Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And how many times have you told.

Speaker B

Yourself that you love yourself today?

Speaker A

How many times have you looked in.

Speaker B

The mirror and said, I love you.

Speaker C

And I love being me today?

Speaker C

See, I want you to wake up every morning excited to be you.

Speaker C

I want you to wake up every morning excited to be alive.

Speaker C

I want you to wake up every morning going, oh, my God, I get.

Speaker D

To be me today.

Speaker D

So today it's very simple.

Speaker A

Every time you go by a mirror.

Speaker B

I want you to look yourself eyeball to eyeball and say, I love you.

Speaker C

You can add other things too, if you'd like.

Speaker B

You're one beautiful chicken.

Speaker B

I'm really proud of you.

Speaker C

I'm proud to be me again.

Speaker B

You can say other things to yourself, but specifically, I want to make sure.

Speaker D

That you say I love you to you.

Speaker A

So when you look in the mirror.

Speaker B

Say, I love you eyeball to eyeball.

Speaker C

Now, if you're one of those people.

Speaker A

That tricks yourself into never looking in the mirror, then you must look in the mirror today.

Speaker B

Yes, I know who you are.

Speaker B

You try and never look in the mirror.

Speaker B

Well, that is not supported, my friend, because the greatest glory in heaven is looking at you in the mirror.

Speaker D

And that is you.

Speaker D

So today I want you to look.

Speaker A

In the mirror every time you walk in the bathroom, every time you go in the bedroom, every time there's a mirror around.

Speaker B

And if you don't have one, go get one.

Speaker B

And if you really want to go for it, do it every hour on the hour, or, gosh, every two hours for sure.

Speaker E

And just simply say eyeball to eyeball.

Speaker E

I love you.

Speaker E

I am so grateful to be me.

Speaker E

I'm so grateful that I got to wake up as me today.

Speaker E

And thank you for being on this journey with me.

Speaker E

Thank you for giving me the courage and the fortitude to keep going when it's hard.

Speaker D

Thank you for beating my heart and loving me no matter what.

Speaker F

I love you.

Speaker E

I love you.

Speaker F

I love you.

Speaker E

Now imagine if you said that to yourself every single day, several times a.

Speaker G

Day when you woke up, when you went to bed, maybe a couple times.

Speaker F

In between, but you just looked at yourself eyeball to eyeball and just looked in your eyes and said, I love you.

Speaker G

And then you get to practice meaning it.

Speaker G

When that happens, oh, my friend, everything changes.

Speaker G

I love you.

Speaker G

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker G

And I do love you.
