running in your head about an event that hasn't even happened

yet. So What movie are you tuning into? If it's triggering

anxiety, it's clearly the wrong movie. And when you shift the

movie and tune into the movie that you want that is playing

the outcome that you want, the anxiety can dissipate because

Melissa Deally:

you've shown your unconscious mind that you are alive. You've

Melissa Deally:

lived through it. This is what we call the anxiety clearing

Melissa Deally:

exercise. We literally clear the screen from the wrong movie to

Melissa Deally:

the right movie. And this is such a simple tool, and we love

Melissa Deally:

to share this, because here's the reality in our world today,

anxiety triggers stress. 95% of doctors visits are due to

stress. Anxiety is debilitating. You've likely felt stuck because

long at all, because the unconscious mind is fast. It is

so fast and we believe so strongly that more people need
