My name is Tina Huynh . I am a food freedom coach, and this is my body appreciation meditation. If you've been suffering lately, feeling pain, or feeling resentful towards yourself, this is a wonderful place for you to be. Let us begin by inhaling deeply, letting the air fill your lungs, and exhaling slowly, releasing any tension.

Feeling the earth support you, as you become grounded and present. Focusing on your breath, tuning into the natural rhythm of inhales and exhales. With every breath, feeling a calmness spread throughout your body. You are becoming more and more grounded. Feeling the grounding energy of the earth flowing through every inch of your body as you connect.

With the present moment, shifting your attention to your body, acknowledging this biological marvel that carries you throughout your life, taking a moment to appreciate the remarkable work your body accomplishes every single day, often without your conscious awareness. Let us express gratitude to our bodies with a body scan.

Bringing your attention to your feet. Sending warm light and energy into your toes, giving gratitude to your feet for carrying you wherever you go.

Moving upwards towards your legs, thanking them for their strength and support.

Shifting your focus to your abdomen and organs. Recognizing their vital role in keeping you healthy and strong.

As we begin to bring awareness to our arms and our hands. We appreciate their ability to embrace, to hold, and to create. Moving to your heart, feeling gratitude for its unwavering ability to continue beating this beautiful rhythm that sustains your life. Acknowledging and expressing gratitude to your lungs.

Grateful for each breath which carries oxygen to your body and fills you with life. Bringing attention to your head, thanking your head and your mind for its resilience.

Returning to your breath, noticing the sensations in your body and the calmness that comes with gratitude. Letting this awareness guide you towards a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. Knowing that this body appreciation practice is available for you to come back to whenever you need it.

Whenever you're ready. Start to wiggle your fingers and toes, and slowly come back to full alertness. I appreciate you for listening My name is Tina Huynh.
