All right. All right. We're back again. And I'm so excited for today's topic. As you know, I'm like on repeat where I start every episode with her. I'm like, I'm so excited. I kid you, not everything that I put on this podcast is just so good. It's so intentional. And I just know it's going to help you so much. So what we're diving into today are offers. This is like a really kind of like a loaded topic. And I was always making notes for this episode. I was like, Ooh, I have a lot more to say about offers than I thought that I did. So we're going to talk about two things today. We're going to talk about. Creating offers. Um, the feelings behind offers selling offers more easily. And then also like the stigma in the industry about offers the, should the shouldn't the business box that some of us might find ourselves in. I think both of those things are really necessary to dive into today because as you guys know, this is a heart to heart podcast. We're here to have a real deal conversation, but most importantly, what we're here to do is really help you. Run your business your way in a way that feels so flipping good. And that starts with your offers. Everything that we do in business, like we want it to feel good and we're not here to just like, create things, sell things or do things because it's like something that we're going to check off a box and it quote, unquote, make sense. Yeah, we want things to make sense, but we also want them to feel good. So first and foremost, when it comes to creating offers, launching offers really selling anything, we want to feel secure in them. That's like first and foremost, anything that you do, anything that you create, you, you, you, as the creator, as the owner, as the service provider, as the coach, as the mentor, the person selling the thing, the person selling the offer, you have to be 100% behind it. It's up to you. It's not up to your community, your buyers, your dream clients. It's not up to them to validate how good the offer is. Okay? I'm going to say that again. It's not up to the people on the outside to validate how good your offer is. It's up to you. So first and foremost, number one, we have to feel secure in our offers in whatever we're creating, whatever we're selling. And I literally mean I have it in cap lock here in my notes, anything capital, anything. I mean, anything that we're selling, creating, putting out into the world, we have to be 100% behind it and we want to come from the energy at it's literally a no-brainer this thing that I'm selling is a no, excuse my language. It's a no fucking brainer. Like women coming into this offer. Nobody. No-brainer because when they come into this offer of mine, they're going to double triple if not quadruple their monthly and yearly revenue, like duh, this investment is like the biggest fucking no-brainer, whatever it is that you're selling, you have to come from that energy first for other people to feel like it's a no brainer. And I'm gonna share just like a little backstory. Recently, I was launching my fierce mastermind, which is like my baby, one of my heart and soul. Like my I'm obsessed with my masterminds. If you don't, haven't followed me for a long time. You're going to learn. I'm obsessed with my masterminds. Anyway, I was launching it and I found myself, you guys, you guys know what launch feels like. We're not immune to them. Right. And, you know, we just got to work through them and midway through the launch, I was like all up in my head of like, oh my gosh, like, this is feeling harder than it normally is. And like, I was just like second guessing myself and just like all the launch fields. It didn't. And I was having a conversation with one of my mentors and we were talking to my mastermind and she was like, Michelle, something they need to realize is like, this massive is like a no fucking brainer. Are you kidding me? Like masterminds guys, full transparency. I rarely ever public launch them. This is my first public launch of a mastermind in like the last two years. That is like full transparency. Even for the next one coming in the fall. We already have three women on the wait list. Like, and the women in the current mastermind get first dibs to be in the next. I'm just sharing that very candidly. If you do want to be on the wait list, you can go to hart to heart.co spelled, just like the podcast you got on the wait list, or you can message me on Instagram. I'll drop it in the show notes to the link. You can get it right on the wait list for the fall cohort, any who I was talking to my mentor. And she was like Michelle, like the most, no fucking brainer mastermind. Like people like need to be inside of this. She's like, you have to remember that. And I was like, oh my gosh, duh, duh, duh, duh. And the second I kid you not the second, I stepped back into that power of like Michelle, your mastermind are like a no fucking brainer. Women are so lucky to be inside of these and like get the support and like have me be a partner in their business. I kid you not within 24 hours of like, Reminding myself who the fuck I am and like how amazing my masterminds are, two dream clients came in and literally were like, yep, no questions asked, ready to go. Let me in. And three women came in to get on the wait list for the next round in 24 hours. Okay. That's why I share this with you because you, my dear, even if you forget it, come back to this podcast, listen to this, listen to this moment of this episode while you're launching, while you're selling, while you're creating, you have to be 100% behind it. And remember that it's a no fucking brainer. And yes, while we want everything that we do to fill, we want everything that we create to like, have people coming into our world and being like, yep, let me pay you. We want to sell every thing out. First thing that we have to remember is that everything that we create, everything that we sell, everything that we do is first, for us. It's for you, it's for you. And if you create things based on again, I said this just a moment ago. If you create things based on the validation of other people, it's going to be really hard to sell. It's going to be really hard to fill and you'll constantly be searching for reasons of why it's not good enough, when it's good enough. It's already good enough because you created it. So it has to be a full heck yes. I love teaching this. I'm obsessed with this work. I fully embodied this. I like am living this in my own life. It's like, I practice what I preach. I'm like cannot wait to get this information out to the world, into my peoples. When you come from that vibe. That's when it's easier to sell. That's when people want to be in your offers, when you're like 1000% behind them. And you're like, so in alignment with exactly what you're selling, exactly what you're teaching exactly what you're putting out into the world. And it's like, it's just a no brainer that I would create an offer on this. And like, I'm so good at this. That's the energy. It has to be. It can't be like, I kind of know this, or like I just went through someone's course and like, learned this for the first time. Now I'm going to teach on this. Like, if that's the feeling that you have behind your offers, like it's kind of shaky. You don't feel like you've mastered it. You don't feel like you've embodied it. You're kind of trying to do what everyone else is doing because we see that happen in our industry all the time. It's time to check yourself. It's time to check yourself. Full transparency, I literally only create things that I know I've mastered and that I'm a master at, and that I love. I literally don't create anything just to create it. Like I create things that I want to actually be teaching on, talking about I've fully embody and like am so passionate about given to my people. Because this, when we come from this energy, like we show up and we sell and we launch and we create regardless of the number. Regardless of one person buying or like 50 people buying. It has to come from this energy. Again, it'll be easier to sell when it comes from this energy, but your offers, you have to be 100% behind them because if you're not, you'll always just be launching for the numbers. You'll just be launching for the money and like, yes, while we're here to make money. We're not just here for statistics, we're here to make an impact. So that's something that I want you to think about, because again, obviously we do want to sell out our offers. We want to make tons of money, but when we come from the selling energy of like, you can't see my air quotes, but what if people don't buy, worrying about the numbers the whole time and frantic vibes, it makes the energy of the offer much harder to sell. And it really just takes away from the magic of what you actually created. Okay? So now that we've touched a bit on offers, the feelings behind them, creating them, I do want to talk about some of the rules that we put on ourselves when we create offers, um, things that we see in the online space. I see it all the time it's even happened to me as like a coach having coaches. A lot of the time, we tend to put ourselves in like a business box. And you've probably heard me talk about this before, where it's like, we have like this blueprint of how it quote unquote should be. Or if somebody did it this way, then it has to look this way. For me. If somebody made six figures or multiple six figures this way, it has to look this way for me. And it can't look any different. And when we come from that place, business feels fucking hard. I'm not kidding. I've been here. I've literally been here where it's like, I was doing all the things that I quote unquote, thought that I should. And I was like, why am I not enjoying my business as much as I want to be? And it was really just because it was like, I had a strategy that worked and like was working for other people, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted my strategy to be. It wasn't exactly what I wanted my programs to look like, my launches and it just felt harder than it actually needed to be. And this is where I wanted to just bring this to polite because for you, we get to create our offers any way that we actually want to and have it be successful. So some things that I like see happening in the industry, things that I see people saying, and again, not throwing any shade and not throwing any hate out there. This is just something I want you to be aware of as a business owner when you're creating anything. Is it actually what you want to be creating? Are you structuring it the way in which you want to structure it? Does it feel really good? Are you 100% behind it? Do you love it? Is it a no fucking brainer? Have you fully embodied it? I want you to start thinking about this stuff because your business will grow so much quicker from this place. Okay. So some things that I see is you have to have a group program to scale. I literally can't tell you how many times I've heard that you have to have a group program to scale. Group programs are amazing if you like running them, but if you don't like running group programs, you don't have to. I'm going to share something and blow your mind. Many of you know, I started out in this space as a health and wellness coach four and a half years ago, my first year of business, literally my whole year 1, I didn't want to do a group program. I had no desire to it. Just like I loved one-on-one coaching. I still do. I love intimate coaching settings. I'm just so drawn to it. Loved my one-on-one coaching. 12 months of business. I just did one to one coaching and I had over six figure cash year. So like right now, if you're sitting in, like I have to do a group program in order to grow. That's not true. It's not true, unless you want to, many of us want to, because you know, you can help more people scale your time. Absolutely. But it's not necessary in order to grow and scale. Next thing that I hear all the time, especially in the business realm, you have to have a mastermind to scale. No, you don't. No. You you don't. I work with many business coaches who don't have masterminds. Like you definitely don't need a mastermind to scale. Um, another one is that in order, I hear this one for service providers. I work with a lot of service providers and they've come to me saying this, that people have said to them, you have to become a coach if you're a service provider. Like what? What? You have to change your profession in order to make more money. It's like the craziest thing I ever heard here's what I will share is like, some people aren't equipped to coach all types of business owners and that is 1000% okay. But I also think it's important for us as coaches to stay in our zone of genius and make sure that we're coaching clients that like we're equipped to coach. And if we're out here telling people that they need to change who they are, change what they're doing in order to make money. Like that's not it. And maybe we're not the best equipped to help those certain types of entrepreneurs. And that's okay. Okay? So first of all, you do not need to become a coach if you're a service provider right now to make money. Another one is relaunching offers because they worked last time, but you don't enjoy them now. I've been here literally built last year, had built out my whole product suite. It was good. It was like real good, and I got to the end of 2020 and I was like, oof, K like last year was awesome. We had our highest income year. Like all the things, it was so good, but like, I really didn't love some of my offers, but I was terrified to change. I was terrified to not launch things that had worked before in the past because it worked. And so it was like, well, if I don't launch the thing, not going to make the money. And I just want to share that with you. It's not true. Like you can relaunch all the things like you can build out your whole product suite. And if you're like continually like, oh my gosh, everything that I'm doing. I'm so in alignment with I'm so in love with, I just want to relaunch it and relaunch it and relaunch it, do that, do it. But if you have any feelings behind maybe offers that you've run once or twice, and it's like, I no longer love this anymore. Or I want to change the ideal client that this is for. I want to change the branding. I want to like change the messaging, whatever it might be like, do it, literally do it because relaunching, just to launch, I will tell you right now. You run that program, when the launch will feel so hard, it'll be like, what the heck is happening? Why is it so hard to get people inside? But two, while you're running that 10 week or 12 week or six month, whatever thing that you're launching, it's going to feel like the longest amount of time ever, and you don't have to do things in business that you hate or don't enjoy. Okay. Next thing is creating offers that aren't aligned and launching them just because they make sense. So another thing like you can, here's the thing. And this happens with my clients too, like full transparency. We might be on a client call and like we plan out. Their next three things or whatever's coming back and like we're doing all the things. And then they like have some time to digest it. And they're like, Ooh, Michelle, I want to pivot this. And like this program of mine no longer feels good. Or like, I wanna replace this with this, or I want to change the timeline of this. Like, I want to empower you to make those decisions and change things. Like that's one thing as a mentor, as a coach, I always empower my clients to change. Because like nothing set in stone, like we can change anything at any moment in business. That's why we're entrepreneurs. We didn't want the rules. We didn't want the rules when we started this. So why do we make so many damn rules? My reminder to you? We make so many damn rules for no reason. So no more creating offers that aren't aligned and launching them just because they make sense. Next one, are you creating offers based on what's popular in your industry? I see this happening all the time. Like physically can go on Instagram and I'm like, why does everyone have the same program? Like. You can hear my tone. I don't have much else to say on it, but I'm like, okay, something's happening that like, everyone's just like mimicking everyone. And like, here's the thing. If, if there's something that you're creating, that's maybe similar to someone else's, but it's like, so in alignment for you and you're so fucking behind it, do it 1000% do it. I'm speaking about if you're creating things just because other people are doing them, say you're in the macro world and your macro besties are creating macro four week programs. And you're like, Ooh, I need to create a four week macro program. Everyone else is doing it, but you don't want to actually do it. K don't do it. Don't do it. Okay. Next thing is, do you need only one offer? I mean, you don't need anything. Okay. But we'd need at least one offer. If you want to sell something, you need something. Oh, it doesn't even have to be an offer. It could be anything, product service, whatever. If we want to make money, we have to sell something. But I often get asked, do I only need one offer? Well, it's up to you. If you want one. Go for it. If you want another offer, go for it. Like, I think that we put so many rules around, like how long we only have one offer, selling out an offer before we create the next offer. It's really up to you. Obviously we want to warm up our audience and make sure we have people that are buying, but that's different story. That's that's selling in and of itself. Attraction marketing that's. These are all things I teach in my program visible, and my program is sold. If you want, if you want those together, you can bundle them. Do you want them separately? Just message me on Instagram. Or you can go to heart, to heart.co and find the links and learn more information about both of those offers. But do you only need one offer? No, you can have multiple offers. I have so many different offers and ways that women can work with me. And it's like the most beautiful thing. It feels fun for me. I'm always doing something new and bring them back programs. Like that's what feels good for me. And it's going to be different for you when it gets to feel good for you. Another one is, do I need to automate offers? Meaning like, do I have to make them passive? You can, like, you can have a full product suite of passive offers. If you want that for your business. I'll give you guys another example. In 2020, I had made like three passive courses and at the time that's really what I desired. I wanted passive courses that felt really good. And then as 2021 came, I was like, yeah. Mm love these they're great sold women. Got amazing results. I don't really want to talk about my passive things. I want to like do my things live. So you have permission to change always, but like ask yourself, do I want this to be all automated or do I want to run things live? It's really up to you. Right now, I'm running everything live and it feels so good. I love it. Obviously my programs like miracles and money visible and sold, people can buy them after they run and get them passively. But they are run live twice a year. And like, I love that because they can get them passively, but they can also get them live. And that feels good for me cause I love running things live. I love the energy of people. I love supporting people in real time. That just feels good for me. But again, it has to feel good for you. Do you want your business to be completely passive? Do you want a bunch of passive? Do you want to run things live? It just depends. It's completely up to you. And I could go on forever. Those were like the biggest stigma ones that came to my brain firsthand that I see happening all of the time. But here's the thing. We want our offers to make sense. We want them to make sense for us, but also we want them to make sense for the journey of the client and the result that we want to provide the client. So something that I like to think on when I'm creating offers is like one., What is it? What's the feeling of it? How do I want to coach this? How do I want to teach this? What feels best for me? But ultimately what's the timeframe and the structure that I have to create for this, for my clients to get the best result in my world, because here's the thing, like we're not creating things just to create them. I create everything. From a place of like, this is the best thing ever. And the reason for that is because when people come into my world, I want them to have the best experience, whether they're spending a hundred dollars, $50 or thousands of dollars, because here's what will happen. They will stay longer. They will tell their friends, they will refer people. When your people, when your dream clients come into your world and they pay you a dollar or $50 or a thousand, whatever. When they pay you and they have a good experience and they like get what they desired from whenever it is that you are offering you like actually delivered in the program, in the offer in the service, it was everything you said it would be. They don't want to leave your world. Your client will tension will skyrocket. Your referrals will skyrocket. Clients might leave and they will come back. I literally cannot tell you how many times clients come back. Cause we want to experiment and it's so fine. Clients go do their things and that's amazing. But then they come back because it's like, holy shit, what you did, Michelle, your client experience, the way you deliver things. There's nothing like it. And I'm like, I know. And I'm very intentional about that. And I want you to be intentional about that because your business will be so much easier when you do, but this matters. Whenever you create anything, I'm going to tell you right now, it's a little tough love coming from me. Don't half ass it. Do not half ass it. And that's where I was saying to you earlier. We're not creating things just to create them because here's what's going to happen. People will buy that from you one time and then they'll leave. And that's fine if people leave, but ultimately you want people to have the best experience that even when they leave, they're like, oh shit. When I worked with Michelle, like she rocked my world. Or if people ask them, I know you, you were in Michelle so-and-so thing. How was it? And they're like, oh my gosh, girl, do it, if you're thinking about working with her, get inside of there, that will change your business forever. If I can give you anything from today's episode it's that. It is going all in and everything that you create, everything that you do and delivering what you said you were going to do. Showing up the way in which you said you were going to. There's a lot of really good marketing out there. I kid you not. I have clients that come into my world and they're like, Michelle, I've worked with these high name coaches and they're really good at marketing, but they didn't deliver the way in which they had promised. And I'm going to share something right here with you, right? If you're marketing something, you better deliver it the way in which you said you were going to. People will talk. And they pay us their hard earned money. We don't take any payment lightly around here. We appreciate, and we're so grateful for any amount of money. People pay us. We're so grateful that they chose to invest in us and we show up and we serve them from that place. I cannot emphasize enough how much this will change the trajectory of your business and your income. And the last thing I want to share with you today, something I ask myself every time I create an offer and write this question down somewhere. If you're in creation mode, I always ask, does it feel good for me? Will this give my dream client the best possible result? The way that I'm running this and how can I have the biggest impact through this offer? Those three things. I also do like a program formulation. Um, I give that to my clients. Yeah. Well, it's something that I do like for myself as I'm outlining things, just kind of in my brain at this point, but I really like to be thorough when I'm creating things that I can talk about offers like the back of my hand. I'm never like wobbling over my words. And I'm so certain of the transformation, the result and the experience that the client will get in my world. A lot of things to say today, last thing that I will say on this is again, being 1000% behind, whatever it is that you're doing, that pure embodiment, that pure alignment, that pure knowing you will come from such a detached energy. It won't be like this needy, frantic energy of like, oh my gosh, I need the people to buy it. I need you. I need you. I need you. I need you. But when you come from the energy of like, I like, it's great if you buy this, but like, I'm also so fucking okay if you don't. Like you, do you, girl. People are literally going to like flock to be inside of your world. Literally flocked. I always like to use the example with my clients when, think about when you're dating and like, somebody is like super needy and they're like, oh my gosh. They're like texting you. They're calling you all the time. They're like, I just want to be with you. I just want to be with you. I just want to be with you. Just love me. Just love me. Just love me. Just love me. And we're like repelled by that, the same goes for selling our offers. We all want the person that's like got their own, but like, they also want to be with us. They like play hard to get. That's like the same mentality I want you to have when you're selling your offers. When you're showing up for them. Hey, I'd love you in this. Cause like, I know I can change your world, but like I'm totally fucking okay if you don't join and I'll maybe see ya in the next one. That confidence vibe, people are magnetized to it, magnetized to it. Okay. I spewed a lot of things in here I wasn't even gonna share with you. I was like, wow. A lot came through me in this episode.
