Melissa Deally:As I continue to talk about anxiety, I want to ask you, what
Melissa Deally:if your anxiety isn't who you are, it's simply what you're
Melissa Deally:tuned into? Your anxiety is triggered by a movie that is
Melissa Deally:running in your head about an event that hasn't even happened
Melissa Deally:yet. So What movie are you tuning into? If it's triggering
Melissa Deally:anxiety, it's clearly the wrong movie. And when you shift the
Melissa Deally:movie and tune into the movie that you want that is playing
Melissa Deally:the outcome that you want, the anxiety can dissipate because
Melissa Deally:you've shown your unconscious mind that you are alive. You've
Melissa Deally:lived through it. This is what we call the anxiety clearing
Melissa Deally:exercise. We literally clear the screen from the wrong movie to
Melissa Deally:the right movie. And this is such a simple tool, and we love
Melissa Deally:to share this, because here's the reality in our world today,
Melissa Deally:anxiety triggers stress. 95% of doctors visits are due to
Melissa Deally:stress. Anxiety is debilitating. You've likely felt stuck because
Melissa Deally:of anxiety, and now you can learn a tool that, in a matter
Melissa Deally:of minutes, can allow you to clear the screen and switch the
Melissa Deally:movie so that the anxiety is completely gone. Now this is

Melissa Deally:more to it than that, because we do have to have you float up
Melissa Deally:above your timeline, working with your unconscious mind, and
Melissa Deally:we need to teach you that aspect of it. However, it doesn't take
Melissa Deally:long at all, because the unconscious mind is fast. It is
Melissa Deally:so fast and we believe so strongly that more people need
