Hello, this is Karina Marshall, and I would like to invite you to your next level of consciousness, which is about how truly powerful you are and that peace is already within you. You just have to allow it. The next few minutes are about you, so it is no coincidence that you happen to be listening to this.

I have a simple message to you amidst the negative news and turmoils of the world. It is time to become aware that you are a vibrational being and you emit an energy frequency. What does that mean? It means that your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs carry vibrational energy. This awareness is so critical in understanding how your reality mirrors your vibration, whether you like it or not.

Who is showing up, or what is showing up in your reality matches the frequency of your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. Unknowingly, we each contribute to the collective reality of the world. So when we choose hatred and separation over compassion, we unconsciously contribute to that energy and further amplify it, despite verbally claiming we want world peace.

Remember, it's all energy, and we always have a choice to tune in to the energy of peace or otherwise. My other simple message to you is that it is time for you to meet that beautiful and loving, non physical version of yourself. This higher self resides in your expanded consciousness, sometimes referred to as your soul, your spirit, or source energy within you.

Becoming aware of your higher self activates your ability to manifest. In the physical world of form, tune in to the frequency of your higher self so you can receive the answers to all your questions and become a peaceful manifester. So right now, I invite you. To engage your witness consciousness during these troubled times. Observe and practice compassion. Witness yourself and your feelings in various situations.

Who am I?

How can I?

And many others. Asking questions starts the expansion of your consciousness and know that the answers will be revealed to you as you allow it.

Trust in the transformation that is happening now love over fear, empowerment over limitation, compassion over hatred, oneness over separation, and joy over all conditions.
