Speaker A

The train didn't stop you.

Speaker A

It positioned you.

Speaker A

Be honest.

Speaker A

How many times you got stopped by a train and got irritated like your time was more important than whatever just crossed your path?

Speaker A

You pull up to the crossing, lights flashing, gate down, train moving like it owns the moment, and you.

Speaker A

You reach for the clock like Tom answers to you.

Speaker A

It don't see.

Speaker A

That's the first illusion that just got exposed.

Speaker A

You thought movement meant control.

Speaker A

Nah, you were just in motion.

Speaker A

Not necessarily in alignment.

Speaker A

Because if we're being real, you don't hate the train.

Speaker A

You hate that something just told you.

Speaker A

Wait.

Speaker A

And you weren't the one who said it.

Speaker A

Life just gave you something.

Speaker A

Most people run from.

Speaker A

A forced pause.

Speaker A

No notification, no warning, no are you available right now?

Speaker A

Just stop.

Speaker A

And instead of using it, most people fight it.

Speaker A

Sighing, checking the time again, acting like impatience is going to speed up the steal.

Speaker A

But what if the delay is actually protection?

Speaker A

What if being 90 seconds late keeps you 10 years early from a mistake?

Speaker A

What if the version of you that arrives right now isn't the version that the situation needs?

Speaker A

See, we love control.

Speaker A

Until something reminds us we never had it.

Speaker A

That train, it ain't thinking about you.

Speaker A

It ain't adjusting for you.

Speaker A

It ain't apologizing to you.

Speaker A

It's just doing one thing.

Speaker A

Staying on track.

Speaker A

And maybe that's the real message.

Speaker A

Not patience.

Speaker A

That's basic.

Speaker A

The real message is, can you stay aligned when something else interrupts your pace?

Speaker A

Because anybody can move when it's convenient.

Speaker A

Anybody can feel powerful when nothing blocks them.

Speaker A

But can you stay grounded when life puts the gate down in front of you?

Speaker A

Next time it happens, don't reach for the clock.

Speaker A

Reach for awareness.

Speaker A

Look around.

Speaker A

Breathe deeper than you usually do.

Speaker A

Let your thoughts catch up to your body.

Speaker A

Because you've been moving so fast, your mind is trailing behind this whole time.

Speaker A

And that idea you've been waiting on, that clarity you keep asking for, it doesn't always show up when you're in motion.

Speaker A

Sometimes it pulls up when you can't go anywhere before.

Speaker A

You call it interruption, ask yourself, do I actually trust the guidance in my life?

Speaker A

Or only when it looks the way I expect it?

Speaker A

Because sometimes the universe doesn't speak in words.

Speaker A

It speaks in interruptions.

Speaker A

And if you look close enough, even a train sounds like guidance.

Speaker A

Thank y' all for rocking with me.

Speaker A

And until the next episode, remember, you're all stars, so shine like one.
