Beth Hewitt:

Good morning, Mel. Good morning, Beth. How are you today?

Melissa Amos:

I'm good. Today, the day we record this, it's Earth

Melissa Amos:

Day. Oh, is it? Happy birthday, everybody.

Melissa Amos:

Happy earth day from last month. And so

Melissa Amos:

I've been contemplating that. It's

Melissa Amos:

funny because I'm traveling tomorrow, so I'm going to be up in the air, and

Melissa Amos:

when I go travelling, I feel quite up in the air. I get in my

Melissa Amos:

head and there's all the stuff to do and

Melissa Amos:

pack and organize and all the things, and my

Melissa Amos:

body definitely responds to being in the air.

Melissa Amos:

It tries to ground me. So it's interesting that today I'm

Melissa Amos:

contemplating the earth and her energy and her

Melissa Amos:

support. I'm running an activation,

Melissa Amos:

a grounding activation, in my soul space community today.

Melissa Amos:

Yeah, I'm in that. I'm going to say I'm in that duality

Melissa Amos:

of being up in the clouds and down in the earth and just trying to

Melissa Amos:

find that equilibrium. Isn't that interesting? We

Beth Hewitt:

talk a lot about grounding, don't we? And being with nature

Beth Hewitt:

and reconnecting. But when we're in the air, we're

Beth Hewitt:

in this vessel, this man made vessel in the sky. We're

Beth Hewitt:

inside this little container and we're not touching the ground and we're not surrounded

Beth Hewitt:

by the water. So it is one of the only times where we're just

Beth Hewitt:

literally bobbing, bobbing around in the sky.

Melissa Amos:

It's funny because in chinese medicine, when they work with the

Melissa Amos:

elements, they've got, the metal plays a big part with

Melissa Amos:

the. With the lungs, isn't it? Which is where the air comes

Melissa Amos:

and goes. So when I've been working with my

Melissa Amos:

Shaolin master, last time I went away, he was

Melissa Amos:

talking to me about grounding while you're on an airplane.

Beth Hewitt:

Interesting. So just imagine you grounding and imagine the roots

Melissa Amos:

and just feel that and see if you can. Or

Melissa Amos:

feel if you can notice when you go from

Melissa Amos:

being above earth to being above water while

Melissa Amos:

you're ground. Yeah. And doing that,

Melissa Amos:

doing all these, like, energetic exercises while you're in the air can

Melissa Amos:

be really interesting. Yeah. Some qigong,

Melissa Amos:

because it's your. Technically, the

Melissa Amos:

metal could be amplifying

Melissa Amos:

our energetics and helping us connect high.

Melissa Amos:

We're not a million miles from earth when we're on a plane

Melissa Amos:

compared to how far we are from the sun. Right. It's not that

Melissa Amos:

significant. So I always find a little bit of time

Melissa Amos:

when I'm on the airplane to figure what's going on out with my

Melissa Amos:

energy and with that more, because my body physically

Melissa Amos:

starts to want to ground itself. Yeah,

Melissa Amos:

get like, swollen feet and it's literally my body going

Melissa Amos:

ground, Melissa. We'll see what happens. We've also got all of the

Beth Hewitt:

other energies in the very contained space of people that we don't

Beth Hewitt:

know. We've got all the bags, we've got all the anticipation of where they're going,

Beth Hewitt:

all the journey. There's all kinds of stuff going on in that little space as

Beth Hewitt:

well. All the stress, all the stresses of

Beth Hewitt:

transportation, usually. Obviously, I'm traveling with my

Melissa Amos:

children and this time I am not, so this is going to be a very

Melissa Amos:

different for me. But, yeah, I think it's something

Melissa Amos:

that I never used to consider and now I mega consider.

Melissa Amos:

It's such a stressful place. Yeah. People were running

Melissa Amos:

for their flights and people were scared on the plane and people

Melissa Amos:

were thinking they're going to be late and everyone's out of their comfort zone.

Melissa Amos:

Like pretty much, probably 95% more of

Melissa Amos:

people there outside the comfort zone. And as energy sensitive

Melissa Amos:

beings, we're picking up on all of that. So even if you are like, yeah,

Melissa Amos:

I'm ready and I'm sorted, you start

Melissa Amos:

to absorb some of that. Yeah. Do you have

Melissa Amos:

any top tips for travellers? I mean,

Beth Hewitt:

I always talk about intention, generally about everything, and I think if you want to

Beth Hewitt:

have a stress free journey, then you can set that intention,

Beth Hewitt:

but you could also. It's also that time. It's

Beth Hewitt:

one of those times, like whether you're on a train or you're on a

Beth Hewitt:

plane, where you can actually use

Beth Hewitt:

that time. You don't have to be getting the laptop out and working or you

Beth Hewitt:

don't have to be answering the phone calls where you can actually

Beth Hewitt:

meditate or switch off or

Beth Hewitt:

visualize how you want the rest of the day to go. We don't get

Beth Hewitt:

those times very often where we can just stop. And I think

Beth Hewitt:

I used to do a lot of that on train journeys, for sure. I always

Melissa Amos:

get very. It's weird, when I'm on the train,

Melissa Amos:

I always get, like, super creative. I think it's because there's no

Melissa Amos:

incoming. Yeah, maybe. And I, like,

Melissa Amos:

write these amazing posts or so maybe I will get

Melissa Amos:

my laptop out. But more for creation rather than

Melissa Amos:

absorption. I think it's the mixture of being in a different environment

Beth Hewitt:

and. But also moving. Yeah, you're in a different space, but

Beth Hewitt:

also the vessel is also moving really quickly through different

Beth Hewitt:

sceneries and different people coming onto the train. And yeah, there's

Beth Hewitt:

something to be had, for sure. For sure. I think my top

Melissa Amos:

tips when I travel is obviously the practical things

Melissa Amos:

are important. Make sure that you've got your things organized

Melissa Amos:

and check it before the night before. And I say this

Melissa Amos:

because this is not me. Like, for me, I'm very much, yeah, I'll be fine.

Melissa Amos:

And leave it to the last minute. I know where my passport is. Yes, I

Beth Hewitt:

do. My puzzle is out already. Just be as organized as you

Melissa Amos:

can so that you can be in as

Melissa Amos:

practically. You can be in as still a point as

Melissa Amos:

usual as possible. We were speaking last time about

Melissa Amos:

crystals and using them. I do

Melissa Amos:

always wear very grounding crystals when I'm traveling,

Melissa Amos:

and I have this plasma necklace, which, when I

Melissa Amos:

wear it, I feel as if I've got this force field around me.

Melissa Amos:

Now, annoyingly, last time I wore it and

Melissa Amos:

threw the machines, so they had to,

Melissa Amos:

which wasn't nice. So I remember to take that off this time as I go

Melissa Amos:

through security. But, yeah, I do very intentionally use

Melissa Amos:

my crystals. I also love to work

Melissa Amos:

with the angelics when I'm traveling. And so

Melissa Amos:

Archangel Metatron is said to be the angel that can

Melissa Amos:

help you with time and travel and movement. So. So

Melissa Amos:

I will call upon him and say, thank you for this smooth

Melissa Amos:

journey. This is, like, your visualization, right? I'll say, thank you for the smooth

Melissa Amos:

journey. Thank you for keeping me calm, and thank you for everything

Melissa Amos:

happening on time as it is supposed to be. Thank you for

Melissa Amos:

keeping us safe and for us actually having some laughs or some

Melissa Amos:

this time, because not with my family. This time, it will be more.

Melissa Amos:

Thank you for giving me some time to chill out, for getting some work

Melissa Amos:

done, arriving there on time, and then I'll see myself

Melissa Amos:

getting to the villa with everybody together

Melissa Amos:

and cheersing our welcome cocktail,

Melissa Amos:

whatever it is, that we have. Yeah. I like to call upon the

Melissa Amos:

extra powers, and here's a new top tip

Melissa Amos:

for you, especially Beth, which is now going to be another

Melissa Amos:

tool in your bag. Whenever I get on the plane,

Melissa Amos:

I sit there and I draw the Reiki distance symbol

Melissa Amos:

on the. The roof of the roof of the plane.

Melissa Amos:

Yeah. And I just imagine that kind of lit up all the

Melissa Amos:

way. They've got, like, the leds that go, like, down. So I imagine that the

Melissa Amos:

rokey distance symbol is, like, there, and then there's, like, an anchor point,

Melissa Amos:

the power symbol that I imagine at the front of the plane, and then

Melissa Amos:

also at the destination and then at the back of the plane, just,

Melissa Amos:

like, seal that and ground that in, and then I'll just say a little prayer.

Melissa Amos:

Thank you for keeping us all safe. Thank you for everybody on the plane staying

Melissa Amos:

calm so I don't have to pick on their stuff and, yeah, thank you for

Melissa Amos:

being a really enjoyable journey. And then off we go.

Beth Hewitt:

And everybody's beautifully well behaved on the plane.

Beth Hewitt:

None of the luggage goes missing and everything is as it

Beth Hewitt:

should. There was an episode, I don't know why this has just popped in my

Beth Hewitt:

head, totally random, but there was an episode of the Apprentice a couple of years

Beth Hewitt:

ago where they had to design an airline with the uniform and everything.

Beth Hewitt:

And I remember at the time thinking that I would call. I got really into

Beth Hewitt:

it, like as if I was the apprentice. I was going to call my airline

Beth Hewitt:

transcendence Airways,

Beth Hewitt:

because that was really calming. It would appeal to the older

Beth Hewitt:

clientele, though. No children would be allowed on transcendence airways.

Beth Hewitt:

It would just be for professionals. I

Beth Hewitt:

might have a children version of. That, but, yeah, we could have a children's

Melissa Amos:

cabin. A children's cabin, right. You could have a children's

Melissa Amos:

cabin. So, you know, like, you know, you have business class, first class.

Melissa Amos:

No, children class. Right. Children class. Children class.

Melissa Amos:

And in children class, they just have all the technology

Melissa Amos:

just to keep them busy. Yeah. And they'll just be like, loving life because

Melissa Amos:

they'll be like, this is the best thing ever. I can sit here for two,

Melissa Amos:

3410 hours on my technology and no one's going to tell

Melissa Amos:

me not to. Yeah, that's the battle. So this

Melissa Amos:

is genius. Transcendence airways.

Melissa Amos:

Airways, yes. And play meditation

Melissa Amos:

music on board. Yeah. That was the whole thing. Like, you'd work. You would have

Beth Hewitt:

meditations going on and things. Therapy. Yeah.

Beth Hewitt:

To help. I'm loving this. Yeah. So tell us, listeners,

Melissa Amos:

would you come and fly transcendent airways? Go to Adam

Melissa Amos:

Sugar and we'll go. I don't understand why it's not being

Beth Hewitt:

done. It's one of the most stressful industries. Why has nobody gone?

Beth Hewitt:

This is the missing piece to the puzzle. This is. Yeah.

Melissa Amos:

Beth, you are onto something. Yeah, I think I am. I'm going to write

Melissa Amos:

anyway, while I'm on the phone. And the uniform was going to be

Melissa Amos:

like, harem trousers and white robes.

Melissa Amos:

Yeah. So it was. I can't remember. I think it was blue. But then also

Beth Hewitt:

the hat was like, almost like a cloud. I really. I'd really got into it.

Beth Hewitt:

I really thought about it and I was very disappointed nobody had come up with

Beth Hewitt:

my idea. I'm loving that. I'm

Melissa Amos:

loving that. If I ever see you on the apprentice, Beth, I will

Melissa Amos:

keep my. All my fingers crossed that task comes up and

Melissa Amos:

that you are the project manager for that. Yeah, that's mine. That would be

Beth Hewitt:

me. Yeah. They are taking applications at the

Melissa Amos:

moment. Oh, no, past that. I've done my project

Beth Hewitt:

management.

Beth Hewitt:

Yeah. I think that when I. Ten years ago, no,

Melissa Amos:

more than that. 20 years ago. Whenever. I don't know. How long has the apprentice

Melissa Amos:

been there? It must be,

Beth Hewitt:

I don't know, maybe 15 years. To think. I worked in business support, so when

Beth Hewitt:

I was managing business support programs, it was on. And that was 2014, and it

Beth Hewitt:

was happening well before that. So, yeah, I was like, I could

Melissa Amos:

go on the apprentice. I could do that. And then people would say to me,

Melissa Amos:

like, mel, you should go on the apprentice. Yeah, I used to get that, too.

Beth Hewitt:

Yeah. My team used to say that. If you think about it,

Melissa Amos:

what do you think about the people on the apprentice? Not so much now, but

Melissa Amos:

then they'd get the kind of, should we call them

Melissa Amos:

personalities, and they'd make

Melissa Amos:

some questionable judgments. And then I'm thinking, is

Melissa Amos:

that how you see me? I

Beth Hewitt:

think it was probably for the opposite reason. I think.

Melissa Amos:

Yeah, we started in the clouds. How I feel

Melissa Amos:

now. I've got my cards out. Me too.

Melissa Amos:

So I've got. Oh, they look nice. I've picked Doctor

Melissa Amos:

Stephen D Farmer's made messages from the spirits

Melissa Amos:

of nature oracle. And I

Melissa Amos:

know, look at this box, because I

Melissa Amos:

was like, these are the most beautiful pictures of nature.

Melissa Amos:

Their photography mainly, I think,

Melissa Amos:

all. And they have animals and different scenes,

Melissa Amos:

and I just. I don't have any other decks that are quite like

Melissa Amos:

this. And as it's earth day, thought, what

Melissa Amos:

a beautiful. Why not? Why not? So let's pick

Melissa Amos:

a card for the listeners whenever you're listening to this. We're

Melissa Amos:

picking earth days. This is a message from the earth

Melissa Amos:

for our listeners whenever or wherever

Melissa Amos:

you are in the world. What do they need to know?

Melissa Amos:

Oh, look at this. So we have got this.

Melissa Amos:

Beautiful. Is that a monarch butterfly? Is

Melissa Amos:

it? Monarch butterfly is more black. It's a beautiful orange and

Melissa Amos:

yellow butterfly with

Melissa Amos:

its wings really out, really prominent in the picture,

Melissa Amos:

sitting on a very lush green leaf with some yellow

Melissa Amos:

flowers in the background. Nice. And it

Melissa Amos:

says regeneration. It's card number three,

Melissa Amos:

regeneration. So by the time everyone's listening to

Melissa Amos:

this, assuming you're listening to this when it's just coming

Melissa Amos:

out, we're just going to be coming. We're really going to be in the spring,

Melissa Amos:

aren't we? Yeah, probably end of mere time, I. Reckon

Melissa Amos:

maybe it's wherever you are. This is really a message

Melissa Amos:

to invite you to be seen and to

Melissa Amos:

be prized for the uniqueness that you are, because

Melissa Amos:

you look at a butterfly. And they do have these

Melissa Amos:

beautiful markings, and they look so elegant, and

Melissa Amos:

they always bring joy, don't they? Unfortunately, if you think about the insect

Melissa Amos:

kingdom, they don't always bring joy to the humans, do they?

Melissa Amos:

There's always something. Whereas a butterfly, there's something.

Melissa Amos:

Butterflies and ladybirds, right? There's something about them that just

Melissa Amos:

brings such joy and this,

Melissa Amos:

like, mesmerization, don't they? And I think for

Melissa Amos:

butterflies, we can often see them or know them to be these

Melissa Amos:

messages from the divine or messages from spirit. And actually,

Melissa Amos:

I asked what Mother Earth wanted to say. And they're bringing through

Melissa Amos:

this beautiful message of the butterfly,

Melissa Amos:

which, for the butterfly to get to where she is now with these

Melissa Amos:

beautiful wings and this ability to fly, she's had to go through it

Melissa Amos:

all. And she spent all of her

Melissa Amos:

life as a caterpillar just munching on the leaf that she now so gracefully

Melissa Amos:

sits on and then had to go into the unknown

Melissa Amos:

and just follow. She just followed her instincts right

Melissa Amos:

to myself, around me, this cocoon.

Melissa Amos:

I don't know what's going to happen. And she had to fully surrender.

Melissa Amos:

And this message feels to me more like, you've been through

Melissa Amos:

that. Just because that was your past, it doesn't mean

Melissa Amos:

that equals your future. Sometimes when we feel that and

Melissa Amos:

we've been through this real metamorphosis, we can

Melissa Amos:

feel like that's what we need to expect.

Melissa Amos:

But this message feels like that's been done. And now

Melissa Amos:

it's who I am. Look who I've become. Look

Melissa Amos:

how I can bring joy into other people's worlds just by

Melissa Amos:

flying around and showing my colors. And

Melissa Amos:

this really feels to me like a stand

Melissa Amos:

proud. If you could see this butterfly, it really

Melissa Amos:

looks, like, stable on its feet. It's flying in this

Melissa Amos:

picture. It's grounded in the picture. I think it's interesting as well. We're talking

Beth Hewitt:

about flight, and you're going flying today as well. We've got the butterfly

Beth Hewitt:

symbol. It's almost butterfly like as you're

Beth Hewitt:

traveling through the skies. That ease and grace of

Beth Hewitt:

just trusting that I'm heading in the right direction,

Beth Hewitt:

I will land when it's time to land, that everything that's

Beth Hewitt:

come before is now all worth it. I did say

Melissa Amos:

these orange and yellow. And the airline I'm flying

Melissa Amos:

there with is an orange airline, so that.

Melissa Amos:

And I'm wearing orange, though. And you're wearing orange as well. Yeah. I might wear

Melissa Amos:

it tomorrow. They'll think that I'm part of the crew. I might get upgraded. I

Beth Hewitt:

don't know. Swear orange. Be

Melissa Amos:

one of them. So that's the message from card number

Melissa Amos:

three, butterfly regeneration. Fly like the butterfly,

Melissa Amos:

but stay grounded and proud of who you

Melissa Amos:

are, and don't be afraid to show off your uniqueness.

Beth Hewitt:

I love that. I'm going to pull a card. It's from

Beth Hewitt:

the oracle of the unicorns Oracle card deck.

Beth Hewitt:

I do have some butterfly cards, but they're downstairs, so I can't

Beth Hewitt:

reach for those today. But the card that we've

Beth Hewitt:

got is dance. Dance. Move your body to music.

Beth Hewitt:

Dance with the rhythm of life. Manifest your dreams

Beth Hewitt:

through dance. And I think

Beth Hewitt:

we're talking a lot about transportation, we're talking a lot about movement,

Beth Hewitt:

we're talking a lot about moving from one place

Beth Hewitt:

to another. And what nicer, rhythmic

Beth Hewitt:

way, almost like the butterfly, where a butterfly doesn't go

Beth Hewitt:

forward like a train or a plane, it flutters, it lands, it moves,

Beth Hewitt:

it sways, and I think, what a beautiful way to move from

Beth Hewitt:

one place to another, whether it's dance or some other way.

Melissa Amos:

It takes up space, doesn't it? Yeah. And when you dance, you take up

Melissa Amos:

space, unless you're doing the shuffle, which. Is fine, the

Beth Hewitt:

conga or whatever you're doing.

Melissa Amos:

Take up space, be seen. Dance like no one's

Melissa Amos:

watching. Dance with the rhythm of life. I really like

Beth Hewitt:

that because there's something to be said about movement, the

Beth Hewitt:

shifting of energies, the creativity and

Beth Hewitt:

flow in that, like you say, the creating of space,

Beth Hewitt:

but the enjoyment that comes with dance, that letting go,

Beth Hewitt:

listening to your body and how it wants to move, or just

Beth Hewitt:

intuitively moving to music, or even if there's no

Beth Hewitt:

music, or it's very freeing, it's very

Beth Hewitt:

liberating, and it takes us out of this stagnant

Beth Hewitt:

energy of must do it this way. I think of those, like,

Beth Hewitt:

travelators when you're at the airport, when you're like, and then me and Mel are

Beth Hewitt:

just at the side, just running down. We don't need to go on the travelators,

Beth Hewitt:

we can just do a little. On the

Melissa Amos:

travelators sitting on our paces. Yeah, like putting ourselves along.

Beth Hewitt:

So maybe if the listeners maybe are on a path right now and you think

Beth Hewitt:

there's maybe like a specific route that you need to take. Who says

Beth Hewitt:

that there is? Break the mould a little bit. Think about if you want to

Beth Hewitt:

do things slightly differently, then do things slightly differently. If you want to go on

Beth Hewitt:

a detour, then go on a detour. If you want to

Beth Hewitt:

change the music, if you want to change the clothes, if you want to change

Beth Hewitt:

how you're showing up, like the butterfly, then you can do that. Who's

Beth Hewitt:

to say you can't be who you want to be? It's the

Melissa Amos:

same message, right? Be who you are.

Melissa Amos:

You're safe to shine. Become the version of you

Melissa Amos:

that you have become. This is not about who you were. This

Melissa Amos:

is about who you are and how you express it.

Melissa Amos:

Sounds to me like both the earth and the

Melissa Amos:

unicorns. So back into earth and air, right? Yeah.

Melissa Amos:

Are encouraging us to really

Melissa Amos:

blossom and be seen. So I love that.

Beth Hewitt:

Will you be doing the conga when you get to your destination?

Melissa Amos:

1000%. Even if I'm on my own, a week

Melissa Amos:

away from my family, it's the first time it's

Melissa Amos:

been. I've been away from them for a week in another country

Melissa Amos:

as well. I think there's. Maybe this message is for me as

Melissa Amos:

well. I think especially as a parent, as

Melissa Amos:

a business owner, as a spiritual teacher, we have these

Melissa Amos:

identities and these responsibilities that we have to put on and that we have

Melissa Amos:

to keep on. And sometimes it takes us going into a different

Melissa Amos:

environment, sometimes it takes us growing our wings and going, oh, my

Melissa Amos:

God, what do I do with these? For us to understand what our new dance

Melissa Amos:

is and how we now in the world. And

Melissa Amos:

obviously, like, a huge part of my life is that I'm a

Melissa Amos:

mum to three gorgeous boys and I'm a

Melissa Amos:

wife and a homeowner and all of this stuff. But actually, I'm so much more

Melissa Amos:

than that. And I think that this time away from me, whether I'm

Melissa Amos:

doing the conga or lying in starfish

Melissa Amos:

pose on the ground in the sun, I don't know.

Melissa Amos:

It's like an exploration, isn't it? What do I. How do I

Melissa Amos:

want to be? And I think that's my intention for this week,

Melissa Amos:

is this curiosity of who am

Melissa Amos:

I when I'm in such a different

Melissa Amos:

environment with less

Melissa Amos:

responsibilities. Yeah. And I love those times when we're away,

Beth Hewitt:

because it's a different environment and we get to daydream more

Beth Hewitt:

about, actually, I would like more of this and less of that.

Beth Hewitt:

And how do I want my life to be? Who do I want to become?

Beth Hewitt:

What is that best version of me? How can I

Beth Hewitt:

fulfill my life and make it better? Not just for me,

Beth Hewitt:

but for other people in my family and everybody around me as well. They're very

Beth Hewitt:

special, these moments in time when we get to do that. Of course,

Beth Hewitt:

we can do that all of the time. But there is something to be said

Beth Hewitt:

about taking ourselves out of the everyday, the

Beth Hewitt:

mundane, finding the school shoes on

Beth Hewitt:

a morning and packing the bags and all of that. It's good to have the

Beth Hewitt:

break. So wondering what Mel, the version of Mel

Beth Hewitt:

that comes back will be. Who knows? Maybe

Melissa Amos:

I'll turn into the orange and yellow butterfly. Who

Melissa Amos:

knows? And I'm leaving that up to what

Melissa Amos:

arises. We're always growing and evolving, and

Melissa Amos:

the timing for this is super interesting for me because I've just

Melissa Amos:

finished my modules for my psychotherapy

Melissa Amos:

training, so that it's just finished. And that's been a

Melissa Amos:

massive journey for me on a therapeutic session, and stuff has

Melissa Amos:

come up that I'm like, I didn't even know that was a thing.

Beth Hewitt:

Yeah. And I. And last week in the training, I had this massive shift,

Melissa Amos:

and now here I am in this new space

Melissa Amos:

in a different environment away, and I'm going to be working

Melissa Amos:

on my. It's a business retreat, but I'm going to be working

Melissa Amos:

more on self as a business owner, rather

Melissa Amos:

than what I'm doing with my business. And I think that's really important.

Beth Hewitt:

I've been thinking a lot more about

Beth Hewitt:

creating new products and services, and one of the things

Beth Hewitt:

that's coming to mind, and this is like, really beginnings of that right

Beth Hewitt:

now, is this creation of identities,

Beth Hewitt:

that of who we really want to become. Because I think

Beth Hewitt:

we all have an idea of how we want our life to

Beth Hewitt:

be, but do we really fully

Beth Hewitt:

know what it feels like? And who do

Beth Hewitt:

we want to draw from? Who do we really admire, and what

Beth Hewitt:

dropping into their identities, and how do they hold themselves and command the space?

Beth Hewitt:

That kind of thing. So I'm really interested, and we talked previously

Beth Hewitt:

about different timelines, and what if we

Beth Hewitt:

have this doppelganger, Beth and Melissa, and whoever

Beth Hewitt:

you are, as a lister, who has got that entity with

Beth Hewitt:

all of these amazing qualities, and I'm really interested in

Beth Hewitt:

helping people to recognize what that is,

Beth Hewitt:

not just on a surface level, but underneath, what are those real feelings and

Beth Hewitt:

connections, and why is that important to us?

Beth Hewitt:

And how do we go about cultivating and becoming that

Beth Hewitt:

person and quantum leaping into that

Beth Hewitt:

timeline? I love that you are doing that work as well.

Melissa Amos:

I'm loving the synchronicity.

Melissa Amos:

Seriously. I was talking last week about

Melissa Amos:

identity work, literally, on the way home from school

Melissa Amos:

one this morning, I was thinking a lot about identity work

Melissa Amos:

and what that all means for me. And I was

Melissa Amos:

listening to something and conversations with God

Melissa Amos:

series. Yes. Yeah, I've read those a few years. And

Melissa Amos:

Neil. Dunno, she's God. He channels these conversations with

Melissa Amos:

God. They're brilliant texts, I think. And

Melissa Amos:

he talks about how our purpose is to become the

Melissa Amos:

greatest version of ourselves. And

Melissa Amos:

that, for me, is the identity work. Yes. What does that even

Melissa Amos:

mean? And if that is our purpose, then that

Melissa Amos:

means that somewhere there is this greatest

Melissa Amos:

version of ourselves that's already existing.

Melissa Amos:

Because we put that before we were born, we must have put

Melissa Amos:

that as our script, as our vision.

Melissa Amos:

This is the greatest version of me. This is what that means. And

Melissa Amos:

all the while where we're busy and we're doing and we're fumbling through life,

Melissa Amos:

that can feel quite elusive, but it's there

Melissa Amos:

and it's pulling us and it's calling us, and all we need to do is

Melissa Amos:

align to that. And for me, that a

Melissa Amos:

lot of that came when I intended

Melissa Amos:

to put my soul first. It was like sticking with that

Melissa Amos:

intention, whatever that means, and not understanding what that meant.

Melissa Amos:

And then having these flits of, oh, and then the human

Melissa Amos:

comes back. So it's super interesting

Melissa Amos:

work and something that I'm delving into

Melissa Amos:

at the moment, so. Well, interesting. Yeah. That I'm also

Beth Hewitt:

delving into. It's like last night we messaged each

Melissa Amos:

other and it was the weirdest thing, wasn't it? Yeah. Yeah,

Melissa Amos:

it really was. We're definitely in sync now. Our conversations

Melissa Amos:

are obviously staring at something. The listeners, we would love to know

Melissa Amos:

if our conversations are stirring up anything for

Melissa Amos:

you and what those stirrings may be. Just

Melissa Amos:

hit message us on the show notes and we will

Melissa Amos:

love to hear your thoughts. And if you would be interested in

Beth Hewitt:

transcendence, airlines do also get in touch because Mel is seriously

Beth Hewitt:

going to be putting the business plan together. One on the plane.

Melissa Amos:

I know someone who knows Alan Sugar, so, I mean. Oh, right. Okay, there you

Beth Hewitt:

go. It's a done deal.
