If you're on Amazon, you can also create video content. You
Speaker:may not know that, but you've got to have brand registry, right? So
Speaker:you have a trademark or a patent registered with Amazon before you
Speaker:can use what's called the A plus content. Once
Speaker:you get your product live and active in Amazon,
Speaker:it will help with doing great keyword research, which is
Speaker:phenomenal. Also structuring better titles, descriptions, and
Speaker:bullet points. So when you're thinking about growing your
Speaker:e-commerce business, one of the main things you'll start thinking about is
Speaker:how can I outsource certain types of jobs. The
Speaker:product that I've been using for years and years is
Speaker:called I'm Matthew Fraser and
Speaker:this is Amazon Ecom Secrets. I'll be
Speaker:sharing with you the secrets that helped me go from millions in debt
Speaker:to an eight-figure entrepreneur. If you're ready to escape the
Speaker:nine-to-five and live life on your terms, let me
Speaker:show you the way. Hey guys,
Speaker:welcome to Amazon eComSecrets. My name is Matthew Fraser, an
Speaker:eight-figure Amazon and eCommerce seller, been
Speaker:selling on Amazon since 2017. I'm
Speaker:here today to tell you the five eCommerce slash
Speaker:Amazon tools that you cannot ignore.
Speaker:All right, guys, I'm going to start with the product that I've been using
Speaker:for years and years. It's called Zonguru. There
Speaker:are similar types of products out there that you can tap
Speaker:into but I'm going to talk about Zonguru because I've actually used it since
Speaker:about 2017 roughly and
Speaker:I use it for Amazon. Now you're going to
Speaker:ask, what does Zonguru do? It essentially helps with
Speaker:your product listings and data research for Amazon.
Speaker:So you can track different types of products in
Speaker:particular niches. So like sales and reviews and
Speaker:things like that. One of the great things that I love is you can go onto Amazon
Speaker:and then press a button and then it will tell you all the
Speaker:sales of all the different products that are on that page, including
Speaker:the opportunity score. Like, is it a good opportunity to invest in that particular product?
Speaker:It'll tell you all the sales data. of the product, of every
Speaker:single individual product, which is just mind-boggling. So you can know
Speaker:if this is even something that you should be investing in. Because if those products have zero
Speaker:sales, you can tell that there's no demand for those types of products.
Speaker:But if there's lots of sales, then there's definitely a demand and
Speaker:it's probably a product that you may want to investigate further. So when researching
Speaker:products on Amazon, Zonguru is definitely
Speaker:a tool that you will want to tap into to help with
Speaker:your decision-making for potential products. Further than
Speaker:that, once you get your product live and active in
Speaker:Amazon, it will help with doing great keyword research
Speaker:which is phenomenal, also structuring better titles, descriptions
Speaker:and bullet points. Now this is a tool that I use
Speaker:every single week and when you're starting out, It's probably a
Speaker:tool that you'll use every single day. Guys,
Speaker:if you want to take advantage of Zonguru and use their free trial,
Speaker:go to the show notes of this episode and you'll see the
Speaker:link. You can jump in there. Okay, the second type of tool that I use is actually a
Speaker:platform. And this platform is called Upwork. If
Speaker:you've never heard of it, you're going to be blown away. This is a freelance hiring
Speaker:platform. So let me tell you an exact time that I used Upwork
Speaker:to benefit my business. I went to Upwork and searched for
Speaker:a product engineer and I was able to find a product
Speaker:engineer to help create a brand new product that
Speaker:I had in my mind. Someone who could actually put it into a physical
Speaker:form and they did it by doing a 3D
Speaker:print. So you can find all sorts of different types of
Speaker:engineers, product designers, graphic designers, there's
Speaker:just a range of freelancers on Upwork. Upwork,
Speaker:I find there are really more higher caliber type
Speaker:of people on Upwork, especially people from European
Speaker:and USA based territories. So the freelancers on
Speaker:Upwork work on a star rating. So when you're going
Speaker:through the platform, you can obviously use a filter system to figure
Speaker:out the different type of freelancer that you may want. Once you've found
Speaker:that, look through the different star ratings. There'll be people there that have just started
Speaker:out, which will have a very low score. And there'll be people there that have got a
Speaker:very high score because they've been on the platform, done a
Speaker:lot of work for people over a number of years. Those people generally
Speaker:will charge a high price because they've got obviously a really, really good
Speaker:trust rating and reputation on the platform. So
Speaker:it'll be up to you to decide what is your budget and who you're willing
Speaker:to work with also based on perhaps their language.
Speaker:You know, do they speak English or do they not speak English? So when you're thinking about
Speaker:growing your e-commerce business, one of the main things
Speaker:you'll start thinking about is how can I outsource certain types
Speaker:of jobs. Now not only is Upwork a great
Speaker:place to use for freelancers to do product engineering
Speaker:or graphic designing, but you can also find some really
Speaker:interesting people there who do bookkeeping. or
Speaker:accounting or even customer service roles. All
Speaker:these types of jobs will help you in your e-commerce business.
Speaker:Now, when you're thinking about hiring some people on a platform like
Speaker:Upwork, one of the things you might want to do is go and utilize
Speaker:another tool which is ChatGPT. And in
Speaker:ChatGPT, you're going to give it the prompts to
Speaker:write you a perfect job description for
Speaker:a certain role. Once the chat GPT has written out your job
Speaker:description in the way you want, you can simply upload that
Speaker:job description to Upwork to attract the
Speaker:best freelancers for the role you're after. Hey guys, I just want to break away
Speaker:from the episode for just one moment and let you know that I've just launched the Amazon
Speaker:Launchpad mini course. Now, this is designed for people who want to get started on
Speaker:Amazon really, really fast. But guess what? I can get you launched your
Speaker:first product on Amazon with just five hours. You just have to
Speaker:click on the link below, join my community, and the course is absolutely free.
Speaker:All right, thanks guys, and back to the episode. While we're on the
Speaker:topic of chat GPT, there are so many
Speaker:ways you can utilize this amazing AI
Speaker:software to help when you're even starting a business. Now,
Speaker:I talked about Zonguru in the beginning, but if you don't have
Speaker:a software tool like Zonguru, but you do
Speaker:want to make amazing titles, bullet points
Speaker:and descriptions. ChatGPT is a new
Speaker:way where you can use that AI software to get the best
Speaker:out of their system to make better titles, bullet
Speaker:points and descriptions for your Amazon listing.
Speaker:Additionally to Upwork, one of the other incredible tools
Speaker:is another platform that I use which is called Fiverr. Now
Speaker:unlike Upwork, Fiverr is probably targeted more
Speaker:to content creation type things including things
Speaker:to social media, things like thumbnails, content
Speaker:creation and the like. There is a range of different things but
Speaker:that's probably mainly the things that I use Fiverr for including
Speaker:social media management. But when thinking about Fiverr compared
Speaker:to Upwork, you'll find that Fiverr, a lot of, and I would
Speaker:say probably 80% plus of the freelancers that
Speaker:use Fiverr are from places like India and Pakistan. And
Speaker:because they're from those countries, the price points are
Speaker:generally much cheaper than what you'll find on places like Upwork.
Speaker:But is their work secondary? No, they're still great and
Speaker:you should definitely use their service. Alright guys, the next tool that I use is
Speaker:a place called Shutterstock. This one has been in
Speaker:my repertoire for years and years now because they have a lot of b-roll
Speaker:type footage that I can tap into for my listings
Speaker:and I've also used it in some video formats for some of the YouTube videos
Speaker:that I've created for my product. Because number two,
Speaker:if you're on Amazon, you can also create video content. You
Speaker:may not know that, but you've got to have brand registry, right?
Speaker:So you have a trademark or a patent registered with Amazon before
Speaker:you can use what's called the A-plus content. So therefore,
Speaker:we've got the brand registry, you can use A-plus content and video content in
Speaker:your Amazon listing. So that's where a place like Shutterstock with
Speaker:their B-roll type footage may come in useful. I've
Speaker:also found recently they've got a brand new AI portion
Speaker:of their platform. It is absolutely incredible.
Speaker:I've used a few different types of AI generation for
Speaker:our images. Shutterstock, by far,
Speaker:I don't know what they're using, but their images are
Speaker:unbelievable. They are definitely worth checking
Speaker:out. You do pay a pretty high price for them. I think from memory,
Speaker:it's about $15 per image that
Speaker:you download, but they're incredible. But guys, if you're on a
Speaker:budget, ChatGPT also has an image creation AI
Speaker:software as well. I will say I've found it
Speaker:to be somewhat dicey, particularly, I
Speaker:don't know if it's the inputs I'm putting in, but if I'm putting the same inputs
Speaker:into Shutterstock, it's just chalk and cheese. But again, if
Speaker:you're on a budget and you want to go for something that's less quality, you
Speaker:can go to the chat GPT. For me, I'm going Shutterstock. The
Speaker:last tool is one that has taken the world by
Speaker:storm, which is probably in most people's repertoire now.
Speaker:And if it's not in your repertoire, it should be, and that is Canva. Canva
Speaker:is an incredible piece of software for things like still images and
Speaker:video creation. I've personally used Canva with
Speaker:my thumbnail creations for my YouTube videos.
Speaker:Another tool that I use every single day
Speaker:for years and years is a tool called A2X. That
Speaker:stands for Amazon to Xero. It's an
Speaker:accounting slash bookkeeping software that
Speaker:enables the data from your Amazon account to transfer automatically
Speaker:into your Xero account. Now Xero is another software,
Speaker:but it's widely used by accountants right across Australia to
Speaker:keep track of all of your invoicing, data,
Speaker:expenses, etc. And it would save you
Speaker:so much time and effort. Can you imagine if you didn't have it, you've got to go into
Speaker:Amazon, download all the data, you've got to find it somewhere in their system,
Speaker:then pass it over to your bookkeeper who's going to manually put it in. It's a
Speaker:nightmare. That's why it's essential if you're selling
Speaker:on the Amazon platform, you must have A2X. All
Speaker:right, guys, that's it for this episode of some of the top tools
Speaker:and platforms that I'm using day in and day
Speaker:out in my business. Let me know in the comments some of
Speaker:the tools that you're using in your business and how they help you.
Speaker:All right, guys, thanks for tuning in. Take care. Thanks for tuning into Amazon
Speaker:Ecom Secrets. If you enjoyed this episode, the best way
Speaker:to show your support is to give a five-star review on
