Unknown:

Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience. Thank you so much for tuning in. If it wasn't for

Unknown:

you, I wouldn't be here. And I'm so happy to be spending some

Unknown:

time with you today. I hope you're doing well.

Unknown:

If you haven't subscribed yet, then please do. And if you feel

Unknown:

like this little podcast is serving you bringing value into

Unknown:

your life, please leave a review so that we can reach more people

Unknown:

out there who are under stress. And yeah, who just need a little

Unknown:

bit of goodness in their life a little bit more goodness and

Unknown:

lightness.

Unknown:

I want to talk about thoughts. Today. i Your thoughts, ruling

Unknown:

your life.

Unknown:

Now you can come and say what Aurora

Unknown:

scores, my thoughts are guiding every action? And yeah,

Unknown:

my thoughts are

Unknown:

of utmost importance. And I follow any every order that

Unknown:

comes from that instance.

Unknown:

Do you say instance, from that level of consciousness? From

Unknown:

that level of awareness? Whatever you think your thoughts

Unknown:

are, I made a video today and posted it on Facebook. And there

Unknown:

already I said that there is a millions, billions, trillions of

Unknown:

opinions out there of what thoughts are and where they come

Unknown:

from. And I'm going to share with you what I think thoughts

Unknown:

are? And yeah, hopefully I can help you out in solving some

Unknown:

problems, or making you feel better about yourself. That is

Unknown:

always my, my ultimate intention.

Unknown:

So

Unknown:

what are thoughts? And how do they get into our mind? And

Unknown:

yeah, what produces those thoughts? I believe that

Unknown:

thoughts are a reaction to an emotion, or reaction to a

Unknown:

memory, which can also be tightly bound to an emotion. So

Unknown:

our brain, our being, and especially our mind is always

Unknown:

there to serve us

Unknown:

and to support our well being. And when it comes to our mind,

Unknown:

I believe that our mind is most of the time trying to protect

Unknown:

us. You don't get up in the morning and think I'm going to

Unknown:

be an asshole today I'm going to be mean to people.

Unknown:

No, I think we are all inherently good. But some of us

Unknown:

have made a couple of experiences that we don't want

Unknown:

to relive. And our mind is then our biggest ally and trying to

Unknown:

not reproduce shitty situations that we have gone through in the

Unknown:

past already.

Unknown:

So when it comes to memories,

Unknown:

you can feel triggered by an event that is happening right

Unknown:

now. But it is connected to some memory that you don't want to

Unknown:

relive. Of course, your mind is going to come up with judgmental

Unknown:

and negative thoughts when it comes to what is happening in

Unknown:

front of your eye right now. So you have kind of a pre made

Unknown:

filter that will kind of distort your reality. Now you know how

Unknown:

some people say one accident happened and there were five

Unknown:

people watching that accident and you will hear five different

Unknown:

stories of what happened. People sometimes even confused or

Unknown:

interchange the gender of people who were present at the moment

Unknown:

at when that accident happened. So this is how subjective your

Unknown:

reality is.

Unknown:

Now whenever

Unknown:

As to your physical body.

Unknown:

If your body is feeling healthy and good, and it really gets

Unknown:

everything that it needs, then you will most likely have

Unknown:

positive thoughts. A body that is in distress so dehydrated or

Unknown:

in pain, or under fad over a fad

Unknown:

will produce hormones that will signal to your brain that

Unknown:

something is off, something has to change. And now sometimes we

Unknown:

decide to ignore these signals so long that it will affect us

Unknown:

we will get sick, we will get very negative in our mind. And

Unknown:

we will not even connected back to our physical health, because

Unknown:

we become experts in not listening to the pain signals of

Unknown:

our body because it's inconvenient in the moment, or

Unknown:

because we are so numbed out already.

Unknown:

When it comes to your self image, the way you look at

Unknown:

yourself, the way you feel about yourself is going to dictate on

Unknown:

how positive and good and well intended your thoughts are. You

Unknown:

can imagine a person who is feeling miserable and sick and

Unknown:

feels ugly, and bad. How can they have a positive outlook on

Unknown:

life, if they feel socially about themselves already, so the

Unknown:

better you feel about yourself, the better.

Unknown:

Like, the more confident you are in what you do, maybe you found

Unknown:

your purpose. Maybe you work in a job that brings you lots of

Unknown:

joy, maybe you have children that are healthy and fit.

Unknown:

And you thank it because you are a great parent, then you will

Unknown:

most likely have positive thoughts, then, the general your

Unknown:

general view on the world like is the world a very scary place,

Unknown:

and you have to look right and left and be careful not to be

Unknown:

stabbed in the back all the time. Or are you very at peace

Unknown:

with everything that's happening, and you are content

Unknown:

with your surroundings, you are happy with the people that you

Unknown:

interact with, you have a safe home with running water heating

Unknown:

system or air conditioning, your environment is also going to

Unknown:

dictate on how positive you feel in your body, but also in your

Unknown:

mind. So it is really, really important to observe your

Unknown:

thoughts and sometimes even sit down and silence and notice what

Unknown:

is repetitive Do you have repeating thoughts kind of a

Unknown:

broken tape that that comes back on a loop and you can really

Unknown:

make sense of then it is wise to play little detective. And to

Unknown:

find out what might have triggered these thoughts. Again,

Unknown:

it can be memories from the past that you have to learn to let go

Unknown:

it can be your physical health, it can be your environment, it

Unknown:

can be your housing situation, it can be the people that you

Unknown:

surround yourself. And last but not least, it is what you

Unknown:

consume over your eyes, and your ears. And of course, all your

Unknown:

other senses from the environment that is going to

Unknown:

dictate how and what kind of thoughts you have roaming around

Unknown:

in your brain. So now then, you know where these thoughts can be

Unknown:

stimulated from. If we were to sit down and silence now and to

Unknown:

observe these thoughts like you know, observing the sky and the

Unknown:

clouds floating by, we can start to detach ourselves a little bit

Unknown:

from these thoughts and know that we are the entity watching

Unknown:

these thoughts. We are not our thoughts, because as I explained

Unknown:

earlier in a nutshell, it is our environment that kind of

Unknown:

stimulates certain thoughts, but we don't have to engage in every

Unknown:

thought that we have. We can just watch it first.

Unknown:

So next time you feel triggered by a person or you have weird

Unknown:

thoughts coming up out of nowhere. What's your surround

Unknown:

things first and see if there's any of the points that you can

Unknown:

kind of check before you react. And then the next point is to

Unknown:

see, okay, do I want to give that sod any further attention?

Unknown:

Or am I just gonna let it float by and not give it any

Unknown:

importance at all? It is you who makes the choice, you will be

Unknown:

the person who engages in those thoughts and act upon them, or

Unknown:

who just drops them and decides to engage in a different

Unknown:

thinking pattern. So what I'm trying to do here is to empower

Unknown:

you that yeah, you are not a victim of your mind, you're not

Unknown:

a victim of your thoughts. And if you have weird thoughts that

Unknown:

keep coming up, it is very sweet to go down that road and, and to

Unknown:

find out what it is with a coach or a counselor

Unknown:

to help you out because your mind can really drive you crazy

Unknown:

if it is constantly negative. But on an empowered level, you

Unknown:

can decide how you treat your mind, what you feed it, how you

Unknown:

treat your body, and who you're interacting with. Because those

Unknown:

are things that you can control, and change. So I hope this all

Unknown:

made sense. I know that I was not able to cover everything

Unknown:

when it comes to solids. Please know that yeah, I'm not hovering

Unknown:

above you and have it all together and think that I need

Unknown:

to teach you

Unknown:

how to heal yourself if you have weird thoughts, because I have

Unknown:

those weird thoughts too. And I'm learning every day to

Unknown:

select them to see okay, which sought is worth my while. And

Unknown:

which thought am I going to drop right away, because it is not

Unknown:

going to serve me on the long run, it is not going to create a

Unknown:

better connection to person. It is more destructive. It is more.

Unknown:

I don't know.

Unknown:

It is not? Yes, serving me in any way. So I want to make a

Unknown:

wise decision here for myself. And it's an everyday thing. And

Unknown:

every morning, I get up and know that I want to do better than

Unknown:

the last day. Even though I did great the last day, I'm not

Unknown:

going to measure it by that I'm going to go and start from zero

Unknown:

every day and try again. It is a good path to be on. It is very

Unknown:

healing and it heals your relationships. It heals your

Unknown:

relationship to yourself. And it really helped me to have a more

Unknown:

positive outlook on life. on everything that's going on right

Unknown:

now. And yeah, I highly recommend watching your thoughts

Unknown:

and deciding do I want to engage them? Yes or no? I would burn to

Unknown:

know your opinion about this. Do you agree? Do you disagree? hop

Unknown:

onto Facebook and comment below my live video that I posted here

Unknown:

today

Unknown:

about this topic and yeah, I'd be more than excited to read

Unknown:

what you think. take really good care of yourself. I will be out

Unknown:

there on Monday again. And until then drink lots of water. Get

Unknown:

out into nature for a walk and yeah, be present with the people

Unknown:

that you love. Bye bye
