Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today let's talk about imagination.

Speaker A

Your imagination.

Speaker A

You know, they say that your results in life are only equal to the level of your ability to imagine.

Speaker A

Imagination is one of our greatest tools, one of our greatest forces.

Speaker A

One of the things that is inherent within each of us.

Speaker A

While some of us have a difficult time imagining things visually, I. E. You know, red, blue, yellow.

Speaker A

Many of us imagine with a feeling or a sense or a scent.

Speaker A

So it doesn't matter how you imagine.

Speaker A

It may be just feeling based or it may be a full on picture.

Speaker A

But what I want you to do is just to allow your imagination to run wild.

Speaker A

Allow your imagination to make up.

Speaker A

Allow your imagination to create.

Speaker A

Imagine.

Speaker A

Such a valuable and important and underutilized word.

Speaker A

Imagine.

Speaker A

Imagine yourself as you'd like to be.

Speaker A

Imagine yourself being a loving, fearless human being.

Speaker A

Confident, bold, fearless, famous.

Speaker A

A star in your own right, in your own life.

Speaker A

Imagine.

Speaker A

Imagine finishing that project, writing that book, smiling at strangers.

Speaker A

Imagine.

Speaker A

Imagine yourself doing the things that maybe you've yearned to do, cried to do, dared to do, begged to do, wanted to do, hoped to do.

Speaker A

Imagine.

Speaker A

So I want you to stop right now and just allow yourself to imagine.

Speaker A

Now maybe when I ask you that, you immediately know what you imagine, right?

Speaker A

You've been imagining it for your whole life.

Speaker A

Well, that too is worth honoring.

Speaker A

That imagination that has been with you.

Speaker A

That dream, that goal, that I'll just keep on using the word imagination, that image that you see before you.

Speaker A

I want you to allow that imagination to be alive so many times.

Speaker A

Our thinking, those negative thoughts, that thinking.

Speaker A

The practicality of life gets in the way of our imagination.

Speaker A

But we don't want our practicality to harness our imagination to stop our imagination.

Speaker A

We want it to be utilized by our imagination.

Speaker A

We want our imagination to be the forerunner of our life.

Speaker A

And then using our thinking, our heart, our body, our spirit, all of it, to unfold that imagination into reality.

Speaker A

Now, it doesn't mean you're going to fulfill that imagination dream in this lifetime, or this year, or in 10 years.

Speaker A

That's not the point.

Speaker A

It's exciting, don't get me wrong.

Speaker A

But the imagination is more about an attitude, a focus, a dream, a passion, a purpose.

Speaker A

You know, think about the right brothers flying a plane for the first time.

Speaker A

They imagined.

Speaker A

First and foremost, they imagined it to be possible.

Speaker A

And then they set to do a lot of work to make it happen.

Speaker A

And I don't remember how many seconds they were in the air the first time, but it was their imagination come true.

Speaker A

Now.

Speaker A

It wasn't their ultimate imagination.

Speaker A

What we have today would blow their minds.

Speaker A

But there was an imagination.

Speaker A

There was an image, there was a.

Speaker A

A feeling, a possibility that they allowed to take over, allowed to move them, allowed to nudge them.

Speaker A

Your imagination is a powerful force for you to live the life your soul intended.

Speaker A

I invite you to honor it.

Speaker A

Use your brain, body, heart and spirit to support your imagination, not to hold it down.

Speaker A

I love you.
