Speaker:that erectile dysfunction is just an inevitable part of
Speaker:getting older or sign they need a blue pill to fix a broken
Speaker:engine. But after treating 7000 men with ED, I can tell you
Speaker:this, the number one cause isn't what you think it is, and it's
Speaker:completely reversible. Today, I'm going to break down why the
Speaker:things that you do every day could be really breaking down
Speaker:your bedroom performance, and you could be sabotaging your
Speaker:performance. And I'm going to outline the exact steps you can
Speaker:take to reclaim your sex life again without a prescription.

Speaker:A common question that I get asked is, what's the number one
Speaker:cause of ED? What causes Ed? That's a very, very common
Speaker:question that many men ask us. So studies have shown that men,
Speaker:this is a study that was done in 1994, 40% of men over 40 have
Speaker:ED. 50% of men over 50 have ED. And 60% of men over 60 have ED.
Speaker:And 70% over 70 years old have ED. So essentially, the older
Speaker:you get, the more likelihood you're going to get ED, and that
Speaker:the more severe you're going to get ED. Okay, so that means, if
Speaker:you're 50 years old, half of your guy friends have ED. They
Speaker:just don't tell you that. Okay? That's number one.
Speaker:So what's the number one cause of ED? And you'll be surprised
Speaker:at the answer I'm going to give you. We will be very, very
Speaker:surprised, the number one cause is usually reversible causes.
Speaker:It's usually reversible causes, because it's usually due to your
Speaker:lifestyle. So alcohol, too much alcohol will ruin your sex life.
Speaker:How much is too much? More than two drinks a day, or more than
Speaker:14 drinks a week. So number one is really alcohol. Number two is
Speaker:smoking. There's no amount of smoking. Even one or two
Speaker:cigarettes is bad enough, because alcohol and smoking are
Speaker:foreign substances that doesn't belong in your body. Your body
Speaker:don't make alcohol, your body don't make nicotine. So when
Speaker:you're putting something that's foreign in your body, your
Speaker:body's going to respond badly to it. Does it make sense? So your
Speaker:body can respond very poorly to it, and that's why it becomes
Speaker:inflammation, and then it starts to damage blood flow. And then
Speaker:number three is usually due to diabetes. Diabetes is really
Speaker:high blood sugar, but what is it? It's from your diet. If
Speaker:you're eating a poor diet, or diet that is high in sugar, like
Speaker:pastries, bread, pasta and processed food, processed foods,
Speaker:anything that is in a box or can. So diabetes is reversible.
Speaker:Adult onset diabetes is reversible. You don't have to
Speaker:have continual diabetes. When you take medication, you still
Speaker:have diabetes. Okay? It doesn't mean that your diabetes is gone,
Speaker:because when you don't take the medication, your diabetes come
Speaker:back. But how you can manage diabetes is to watch what you
Speaker:eat, to follow the Mediterranean diet. So the Mediterranean diet
Speaker:is powerful, not only enhancing your blood sugar, but it's also
Speaker:helpful for your sex life as well.

Speaker:obesity. So guys, interestingly, these causes are reversible.
Speaker:They are reversible. So it's not like it's inevitable or it's
Speaker:something that you get when you get older. No, it's reversible.
Speaker:It's just you don't know what's causing ED. And I can tell you,
Speaker:porn is affecting younger men more than ever for ED, because
Speaker:porn messes up with how your brain process to be aroused so
Speaker:that way you can get in the mood and to stimulate your erection.
Speaker:That's what porn does. It messes with your processing of
Speaker:initiation of your erection in the brain. And then also vaping.
Speaker:Vaping can involve nicotine, can involve marijuana as well, maybe
Speaker:a mix of both. Now remember, those are foreign substances
Speaker:that doesn't belong in your body. Your body doesn't make
Speaker:nicotine, your body doesn't make marijuana. So if you're giving
Speaker:your body something forward, it's going to react negatively
Speaker:to it. Does it make sense? So if you're young, ED is usually due
Speaker:to porn and vaping, and probably sedentary activity such as poor
Speaker:diet or not exercising. You may be playing a lot of video games,
Speaker:or you're working you're sitting in front of the computer all day
Speaker:long, and you're not exercising as much.
Speaker:So if you're young, between 30 and 40, and you want to continue
Speaker:to have good sexual function, to be able to have a good sex life,
Speaker:until the day you're 80, this what do you do? You follow the
Speaker:Mediterranean diet, and you exercise at least three to four
Speaker:times a week. You don't have to even go to the gym. You just do
Speaker:your own body weight, or just walk 30 minutes a day.

Speaker:is, if you're young, how do you continue to have good sexual
Speaker:activity? Follow the Mediterranean diet, exercise
Speaker:about 30 minutes, three to four times a week. Get good sleep, at
Speaker:least seven hours of straight sleep a night. And stress
Speaker:reduction, meaning, don't let stress bother you so much. Now,
Speaker:stress is a perception. Stress is from your thought. You get
Speaker:stressed from your thought. So it really comes from you. We all
Speaker:have different types of stressors, right? So when you
Speaker:feel like you're stressed or you're not able to concentrate,
Speaker:then maybe you should exercise.

Speaker:How do you know you're stressed? You know your stress when you
Speaker:are not sleeping well, or constantly trying to eat carb,
Speaker:you're gaining weight, and you start getting distracted. And
Speaker:now that you have these like Apple Watch or the heart rate
Speaker:monitor, when you're stressed, your heart rate goes up
Speaker:actually. Your heart rate goes up. And if you have one of the

Speaker:But stress is not good for us is it lasting more than six weeks.
Speaker:Because when that happens, your body start to physically respond
Speaker:to the stress, which is not good with your body. Will respond to
Speaker:the stress would then cause high blood pressure, cause weight
Speaker:gain, would then lower your testosterone level. It will then
Speaker:interrupt your sleep, interrupt your focus. So just kind of
Speaker:cause an overall mess up of all your testosterone, also mess up
Speaker:your thyroid as well, too.
Speaker:So interestingly, the bottom line is, ED is not an inevitable
Speaker:part of getting older. So you guys get that? You can control
Speaker:your sexual function as you get older. Swear to that. It's like
Speaker:how you control how you're not able to gain weight with
Speaker:exercise and what you eat. And I just mentioned, if you're right
Speaker:now and you're 20, 30, 40, even 50, things that you need to do
Speaker:now to maintain your sexual function, Mediterranean diet,
Speaker:exercise, three to four times a week, sleep, seven hours at
Speaker:night, and know when you're stressed. Reduce the stress. How
Speaker:do you reduce the stress? Easy, reduce the stress by exercise,
Speaker:and also spend time with the people that you feel good about
Speaker:to spend time with. People that you don't feel good about, that
Speaker:make you feel negative, you don't need them in your life. So
Speaker:sometimes the most complex questions are the simplest
