We are going to dive into. simpler buying it all. And really, if you've been following me on INTA, you know, that I've been talking about this a heck of a lot, because it's just something that is becoming a brand identity and something that we're doing, you know, in real time in the business and with my client's businesses and it does working and it just, it just aligns so much with the work that I do. And that is less, is more when you do more of the right things. less is more when you do more of the right things. So low back backstory. I am just not someone that wants to work all the time. I love my business. Do not get me wrong. This empire we've built. This business has created the most beautiful life for us. Like I am eternally grateful to myself for the work that I've done to this business, to my clients, past clients, future clients, my current clients, like I, the gratitude I have. is immense. I cannot even put it into word. It gets me emotional, but I don't want to be my business. I don't want my life revolving around my business. I don't want a business that where, when my partner says, Hey, babe, my parents are gonna be in town. His parents just bought a house by us, which we're so excited about. Um, And they, you know, they're doing some changes to their house and they wanna go shopping. And his mom really wants me to come because she wants, you know, it's just con and his dad. So two boys verse one woman, she's like, I want another female perspective. I don't wanna be like, no, I gotta work. I'd be like, yeah, I can do that. I don't want to have friends be like, Hey, you wanna grab lunch? And then I'm like, yeah, I can pencil in for two weeks from now. I wanna have a beautiful business that funds my life and makes fuck you kind of money. but I also want space and I also want a life that allows me to live. And that's really what we've created, especially over these last one and a half, two years now, really two years. I don't know why I keep saying one and a half, but we're at the two year mark once this summer hit or the two year mark, um, that we've really been mastering less is more when you do more of the right. And what I mean by that if you've been in my world for a while, you know this, um, but if you're new here, I don't really launch. I'm not gonna say I never launch because I may one day wake up and be like, we're gonna do a launch. Like I just, what I'm getting distracted we love podcasts that we don't edit because you guys get to see the real. I'm getting distracted by losing my voice here. But what I don't wanna do is say I'm never going to launch because maybe I might wake up one day and be like, we're gonna do a huge launch for this offer. And that would be cool and completely fine and work out and be what I decide to do. Right. That's really what it comes down to at the end of the day, as a business owner, you get to decide what you wanna do and how you're gonna do it. Um, but from speaking on like the last two years, I have not launched, like I have not done a strategic specific. Launch, I've not had a launch calendar. And what I mean by that is, um, I used to like map out the launch of every single offer and I'd have a calendar that was like, okay, this week we talk about this. And this week we talk about this and then this week we talk about this and then we run this challenge and we run this masterclass and then we do this and then we do this and it just, for me, running my business. That way felt really constrictive felt really hard. And if I'm being honest, you know, we had scaled from six figures to multiple six figures that way, you know, launching launch after launch, after launch, after launch. And it was cool. We made a lot of money, but I was exhausted and that business model was not for me. I just, I remember looking at kind of being like, I cannot. run a business. That's just launching all the time. Like, mm that's. Not for me. I don't like launching, like, I don't like the model of launching that I've been taught that I was taught so many times and I often get asked. What, what model were you taught with launching? I was taught like the strategic way of like. hype your audience, do your excitement phase, and then you sell for two weeks and then the program starts, and it was just do your five day challenge or do your two day masterclass. Like it's not that I don't do challenges. Not that I don't do masterclass. Not that I don't do those things. I just don't have a launch calendar and I don't, I don't do it that way, where it feels really constrictive. And then. I've got like this specific timeline where the program has to start. Like, it just, just wasn't for me. Right. And I realized in giving that up and releasing that and literally deciding I'm gonna do things differently, even though I don't know what this is gonna look like yet, two years ago it was terrifying. I was like, we're gonna do things differently and I'm gonna lead here and I'm gonna go first and I'm gonna see what this gets to look like, and I'm gonna fuck it up. And I'm gonna experiments and I'm gonna not be afraid to fail and things really. Started shifting where I don't launch anymore. I don't need to. Everything sells everything, literally sells everything. Every time we just sold, we were selling a masterclass last week for $200, 2, 2, 2, and we had women coming into my high level mastermind and women soulmate women reaching out for one to one and women buying the audacious mastermind. We had a lot of things selling at once without launching I don't launch, we had women buy money mastery. Everything was selling last week and everything will sell again. This week, everything sells every week. Everything sells every day. There's no limit. And that's where less is more when you're doing more of the right things. And so I wanna get into a little bit of the, how I'm not gonna get too, too into the nitty gritty, cuz then we'll be here forever. Um, but this is really where I work with my fierce mastermind clients. It's my highest level mastermind and my one to one clients on this. Um, and then the women coming into the audacious mastermind, we're gonna. Hyper focus on parts of this to get their businesses to a place where everything sells everything. But any client that comes into my world, I know the women that come into my world want spaciousness in their calendars. They wanna maybe take seasons days, weeks, months off of the business and the business till makes money hundreds of thousands of dollars. So like, I'll give you guys the example. I keep coming back to when con heart surgery in July, but it's still really relevant. This is August still as I'm recording these of 2022. So depending on when you're listening to this. My fiance had open heart surgery at the beginning of July, triple bypass surgery, and it rocked our world. And I took a lot of time off and we're about to get married in a month and I'm taking more time off because we're getting married. And then we, I also, we also went on vacation in August. I took a lot of time off, more time off than I've ever taken in my business. And with that in July, we made the amount of money we made all of 2020. not in just that month, but from the first six, seven months of the year. Well, I've been doing way less way like the bare minimum, because that's the capacity I had. And in October we're already getting married the week we get married. I just looked at this. If you have multiple five figure week that week, like I'm just in awe of this business. And I have so much gratitude. and that's because of what we've created and really less is more doing more of the right things we don't launch. And this is happening. I don't have a launch plan. I don't have a launch schedule. We know it's coming and we're, you know, we are very strategic in the way in which we create our offers. And that's my first point here is how to have a business that allows everything to sell everything. Is. the business really makes sense. And what I mean by that is it's clear, it's clean, it's, um, clear for me. And it's also clear for the consumer and the soulmate client that comes into each offer. And. We're very clear in our messaging and our marketing. But with this point is in my half moon method. That's how I teach my clients to scale to my signature method. It's how I've scaled my business, um, and will continue to scale using that method is everything at the end of the day can sell everything. So from two angles, clients come into my world and they can keep buying. They can keep going up. That, um, half moon method, they can keep going to the next offer. They can res resign. They can do it that way. Um, but also from the consumer standpoint, everything sells everything because it's all, it, it all essentially makes sense. Everything that we create is on purpose. Everything that we create is in my zone of genius and what I'm known for. Um, the marketing's really clear. And so when people come in, it's like, oh, I wanna work with you in this aspect. And it's easy. It's an easy sale. Um, when I could be selling, I'm selling, let's say a $200 masterclass and then women are like, but can you tell me about your mastermind? And that's where everything sells everything. Because the way in which we create the offers, the things that we create them on the way in which we market them, um, and that will transform your business. When you can get really intentional behind the scenes of what you're doing, produce it to the public. Your business will make so much money. Everything will sell everything. I'm gonna know all of your offers and be like, well, this is really cool that you're selling this, but I'm actually attracted to this offer. And that's why we don't launch it's because I'm always selling. I'm usually. 99.9% of the time selling more than one thing. But also I know that people are always watching. So even if I haven't talked about money mastery in one week, people know that they can get inside of money mastery and they can click that application in the link of my bio. That happens all the time, where we don't even talk about that program. And women are just applying behind the scenes where they're DMing about it. Same thing with one to one coaching. Right now we do have two sacred one-to-one spots open, like it's so rare that I have one-to-one spots open that have calls. Normally we'll sell Voxer. Because I'm at capacity with one to one, but right now I have the space and I desire to work with two more incredible one-to-one clients. So make clients though, like we are in no rush to fill these spots because they've gotta be the perfect fit. But even when I'm not talking about one-to-one women reach out about one-to-one, it's all on purpose. Everything we do is with intention and it's made us hundreds of thousands more dollars. and that's where I just, when you can get intentional behind the scenes of what you're doing in your business, you will make so much more money. What I think happens often is, um, it's really easy to get in this space or be in this space and see, you know, be like seeing what everyone else is doing. And I'm all for like, if you are somebody that wants to create new offers and launch every month, I'm here for it. I have clients that do that, but we don't actually launch. Um, we're very intentional about how they. Uh, we're very intentional about it. And if that's your vibe, awesome, we'll do that. But we're also going to make those offers intentional. We're not just like seeing what other people are doing. They'll be like, oh, someone's doing this. I gotta do this too. I gotta do this. I gotta do this. And we're not like playing that game of whiplash. We are simplifying things. We're being really intentional. We're making sure it makes sense. And we're getting your soulmate clients on board, your communities on board. They know how they can pay you. They know what offers they can get into. They know what you're known. and it it's all really clean and clear and people just keep buying. Everything will sell everything when you master this. And again, we do this on the deepest level and my higher level containers, one to one, the fierce mastermind and will be, will be definitely touching on this and working through this in the audacious mastermind. Number two is messaging that's in the mind of your market. When you can master this, everything will sell so many people. Neglect messaging, messaging is market. in my eyes. That in my definition, me, your messaging is your marketing. It's not just like your beautiful branding you guys for so long. I didn't have beautiful branding. We've recently this past year hired like the most epic designer obsessed with her. Shout out to Shauna. Many of you might work with her. She's very known in the industry at this point. We, she just like is so good at like bringing my brand to life for a while. We didn't have that for a while. My branding was like, eh, and I can admit that I can look at some of my branding and be like, eh, you know, it was okay. It was okay. But things always sold. So it wasn't the branding that was like selling the offer. It's so cool. Now that I'm obsessed with the branding, cuz that brings a different energy for me to be able to release that to the public. It's just a different vibe. Right. But the messaging. Has always been what's sold your messaging is your marketing. And when you can take this a step further and get in the mind of your market and use their words in your marketing, you will create what one of my mentors, Jackie says instant resonance. And when you have instant resonance, people are in your DMS being like, I need to work with you giving the details. I'm in they're shoeing, they're ready. They already know that they wanna pay you. They can find you when people say people can find you today and pay you thousands of dollars or hundreds of thousands of dollars. Yes, that's true. That can happen when. Your messaging creates instant resonance. People are leaving that part out. So number two is messaging that is in the mind of your market will simplify everything. That's where you, you get to do less. I don't post every day on social. I don't need to, I don't sell every day on social. Sometimes I do. I used to vibe with like sell every single day. I really did use to vibe with that. But if I'm being completely honest, I vibe with like sell when you want to sell consistently. Yeah. But sell, sell when you want to. And that's really the vibe of my business. Like I don't sell every day. Sometimes I do. Sometimes I don't, but things we still sell, even when we're not selling, when I'm not actively selling, people are buying. And that's because of this point that happens for my client all the time. Michelle, it's been so simple. How has it been so easy, Michelle? I haven't even shown my face on camera in a month. Yeah, I know because your messaging is creating instant resonance. It's in the mind of your market. and so many people overlook this. That's how we were able to sell the, um, AUD mastermind using the same slide. We're gonna use that slide again. When we open up spots publicly again, you guys see me talking about it or the month of September, cuz it's like so good. so good. I'm so excited about it. We're gonna use that same slide because it caused a lot of instant resonance and every time we posted it, so many people reached out to get inside of that master. that's on purpose. That's where less is more when you're doing more of the right things. When you can really master this on the deepest level, things will shift you'll. You don't have to do as much. You don't need to create new story slides. You don't need to post a hundred story slides. If you guys watch how I sell. If you were really watching, I use one to two, maybe, maybe three slides to sell an offer. I hadn't talked on my stories. One of my mentors reflected this back to me talked physically the way in which we're talking right now, I didn't put my face to camera, talked to you and sold. in over three months. Now I'm talking a bit more on stories when I feel called to, but even not that much, most of the time, it's about like the wedding or like our house stuff, not even how I'm selling most of the time and people, more people are buying than ever. And that's because of this second point master this. And if you're not, if you're like, I'm not sure how to do. We have an upcoming program. And then lastly, simplifying your sales process. we overcomplicate this so much and I believe sales get to be so simple when you've mastered these two first points that we dove in today. This third one icing on the cake. Um, one thing I shared with my money mastery clients that I wanna share with you is I highly recommend selling in a way that actually feels good to you. versus so often when we learn sales, sales is a learned art. It's a skill, right. Um, and it's the thing that makes you money. So we can't avoid selling. We've gotta sell. If you wanna make fuck you kind of money, we gotta sell. Right. And so, so often though we learn these sales processes and then we're doing things in selling that we actually hate and that we don't enjoy, but we're doing them because someone told us to do them. Or you saw someone do it this way. And you're like, now I gotta do it. You don't even understand why you're doing it. You don't even understand why it works or how it works. I'm a big proponent of teaching that to my clients because when they can understand why it's working and how it's working, they can replicate it. But so often we just do things blindly. We don't even understand what we're doing, how we're doing it or why we're doing it. And it doesn't really serve us because we can't replicate it. And then we're constantly going onto the next thing. And so the next thing we're not even sure what's working in our own sales process. Right. And that's where, like, I wanna invite you to make your sales process really unique to. We really wanna find what's going to work for you. What feels fun and what feels simple. If it feels simple, you'll do it more. If sales feels simple, if showing up and selling feels simple, you'll do it more. That's the truth. If it feels hard, you're going to avoid it. That we're humans, when things feel hard, we avoid. So how can we simplify your sales process? And then something I would invite you to do is the people who sell that you're really attracted to how they sell my clients that are like, I love the way you sell. I'm gonna teach them how I. It. And obviously we're gonna take it and make it their own, cuz we wanna keep their them in their business. Right. I don't wanna create carbon copies of me. That's not what we're here to do, but how can you take what you're really attracted to when people sell and how can we take that, make that your own and, and replicate it, but make it your own. And that's where I really wanna invite you to look at the way in which you're selling. And what do you hate about it? What do you love about it? Do you wanna simplify it? I have some clients that come to me and they're like using 15 story slides to sell and they're like, Michelle. Taking up so much of my time and no one's buying and I'm like, yeah, because you hate it. And we live and operate in a world now where people's attentions bad is so quick. They're most likely not reading 15 slides, but they'll read one slide or they'll read three slides. So we're gonna take that messaging part that we just talk about 0.2 here today. And we're also gonna implement that in your sales process so that we can simplify that. And it'll actually. Way less bang for your book. That's where less is more when you do more of the right things. I can't stop saying this because it's like the truest thing. It's like a tagline in our business now. And I believe in all areas of my life, I recently put a post out on this. Like less is more when you do more of the right things. When I have, um, microbladed eyebrows and I have fake lashes. And like, I can wake up and just live my day and not put on makeup. that's like 99% of the time. I won't make wear makeup when we like events, right. Or like we do something or I'm going out or whatever, but like 99% of the time I don't wear makeup. Cause I'm like less is more when you do more of the right things. I got the Peloton because I want them to just tell me what to do. I want short, effective workouts. Less is more. I wanna get more bang for my buck. I wanna do less, but I want a bigger. And I believe that in all areas of my life and I believe that in business, and that's why you guys are so magnetized to it. Cause you can see, I live and breathe this, I live this. You guys can see it in the way in which I sell and what I do. And people buying all of the time and I don't launch and people are always resonating with the message. These are things that we've mastered, especially over these last two years. We've really mastered this. I I'll share it with you guys. I, I did all the failing. I did all the failing in this process and now I can teach you. And so I really want you to think about these three things and if you really want things to be simple, it takes a little tweaking on the back end and that's okay. It gets to take our time doing that. And in the long run, like I want you to start thinking about, instead of like, what's my tomorrow goal in business, what's your goal in six months? What's your goal in one year from now? So often we think about tomorrow or today or next week, like the Mon the money, the money. Yes. The. You guys know I'm here for the money. You guys know that if you've been in my world for a while, we're here for wealthy women and making fucks tons of money. We are here for that. But I want you to start thinking about the things that you're doing now is that the six month version of you, is that where she wants to be. And a year from now, two years from now, what does she want this to look like? Because the things that we do. we'll shape that had I not made the decision two years ago to no longer have a launch to launch business model, we would not be here today. I had to make that decision to get here two years ago. Do you see that? So the future, Michelle, this future, this one right now could be teaching this to you. So what are things right now that the six month version of you, the year version of you, the two year version of you, what are things that we need to get rid of? I don't, I want you to stop making decisions of what's gonna affect you tomorrow. we, we are so instantaneous in business and I want you to start thinking longer term, not everything is gonna happen overnight, and it's not supposed to. These are things I want you to think about when I have deeper conversations, this is what will, it will change the trajectory of your business. I love you. I'm gonna leave you with this.
