y and Z?

Speaker A

That's in the so called future.

Speaker A

And I Think there's a way to play with time existing.

Speaker A

There's a way to play with time not existing that just suits the part of the ego that wants to like, be good at something.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

You know what I mean?

Speaker B

Yep.

Speaker B

Totally.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

This was healing for me.

Speaker B

This was.

Speaker B

Me too.

Speaker B

Me too.

Speaker B

I'm like, well, I needed this conversation.

Speaker B

Okay.

Speaker B

I'd love to just read to rap.

Speaker B

We don't have to riff on these, obviously, but just read the other things that came through because I.

Speaker B

We actually talked about them.

Speaker B

So it's just, I think a beautiful way to start to close out.

Speaker B

But we talked about this, which was at some point it becomes about the doing.

Speaker B

Because you can't think your way to genius.

Speaker B

Eventually it has to move in order to create something.

Speaker B

And that's where we're talking about like the whole flower of life image and that in order for it to create something, like, you gotta move.

Speaker B

Accepting ambiguity in the unknown.

Speaker B

I feel like you just spoke to this as well.

Speaker B

With playing that game of time or no time, linear journey, nonlinear non linear journey, and allowing yourself to like, feel like a beginner, to feel like a pro.

Speaker B

Like, all of that can just take place in one day.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

In this creative life.

Speaker B

Okay.

Speaker B

The existence of so many potentials and possibilities reinforces that your best pathway will be illuminated by intuition, which is that subtle.

Speaker B

Ah, my handwriting is so unhinged.

Speaker B

Sometimes I know you relate to this when you're like channeling and you're like, what the does that say?

Speaker B

So in regards to intuition, which is that subtle force that differentiates your location on this plane, that is how you express genius.

Speaker B

So then I drew a diagram of if again, you identify with that center point that's in the middle of the circle.

Speaker B

If this is you, the decision to move and therefore to create is intuition led.

Speaker B

And that's how the magical forces guide you.

Speaker B

So as a creative being, the genius, the authenticity, like that unique thing comes through when you hone in on the intuitive voice, the inner compass that you have that's gonna move you in that direction.

Speaker B

Like how you're doing with how you decide what video to make, what concept to create.

Speaker B

Today.

Speaker B

It's very intuitive.

Speaker B

Led.

Speaker B

Which one is expanding you more?

Speaker B

Which one does your, you know, you get an instinct hit on and that back to the many potentials.

Speaker B

Like, that's how you experience your individuated life.

Speaker B

Because there's the.

Speaker B

The whole point is like there are literally a billion potentials, but you are here to experience a certain number of them, a certain flavor of them.

Speaker B

How?

Speaker B

By listening to your intuition.

Speaker B

That's how like you get the God informed path.

Speaker B

Like that's how God creates your life plan is just listen to the guidance that you're being given.

Speaker B

Okay, then the last one about resistance.

Speaker B

Resistance is simply your tendency to tread over the same preferred pathway that you've been doing.

Speaker B

As usual, creation challenges that because it asks you to go on a new pathway.

Speaker B

And there you can just understand like why resistance is a thing and why it's even just a reflection of your current wiring of yourself.

Speaker A

Wow, that's good.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And to know that like it speaks up at the edge because that's what it's designed to do.

Speaker B

And it's just a choice of oh, but let me explore this new pathway that resistance just tells me is uncomfortable.

Speaker B

Yeah, it's going to tell you it's uncomfortable because resistance just fires over preferred pathways again and again and again until you show it a new pathway.

Speaker B

And that's what creation does.

Speaker A

That's literally creation, evolution, expansion.

Speaker A

Wow.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

When you were talking about the resistance, I'm imagining when you're drawing the circle, you start at the center and then you go to the edge.

Speaker A

Right.

Speaker A

And resistance would be wanting to just stay along the same circle, like in that same pattern, right?

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

I'm imagining like on a subconscious wiring level with the mind.

Speaker A

It's like those neural connections that have been firing and wiring for how many years that just preserve energy by staying on that same pathway.

Speaker A

It's like the analogy of going down a snow covered hill on a sled and you're in the same groove.

Speaker A

And of course, when you want to go on a new path after 10 rounds of going down the same one, you're going to have to freaking fight that resistance to make a turn.

Speaker A

And that's how our brains work too.

Speaker A

So when you're feeling resistance, it's not that the thing is wrong or you need to turn around, it's just that you're finding a new groove and you're literally expanding past an outdated way of seeing self or seeing the world.

Speaker A

And that's really powerful to see that creative acts are the catalyst to literally evolution.

Speaker A

Like, that's wild.

Speaker A

Of course you're going to bump up against those thoughts and identities.

Speaker A

And I just want to repeat this again because I feel like this is when it really, you just start to see how like none of this, it's just all illusion.

Speaker A

Because when you're in the creative act and you're even thinking in your head, oh, this is not going to be good what does that even mean?

Speaker A

Like, to.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

To whom?

Speaker A

Of course.

Speaker A

It's.

Speaker A

It's actually.

Speaker A

You want to neutralize it.

Speaker A

Someone out there is actually going to hate it, no matter how.

Speaker A

So.

Speaker A

Oh, yeah, this is something I've been thinking.

Speaker A

I'm like, there is going to be someone who literally doesn't like this.

Speaker A

And what does that mean for me?

Speaker A

What's the option for me to then go run and cry in a corner?

Speaker A

No.

Speaker A

How can we be okay with these thoughts coming up and soothing them?

Speaker A

By letting them know that, like, someone's talking about, oh, I'm scared.

Speaker A

Like, someone.

Speaker A

What?

Speaker A

Someone's gonna think about this.

Speaker A

Okay, play that out in your mind.

Speaker A

Like, really play that out in your mind.

Speaker A

What are you really scared of?

Speaker A

Like, it's.

Speaker A

It's all air.

Speaker A

It just isn't actually solid.

Speaker A

It's just all perceptions, all thoughts, and sometimes I'm just playing with that in my head.

Speaker A

I'm like, what is going on here?

Speaker A

My mind is making this feel so real.

Speaker A

Like, what if YouTube was actually this platform that no one was even on, and I'm just over here posting videos just for myself?

Speaker A

Like, let me just play with that perception.

Speaker A

Did you just make up in your head?

Speaker B

It's all made up, truly.

Speaker B

Wow.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

It's all an illusion.

Speaker A

Play the game of perception and you will experience that.

Speaker A

By the way, when you started diving into sacred geometry and sharing with me your revelations, I've been seeing them everywhere.

Speaker A

Shapes and, of course, it's the location I live in.

Speaker A

A lot of people have, like, car decals that are very spiritual and.

Speaker A

Yeah, yeah, immediately, when we were walking to dinner last night, we went to a Mexican restaurant with Martin, and I passed one car, and they had a tire cover that was not the flower of life, but the triangle one.

Speaker A

Oh, the one that Sarah has tattooed on.

Speaker B

Oh, yeah, the Merkabah.

Speaker B

Merkabah.

Speaker A

Yes.

Speaker A

I don't know what the name is.

Speaker A

I know you know the name, but.

Speaker A

But, yes, that.

Speaker A

And then I saw another car with a huge decal on the back.

Speaker A

Flower of life.

Speaker A

And I'm just seeing them everywhere.

Speaker B

Wow.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Yeah, dude, it's.

Speaker B

It's quartz.

Speaker B

It's literally been doing something to me.

Speaker B

Like.

Speaker B

Yeah, I'm in awe, and I'm just barely scratching the surface.

Speaker A

Well, we'll go deeper on that tomorrow in our.

Speaker A

On our call, and we'll come back to you guys with a full pot on it.

Speaker B
