Warning, this podcast may cause uncontrollable laughter, side eye stares and questionable life choices.
Speaker AYou're listening to the Big Party show with Big Party and Molly.
Speaker AGod, I've been watching that, that airplane.
Speaker AWe'll get deeper into that here maybe a little bit later that laguardia.
Speaker AWow, what are the odds?
Speaker ASo some weird stuff happening in the United States, man.
Speaker AThere's some weird stuff happening.
Speaker ABut anyway, here's the gig.
Speaker AWe're celebrating our one year.
Speaker ASo we have tickets to several things.
Speaker AFirst of all, answers.
Speaker AAll right, Lancers is Thursday.
Speaker AWe got a four pack of tickets for Thursday against Sioux Falls.
Speaker AAnd then Sunday they're going against Lincoln Stars.
Speaker AAnd by the way, there are no rules if you want to enter in all these.
Speaker AEntering all of them.
Speaker AWe do not care.
Speaker ASeriously, we don't have rules on this podcast.
Speaker AThis is all about, you know, the party crashers.
Speaker AAlso Whitney Cummings.
Speaker ANow we're going to be, you know, announcing who wins that because she's going to be at the Astro La Vista on Friday.
Speaker AThis Friday.
Speaker AAnd she's a very funny comedian.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker ASo if you want those tickets, we have a couple pair there now, the biggin.
Speaker AAnd we'll give you that keyword here in about 10, 15 minutes.
Speaker ABut Nate Borgzi, he's going to be in at the Chi on April 25th.
Speaker AAnd basically how you're doing this, if you've been listening, you're just going to get this keyword from us and you're going to go to bigpartyshow.com and, and just enter it there.
Speaker AThat's it.
Speaker AAnd then.
Speaker AAnd this is.
Speaker BYou gotta listen to get the keyword.
Speaker BThat's the trick.
Speaker AThat's the trick.
Speaker AAnd we have more than one pair of those.
Speaker ASo we're gonna be doing this up until the show on the 25th.
Speaker ASo yeah, everybody has an opportunity to win.
Speaker AWin, win, win.
Speaker AAnd there's also 10 off our merch.
Speaker A10 off all merch.
Speaker AGo buy some merch already.
Speaker AWho doesn't want to?
Speaker BFun stuff, stuff.
Speaker AI know we got some good stuff up there.
Speaker AI'm working on.
Speaker AAsking me about my fish.
Speaker BI mean, sign me up.
Speaker BI want one where ask me about my fish.
Speaker BI'll be like, well, you should ask me about my cat.
Speaker BThat'll inform you what happened to my fish.
Speaker AWe need a whole line of those things.
Speaker AI'm telling you, ask me about everything, you know.
Speaker ABut yeah, go get some merch.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ASo I was talking about that airplane thing.
Speaker AHave you paid?
Speaker AOf course you paid attention to that.
Speaker AWhat Are the odds of something like this happening?
Speaker AOh, my God, it is so incredibly sad.
Speaker AIt's when, when they talk about the airlines, you know, stewardess that was strapped in because you know how they strap in.
Speaker ABasically, they got their back to the.
Speaker AThe deal, the cockpit.
Speaker AWell, this woman, this plane hit this fire truck going.
Speaker AAnd it isn't like a normal fire truck, it's a big fire truck, but it hit it because it was crossing and it.
Speaker AUnfortunately, the two pilots, they're young, they.
Speaker AThey perished.
Speaker AAnd then this woman got thrown.
Speaker AThey found her on the tarmac still in her chair.
Speaker AOh, my God.
Speaker BYeah, she's lucky.
Speaker ASo lucky.
Speaker AShe just has a broken leg.
Speaker AThat's it.
Speaker ABut, yeah, that could have ended up a thousand times worse, but good Lord, I bet your news cycle is just crazy at your wgn.
Speaker BYeah, no, I mean, it's been.
Speaker BI mean, they.
Speaker BI got in Monday morning and I was like, well, off to the races, I guess.
Speaker BLike, here we go.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker BAnd just.
Speaker BI don't know if you've had a chance to hear the audio from the air traffic controller.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BBut it's just like, God, you know,
Speaker AI mean, it's bad.
Speaker BThey got.
Speaker BThey gave the green light to the fire truck and then realized that this plane was landing.
Speaker BYou know, that he.
Speaker BHe was juggling a bunch of different tasks.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ACuz normally one guy will.
Speaker AIn most airports, one guy handles the air and one guy handles the ground.
Speaker AHe was doing both at the same time.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo today, so new audio came out and you know, it's him saying he's like, I messed up.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOh, God.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSomebody was like, well, you know, I'm like, you never go back to that job.
Speaker BNo, I mean, I don't know how.
Speaker BI mean, maybe, maybe he's got a passion for it and, and he'll be able to work through this.
Speaker BBut I would just think this would be the kind of moment where you're like, I don't think I could ever go back to work.
Speaker AI think it's a lot of things that just, you know, just dominoed when it comes to those air traffic controllers there.
Speaker AMolly.
Speaker AI think they just said, I was watching a news thing on it.
Speaker AThey said There are only two in there.
Speaker ATwo air traffic controllers in LaGuardia.
Speaker AThat's a huge airport and you have two guys there, two people there.
Speaker BI didn't realize that.
Speaker AYeah, that's what I just heard.
Speaker AAnd then on top of it, you know, when they did the government shutdown before, they were part of that shutdown, it wasn't partial.
Speaker ASo I was talking to the sweet Wileen.
Speaker AI'm like, I'm guessing they're just a lack of bodies because once someone leaves because they're not getting paid, which we're seeing right now with the TSAs, they're not going to come back, you know, so that has be carryover from that, you know, possibly, but there was already
Speaker Ba, there's been a deficit.
Speaker BThey've been trying to recruit air traffic controllers now for a long time.
Speaker BThis isn't, this isn't a new problem.
Speaker BAnd I, I, I guess LaGuardia is actually staffed better than most airports.
Speaker BThey have 37 openings and they have 34 bodies.
Speaker BSo it's like they're only down like three or four.
Speaker BThey have like three or four openings.
Speaker BBut, I mean, the fact that they have 34 is considered very well staffed.
Speaker BWhen you look at other airports, which, that's a thankless job.
Speaker BTalk about, like, I mean, tsa, at least, you know, you can have that human contact of.
Speaker BThank you.
Speaker BYou know, like, I appreciate you.
Speaker BThese guys are just.
Speaker BThat's one of the most tower somewhere,
Speaker AI think one of the most stressful jobs out there, isn't it?
Speaker AI mean, think about what you're responsible for.
Speaker AI mean, there's now these, all these near misses.
Speaker AYou know, that FedEx plane that was, that was landing and the other one.
Speaker AI mean, it's like, I wouldn't want that job.
Speaker AI have way too much ADHD to, to be able to focus like that, I guess.
Speaker AA lot of coffee, a lot of Red Bulls and stuff.
Speaker AI mean, I don't know how to sleep.
Speaker BGotta be well rested, I would think.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo there's that, there's that fun story.
Speaker AWelcome to the big party show.
Speaker AYes, welcome.
Speaker AAll right, so we gotta motivate.
Speaker AWe're gonna motivate.
Speaker AAnd we left you off with.
Speaker AGod, what do we leave you off with?
Speaker AWe left you off with.
Speaker AWould you rather eat cold scrambled eggs or a hot tuna salad?
Speaker BH. Cold scrambled eggs.
Speaker AReally?
Speaker AI just had some the other day.
Speaker AAll right, let's find out what's behind that plate.
Speaker CParty crashers.
Speaker CMolly's out here picking up rocks like she just discovered treasure.
Speaker CNo plan, no reason, just.
Speaker CYeah, I like this one.
Speaker CMeanwhile, the rest of us are stressed about everything, and Molly's winning the day with a rock.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker CParty crashers.
Speaker CMaybe take a note from Molly.
Speaker CNot the rock part.
Speaker CLet's relax on that, but the part where you slow down, find one small thing you like today and call it a win.
Speaker BThat's It.
Speaker CThat's the goal.
Speaker CAnd again, maybe leave the rocks outside.
Speaker BAww, look at that.
Speaker BI had no idea I was living a motivation.
Speaker AWinning.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYou're winning.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ADo you still do your rock?
Speaker AYour rock hunting?
Speaker BIt's been cold, so I haven't.
Speaker BBut it's starting to warm up.
Speaker BI was just talking to my girlfriend Jamie, the other day.
Speaker BShe was giving me hints because I was like, you know, it's hard.
Speaker BWe were talking about pool shoes, and I was saying that, you know, I kind of have a different.
Speaker BLike, everybody was talking about Birkenstocks being good summer shoes, and I was like, yeah, except for when I go to the beach, it's hard to get the sand out of them.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd they're like.
Speaker BThey make rubber Birkenstocks, actually.
Speaker ARubber.
Speaker BBut yeah, like, they're.
Speaker BThey're like slot.
Speaker BLike the slide Birkenstocks, but they're rubber.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd so I was like, oh, well, that's a game changer because right now I basically have, like, some slides that I use, but you never get the sand out of that.
Speaker BYou can hose that off all day long, and you'll find one grain of sand just digging into the bottom of your foot.
Speaker AOh, I hate it.
Speaker BDoesn't matter.
Speaker BSo it's like, I need something that I can really, like, hose off, you know, beach problems.
Speaker BSand.
Speaker BWhat are you gonna do?
Speaker AI'm with you.
Speaker AYou know, it's funny because we have all kinds of shoes like that because we go diving and we'll go to places with beaches, and it just.
Speaker AYou got to wear shoes like that on the beach because, first of all, you don't want to step on something.
Speaker AAnd also, it's.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AThe sand is always so hot, you know, so it defers that.
Speaker AAnd now you gave me some great ideas.
Speaker ASo we have a little pathway to.
Speaker ATo the pool that we have in the back.
Speaker AAnd the cement gets so stinking hot that you can't even walk on it.
Speaker ASo, yeah, we're trying to navigate that.
Speaker AIt's about seven.
Speaker AI want to say 20ft long is.
Speaker AOh, you've seen the sidewalk.
Speaker ABut it's about 20ft long.
Speaker AAnd so we're trying to figure out what kind of rug can we put down that path.
Speaker AOutdoor rug.
Speaker AThat's not going to get blown away.
Speaker AThis is pool problems.
Speaker BThis is problems.
Speaker BBeach and pool problem.
Speaker BPeople listening are like, shut up, you guys.
Speaker BSeriously.
Speaker BYou're like, in my pool.
Speaker BAnd I'm like, I know when I'm at the beach.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo anyway, now I feel like, we should get a bunch of those cheapo rubber shoes because they.
Speaker AThey're some that just aren't expensive and just have people wear that, you know, I. I mean, I don't know.
Speaker BOtherwise, I'm gonna keep an eye out at.
Speaker BAldi always has these, like, Aldi deals, Aldi steels or whatever, and they've got great, like, Burke knockoffs.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BAnd I think I saw something like what she was talking about where they were, like, the plastic or the rubber.
Speaker BThe rubber burks last year, and they're like bargain basement Aldi prices.
Speaker BSo I got to keep an eye out because now would be the time of year where you're going to start seeing pool stuff.
Speaker BLike, stuff start coming out.
Speaker BEven though it's still way too early, it's still kind of one of those things where it's like, ooh.
Speaker AWell, have you already.
Speaker AHave you gotten the black light yet?
Speaker AI should have just let you have ours that you can go out.
Speaker AWe have a couple of them.
Speaker AThey're like black light flashlights.
Speaker AAnd so with Rob rocks, there's a special rock that you can find.
Speaker AOh, you've got one.
Speaker AYou've got a UV beast.
Speaker AI have that.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAll right, Good deal.
Speaker AHave you used it yet?
Speaker BNot yet.
Speaker BOh, I got it for me for Christmas.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AGood, good, good, good.
Speaker BI haven't.
Speaker BI haven't used it yet.
Speaker BIt weighs a ton.
Speaker AYeah, it does.
Speaker ABut it's good to use as a weapon if somebody comes up on you because it'll be night time.
Speaker BWell, I also wanted to look at the rocks that I already have that are nice.
Speaker ADo that.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABecause you know what I mean.
Speaker BSee if any of them glow.
Speaker AIt's weird.
Speaker AIt's like they have veins when you.
Speaker AWhen you shine on them.
Speaker AAnd we took it out to Florida because you can find other kind of weird stuff out there on the beaches as well with.
Speaker AWith the black light and, you know, probably semen and all that stuff.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BCan't even imagine.
Speaker BDon't take this to a hotel room.
Speaker BYou'll never sleep again.
Speaker BHoney, did you bring the black light?
Speaker BI really wanted to get a good night's sleep tonight.
Speaker BI left it at home.
Speaker AIsn't that weird that.
Speaker AThat that stuff can, you know, pick up, like, human stuff.
Speaker BBioluminescence.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BLike whatever's in.
Speaker BYou know, they use it at crime scenes where it's like, you think you did a good job and they can see all the bleach streaks.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BWhere the blood was.
Speaker BYou're like, damn it.
Speaker BYeah, I should have Gotten myself a UV beast before I murdered that person.
Speaker AYeah, I know.
Speaker ABefore I clean the scene, at least, you know?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI guess after bleaching all that stuff off, you're probably just going to want to have to prime and paint for the most part, because then even then, it still picks it up.
Speaker BI think it still does.
Speaker BLike, I think there have been people where it's like, huh, this is weird.
Speaker BThis wall's, like, freshly painted.
Speaker BAnd I do think that unless you're, like, super, you know, like, you forget that it splatters everywhere.
Speaker AIt splatters.
Speaker BThis is such a ghoulish.
Speaker BBut, like, all it takes is one little speck that you didn't paint over, and all of a sudden, they're like, well, what's this?
Speaker BAnd then they swab it, and they're like, well, this is Molly's blood party.
Speaker BI haven't seen her.
Speaker BShe is not.
Speaker AAnd, you know, on.
Speaker AOn the cleanup, you have to cut that drywall out.
Speaker AYou can't just leave that in there and paint over it.
Speaker BOh, really?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYou got to dispose of all of it.
Speaker AOne time, I had to.
Speaker AI was painting.
Speaker AI was a painter way back early days, and I had to go into a place that my boss volunteered to paint it because it just needed money, and it was super hot, and the air conditioner hadn't been on for, I don't know, days, maybe even weeks.
Speaker ASo you imagine what that was like.
Speaker AAnd so now we're in there cutting.
Speaker AI'm like, I'm gonna quit.
Speaker AI. I didn't hide.
Speaker AI didn't sign up for this.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker AI'm not a cleanup.
Speaker AI'm not a cleanup person.
Speaker AI don't work for that.
Speaker AA company like that.
Speaker ABut, yeah, it was awful.
Speaker BWhat were you cleaning up?
Speaker AI just.
Speaker AIt was just a bad thing that happened in an apartment.
Speaker AI mean, I don't want to go into detail with it.
Speaker AIt was just.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BLike a bad thing, like, crime scene.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BI mean, be clear, because right now we're talking about crime scenes, and you're talking about house painting.
Speaker AI'm not talking about checking to see
Speaker Bwhere we got the crossover.
Speaker AWell, because I.
Speaker ABecause I was a painter, and you had it.
Speaker AI was a painter.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ANow I'm.
Speaker ANow, you know.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BNow the bridge has been created, and I can follow you.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BOh, boy.
Speaker AI've had a lot of weird jobs.
Speaker AI loved painting, and I do to this day.
Speaker AYou know, my boss at the time, it was just me and him.
Speaker AAnd so what he did is he gave me a Brush, Right.
Speaker AAnd he said, this is all you're going to do for a year.
Speaker ASo I just brushed, just cut in stuff, brushed.
Speaker AAnd then for the next year he had me just rolling, just rolling walls, never brushing.
Speaker AAnd then the next year, I was, I was working with him for like 10 years.
Speaker AThe next year he had me, like whenever there was wallpaper, I had to remove wallpaper.
Speaker AI was the one.
Speaker BSounds like he was just stringing you along.
Speaker BNo, I can't teach him everything.
Speaker BThen he'll kill me.
Speaker BWell, like that one crime scene and take over my whole job.
Speaker AWell, what happened is that I became so efficient with all those things when it came down to it that I was like, I can take on three people and beat them at the job and do better because I became a pro at it.
Speaker AI would never have to tape.
Speaker AI would never have to put dry tarps down or anything like that because I literally became a pro.
Speaker AAnd so when I left and was doing radio for a little bit, that disappeared.
Speaker AAnd I went back and he had two or three other employees.
Speaker AOne of them was his son.
Speaker ASo he fired them all.
Speaker AHe just let them go.
Speaker ABecause I'm one guy that can do enough work is for three at the same amount of time.
Speaker ASo it only made sense.
Speaker ASo now I'm like by myself all the time.
Speaker AIt was like I'm Frankenstein.
Speaker BOh my God.
Speaker BHow you said you did this for 10 years.
Speaker AI did it for 10 years.
Speaker ABut once you get good at it, then it's nothing that just said once you get good at what your craft is, it doesn't mean anything.
Speaker AIt just, you're just, you're enjoying it.
Speaker AYou'd listen to the radio.
Speaker AYou know you're going to get it done.
Speaker AThere's nothing that's really in your way.
Speaker AAnd, and plus I like turning ugly into like, like garbage.
Speaker ALooking like a trashed house, smoked house, whatever, into something brand new.
Speaker AThere's something so satisfying about rolling like a light colored paint over a nicotine covered wall.
Speaker AI don't know what it is.
Speaker ATen years, Very specific.
Speaker ABut back then a lot of people were smoking in their house.
Speaker AStill are probably, you know, you just wash the walls.
Speaker AYou don't have to.
Speaker AIt's not gonna come off.
Speaker AI mean, it's gonna wash off.
Speaker ABut a lot of.
Speaker AIf the walls are flat, then you.
Speaker AIt doesn't do anything.
Speaker AYeah, it has to be some type of.
Speaker BWhen's the last time you painted?
Speaker AI'm about to paint here soon.
Speaker AW wants me to paint something.
Speaker ABut I, I'm going To redo that laundry room, and then I got to go through and probably touch up all the paint around the house.
Speaker ABut, yeah, it's been a little bit, but I think I'm about do, you know, And I don't.
Speaker ALike I said, I don't mind it.
Speaker AI don't want to do it for anyone else.
Speaker AThey try not to unless they, you know, you got to pay me.
Speaker AIt's like, it's.
Speaker AI just can't go there and do for free.
Speaker ASo, yeah, I'm not asking to paint, by the way.
Speaker ASo if you're going to reach out to us about painting now, you can come watch.
Speaker BDo you paint the outside of your house, too?
Speaker AI don't like outdoors.
Speaker AI don't like outdoors.
Speaker ABut I did.
Speaker AYeah, I did.
Speaker AAnd for some reason, I don't like heights anymore.
Speaker ASo I painted everything.
Speaker AI could reach up with the ladder up to, like, I don't know, 10ft.
Speaker AAnd then I hired somebody to come out and do the rest.
Speaker AI don't like being on ladders anymore.
Speaker AI don't know why it is.
Speaker AAnd I just.
Speaker AMaybe I never have.
Speaker ABut that's another thing I don't like.
Speaker AAnd this.
Speaker AYou're going to think I'm crazy because.
Speaker ARemember when I said I'd like to turn.
Speaker BYou're already there years ago.
Speaker BI mean, right out of the gate.
Speaker BCrazy.
Speaker AOkay, remember when I said that I like to turn, you know, crappy stuff into new.
Speaker AWhen you.
Speaker AWhen you're painting an outside of the house, a lot of times you have to scrape it, right?
Speaker APower, spray, scrape it.
Speaker AAnd so it leaves these indentions everywhere because you can't get all the paint off of it.
Speaker ASo now when you go over it, it has indentions everywhere.
Speaker AAnd I just.
Speaker AIt's not good enough for me.
Speaker ASo I just don't do it again.
Speaker AI'm not asking anybody to reach out to me to paint.
Speaker ABuy merch.
Speaker AThat's easier.
Speaker AThen again, give me about a month, and I probably will be like, I need to paint something, please.
Speaker BYou know, so wild.
Speaker AYeah, Penny's crazy.
Speaker AI mean, this is the thing.
Speaker AEverybody.
Speaker AYou should tell your kids this, too.
Speaker AEverybody should teach their kids one trade.
Speaker AOne trade, whether it's.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AIt doesn't have to be anything crazy.
Speaker ABuilding a fence, it could be anything, easy.
Speaker ABut a trade that people don't like to do because a lot of people don't like to paint.
Speaker AAnd a lot of times when I would show up these.
Speaker AThese housewives or whatever, wife that had a home Project.
Speaker AThey wanted to get it fixed and painted before their husband came home.
Speaker ASee what I mean?
Speaker ABecause they.
Speaker AThey.
Speaker AWhat they had imagined and did wasn't what they wanted and they needed to fix it.
Speaker ABut then I also learned how to faux finish and all that other stuff.
Speaker ASo, yeah, I can turn walls into marble.
Speaker AAnd I don't want no one to reach out to me and ask me to do that either.
Speaker BYou want out?
Speaker BA lot of.
Speaker BI got talents, Molly, and I don't want that either.
Speaker BThey're like, okay, Nobody you to talk about it.
Speaker BYou're like, I'm so good at this.
Speaker BDon't ask me.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AAnyway, it's enough about me.
Speaker AWe got more of me coming.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AIs it?
Speaker BOh, I bet there's more.
Speaker AThis podcast.
Speaker AAre you sure?
Speaker ABy the way, if you're not getting Spotify, it's because we are moving things around, all right?
Speaker AWe're independent now and everything's under one house.
Speaker AYou guys already know that.
Speaker ABut Spotify seems to be the ones that, you know, tend to drag their tail a little bit.
Speaker ASo we're waiting on those guys.
Speaker ABut you can go to YouTube if you're.
Speaker AIf you can watch, just go to YouTube.
Speaker AWe're all.
Speaker AEverywhere else, it's just Spotify that's the problem.
Speaker AHave you seen the Justin Timberlake video?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOh, my God.
Speaker BHe tried to get it blocked.
Speaker BHe was like, please don't.
Speaker BAnd I don't blame him.
Speaker BI'm like, that sucks.
Speaker AI can't believe that.
Speaker ALike the.
Speaker ALike, who's the guy that does the news that I hate that I don't like the good looking dude with muscles and he's always David Muir.
Speaker BOkay?
Speaker AHe did it.
Speaker AHe did a thing going.
Speaker AWait until you hear what Justin Timberlake said.
Speaker AI'm like, I've already watched all of it.
Speaker AI'm like, well, what did he say?
Speaker AAnd then he airs the stuff where he was literally.
Speaker AThe guy was like, what are you doing here?
Speaker AHe's like, I'm on tour.
Speaker AHe goes, you're on tour?
Speaker AWho are you?
Speaker AWhat are you doing?
Speaker AHe goes, I'm Justin Timberlake.
Speaker AThen they just kind of stopped it at that.
Speaker AI'm like, what are you guys trying to do?
Speaker AWhat are you trying to paint him as?
Speaker ALike, he was name dropping.
Speaker AThe guy asked him who you are.
Speaker BYeah, you got to give your name.
Speaker AI mean.
Speaker ABut the whole thing is so sad because I know that Justin was trying to leave fault.
Speaker AHe was trying to say in the beginning when this all happened, that he wasn't drunk.
Speaker AHe had like, one beer.
Speaker AAnd they.
Speaker BOne martini.
Speaker AYeah, one martini.
Speaker AAnd they were, like, targeting him or some sort like that.
Speaker ABut then now you watch the video, my stomach hurt.
Speaker BYou're like, I think you're.
Speaker BYou had more than one martini.
Speaker BThat or it was like, double martini night.
Speaker AOh, my God.
Speaker AIt was like.
Speaker BLike, this walking test is hard.
Speaker BI was like, oh, boy.
Speaker BI mean, you do.
Speaker BYou were in a boy band, and you're telling me that walking is hard?
Speaker BYou guys popped and locked for, like, a decade, and you're saying walking a straight line is a challenge?
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker BThat's the.
Speaker ALike, I was waiting for him to cry.
Speaker AHe looked like he was about to cry.
Speaker BNo, that's just called glassy eyes.
Speaker BHe wasn't teared up.
Speaker BHe was incapacitated.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOh, my God.
Speaker BI just felt bad because nobody.
Speaker BListen.
Speaker BNobody wants to be.
Speaker BHave their nose rubbed in it, you know, he messed up.
Speaker AYou got community service.
Speaker AMade a mistake.
Speaker BHe did community service.
Speaker BAll this kind of stuff.
Speaker BThe rest of us don't get our, you know, dirty laundry blown out on national television.
Speaker BAnd the only reason people want to see it is because of who he is.
Speaker BI mean, yes, he's famous, but I don't think you signed up to be like, yeah, go ahead and show the body cam from my DUI arrest.
Speaker BYou're like, oh, ick.
Speaker AI know.
Speaker BI felt gross.
Speaker BLike, it was on the news everywhere.
Speaker BAnd I. I.
Speaker BYou know, and it was one of those things where it's like, I was at work.
Speaker BLike, I.
Speaker BIt was on the news.
Speaker AI have to watch it.
Speaker BI'm watching this.
Speaker BAnd I was like, oh, I am not reporting this.
Speaker BLike, I just won't.
Speaker BLike, it's just.
Speaker AI don't know what.
Speaker AWhat the.
Speaker AThe goal is with that, because, I mean, I can see the beginning when they pull him over, you know, like, hey, the whole.
Speaker AYou know, but.
Speaker BBut then they were like, you were swerving.
Speaker BYou didn't stop at the stop sign.
Speaker BYou know, all this stuff.
Speaker BLike, what are you doing?
Speaker BHe's like, I'm on a world tour.
Speaker BAnd you're like, well, who are you?
Speaker BAnd he's like, I'm Justin Timberlake.
Speaker BAnd he's like, you're Justin Timberlake?
Speaker AI can see that being, you know, exposed.
Speaker AI don't know why they needs to be.
Speaker ABut the whole walking the line.
Speaker AAnd then they have all the.
Speaker AThe video and stuff of him inside the.
Speaker AThe jail being.
Speaker ABeing.
Speaker BOr they show him his room, and they're like, you might not be in here for very long.
Speaker BYou might Be someplace else.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, all of that.
Speaker AHe was handcuffed to a table, and he was asking, is this what you normally do?
Speaker AI think he was trying to find out, is this what you normally do, or you just do this to boy band people?
Speaker AYou know, So.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker BYeah, the whole thing was sort of grimy.
Speaker BI. I just.
Speaker BI. Yeah, like, I honestly, like, it made me feel bad for him.
Speaker BLike, it wasn't one of those, like, look at that.
Speaker BLike, I was watching it.
Speaker BI was like, that's not nice.
Speaker AI know.
Speaker BYou know, like.
Speaker AAnd I'm not saying.
Speaker AI'm not.
Speaker AWe're not saying any favoritism here.
Speaker AI'm just saying I just don't think it was necessary.
Speaker AI don't.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AI mean, out of this.
Speaker BThey caught him.
Speaker BI mean, they pulled him over, not knowing who he.
Speaker BIf what they say was true, he was swerving.
Speaker BHe blew a stop sign.
Speaker BAnybody, Justin Timberlake or not, is going to get pulled over or should be pulled over.
Speaker BAnd so at that point, you know, yeah, they're just treating him like any other, you know, like any other pullover.
Speaker BBut, like, just the fact that they released all of the footage, it's like, for what?
Speaker BDon't get, like, why do I.
Speaker BLike, why is it my business?
Speaker BWhy is it me in, you know, hanging out in Chicago?
Speaker BWhy am I, like, turned on the TV like, huh.
Speaker BSo that's Justin Timberlake failing a roadside drunk test.
Speaker BThat was necessary information for today.
Speaker AHave you.
Speaker BOh, by the way, we're at war with Iran.
Speaker BOh, by the way, gas prices are a million dollars.
Speaker BNo, no, no, no, no.
Speaker BLet's watch Justin Timberlake not walk a straight line.
Speaker AHave you ever had to walk a line before like that?
Speaker BAbsolutely.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AHow'd you do?
Speaker ACan I ask?
Speaker BI was fine.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABecause I had to walk it, too.
Speaker AI had went to a friend's funeral, like, in.
Speaker AIn the morning or something.
Speaker AThere was something going on, maybe.
Speaker ANo, you know, what it was.
Speaker AWas, like, awake at night.
Speaker ASo after.
Speaker AAfter the wake was over, we all went and just piled on the.
Speaker AThe booze.
Speaker ANext day, I couldn't sleep.
Speaker AIt was a Sunday morning.
Speaker AAnd so I'm driving.
Speaker AI decide I'm just gonna go fishing.
Speaker ASo I'm driving out, and I was in a small town.
Speaker AI can't remember, like by Plattsmith or something like that.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AAnd then I get pulled over, and I guess the guy looked at my glossy eyes from the night before and decided to give me the test.
Speaker BThe field test.
Speaker AThe field test.
Speaker ASo the most humiliating part of that whole thing is that it, right?
Speaker BPeople are driving to church and they're like, that guy's walking a line over there.
Speaker BThey're like, they're giving that guy a field sobriety test.
Speaker ADamn, that's.
Speaker BSomebody had a Saturday night.
Speaker AThat was so humiliating.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo that you don't feel good?
Speaker BNo, I mean, even when you're like.
Speaker BEven when you ace it, you're like, they had to ask.
Speaker BI mean, there was a part of me that's like.
Speaker BI mean, even though you're not, you're like, am I.
Speaker BLike, do I need to be?
Speaker BSo that's why, like, when I was watching Justin Timberlake, he's like, this is harder than I thought.
Speaker BI'm like, yeah, because you're actually messed up, but you're also nervous.
Speaker BLike, you're messed up and nervous.
Speaker BIt's not just like nerves.
Speaker BIt's like, you know, you know, probably not gonna go well.
Speaker AAnd then.
Speaker ADid they.
Speaker ADid they ask you.
Speaker AWe're gonna give the Nate keyword here in a minute, but did they ask you to, like, recite the.
Speaker AThe Alphabet backwards?
Speaker AI couldn't do that sober, but I know they do that.
Speaker BI don't remember.
Speaker BThis was a million years ago.
Speaker BLike, I don't remember, okay.
Speaker BI don't remember if they asked about the Alphabet or not.
Speaker AIt's because you were loaded, right?
Speaker BWell, I was blackout, so there was that.
Speaker AYou're just really good.
Speaker BWalking is because they showed me the body cam footage later.
Speaker BNo, please stop.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AThere you go.
Speaker AAll right, so the Nate.
Speaker AThe Nate word is comed.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker ATake that word right over to bigpartyshow.com and then enter it.
Speaker AThat's all you got to do.
Speaker ASo, yeah, the keyword comes at you Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and then Tuesdays with the after party as well, which is yesterday.
Speaker ASo there's another keyword laying around here if you haven't been to the after party podcast again, Everything lives@bigparty show.com all the links right there on the front page.
Speaker ASo it's all right there for the taking.
Speaker AAlright, so the last thing I have is Cardi B decided that she's not going out to go get that booty taken care of.
Speaker AI just saw an interview with her and she looks great.
Speaker AShe.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AShe.
Speaker AHow many kids does she have?
Speaker AShe looks fantastic.
Speaker BI think she has three.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AI was blown away.
Speaker AI'm like, wow, she pays a lot
Speaker Bof money to look that good.
Speaker AOh, my gosh.
Speaker AI bet she.
Speaker AShe Took the Ozempic stuff or something.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AWas she ever heavy?
Speaker BWhatever.
Speaker AI mean, she looks great.
Speaker AUnbelievable.
Speaker BShe doesn't have any.
Speaker BI mean, and I love the fact that she just.
Speaker BI mean, she owns it.
Speaker BShe's like, yeah, I've done stuff to my body.
Speaker BYou don't look like this just because you eat right and work out.
Speaker BLike, that's the one where it just kills me when they're like, no, this is all natural.
Speaker BAnd these poor liars kids are falling over themselves, not understanding why they can't starve or work themselves out into whatever body they seen on television.
Speaker BIt's like, because that's not real.
Speaker AYeah, because I'm.
Speaker AThe interview I saw was.
Speaker AIt was like today, only it was Jenna.
Speaker AJenna Bush and her new friend.
Speaker AI was watching that.
Speaker AAnd so she was like a normal human.
Speaker AI've never seen her like that before.
Speaker AShe's just a normal human having fun with everybody and that.
Speaker AShe's always just so dramatic with stuff and hard.
Speaker AYou know what I mean?
Speaker ABut no, not at all.
Speaker AShe was great.
Speaker ASo she's not going.
Speaker AShe said she's happy with her body the way it is.
Speaker AShe's not going to take any of the butt implants out and.
Speaker BSure.
Speaker BBecause they told her what her butt was going to look like afterward.
Speaker BYou think you can't go that big and go back down and not have there be some.
Speaker BSome fallout.
Speaker AOh, I can imagine.
Speaker BOnly stretches so far.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker AAnd her.
Speaker BBut you really gotta, like.
Speaker BI don't think there's enough collagen in the world to get it back to, like.
Speaker BLike, straight off the lot.
Speaker AYeah, but it wouldn't be collagen.
Speaker AIt would be cutting and taking the skin off and sewing it right back up.
Speaker ABoom.
Speaker ATight ass.
Speaker BBoom.
Speaker AThere you go.
Speaker BI thought that you were a plastic surgeon.
Speaker ATight ass.
Speaker AThat's what everyone does when they lose a bunch of weight, Molly.
Speaker AThey get all that surgery taken care of.
Speaker AIt's not like you just put some lotion on and it shrinks it.
Speaker AWhat do you use?
Speaker ADo you use anything cream wise to.
Speaker ATo.
Speaker BI use face cream.
Speaker BI use body.
Speaker BLike, I have body lotion type of stuff because it's stinking dry.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker BWinter.
Speaker BAnd it feels like every time I move, I'm gonna crack skin open.
Speaker ASounds hot.
Speaker BIt is super hot.
Speaker AAll right, we're gonna get out of here.
Speaker AFriday.
