Pastor Bob ThibodeauNow with today's guest, here is your host, Pastor Bob Thibodeau.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Hello everyone everywhere.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Pastor Robert Thibodeau here.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Welcome to the Faith Based Business podcast.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2We are so blessed that you are joining us today.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2We have a very special guest today.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Eden Mann, founder of the Man Team, also known as the Mann Acquisition Company.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2He's based in Switzerland.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2He has the mate.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2His background is just going to be simply amazing.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2He has been the main sales manager for several eight figure companies, helping certain businesses go from 100 grand per month to over half a million dollars per month income.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2But listen to this now at age 15, he dropped out of school to become a full time entrepreneur.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And guess what?
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2He does a little over 16 now.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2So in a little over a year he's already been touted as possibly becoming the youngest self made billionaire yet.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Amen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Eden man has been touted as the next Elon Musk many times over.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2The man team has created, managed and scaled multiple teams that have gone from scratch to over half a million dollars per month in revenue.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2But the underlying principle Eden man refuses to compromise on.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And the reason I wanted to come on the program today, he says is his faith.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2His website even states we do not participate in any unethical industries even if it's legally allowed.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2We value human morals and being a man of God more than any penny in the world.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2We will not promote something which we know would hurt someone else.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2That's not what we stand for as an organization and a company.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And to that I just say amen and help me.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Welcome to the program, Eden Man.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Eden, it is such a blessing to talk with you today, brother.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2I appreciate you joining us.
Eden MannThank you very much for the introduction, inviting me, I mean it's a, it's a pleasure to talk with anyone as well and thank you very much for the invitation.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2The first question I always start with is this.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words who is Eden Man?
Eden MannWell, you know, it's, it's, you know, it's a good introduction, it's amazing introduction but you know, things like those, you know, don't get me wrong, amazing.
Eden MannBut the most important Title, no matter how, what kind of success you achieve is, you're always going to be the same as everyone else.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd you.
Eden MannSo, yeah, I mean, I would just classify myself as.
Eden MannObviously, I'm an entrepreneur, obviously.
Eden MannI have a couple of, you know, ventures I'm doing.
Eden MannI'm head of the Mon team.
Eden MannI have a couple of, you know, investments here and there as well.
Eden MannBut by far the number one thing is being a slave of God.
Eden MannThat's it.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannIf you.
Eden MannSo what I'm trying to say is, don't get me wrong, success is great, but you should know your priorities.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannI think a lot of people, mostly the people who don't even have that much money, end up worshipping the money.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd I think the reason I have a little success in my age is not because I'm a genius.
Eden MannI'm not a genius.
Eden MannLike I'm.
Eden MannI'm.
Eden MannI'm a normal person, Right.
Eden MannI think it is because I prioritize.
Eden MannI have the right priorities.
Eden MannThat's it.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd that's why this life comes calling to me.
Eden MannSo, you know, whether you're Christian, whether you're whatever.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannI think follow your scripture, follow what you have, and just make sure you prioritize the right things.
Eden MannI think a lot of people have the wrong priorities.
Eden MannThey put money on top and everything else later.
Eden MannIf you look now, most people have families at 30, 40 years old, most women as well.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd this is why autism, all other diseases have been much higher, because people are washing, worshiping the money nowadays.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Eden MannYou know, it's crazy.
Eden MannSo have the right priorities straight.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannI've rejected a bunch of offers for multiple five figures.
Eden MannI could be making additional 30, $40,000 a month by now, you know, in certain industries, which I've had offers with.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannIt's just that I didn't even think about them.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd there are many other people who would also not think about them and just accept them.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannSo you just have to have the priorities straight.
Eden MannAnd I think I'm just a living example that you have the right priorities to rate.
Eden MannYou can achieve this life's come.
Eden MannThis life comes according to you.
Eden MannThat's what I'm trying to say.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Serve God, and he's the one that does the blessing.
Speaker DAmen.
Eden MannAbsolutely.
Eden MannYeah.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2How did you get started in this area of business, though?
Eden MannThat's, that's an amazing question.
Eden MannSo, I mean, the first change, like I said before, before we even, you know, started this podcast or interview, is the first change needs to happen in the mind, right?
Eden MannIt's, it's very easy to.
Eden MannYou know, you see all these guys in New Year's resolution, they say, oh, I'm going to be fit.
Eden MannI'm going to be this.
Eden MannI'm going to be dot.
Eden Mann92% of them every year, 92% of them, this is statistic, fail every year.
Eden MannAnd out of 24 of the whole population, never ever in their life achieve even once.
Eden MannThey Knew not even one resolution every year, not 24%, a quarter of the world, not even once in their life.
Eden MannWhy?
Eden MannBecause they say they will do some actions, but didn't make the change in the mind.
Eden MannThe mind, let's say you want to get fit.
Eden MannYour mind is still the person who's not fit, all right?
Eden MannSo you have to change the way you look at yourself.
Eden MannYou have to be fit in your brain before you fit outside.
Eden MannSo when I first started making some money outside of friends, family, I was 12.
Eden MannI was making like $15 a month.
Eden MannNothing, absolutely nothing.
Eden MannAt the time.
Eden MannI felt like a rich guy.
Eden MannYeah, I was 12.
Eden MannI was going to school, you know.
Eden MannYou know, I felt like I was doing amazing out work, 20, 30 hours.
Eden MannWhat I was doing basically is I'd have as many social media presence.
Eden MannI tweet some, I make some graphics on my phone.
Eden MannI'd act like, you know, I'm really professional at this.
Eden MannI get some people for $9 or $15 a month just to make graphics for them.
Eden MannThey, you know, they get a good deal.
Eden MannYou know, they got the young guy making graphics for the YouTube channel or whatever for, you know, cheap, which other people charge thousands for.
Eden MannAnd I make a good deal because I, you know, get some pocket money at my, at my age, you know, I can get some candy at that age or whatever I want.
Eden MannSo, you know, I just started because I didn't have an excuse.
Eden MannI think most people that talk to someone today, he is like 14, 15 years old, very young.
Eden MannI think he goes to America some, something like this.
Eden MannHe's in a very good position.
Eden MannAmerica is a place we can network with a lot of people that.
Eden MannI'm in Switzerland, it's also a great place.
Eden MannHe just comes up with excuse after excuse on why I can't achieve whatever goal it is.
Eden MannI mean, if you believe in God, you should know that anything is possible.
Eden MannOkay, so just put your mind to it.
Eden MannBut yeah, it has to.
Eden MannThe change has to happen in the mind.
Speaker EAll right?
Eden MannSo what I did is I ch.
Eden MannI.
Eden MannI never have to change my mind.
Eden MannI don't Know, maybe we're all born with it.
Eden MannI'm not sure.
Eden MannBut I can talk for myself.
Eden MannIs I.
Eden MannObviously from a young age, okay, I'm going to be great.
Eden MannI don't know why I was.
Eden MannI can remember when I was eight, nine years old, I'd go to people, I, I talk to people at my school.
Eden MannI'd say, look, I'm going to be this, I'm going to be this, I'm going to be rich.
Eden MannI'm not going to sell for else anything else.
Eden MannI'm going to be famous.
Eden MannObviously at that time, I was just a kid, right?
Eden MannSo my goal at that time was 8, 9 years old, 10 years old.
Eden MannYou know, I just talk something.
Eden MannI didn't know how to do it any.
Eden MannNo clue.
Eden MannOne idea I had and which I worked on when I was very young is I wanted to write a book and I wanted that book to be.
Eden MannThe goal was, okay, sell millions of copies and be, you know, a billionaire at 13 or whatever.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannObviously, you know, I was young, I didn't know anything about money.
Eden MannI didn't know how to sell.
Eden MannEnded up making zero, you know, selling zero.
Eden MannBut, you know, it's, it's.
Eden MannYou get the mindset, you know, I already had the mindset, okay, I'm gonna, I'm, I'm gonna do more.
Eden MannI'm gonna find something else.
Eden MannI'm going to do something special, right?
Eden MannAnd you know, nowadays you see a lot of people, they say, look, you should do this way.
Eden MannYou should go to school and do this or you should drop out and do this.
Eden MannAt the end of the day, every part works.
Eden MannI say this all the time.
Eden MannEvery business model works, Every part works.
Eden MannYou want to get into real estate, do it.
Eden MannYou want to get to this.
Eden MannWhatever fits for you, it works.
Eden MannOkay?
Eden MannIf you, if you're the type of person to say this doesn't work, but this works and this is the best and everything.
Eden MannNo, no, it's, it, it's.
Eden MannIt comes down to you.
Eden MannYou can make a million dollars in a million different ways.
Eden MannOkay?
Eden MannJust about first change your mind and then change your actions.
Eden MannSo.
Speaker DAmen.
Eden MannYeah, Amen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Well, how does your faith also shape what you do?
Eden MannWell, you know, I, I know this is a mainly Christian channel.
Eden MannI'm actually a Muslim.
Eden MannBut we have a lot of similarities as well.
Eden MannBut I, I just have my priority set, right?
Eden MannAnd that's number one.
Eden MannNo matter what your belief is, have your priority set.
Eden MannOkay?
Eden MannYou know, certain things are not worth the money, but I'm not going to say Names.
Eden MannBut then I had offers from guys and you know, certain industries to promote certain courses to lead someone in, in that kind of like an adult industry, very bad, disgusting industry.
Eden MannI would, I wouldn't even think about that.
Eden MannBut even though I'd be much more wealthy today if I did, you just have to have, even if you got, you might lose money in the first couple of years by doing this.
Eden MannYou might lose a lot of money by just prioritizing ethical stuff over just making money.
Eden MannOkay.
Eden MannYou have to have priority set.
Eden MannYou might lose a lot of money.
Eden MannOne thing I can say for sure is in the long term you're going to gain much more.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd that's going to be in this life, the next level and so on.
Eden MannRight.
Eden MannSo you need to have, look, I can't guarantee you look, oh, you're going to make, do this, you're going to make $5 billion next five seconds.
Eden MannI can't say that.
Eden MannBut what I can say is have your priority set.
Eden MannPosition yourself well and don't, you know, even think about, you know, these kind of offers.
Eden MannBecause if you have something that you really don't believe in, you're selling a product service you really don't believe in, you don't like, you wouldn't buy for yourself.
Eden MannIf you the target customer, then that's a way of selling a soul.
Eden MannYeah, there are some exceptions.
Eden MannLike look, if you're, let's say you're a middleman for, I don't know, let's say you're raising capital or whatever or you're the middleman between a company and a private equity firm or whatever it is and it wouldn't fit for you.
Eden MannOkay, fair enough.
Eden MannBecause maybe you don't have 5 million to give away.
Eden MannBut if you especially info products, small things like this, I wouldn't say you have to buy them because you might be in a different situation.
Eden MannBut you should.
Eden MannIf you're the ideal customer of your own product which you're selling and you wouldn't buy it, if you're being honest with yourself and you think the cross doesn't work, then that's, that's like a, that's kind of selling your soul.
Eden MannSo you have to have a practice to rate.
Eden MannYou want to help people, right?
Eden MannYou will get paid by the amount of money you get paid.
Eden MannAmount of money equivalent to the value in the problem you solve.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Eden MannSo number one thing, find obviously change your mind, find a problem you want to solve and find the customers.
Eden MannThat's one on one business, right?
Eden MannIt's Very simple.
Eden MannYeah, very simple.
Eden MannIt's very hard.
Eden MannSo.
Eden MannYeah.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And, you know, it's like, you know me with what we do here.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2I am narrowed in on exactly what I do.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2You know, I get opportunities all the time to talk about all this other stuff.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And I said, no, that's, that's not what our niche is.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2You know, I'm strictly focused on what I'm doing.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And, you know, I dabble, I guess you could say, on the fringes.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2But that's more or less the marketing aspect to draw people in.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2You know, I'm not going out.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And as you said, you know, I turned down.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Put like this, I turned down just about as many interview opportunities as I accept, you know, because I'm very selective at maintaining exactly what I'm doing.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And that's amazing.
Eden MannThat's amazing.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2That's proven our, that's our success model, I guess you could say, just like it's yours and.
Eden MannAbsolutely, absolutely.
Eden MannBecause if you, if you, you can't settle for less.
Eden MannYou want to have a clear vision and look, you, you're not gonna, you're gonna fail.
Speaker ERight?
Eden MannBe prepared.
Eden MannLook, I, I was selling a lot of different stuff.
Eden MannBe prepared to fail.
Eden MannOkay.
Eden MannI'm prepared to fail the next 10 years over and over again.
Eden MannBe prepared to fail, whatever.
Eden MannIf you want to be, achieve something great, be prepared to fail.
Speaker DYeah.
Eden MannBecause you will.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2That's true.
Eden MannSo prepare for the worst case scenario is what I would say.
Speaker DAmen.
Speaker DAmen.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Now, is it true that when you start out, you just ran on a couple hours sleep a night in your startup days?
Eden MannI wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Eden MannThere was a time I was not sleeping much, to say the least.
Eden MannI was really not sleeping much.
Eden MannAnd nowadays it's the opposite.
Eden MannI like to sleep a lot.
Eden MannI think it's very important you grow higher.
Eden MannLots of muscle is built by sleeping.
Eden MannYou're just a better person.
Eden MannYou actually sleep more.
Eden MannI don't recommend sleeping less than 8, 9 hours.
Eden MannI sleep 9 hours 8 of.
Eden MannSometimes I have to sleep less.
Eden MannLike today I slept like four hours.
Eden MannBut on average I'd sleep very well.
Eden MannRight.
Eden MannBecause I think it's really important to recover the body.
Eden MannI think it's, it's extremely important.
Eden MannRight now.
Eden MannA lot of people have different opinions.
Eden MannI think health is very important.
Eden MannIt goes above wealth.
Eden MannI would not recommend doing that.
Eden MannBut it's a time where it was a couple of months where I just didn't sleep.
Eden MannI.
Eden MannI just never slept.
Eden MannThe only time I slept was when I accidentally Slept, I averaged like two hours a day.
Eden MannLiterally two hours a day.
Eden MannI can show you on my phone if I, if I scroll all the way back.
Eden MannI mean it's, it's not the best.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannThe reason I was in that comfort zone is because I had two things at once.
Eden MannI was what I was, had some kind.
Eden MannI had basically internship, to say the least.
Eden MannA bit different than an internship.
Eden MannYou don't go to the office.
Eden MannYou go to the construction site, nine, eight hours a day, sometimes 10.
Eden MannYou come back and then you build something for the next eight hours, nine hours.
Eden MannThen you have to eat.
Eden MannThen you have to, you know, it wasn't the best time.
Eden MannYou know, many times I'd fallen unconscious on the ladder without in sleep.
Eden MannSo I, I don't recommend this to anyone.
Eden MannI, I don't think that's, that's amazing idea.
Eden MannBut yeah, I mean, yeah, it was, it was something.
Eden MannYeah.
Speaker DAmen.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And when someone approaches you or you're looking for a client, what's the one thing that you look for when onboarding a client?
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2In other words, deciding whether or not to accept someone as a client.
Eden MannThat's amazing.
Eden MannQuestion.
Eden MannSo nowadays we focus with people who already have, you know, some kind something going on for them.
Eden MannWe used to, you know, maybe a year ago we would have taken people who are, you know, doing $0 a month for a cool offer.
Eden MannFrom today, you know, we, we wouldn't accept anyone.
Eden MannYou know, a threshold is at least anywhere between 20 to 50k a month.
Eden MannThat isn't the most important thing though.
Eden MannThe most important thing is that we first of all have a product or service which we really like.
Eden MannSomething we believe in some mission.
Eden MannWe believe in a team we believe in.
Eden MannI mean, you don't have to have, you know, a big everything.
Eden MannYou don't need to have the best team in the world.
Eden MannYou don't need to even have much going on.
Eden MannAs long as we believe in your mission.
Eden MannWe like what you guys are building.
Eden MannRight?
Eden MannAnd if that is the case, I mean it's, it's very easy to be very motivated, motivate people for this.
Eden MannEven if you're building something like a 1099, just commission based sales team, you just want to have something which is genuine, which helps people and you believe in.
Eden MannThat's like the most important thing.
Eden MannThen you can look at the people.
Eden MannDo you like the people?
Eden MannYou know, how to, you know, talk, how to behave, how to act?
Eden MannVery important as well.
Eden MannAnd from there you look at the revenue and stuff like that.
Eden MannBut that's that's one of the most important things.
Speaker DAmen.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2I also seen something on your website that I just think is fabulous.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2When I was back in the military, we had a saying that the maximum effective range of an excuse is zero meters.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2In other words, there are no excuses.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2There may be a reason something happened, but that's not an excuse.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And I read about the same philosophy in that area on your website where you tell people, bring me solutions, not excuses.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Is that correct?
Eden MannYeah, absolutely.
Eden MannI mean, you know, it's very easy to bring up excuses.
Eden MannYou know, if you, if you really want to win, if you really want to find, if you really, really want to solve a goal, you're not going to even look for excuses.
Eden MannYou have to wire your brain in a way where you automatically just looking for solutions.
Eden MannBecause if it's life or death, I'm telling you, if you, if you're in a room and, and the walls start, you know, coming together and they have spikes and everything, you're not going to say, oh, well, what should I do?
Eden MannOnly have fives?
Eden MannNo, you're gonna find something.
Eden MannEven if you're gonna fail, you're gonna try to do something.
Eden MannYou're gonna say, okay, what can I do?
Speaker ERight?
Eden MannMaybe there's a window, maybe there's something you, you look for solutions, not excuses because you don't have time.
Eden MannIt's the same way in anything.
Eden MannSo, yeah, bring me solutions, not excuses.
Eden MannI mean, it's very easy to get excuses.
Eden MannIn the same way, it's very easy.
Eden MannIf you, a leader in sales especially, very simple.
Eden MannI mean, if you, if you're not holding yourself accountable, if you're not a good example, you know, people are not going to follow that.
Eden MannBut if you blame everyone else, especially as a leader in sales, you know, your sales reps are going to adapt that and they're not going to respect.
Eden MannSo it's extremely easy to blame.
Eden MannIt's extremely easy to point fingers at other people.
Eden MannWhat he should be doing is, even if it wasn't completely your fault, the smartest and the wisest of man will point himself at himself.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Eden MannSo it's a lot about your character, especially when you're leading stuff.
Eden MannIt's sometimes even more about your character and positioning than it is about your skills that I'm not the best in the world yet at sales there are people who are better than me, but I know how to position myself and I know how to be a good character.
Eden MannSo we can hit a certain KPIs, right.
Eden MannSo you just need to have that character.
Eden MannYou need to have.
Eden MannIt's not something you just born with.
Eden MannYou have to develop it.
Eden MannAnd you need to be the type of person even in hell.
Eden MannYou need to prepare for chaos.
Eden MannYou need to prepare for the most.
Eden MannBecause, you know, it might happen, it might not happen, but if you're in the industry for long enough, you will have a moment which is not the best, to say the least.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And, you know, again, I go back to the.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2My military background and stuff that, you know, you have something going on, you know what the policy is, you know what the plan is, you know what the mission is, and you're moving forward.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2And then they come at, you know, this isn't working.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2You know, this, this.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2This is broke.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2This is not okay.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2What's your recommendation?
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Give me a recommendation, because right now we have a plan.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Everybody knows what the plan is.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Give me a recommendation.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Will evaluate it.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2That may be the answer to the solution to a problem.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2But if all you're doing is complaining, you're not helping anybody.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2You know, get with the program, get the mission accomplished.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2You know, when you get a mission accomplished, it may not be as pretty as what you had first envisioned it to be, but at least it's accomplished.
Eden MannAbsolutely, man.
Eden MannAbsolutely.
Eden MannI mean, I mean, you know, especially when you hire him, I think, you know, I always compare stuff to a team, like a football team or whatever, because it's very similar, Right?
Eden MannSales is very similar.
Eden MannSales team is very similar to a football team.
Speaker ERight?
Eden MannYou got manager, you got leaders in a team, you got captains in a team.
Eden MannYou've got people who are just starting off.
Eden MannYou got bench warmers.
Eden MannRight.
Eden MannYou have to create a culture and you have to create character.
Eden MannWhen you're hiring someone, what's more important than the skill is the character.
Eden MannIf you have someone who's great, but his character is awful, is going to bring other people down.
Eden MannJust, you know, if he doesn't follow the rules, if he doesn't.
Eden MannIf he's not obedient, if he's gonna, you know, not talk the best way and he's doing well, like, you can do well in that way, but other people are going to adapt to that.
Eden MannWith dating, okay, this guy's doing well.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd even if you're not doing well, you don't want to have someone like that in your environment.
Eden MannEspecially when building sales teams.
Eden MannYeah, you really want to focus on someone.
Eden MannYou really want to bring people in who have the right character.
Eden MannIf you have the right character and you don't have the right skill, that's fine.
Eden MannThe skill can be developed.
Eden MannThe character is very hard to change with.
Eden MannMost people are a bit arrogant.
Eden MannThey don't want to change it.
Eden MannDon't get me wrong, you can change it.
Eden MannPeople just don't want to change it.
Speaker DAmen.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Let's go back to how you first started.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2I mean, you quit your job, you were in construction, you quit your job.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2What was the first thing you did after that?
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2What was the first step on your path to success?
Eden MannWell, again, like I said, a lot of times, I mean, you need to.
Eden MannYou need to fail a lot of times to go on to success.
Eden MannI still don't think I want to be.
Eden MannI still think I have a lot to do.
Eden MannI think making, you know, generating a couple million dollars isn't the end goal and shouldn't be for anyone.
Eden MannIt's fun, it's cool, but it isn't the end goal.
Eden MannI think the first step, again, always changing your mind.
Eden MannIt's always going to be changing the way you think about yourself.
Eden MannIf you want to, you know, let's say you want to quit doing.
Eden MannIf you think of yourself as a drink, you might get to day 24, day 12, but you still alcoholic.
Speaker ERight?
Eden MannYou still.
Eden MannYou still see yourself as someone who drinks.
Eden MannSo if you want to change this, you know, you.
Eden MannTo change how you see yourself truly in your heart, you can't just say.
Eden MannYou can say it, but you have to actually, you know, have doubt, even in a subconscious mind.
Eden MannOkay.
Eden MannI don't do this anymore.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannAnd I always knew, you know, what I wanted to achieve is already out there.
Eden MannI already have it in a way.
Eden MannTime just hasn't caught up to it.
Eden MannRight.
Eden MannSo I still have a lot I want to do, a lot I want to achieve.
Eden MannI'm nowhere near to where I want to be.
Eden MannI already have it in a way, because I.
Eden MannMy time just hasn't cut.
Eden MannBut I'm not a billionaire yet.
Eden MannNot a goal, but it's a cool achievement, right?
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2Yeah.
Eden MannYou know, it's.
Eden MannIt's like time hasn't caught up yet.
Eden MannSo if you truly believe whatever your goal is, you'll achieve, which you should be outside of just money and wealth, a.
Eden MannThink of it as already done.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob ThibodeauYeah.
Eden MannYou're just gonna come.
Eden MannSo don't.
Eden MannI don't like to worry.
Eden MannYou know, a lot of people, they worry all the time.
Eden MannI don't like the act of worrying.
Eden MannI think, yeah, it's.
Eden MannI don't think it's.
Eden MannIt's good because I Think if you have, if you know what you vote and you know what you want to get to, of course you're going to have tests.
Eden MannIt's going to happen, right, no matter who you are.
Eden MannSo what are you, are you, are you sorry for yourself that you, that you're getting tested?
Eden MannYou should be happy that you get tested, have a chance to level up.
Eden MannSo, yeah, I mean, I mean, you should never worry, you should always rely, you should always know things already planned out.
Eden MannOkay.
Eden MannAnd, and you just need to position yourself well, work hard and go towards your mission, towards your vision and you'll do just fine.
Speaker DAmen.
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2What type of person or company are you looking to work with?
Pastor Bob Thibodeau 2I mean, surely this is not, hey, we take everybody type of mentality, right?
Eden MannYeah, absolutely.
Eden MannI mean, we mainly look for personal brands.
Eden MannWe mainly look for people who have work, growing individually, I think, you know, if you, if you look at prime as an example, I don't endorse them at all, but they're all over the place nowadays, right.
Eden MannIf you look at prime versus Gatorade, I'm not sure about the numbers, but I've heard Prime did $1.2 billion in a year and Gateway, maybe around 400 million.
Eden MannGatorade has been here for much longer, much longer time crime has been for a couple of years.
Eden MannThe reason he, they are doing much better is because they're using, in a way, they're, they're using influential, you know, influencers to market their products and people actually connect with our people, resonate with those people.
Speaker ERight?
Eden MannAnd this is why a lot of kids are now going and buying prime, which I do not endorse.
Eden MannI don't know what's in there.
Eden MannKnow the best drink is always water, but yeah, there's going to be a lot of people who now go and buy it and they all.
Eden MannWhich is why they're making billions of dollars, Right?
Eden MannSo we're looking for personal brands, we're looking for, we don't act, we look for people most of the time.
Eden MannAs of right now, people come to us.
Eden MannMost of our clients are from word of mouth, either from past clients, connections, whatever.
Eden MannYeah, I mean, I mean, we look for people we can grow, we look for products and, you know, stuff we really believe in.
Speaker ERight.
Eden MannA mission we really believe in.
Eden MannAnd from that a.
Eden MannThe head, whoever is the face of it, they need to be a face of it.
Eden MannSomeone we can resonate with, someone we like, someone we can bring very far.
Speaker ERight?
Eden MannYou don't need to have, you know, you see all of these Influencers, millions of millions of followers.
Eden MannThey don't even know how to monetize it.
Eden MannI've had a lot of affiliates with 300, 000 followers, 200000 followers.
Eden MannThey have to work a job because they don't know how to monetize it.
Eden MannYou know, gaining attention is, is easy.
Eden MannYou have to actually monetize it.
Eden MannThat's the hard part.
Eden MannWhich people don't, you know, many people don't understand.
Eden MannThey make, you know, a lot of it, gets a lot of followers and you know how to monetize it.
Eden MannSo most important, always character.
Eden MannHow would the character of the people?
Eden MannHow's the product itself?
Eden MannIs it something I would buy if I'm the, you know, target, whatever customer?
Eden MannAnd is it something which actually helps people?
Eden MannIs it something we believe in?
Eden MannRight from there, if those are met, it's pretty easy to move forward.
Speaker DAmen.
