Hi, I'm Lisa.
Speaker BAnd I'm Emily.
Speaker BAnd together we are some hot and goofy gals.
Speaker BAnd we are also the Conscious Collaboration podcast.
Speaker BWhat's up, Lisa?
Speaker AYeah, we.
Speaker AYes, this is take two for us.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker BWe don't know what the hell is going on today.
Speaker BIt's officially what we've been hyping up for.
Speaker BFor some time now, which is so excited.
Speaker BAs we record.
Speaker BIt is Tuesday, February 17, the initiation of the Year of the Fire Horse.
Speaker BThis will, of course, come out to y' all a little bit later, but.
Speaker BBut we're in it, and it's.
Speaker BIt's kind of a rocky start, if I must say.
Speaker AIt is a major rocky start.
Speaker AIt's like false start Tuesday.
Speaker AWell, I guess, like, you know, false starts a thing in.
Speaker AIn horse races.
Speaker ABut everybody I've talked to today so far in text messages is having some bit of a stall and a little bit of, like, disheartening washing over them because we've been gearing up for this Fire Horse.
Speaker ALike, we're going to be running forward all this momentum, and then it's, like, hyped it up a lot.
Speaker ASo I'm not losing hope for Fire Horse.
Speaker ABut, yes, let's celebrate this being our 199th episode.
Speaker AAnd we're up over a thousand percent in listening readings.
Speaker AI know, I know.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI. I think it's the whole algorithm thing.
Speaker ALike they say, if you can make it to 100, you get a boost.
Speaker AAnd then I think 200, because, you know, getting towards 200.
Speaker AWe just started getting so many more.
Speaker AI don't know if you've seen.
Speaker AI know you probably haven't taken a look yet, but we've gotten so many emails from people wanting to be a guest or to get involved with us in the business.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, okay, so in that.
Speaker AIn that vein, that's Fire Horse energy, I would say.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AYou know, that came in pretty hot, and we didn't really plan for that.
Speaker AIt just kind of swept in.
Speaker ASo try to look at the positive for us, the positivity, it just didn't manifest in the way that we wanted.
Speaker ASo we do have a little contest that we're promoting, and in joining our Facebook group, the Conscious Collaboration Collective, it's closed, it's private, so therefore, it's hard to find unless you listen to us and you follow the link in the description.
Speaker AOnce inside, we're encouraging you to find others like us and invite them inside the group.
Speaker ASo I think it's like our job, find the others.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd whoever invites the most people into the group that are the perfect fit to join us in the conscious collaboration.
Speaker AWe'll announce a winner on our 200th episode.
Speaker AAnd I think that's March 3rd, but I could be wrong because I'm terrible at math.
Speaker AAnd we'll announce the winner there, and you can be a guest with us.
Speaker ASo you'll win a spot and you can ask us all the questions and join in the absurdities.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker A200.
Speaker AWe did it.
Speaker ABut, yeah, I mean, I guess that's evidence of Fire Horse energy.
Speaker AIt just wasn't, you know, this is just something that we do as fun and therapy.
Speaker AIt's fun and therapy.
Speaker AAnd we've been doing this for many years.
Speaker AYeah, almost four.
Speaker AIt'll be four this year before we have to have a party, if we can find the time.
Speaker ASomething like a party or a trip or a vacation.
Speaker ABut it's kind of a big deal.
Speaker AAnd, you know, all of these little impressions just add up.
Speaker ASo there's like, the testament to everybody that if you are wondering how we did it and how we got to this place, it was because we just showed up a little bit and had fun with it, and look what happened.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker AAnd it's also, you know, being in that growth mindset in our journeys, and.
Speaker AAnd I think just sharing the space and energy with our listeners, our guests, and together sharing our insights and experiences, I think it's making us stronger.
Speaker ASo, you know, it's purposeful is what I'm trying to say.
Speaker ASo if you're feeling a little bit of downness in this early part of Fire Horse Energy, I think, like we always say, like, hearken to our own words from the I Ching.
Speaker ALike, if we have that oversight view, we remove ourselves like a mile high from where we are right now, because we're in it right now.
Speaker AAnd it's.
Speaker AThere's like a little bit of frustrations and setbacks or.
Speaker AOr perceived setbacks.
Speaker ABut if we have that mile high view of ourselves, what is taking off?
Speaker AIt might just be the thing that you're not even.
Speaker AThat you're just doing out of joy and fun.
Speaker AThat's not bad, right?
Speaker AFind your idiot.
Speaker BFind your genius.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AEmily just gave you a little.
Speaker AA little nugget there.
Speaker ABut you can go back to one of our earlier episodes.
Speaker AI think Michelle was in that with.
Speaker AI think Michelle was still with us at that time.
Speaker BNo, no, that was a little.
Speaker AShe was gone.
Speaker BBut a throwback.
Speaker AClassic throwback.
Speaker AYeah, that was a classic episode.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AAnd we.
Speaker AWe live by that I guess so.
Speaker AI don't know.
Speaker AWhat, what is your experience?
Speaker AShould we do a quick little Iing and.
Speaker AAnd tie it all together?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BLet's find out what's up with the stop, stop, stall, false start kind of start energy, if anybody else is feeling that as well.
Speaker BAnd we'll, we'll see.
Speaker BWe'll just kind of see how to refine that a little bit.
Speaker AThat's good.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThat they always land in the right team flying.
Speaker AThat's so crazy and awesome.
Speaker ASo, okay, we're in the energy of keeping still.
Speaker AThat's why we hate it.
Speaker ALike you have a fire horse.
Speaker AWe're keeping still.
Speaker AAnd not only that, it looks like, you know, this image of the mountains being formed by something pushing up under the earth.
Speaker AIt kind of reminds me of like zits in a way.
Speaker BYeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker AAnd icebergs.
Speaker BI remember that.
Speaker AIcebergs.
Speaker AAnd then.
Speaker ABut moving forward is great vigor, so we love that one.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo it's hexagram 52, if you're playing home at home with us with your I ching.
Speaker AHexagram52, keeping still, shifting into great bigger, which is 34.
Speaker AAnd I feel like this is going to give us like a big sigh of relief because, yes, we feel like we're keeping still and we thought we were going to be running and gallivanting around like horses playing.
Speaker AAnd it was a lot of stop and go and electronics monkeying around.
Speaker ASo regular periods of rest are important aspect of personal development and evolution.
Speaker AOh, my gosh.
Speaker ADo you remember this?
Speaker AOkay, this is literally going to say what I just said.
Speaker AThe most relaxed person may not be the one who sleeps 12 hours a day, but the one who knows how to grab a nap while cruising at 600 miles per hour at 35,000ft.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker BI was just talking about this.
Speaker BI suck at naps and I wish that that weren't the case, but maybe that's another little message.
Speaker AAnd like, it is just.
Speaker AI just said, like, the mile high view of ourselves, isn't that 35,000ft, is it?
Speaker AI think so, but no.
Speaker B3, 500 is like a mile.
Speaker A35,000.
Speaker AThat's very specific.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ALearning to act when it is time to act and to be still when it is wise to be still is the key to obtaining the peace of mind that helps you to stay alert when clear focus is needed.
Speaker AOkay, so this tells me this, like false star energy is trying to tell us to still rest, take a nap so we could be ready for that.
Speaker AA lot of activity.
Speaker AIt's talking about alignment Consider the spine, which serves as a switchboard for all the nerves of the body that mediate movement.
Speaker AWhen the spine is kept flexible and healthy through proper rest and relaxation, active movement can be undertaken without strain.
Speaker AAnd when the spine is held erect in a balanced sitting posture, the inner balancing of meditation can take place.
Speaker ADid that make you sit up a little straighter?
Speaker AI think it did, yes.
Speaker ASo call timeout, relax, take your shoes off and sit a spell.
Speaker ALet go of thinking and meditate on just being.
Speaker AThat's so hard to do when we've got all that, all these expectations of us and meetings and you know.
Speaker AYeah, I'm like, I'm mediating between which meetings I'm able to attend today still, like, it's just a moving.
Speaker ALike no matter how much we keep talking about you need to take a nap or calm down or take care of yourself or nurture yourself, it's everything.
Speaker AEverything else is so fast paced.
Speaker BIt is.
Speaker BAnd it's, you know, personal experience right this moment.
Speaker BIt's like, it's really tough in that energy because it is so much easier for something that's really important to slip through the cracks, dude.
Speaker ASo, yes.
Speaker ACouldn't have said it better myself.
Speaker AThat's so true.
Speaker ASo this line, it is a divine lesson.
Speaker AIt says, it points to the ability to maintain stillness and composure in the midst of the chaotic world, which is a noble achievement.
Speaker AWhen positive acceptance of all life has been achieved, what harm can follow?
Speaker APeace and good fortune will await you.
Speaker AIt's like, how do we exist in this chaotic world of expectations and fast paced notifications and this over indulgence of information?
Speaker AHow that maybe perhaps the lesson is holding fast to, or just, I don't know, reacting minimally or, you know, just hold your peace.
Speaker AAnd that's really hard to do.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AEspecially as a change maker, thought leader, entrepreneur mindset.
Speaker AIt's, you know, real really tough.
Speaker BYeah, yeah, that's been a point of, I want to say a point of contention, but a point that I've cognizantly
Speaker Abeen cognizant of working on, I would
Speaker Bsay over the last few years is, well and really something even my dad's been trying to teach me since I was a little kid, you know, because I would have the tendency to like, want to resolve something right then and there.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BAnd it's just gonna go much better for you and all involved if you find a place of peace first.
Speaker BAnd like, at least, you know, keep your reactions.
Speaker BI'm not saying to suppress them, but, but, you know, don't be Reactive about things, keep that more internal and you know, have your respond instead of reacting.
Speaker AYes, yeah.
Speaker AAnd you know, that applies to me too.
Speaker ALike that I. I can really resonate with that right now because it's like when this type of chaotic energy is in play and I'm having to wait, put something on hold.
Speaker AWhether it's a project or a conversation or a decision, I start to.
Speaker AI think it's human nature, but like pre, like determined that it's not going to work out the way that I want, or I'm like already fearing something when I might actually just exist in it.
Speaker AAnd it's not even that big of a deal, you know, that delay.
Speaker AAnd so.
Speaker ASo this line 4 talks about letting go of the ego's agenda facilitates a deeper kind of rest.
Speaker AThough sometimes the easiest way to let go is to satisfy the ego's desire first.
Speaker AIf they are harmless, they who are able to move through the world with indifference to the ego's agendas are most free.
Speaker ALetting your heart rest in calmness is a part of the process and will help you achieve your desired outcomes.
Speaker AA deeper, more satisfying level of consciousness awaits those who will let themselves be still as needed.
Speaker AOh, this is talking directly to us.
Speaker AAnd then headed down to the bottom.
Speaker AIf you find yourself being led by someone going down a misguided path, leave them to their feet or you may well become lost along with them.
Speaker AWhen the road leads nowhere, slow down to a standstill.
Speaker AIn a case like this, stopping to sit by the side of the road brings good fortune.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd then lastly, like inner line 1, at the beginning of a major undertaking, reserve energy by pausing for rest and reflection at the start.
Speaker ATaking a moment to chart your course before setting out on an adventure supports good timing and brings good fortune.
Speaker AThis is a point in your undertaking when few mistakes have been made and innocence is untouchable, tainted by ulterior motives.
Speaker APersevere in staying balanced and you will be able to establish a firm, lasting foundation.
Speaker AOh, crazy.
Speaker AThat notification sound that you just heard was my AI on my phone just picked up a conversation and started retorting so weird symbols of luck and rings that I don't know if that's a mistake or if we should make a note of that.
Speaker AMaybe I need it by myself.
Speaker AA ring.
Speaker AThat's interesting.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AIsn't that weird?
Speaker ALike how, like sometimes your phone just picks up on a conversation.
Speaker AI didn't say anything, but I think I said rings, good fortune.
Speaker AAnd it started giving me a list of what I can wear to attract good fortune.
Speaker AWhich would be four leaf clovers.
Speaker AFaith, hope, love and luck.
Speaker AHorseshoes for protection and fortune.
Speaker AEvil eye wards off negativity.
Speaker AElephant strength and wisdom.
Speaker AAnd jade, which is traditional Chinese stone for prosperity.
Speaker ASo I don't know.
Speaker ARelated.
Speaker AUnrelated.
Speaker AI just felt like that was kind of neat.
Speaker ASo as we move into great vigor, which I think we're kind of ready for, but if it goes in the way, I mean, it's like I'm ready for it, but only if it's the Great Bigger that I'm asking for, that I'm, that I'm wanting.
Speaker AOkay, so Great bigger says congratulations.
Speaker AThere is strength and vigor in this situation.
Speaker ALike that of a ram that knocks down a fence to free himself from captivity.
Speaker AThis points to a time when strong forces come into their own and assert power.
Speaker AWoohoo.
Speaker AOkay, so I mean it's like this fast paced energy is right around the corner.
Speaker AIf you find yourself in an influential position, it's important to act responsible, responsibly and react with care.
Speaker AA strong sense of responsibility for the collective good is the key to the successful exercise of power.
Speaker ABy following what we intuitively know to be for the greater good, we avoid reckless abuses which in the end only undermine the source of our strength.
Speaker AArrogance contains the seeds of its own undoing.
Speaker AWell, congratulations everybody and Emily and me.
Speaker AYes, congrats to all of us.
Speaker ASo the false star energy and the keeping still is probably, well as we just read, a divine intervention or motivation.
Speaker AIt's just not what we had planned because we thought Fire Horses were going to be so fun and playful and fast and manifesty.
Speaker ASo what do you think?
Speaker BYeah, I, I, I get it.
Speaker ACouldn't have said it better myself.
Speaker AWell, cheers to Fire Horse 2026.
Speaker AI think next year by the way, is like the goat or something.
Speaker AI have to go back to my international Feng Shui guild friends, but I'm loving, I'm loving the Fire Horse vibes as a, as a wood snake.
Speaker AAm I a woods?
Speaker AYeah, I'm a wood snake.
Speaker ABut it was fires.
Speaker ANo, it was wood snake and I'm a fire snake.
Speaker AHorses don't like me by the way.
Speaker AI guess is is what the belief is.
Speaker ADo you know what you are, Rat?
Speaker AI think we get along.
Speaker AWe get along though.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABut anyway, great start to the season and more to come in celebrations for us as I guess Fire Horse is ushering in bigger, bigger news and bigger attraction for the podcast.
Speaker BYeah, just don't get swept away.
Speaker ADon't get swept away.
Speaker BTake a step back, take a pause.
Speaker AYou know Take a pause.
Speaker AI'm with it.
Speaker AI mean, I guess it's like the universe is just forcing me to take a pause today.
Speaker BHere's the nugget.
Speaker BHere's the nugget I'll leave you with.
Speaker BBecause it reminds me of when I was being taught in my early nursing years, you know, we would have to get certified in acls, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, which is the algorithms you enter into when you.
Speaker BWhen someone has a cardiac arrest.
Speaker BA code, we would call it in the hospital, code blue.
Speaker BAnd this always stuck with me.
Speaker BYou know, one of my teachers, she's like, the energy is obviously really fast paced because someone is, you know, you're trying to bring someone back to life.
Speaker BIt is the most urgent emergent, you know, situation that you'll encounter.
Speaker BBut because of that, you have to slow down.
Speaker BOtherwise you're going to be all thumbs, was the.
Speaker BThe phrase she used.
Speaker BLike, you're just gonna start dropping shit and be.
Speaker BYou know what I mean?
Speaker BLike, and.
Speaker BAnd it'll actually end up taking more time because you were trying to rush, because the energy was very fast paced.
Speaker BBut that's actually a reminder to slow down so that you are effective.
Speaker AYeah, that's a good nugget.
Speaker AI agree.
Speaker AMaybe that is.
Speaker AI mean, that feels like.
Speaker AFeels like the lesson of the moment.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker AYeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker AYou don't want to accidentally, like, kill someone who's in a cardiac.
Speaker ACardiac arrest by, like, dropping something on their head because you're rushing around trying to save them.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ADon't do that.
Speaker ANot recommended.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAll right, well, this has been good.
Speaker AI needed to hear it.
Speaker AI'm glad we got to check in.
Speaker AMay the rest of your day gallop away and be fun and everything goes smoothly and all the conversations, everybody, thank you for joining us and thanks for celebrating with us our 200 episode coming.
Speaker AFollow the link inside the description to join us inside of the Conscious Collaboration Collective, our close and private Facebook group, and you can enter our contest to be a guest with us.
Speaker BYes, do that.
Speaker ADo it.
Speaker AAll right, talk to you in five.
Speaker BTalk to you in five.
Speaker ABye, guys.
Speaker ABye, guys.
