We are so blessed that you are joining us today.

We have a very special guest today.

Eden Mann, founder of the Man Team, also known as the Mann Acquisition Company.

He's based in Switzerland.

He has the mate.

His background is just going to be simply amazing.

He has been the main sales manager for several eight figure companies, helping certain businesses go from 100 grand per month to over half a million dollars per month income.

But listen to this now at age 15, he dropped out of school to become a full time entrepreneur.

And guess what?

He does a little over 16 now.

So in a little over a year he's already been touted as possibly becoming the youngest self made billionaire yet.

Eden man has been touted as the next Elon Musk many times over.

The man team has created, managed and scaled multiple teams that have gone from scratch to over half a million dollars per month in revenue.

But the underlying principle Eden man refuses to compromise on.

And the reason I wanted to come on the program today, he says is his faith.

His website even states we do not participate in any unethical industries even if it's legally allowed.

We value human morals and being a man of God more than any penny in the world.

We will not promote something which we know would hurt someone else.

That's not what we stand for as an organization and a company.

And to that I just say amen and help me.

Eden, it is such a blessing to talk with you today, brother.

I appreciate you joining us.

Thank you very much for the introduction, inviting me, I mean it's a, it's a pleasure to talk with anyone as well and thank you very much for the invitation.

The first question I always start with is this.

Other than that brief information I just shared, can you tell us in your own words who is Eden Man?

Well, you know, it's, it's, you know, it's a good introduction, it's amazing introduction but you know, things like those, you know, don't get me wrong, amazing.

But the most important Title, no matter how, what kind of success you achieve is, you're always going to be the same as everyone else.

Right.

And you.

So, yeah, I mean, I would just classify myself as.

Obviously, I'm an entrepreneur, obviously.

I have a couple of, you know, ventures I'm doing.

I'm head of the Mon team.

I have a couple of, you know, investments here and there as well.

But by far the number one thing is being a slave of God.

That's it.

Right.

If you.

So what I'm trying to say is, don't get me wrong, success is great, but you should know your priorities.

Right.

I think a lot of people, mostly the people who don't even have that much money, end up worshipping the money.

Right.

And I think the reason I have a little success in my age is not because I'm a genius.

I'm not a genius.

Like I'm.

I'm.

I'm a normal person, Right.

I think it is because I prioritize.

I have the right priorities.

That's it.

Right.

And that's why this life comes calling to me.

So, you know, whether you're Christian, whether you're whatever.

Right.

I think follow your scripture, follow what you have, and just make sure you prioritize the right things.

I think a lot of people have the wrong priorities.

They put money on top and everything else later.

If you look now, most people have families at 30, 40 years old, most women as well.

Right.

And this is why autism, all other diseases have been much higher, because people are washing, worshiping the money nowadays.

Yeah.

You know, it's crazy.

So have the right priorities straight.

Right.

I've rejected a bunch of offers for multiple five figures.

I could be making additional 30, $40,000 a month by now, you know, in certain industries, which I've had offers with.

Right.

It's just that I didn't even think about them.

Right.

And there are many other people who would also not think about them and just accept them.

Right.

So you just have to have the priorities straight.

And I think I'm just a living example that you have the right priorities to rate.

You can achieve this life's come.

This life comes according to you.

That's what I'm trying to say.

Yeah.

Serve God, and he's the one that does the blessing.

Amen.

Absolutely.

Yeah.

How did you get started in this area of business, though?

That's, that's an amazing question.

So, I mean, the first change, like I said before, before we even, you know, started this podcast or interview, is the first change needs to happen in the mind, right?

It's, it's very easy to.

You know, you see all these guys in New Year's resolution, they say, oh, I'm going to be fit.

I'm going to be this.

I'm going to be dot.

92% of them every year, 92% of them, this is statistic, fail every year.

And out of 24 of the whole population, never ever in their life achieve even once.

They Knew not even one resolution every year, not 24%, a quarter of the world, not even once in their life.

Why?

Because they say they will do some actions, but didn't make the change in the mind.

The mind, let's say you want to get fit.

Your mind is still the person who's not fit, all right?

So you have to change the way you look at yourself.

You have to be fit in your brain before you fit outside.

So when I first started making some money outside of friends, family, I was 12.

I was making like $15 a month.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

At the time.

I felt like a rich guy.

Yeah, I was 12.

I was going to school, you know.

You know, I felt like I was doing amazing out work, 20, 30 hours.

What I was doing basically is I'd have as many social media presence.

I tweet some, I make some graphics on my phone.

I'd act like, you know, I'm really professional at this.

I get some people for $9 or $15 a month just to make graphics for them.

They, you know, they get a good deal.

You know, they got the young guy making graphics for the YouTube channel or whatever for, you know, cheap, which other people charge thousands for.

And I make a good deal because I, you know, get some pocket money at my, at my age, you know, I can get some candy at that age or whatever I want.

So, you know, I just started because I didn't have an excuse.

I think most people that talk to someone today, he is like 14, 15 years old, very young.

I think he goes to America some, something like this.

He's in a very good position.

America is a place we can network with a lot of people that.

I'm in Switzerland, it's also a great place.

He just comes up with excuse after excuse on why I can't achieve whatever goal it is.

I mean, if you believe in God, you should know that anything is possible.

Okay, so just put your mind to it.

But yeah, it has to.

The change has to happen in the mind.

All right?

So what I did is I ch.

I.

I never have to change my mind.

I don't Know, maybe we're all born with it.

I'm not sure.

But I can talk for myself.

Is I.

Obviously from a young age, okay, I'm going to be great.

I don't know why I was.

I can remember when I was eight, nine years old, I'd go to people, I, I talk to people at my school.

I'd say, look, I'm going to be this, I'm going to be this, I'm going to be rich.

I'm not going to sell for else anything else.

I'm going to be famous.

Obviously at that time, I was just a kid, right?

So my goal at that time was 8, 9 years old, 10 years old.

You know, I just talk something.

I didn't know how to do it any.

No clue.

One idea I had and which I worked on when I was very young is I wanted to write a book and I wanted that book to be.

The goal was, okay, sell millions of copies and be, you know, a billionaire at 13 or whatever.

Right.

Obviously, you know, I was young, I didn't know anything about money.

I didn't know how to sell.

Ended up making zero, you know, selling zero.

But, you know, it's, it's.

You get the mindset, you know, I already had the mindset, okay, I'm gonna, I'm, I'm gonna do more.

I'm gonna find something else.

I'm going to do something special, right?

And you know, nowadays you see a lot of people, they say, look, you should do this way.

You should go to school and do this or you should drop out and do this.

At the end of the day, every part works.

I say this all the time.

Every business model works, Every part works.

You want to get into real estate, do it.

You want to get to this.

Whatever fits for you, it works.

Okay?

If you, if you're the type of person to say this doesn't work, but this works and this is the best and everything.

No, no, it's, it, it's.

It comes down to you.

You can make a million dollars in a million different ways.

Okay?

Just about first change your mind and then change your actions.

So.

Amen.

Yeah, Amen.

Well, how does your faith also shape what you do?

Well, you know, I, I know this is a mainly Christian channel.

I'm actually a Muslim.

But we have a lot of similarities as well.

But I, I just have my priority set, right?

And that's number one.

No matter what your belief is, have your priority set.

Okay?

You know, certain things are not worth the money, but I'm not going to say Names.

But then I had offers from guys and you know, certain industries to promote certain courses to lead someone in, in that kind of like an adult industry, very bad, disgusting industry.

I would, I wouldn't even think about that.

But even though I'd be much more wealthy today if I did, you just have to have, even if you got, you might lose money in the first couple of years by doing this.

You might lose a lot of money by just prioritizing ethical stuff over just making money.

Okay.

You have to have priority set.

You might lose a lot of money.

One thing I can say for sure is in the long term you're going to gain much more.

Right.

And that's going to be in this life, the next level and so on.

Right.

So you need to have, look, I can't guarantee you look, oh, you're going to make, do this, you're going to make $5 billion next five seconds.

I can't say that.

But what I can say is have your priority set.

Position yourself well and don't, you know, even think about, you know, these kind of offers.

Because if you have something that you really don't believe in, you're selling a product service you really don't believe in, you don't like, you wouldn't buy for yourself.

If you the target customer, then that's a way of selling a soul.

Yeah, there are some exceptions.

Like look, if you're, let's say you're a middleman for, I don't know, let's say you're raising capital or whatever or you're the middleman between a company and a private equity firm or whatever it is and it wouldn't fit for you.

Okay, fair enough.

Because maybe you don't have 5 million to give away.

But if you especially info products, small things like this, I wouldn't say you have to buy them because you might be in a different situation.

But you should.

If you're the ideal customer of your own product which you're selling and you wouldn't buy it, if you're being honest with yourself and you think the cross doesn't work, then that's, that's like a, that's kind of selling your soul.

So you have to have a practice to rate.

You want to help people, right?

You will get paid by the amount of money you get paid.

Amount of money equivalent to the value in the problem you solve.

Yeah.

So number one thing, find obviously change your mind, find a problem you want to solve and find the customers.

That's one on one business, right?

It's Very simple.

Yeah, very simple.

It's very hard.

So.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And, you know, it's like, you know me with what we do here.

I am narrowed in on exactly what I do.

You know, I get opportunities all the time to talk about all this other stuff.

And I said, no, that's, that's not what our niche is.

You know, I'm strictly focused on what I'm doing.

And, you know, I dabble, I guess you could say, on the fringes.

But that's more or less the marketing aspect to draw people in.

You know, I'm not going out.

And as you said, you know, I turned down.

Put like this, I turned down just about as many interview opportunities as I accept, you know, because I'm very selective at maintaining exactly what I'm doing.

And that's amazing.

That's amazing.

That's proven our, that's our success model, I guess you could say, just like it's yours and.

Absolutely, absolutely.

Because if you, if you, you can't settle for less.

You want to have a clear vision and look, you, you're not gonna, you're gonna fail.

Right?

Be prepared.

Look, I, I was selling a lot of different stuff.

Be prepared to fail.

Okay.

I'm prepared to fail the next 10 years over and over again.

Be prepared to fail, whatever.

If you want to be, achieve something great, be prepared to fail.

Yeah.

Because you will.

That's true.

So prepare for the worst case scenario is what I would say.

Now, is it true that when you start out, you just ran on a couple hours sleep a night in your startup days?

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

There was a time I was not sleeping much, to say the least.

I was really not sleeping much.

And nowadays it's the opposite.

I like to sleep a lot.

I think it's very important you grow higher.

Lots of muscle is built by sleeping.

You're just a better person.

You actually sleep more.

I don't recommend sleeping less than 8, 9 hours.

I sleep 9 hours 8 of.

Sometimes I have to sleep less.

Like today I slept like four hours.

But on average I'd sleep very well.

Right.

Because I think it's really important to recover the body.

I think it's, it's extremely important.

Right now.

A lot of people have different opinions.

I think health is very important.

It goes above wealth.

I would not recommend doing that.

But it's a time where it was a couple of months where I just didn't sleep.

I.

I just never slept.

The only time I slept was when I accidentally Slept, I averaged like two hours a day.

Literally two hours a day.

I can show you on my phone if I, if I scroll all the way back.

I mean it's, it's not the best.

Right.

The reason I was in that comfort zone is because I had two things at once.

I was what I was, had some kind.

I had basically internship, to say the least.

A bit different than an internship.

You don't go to the office.

You go to the construction site, nine, eight hours a day, sometimes 10.

You come back and then you build something for the next eight hours, nine hours.

Then you have to eat.

Then you have to, you know, it wasn't the best time.

You know, many times I'd fallen unconscious on the ladder without in sleep.

So I, I don't recommend this to anyone.

I, I don't think that's, that's amazing idea.

But yeah, I mean, yeah, it was, it was something.

Yeah.

Amen.

Amen.

And when someone approaches you or you're looking for a client, what's the one thing that you look for when onboarding a client?

In other words, deciding whether or not to accept someone as a client.

That's amazing.

Question.

So nowadays we focus with people who already have, you know, some kind something going on for them.

We used to, you know, maybe a year ago we would have taken people who are, you know, doing $0 a month for a cool offer.

From today, you know, we, we wouldn't accept anyone.

You know, a threshold is at least anywhere between 20 to 50k a month.

That isn't the most important thing though.

The most important thing is that we first of all have a product or service which we really like.

Something we believe in some mission.

We believe in a team we believe in.

I mean, you don't have to have, you know, a big everything.

You don't need to have the best team in the world.

You don't need to even have much going on.

As long as we believe in your mission.

We like what you guys are building.

Right?

And if that is the case, I mean it's, it's very easy to be very motivated, motivate people for this.

Even if you're building something like a 1099, just commission based sales team, you just want to have something which is genuine, which helps people and you believe in.

That's like the most important thing.

Then you can look at the people.

Do you like the people?

You know, how to, you know, talk, how to behave, how to act?

Very important as well.

And from there you look at the revenue and stuff like that.

But that's that's one of the most important things.

I also seen something on your website that I just think is fabulous.

When I was back in the military, we had a saying that the maximum effective range of an excuse is zero meters.

In other words, there are no excuses.

There may be a reason something happened, but that's not an excuse.

And I read about the same philosophy in that area on your website where you tell people, bring me solutions, not excuses.

Is that correct?

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, you know, it's very easy to bring up excuses.

You know, if you, if you really want to win, if you really want to find, if you really, really want to solve a goal, you're not going to even look for excuses.

You have to wire your brain in a way where you automatically just looking for solutions.

Because if it's life or death, I'm telling you, if you, if you're in a room and, and the walls start, you know, coming together and they have spikes and everything, you're not going to say, oh, well, what should I do?

Only have fives?

No, you're gonna find something.

Even if you're gonna fail, you're gonna try to do something.

You're gonna say, okay, what can I do?

Right?

Maybe there's a window, maybe there's something you, you look for solutions, not excuses because you don't have time.

It's the same way in anything.

So, yeah, bring me solutions, not excuses.

I mean, it's very easy to get excuses.

In the same way, it's very easy.

If you, a leader in sales especially, very simple.

I mean, if you, if you're not holding yourself accountable, if you're not a good example, you know, people are not going to follow that.

But if you blame everyone else, especially as a leader in sales, you know, your sales reps are going to adapt that and they're not going to respect.

So it's extremely easy to blame.

It's extremely easy to point fingers at other people.

What he should be doing is, even if it wasn't completely your fault, the smartest and the wisest of man will point himself at himself.

Yeah.

So it's a lot about your character, especially when you're leading stuff.

It's sometimes even more about your character and positioning than it is about your skills that I'm not the best in the world yet at sales there are people who are better than me, but I know how to position myself and I know how to be a good character.

So we can hit a certain KPIs, right.

So you just need to have that character.

You need to have.

It's not something you just born with.

You have to develop it.

And you need to be the type of person even in hell.

You need to prepare for chaos.

You need to prepare for the most.

Because, you know, it might happen, it might not happen, but if you're in the industry for long enough, you will have a moment which is not the best, to say the least.

Yeah.

And, you know, again, I go back to the.

My military background and stuff that, you know, you have something going on, you know what the policy is, you know what the plan is, you know what the mission is, and you're moving forward.

And then they come at, you know, this isn't working.

You know, this, this.

This is broke.

This is not okay.

What's your recommendation?

Give me a recommendation, because right now we have a plan.

Everybody knows what the plan is.

Give me a recommendation.

Will evaluate it.

That may be the answer to the solution to a problem.

But if all you're doing is complaining, you're not helping anybody.

You know, get with the program, get the mission accomplished.

You know, when you get a mission accomplished, it may not be as pretty as what you had first envisioned it to be, but at least it's accomplished.

Absolutely, man.

Absolutely.

I mean, I mean, you know, especially when you hire him, I think, you know, I always compare stuff to a team, like a football team or whatever, because it's very similar, Right?

Sales is very similar.

Sales team is very similar to a football team.

Right?

You got manager, you got leaders in a team, you got captains in a team.

You've got people who are just starting off.

You got bench warmers.

Right.

You have to create a culture and you have to create character.

When you're hiring someone, what's more important than the skill is the character.

If you have someone who's great, but his character is awful, is going to bring other people down.

Just, you know, if he doesn't follow the rules, if he doesn't.

If he's not obedient, if he's gonna, you know, not talk the best way and he's doing well, like, you can do well in that way, but other people are going to adapt to that.

With dating, okay, this guy's doing well.

Right.

And even if you're not doing well, you don't want to have someone like that in your environment.

Especially when building sales teams.

Yeah, you really want to focus on someone.

You really want to bring people in who have the right character.

If you have the right character and you don't have the right skill, that's fine.

The skill can be developed.

The character is very hard to change with.

Most people are a bit arrogant.

They don't want to change it.

Don't get me wrong, you can change it.

People just don't want to change it.

Let's go back to how you first started.

I mean, you quit your job, you were in construction, you quit your job.

What was the first thing you did after that?

What was the first step on your path to success?

Well, again, like I said, a lot of times, I mean, you need to.

You need to fail a lot of times to go on to success.

I still don't think I want to be.

I still think I have a lot to do.

I think making, you know, generating a couple million dollars isn't the end goal and shouldn't be for anyone.

It's fun, it's cool, but it isn't the end goal.

I think the first step, again, always changing your mind.

It's always going to be changing the way you think about yourself.

If you want to, you know, let's say you want to quit doing.

If you think of yourself as a drink, you might get to day 24, day 12, but you still alcoholic.

Right?

You still.

You still see yourself as someone who drinks.

So if you want to change this, you know, you.

To change how you see yourself truly in your heart, you can't just say.

You can say it, but you have to actually, you know, have doubt, even in a subconscious mind.

Okay.

I don't do this anymore.

Right.

And I always knew, you know, what I wanted to achieve is already out there.

I already have it in a way.

Time just hasn't caught up to it.

Right.

So I still have a lot I want to do, a lot I want to achieve.

I'm nowhere near to where I want to be.

I already have it in a way, because I.

My time just hasn't cut.

But I'm not a billionaire yet.

Not a goal, but it's a cool achievement, right?

Yeah.

You know, it's.

It's like time hasn't caught up yet.

So if you truly believe whatever your goal is, you'll achieve, which you should be outside of just money and wealth, a.

Think of it as already done.

Amen.

Yeah.

You're just gonna come.

So don't.

I don't like to worry.

You know, a lot of people, they worry all the time.

I don't like the act of worrying.

I think, yeah, it's.

I don't think it's.

It's good because I Think if you have, if you know what you vote and you know what you want to get to, of course you're going to have tests.

It's going to happen, right, no matter who you are.

So what are you, are you, are you sorry for yourself that you, that you're getting tested?

You should be happy that you get tested, have a chance to level up.

So, yeah, I mean, I mean, you should never worry, you should always rely, you should always know things already planned out.

Okay.

And, and you just need to position yourself well, work hard and go towards your mission, towards your vision and you'll do just fine.

What type of person or company are you looking to work with?

I mean, surely this is not, hey, we take everybody type of mentality, right?

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, we mainly look for personal brands.

We mainly look for people who have work, growing individually, I think, you know, if you, if you look at prime as an example, I don't endorse them at all, but they're all over the place nowadays, right.

If you look at prime versus Gatorade, I'm not sure about the numbers, but I've heard Prime did $1.2 billion in a year and Gateway, maybe around 400 million.

Gatorade has been here for much longer, much longer time crime has been for a couple of years.

The reason he, they are doing much better is because they're using, in a way, they're, they're using influential, you know, influencers to market their products and people actually connect with our people, resonate with those people.

Right?

And this is why a lot of kids are now going and buying prime, which I do not endorse.

I don't know what's in there.

Know the best drink is always water, but yeah, there's going to be a lot of people who now go and buy it and they all.

Which is why they're making billions of dollars, Right?

So we're looking for personal brands, we're looking for, we don't act, we look for people most of the time.

As of right now, people come to us.

Most of our clients are from word of mouth, either from past clients, connections, whatever.

Yeah, I mean, I mean, we look for people we can grow, we look for products and, you know, stuff we really believe in.

Right.

A mission we really believe in.

And from that a.

The head, whoever is the face of it, they need to be a face of it.

Someone we can resonate with, someone we like, someone we can bring very far.

Right?

You don't need to have, you know, you see all of these Influencers, millions of millions of followers.

They don't even know how to monetize it.

I've had a lot of affiliates with 300, 000 followers, 200000 followers.

They have to work a job because they don't know how to monetize it.

You know, gaining attention is, is easy.

You have to actually monetize it.

That's the hard part.

Which people don't, you know, many people don't understand.

They make, you know, a lot of it, gets a lot of followers and you know how to monetize it.

So most important, always character.

How would the character of the people?

How's the product itself?

Is it something I would buy if I'm the, you know, target, whatever customer?

And is it something which actually helps people?

Is it something we believe in?

Right from there, if those are met, it's pretty easy to move forward.
