Speaker AI used to think that systems were just about calendars and checklists, but I finally realized the most powerful system that I have ever upgraded was the way that I spoke to myself.
Speaker AToday we're talking about self talk, but not in like, that fluffy, cutesy way.
Speaker AI'm breaking down how your internal narrative is literally designing your results.
Speaker AAnd if you've ever felt like you're stuck in a cycle of almost getting it together, this episode is going to be for you.
Speaker ASo this is a topic that I have been super interested in lately because the more research that I do, the more conversations that I have, the more that I really sit back and listen to conversations and, like, analyze the way people talk to themselves.
Speaker AI'm realizing that we truly are the product of the conversations that we have with ourselves on repeat.
Speaker ASo it's not the, the one journaling prompt that we have or it's not what we, you know, post on Instagram.
Speaker AIt's those little conversations that we have with ourselves that we might not even really pay attention to.
Speaker AI know for me, a couple of years ago, I didn't really pay attention to the conversations that I had with myself.
Speaker ALike, if you had brought that up to me, it would have just kind of been a foreign concept of like, okay, I know that I have conversations with myself, but I didn't really understand how critically important it was until I started going to therapy and learning about the subconscious mind and learning about essentially the script that we have running in our brains non stop.
Speaker AAnd I realized that, you know, the big things that we do, you know, the books that we read, or like, okay, I took this course, or I got coached by someone, or I listened to this podcast, or I did this really big inspirational thing.
Speaker AIt doesn't really matter if the things that you whisper to yourself in your head while you're brushing your teeth are negative.
Speaker ASo if you are constantly running on a loop of, you know, really self doubt and being critical to yourself, I know that's where I was like, I was constantly like, blakely, you just can't stick to anything, or you always start and you don't finish.
Speaker AYou know, it's Just very negative.
Speaker AAnd I didn't think much about it.
Speaker ABut what I'm starting to realize is that was why I kept getting the same results, is because that self talk that I didn't think was important or relevant, it was actually the script for my life.
Speaker AAnd so when I was telling myself those things, instead of my subconscious mind looking for opportunity or looking for ways for me to show up the way that I really wanted to show up, it was looking for ways to reinforce what I was telling myself.
Speaker ASo when I said things like, oh, I just can't, you know, I can't see anything through, it was like, okay, Blakely.
Speaker ABlakely can't see anything through.
Speaker AWe need to make sure that she can't see anything through.
Speaker AAnd like, when you really start to, like, research and even just not even research, but just think about this concept, it's like, wow, that's really so true.
Speaker AThere are so many examples of very common self talk, especially for women that seem small but are actually deeply important when shaping your identity and the way that you look at yourself and the actions that you take take every single day.
Speaker ASo like I mentioned, the one that I struggled with was, I'm good at starting but not finishing.
Speaker ALike, that was something that I told myself.
Speaker AAnd so on repeat, I would start things and not finish them, and then I'd be like, oh, well, there I go again.
Speaker AI just didn't finish something.
Speaker ABut that was the narrative that I was constantly running in my brain.
Speaker AAnother common one is, I'm just always behind or I'm always running late.
Speaker AI have observed this a lot lately, and when I say observe, I'm not trying to judge anyone.
Speaker AI'm just genuinely curious.
Speaker AWhen I read a book or listen to a podcast, I like to correlate it to, like, my everyday life.
Speaker AAnd when you start to listen for things, you start to notice things.
Speaker AAnd I have noticed that people who say, well, I'm just always behind, or I'm someone who always runs late, they're always running late.
Speaker ALike, they will have the very best intentions.
Speaker AThey will have all of the motivation and the goodwill to be on time, and something will come up.
Speaker AThey'll get a flat tire, they'll get stuck at a train.
Speaker ALike, they're the people that are constantly like, oh, I just don't know why this keeps happening to me.
Speaker ABut then they always say, well, I'm just always late.
Speaker AThat's just who I am.
Speaker AAnd it's just so crazy.
Speaker AAnd this is why, like, self awareness is so important.
Speaker ABecause just even being aware of that thought is like, oh, wow, I am constantly reinforcing, you know, my own thoughts based on my actions.
Speaker AAnd then another one that is very common for women, which is totally understandable, especially in 2025.
Speaker AWe are busy.
Speaker AI don't even have kids and I feel like my schedule is packed.
Speaker ASo I can't imagine like being a mom and managing an additional calendar.
Speaker ABut a common self talk that deeply shapes your identity is, I'll get serious after this season.
Speaker AOr you know what, this is just not a great month for this.
Speaker AOr okay, well, this year isn't great, so I'm going to start next year.
Speaker AAnd then it's just a constant, like reiteration and you are constantly reinforcing that.
Speaker AOkay, well, I can't be serious because this is a busy season.
Speaker AOr I can't be serious because of X, Y and Z.
Speaker AAnd these aren't just thoughts.
Speaker AThey are literally coding your execution.
Speaker AI was on a call with someone yesterday.
Speaker AShe's actually in a mastermind group that I am in.
Speaker ABut she is a nervous system coach.
Speaker ALike that is like her core product for her coaching program is nervous system regulation.
Speaker AAnd she was talking about this yesterday how our thoughts, like, we don't really put much thought into our thoughts, but our thoughts literally control the way we show up.
Speaker AAnd the way we show up controls our actions and then our actions control our life.
Speaker AAnd if you think about it, you know, if you think that you are and I'm going to give a positive example instead of a negative if you think that you are someone who shows up with high energy.
Speaker ASo I'm actually, this is perfect.
Speaker AI'm going to use myself as an example today.
Speaker ASo I have a very high energy day today.
Speaker AThere's a lot of face to face communication.
Speaker AI have a lot of different groups that I need to show up for in person and I need to be very high energy.
Speaker AI've got to bring it today.
Speaker AI don't have a choice.
Speaker AAnd I didn't sleep great last night.
Speaker AA couple of years ago I would have been like, oh, today's gonna be miserable.
Speaker AI didn't sleep great last night.
Speaker AI'm gonna have to force it today.
Speaker ALike, it just wouldn't have gone well.
Speaker ABut now that I think differently and I think different thoughts about myself, when I woke up this morning, I was like, you know what?
Speaker AI did not sleep all that great last night.
Speaker AI am actually really tired.
Speaker AAnd so this morning I got up and I went and worked out because that just changes my whole day, my whole perspective.
Speaker AI have on an outfit that I love that I feel very confident in.
Speaker AI put on my brightest lipstick.
Speaker AI went all out with my makeup and I am listening to like a really high energy music.
Speaker AAnd that was because I had the thought of, like, I am someone who shows up the way that I want to show up.
Speaker AI'm someone who shows up with high energy.
Speaker AI am someone who shows up and is magnetic for the people around me.
Speaker AAnd just the difference in the thought process creates different actions.
Speaker ASo my actions were, you know, I got up and worked out and I had a great breakfast and I wore something that I love and I put on, you know, amazing makeup and I'm listening to music that I really love.
Speaker AAnd so my thoughts controlled my actions and then my actions are going to control my life.
Speaker ASo I'm going to be able to show up in those situations where I am high energy.
Speaker AYou know, I'm able to show up high energy for you and I'm able to show up high energy for these situations that I'm going to be in person with and I'm going to be around a lot of different personalities and I'm going to be in situations where I'm going from one thing that's needed for me and I've got to kind of flip the script within a couple of minutes and go to a different situation.
Speaker AAnd that could have very easily gone in a different direction if I had the old thoughts about myself of, you know what?
Speaker AI just can't ever.
Speaker AThis is just what always happens to me.
Speaker AI just can't ever finish anything that I stuck start.
Speaker ALike, of course I'm tired.
Speaker AOf course I didn't sleep last night.
Speaker AOf course I'm tired today.
Speaker ALike, of course today, the day that I really need to show up, the day that I really need to be there for myself.
Speaker AOf course I didn't sleep and oh, now I.
Speaker AI'm just gonna just be upset and I'm just gonna just not enjoy this.
Speaker AInstead, my thought is like, literally my thought on myself now is like, I show up in situations exactly how I want to show up.
Speaker AIf I need to be calming, I can be calming the majority of the time.
Speaker AThat is not what is needed for me.
Speaker AThe majority of the time I need to show up in high energy and I need to be a magnet and I need to, you know, pour energy into other people.
Speaker AAnd so I told myself this morning, like, that's what you got to do.
Speaker ABoo.
Speaker AAnd so my actions are going to control my life.
Speaker AAnd I just think it's so cool how Something so small as a thought, something that, once again, like, we don't think about the way we think.
Speaker AIt can be so pivotal for the way that we control our lives.
Speaker AAnd there's some other examples of how self talk dictates action.
Speaker ASo if you skip a workout, your cue might be, I'm just not disciplined, like, so and so, or I just don't have the discipline that she has, or I'm just not as motivated as, you know, X, Y and Z.
Speaker AWhoever you look up to, if you have a business idea that you are thinking about but you haven't started it, your key might be, I never stick with things like, this was where I was was.
Speaker AThe elevated edit company has been living in my brain for, let's see, 2024, 2023.
Speaker AI would say two and a half years now.
Speaker ALike, two and a half years ago.
Speaker AThe seed was planted.
Speaker AAnd truly, if I had not done the mindset work, it would not be here.
Speaker ABecause at the time that the seed was planted, I was like, oh, I'm not an entrepreneur.
Speaker ALike, I'm too organized.
Speaker AI, like, overthink everything.
Speaker AI plan too much.
Speaker ALike, I don't follow through on.
Speaker AI expect everything to be perfect all the time.
Speaker AAnd that mindset work and that mindset shift that I force myself to go through, and it wasn't easy.
Speaker ALike, this mindset work and shifting the way that you think and the way that you talk to yourself is not easy.
Speaker AI'm never going to pretend like something's easy when it's not or tell you that something is going to be easy just to make you feel better.
Speaker ALike, I really, truly do want to show up on this podcast and be very honest about what I went through to get to the point where I'm at.
Speaker AAnd it was a lot of work, but it's paid off because now I have changed the narrative of, you know, I never stick with things to the narrative that I have now where I am show up someone who shows up, you know, the way that I want to show up.
Speaker AAnd then once again, like, if you're running late, the queue is.
Speaker AIt's the story of my life.
Speaker AYou can't find your keys.
Speaker AYou know, flat tire, there's a train, there's too many red lights.
Speaker AYou know, one of your kids forgot their lunch or whatever it is.
Speaker ALike, you're constantly going to be looking for ways to reinforce that thought.
Speaker AAnd over time, these aren't just like isolated moments.
Speaker AThey literally become your identity.
Speaker AAnd your identity is what's going to dictate your Systems, your actions, your follow through.
Speaker AAnd that is going to dictate your results.
Speaker AAnd so these tiny thoughts that we have and we don't really think about much, they control the results of our life.
Speaker AAnd that is why I could sit here and tell you every single system that I use in my life and my business.
Speaker AYou could, you know, download the archive planner that I created.
Speaker AYou could do all of this, have all the tools.
Speaker AAnd if you don't change your mindset and change your, the way that you view yourself and the way you speak to yourself, none of it is going to matter.
Speaker ANow.
Speaker AThere is always going to be a positive and a what can I do about this?
Speaker AOn this podcast, y'all know I'm all about, like, we can complain for a little bit, we can become self aware and then it's time to take action.
Speaker ANow the cool thing about this, well, cool depending on how you look at it, is once again the steps that it takes to shift the way that you speak to yourself, they're not going to be these big, massive, mountain moving actions that you're going to take every single day.
Speaker AMost of them are going to be micro identity upgrades.
Speaker AAnd I've said it before, but I'm going to say it again.
Speaker AThe things that are easy to do are just as easy not to do.
Speaker ASo keep that in mind.
Speaker ALike some of these things you're going to be like, okay, but that's really simple.
Speaker ALike, I could easily do that, but those things that we think are so easy and like, oh, I could easily do that, those are the things that are just as easy not to do.
Speaker AAnd, and for me, that has been almost a little bit of a struggle because I am so like ambitious and gung ho and move forward and like, I want to see progress.
Speaker AAnd on a lot of this stuff, especially when it comes to our mindset, you really do have to slow down and do the boring stuff every single day.
Speaker AAnd you have to be willing to keep going even when you don't see results immediately.
Speaker AAnd trust me when I say I understand how painfully difficult this is.
Speaker AI have been, like I said, seed was planted two and a half years ago.
Speaker AAnd then I have been working on fine tuning the brand, not necessarily building the brand for the last year because last summer I didn't know that I was going to be doing this.
Speaker AI knew I was going to be doing something different, but I wasn't 100% sure.
Speaker AYou know, when I started the podcast, I had no clue that it was going to turn into all of this.
Speaker ABut I Had a feeling.
Speaker AAnd so, but I would say the last six months for sure, I have been like diligently working specifically on my mindset for specifically what I'm doing right now.
Speaker AAnd I feel like I'm just now starting to see like a little flicker of change.
Speaker AAnd so if you have tried things before and they haven't worked, make sure you're giving it enough time.
Speaker AAnd like, I understand that that is not fun and it's not easy.
Speaker AWe all want a quick fix.
Speaker AI want a quick fix just as much as anyone else.
Speaker ABut this work is so important that it is worth gifting yourself truly the time and the patience to integrate all this.
Speaker AOkay, so we need to remember that you don't need a full reinvention.
Speaker AYou just need to become 1% more aligned with your icon identity every single day.
Speaker AAnd we're going to go into what an icon identity is here in just a little bit.
Speaker AReally excited to introduce that to you, but you just need to have a small shift.
Speaker ASo for me, I had to shift my mindset from, you know, like, I get so overwhelmed so easily to I am learning how to prioritize like a high achieving woman and just shifting that one like it might not even, you might not even really notice the difference between like, I'm so overwhelmed or I'm learning how to prioritize my time like a high achieving woman.
Speaker ABut that shift goes from, for me, at least a place of stuck.
Speaker ALike, well, I'm just an overwhelmed person or I'm just someone who has great ideas but can't follow through to.
Speaker AI'm learning like, this is new, this is overwhelming.
Speaker ABecause it's new, this is overwhelming, this is challenging because I've never done it before.
Speaker AYou know, it's like when a baby learns to walk, you know, they don't go, oh, well, I tried and I just, never mind, that's too hard.
Speaker ABut we as adults often do that very thing.
Speaker AYou know, we give something a couple weeks and we're like, oh, I'm done.
Speaker ANever mind, that was hard.
Speaker AI don't want to do it.
Speaker AAnd so just shifting little thoughts.
Speaker ASo instead of being like, you know, I am someone who's always late, you can just shift your thoughts slowly.
Speaker A1%.
Speaker AYou don't have to go from I'm someone who's always late to, oh, well, I'm going to start telling myself that I'm always 15 minutes early.
Speaker AIt's like, you know, be realistic, go easy on yourself.
Speaker A1%.
Speaker AJust say, I am someone who is learning to prioritize her time like the woman that I want to be.
Speaker AAnd to me, that is like such a.
Speaker AIt's like a massage for my brain because it goes, okay, I am aware that this is an area that I struggle with and I'm going to give myself grace because I have likely been conditioning myself to believe this for, you know, I have a wide age range on this podcast.
Speaker ASo, you know, 25, 40, 60 years, I've been conditioning myself that, you know, I'm someone who's always late, let me just change the narrative 1%.
Speaker ASo I'm someone who's learning how to prioritize her time.
Speaker AI am someone who is learning how to, you know, manage my calendar.
Speaker AI'm someone who is learning how to talk to myself.
Speaker ALike all of these things, the way that we talk to ourself is so critically important.
Speaker AAnd for me, saying and shifting the narrative to, you know, something that is so definitive and so stuck where I'm someone who doesn't follow through.
Speaker AI'm someone who's always late to.
Speaker AI'm learning how to prioritize my time.
Speaker AI'm learning how to manage xyz, I'm learning how to blah, blah, blah.
Speaker AWhatever it is, it puts you in a place of action.
Speaker AA and a place of empowerment too, where it's not like, oh, well, I'm just stuck how I am.
Speaker AIt's like, no, I am actively in motion towards the direction that I want to go.
Speaker AAnd like, I just think that is such a beautiful shift and a beautiful way to think about it.
Speaker AAnd for me, and you might be different, but for me, when I shift my thoughts to I'm learning, I instantly get excited.
Speaker ALike, I'm like, you know what?
Speaker ACurrently what I'm doing is very overwhelming.
Speaker AI am having to do a lot of new things every single day.
Speaker ASometimes I do feel like quitting, but I am aware that I often self sabotage when I get almost to the end and I am learning how to manage that overwhelm and I am learning how to prioritize and I'm learning how to delegate like the woman that I want to be.
Speaker AAnd that gets me excited.
Speaker AI'm like, okay, I'm not great at this yet, but I'm learning and this is just challenging because it's new and it just, it changes your whole mindset and your mindset is going to change, change your actions and then your actions are going to change your results.
Speaker AAnd I really, truly think that is one of the big reasons why I have seen such a shift.
Speaker AYou know, aside from you know, coaching and, you know, I've taken some really big leaps financially and professionally this year.
Speaker ABut aside from that, the way that I've talked to myself has really allowed me to show up as the person that I want to be, and it has certainly impacted my results.
Speaker ASo this is just from, like, a personal experience perspective.
Speaker AIt really does pay off.
Speaker AAnd, like, we want to be able to talk to ourselves and have a good relationship with ourselves.
Speaker AI had another friend that pointed that out to me.
Speaker AShe was like, the relationship that you have with yourself is the only one that you will always have.
Speaker ALike, you can't always guarantee that you're going to have, you know, a relationship with your mom, or you can't always guarantee that you're going to have a relationship with your spouse, or you can't always guarantee that you're going to have a relationship with your children.
Speaker AYou can always guarantee that you're going to have a relationship with yourself.
Speaker AAnd that is often the relationship that we put to the side and we don't really pay attention to.
Speaker AAnd just thinking positive doesn't have to be positive.
Speaker AI don't like that.
Speaker AI don't like that narrative of, like, oh, fake positive thoughts.
Speaker AIt's like, well, does that really help?
Speaker ABut just ensuring that you are talking to yourself in an empowering way instead of a way that makes you feel like, oh, well, this is just how I am.
Speaker ALike, I would love to do that, but I.
Speaker AI just can't do it.
Speaker AIt really does put you in a place of power versus a place of, oh, well, this is just it.
Speaker ASo I want you to maybe journal on this.
Speaker AIf you're not a journaler.
Speaker AIs that a word?
Speaker AJournaler?
Speaker AIf you're not a journaler, just think about it for a few minutes today, but ask yourself, what is a thought that I'm repeating every day that isn't serving my future self?
Speaker ASo kind of just monitor your thoughts.
Speaker ALike, monitor your thoughts when you're brushing your teeth or when you're in the car or.
Speaker AAnd this is the best time to really monitor your thoughts.
Speaker AWhen you are running late, when you are procrastinating, when you are overwhelmed.
Speaker ALike, stop and be like, okay, what am I saying to myself right now?
Speaker AAnd then just kind of.
Speaker AYou don't have to change it in the moment.
Speaker AYou don't have to feel this pressure of like, oh, I gotta change my hole.
Speaker AJust be aware of it and be like, oh, wow, that's.
Speaker AThat's kind of like an aggressive thing that I say to myself.
Speaker AI don't Know if it's gonna be the same for you.
Speaker ABut I was saying extremely aggressive things to myself.
Speaker AI was so hard on myself, and I was actually showing up really well, despite the things I was saying to myself.
Speaker ALike, I literally remember saying at one point, I would never say that to 98% of people.
Speaker A2% of people I'd definitely say that to, but 98% of people I would never talk to like that.
Speaker AAnd I talk to myself like that every day.
Speaker AAnd it was just such an awakening.
Speaker AAnd like I said, it was something that I had to put a lot of time and energy into.
Speaker AI really had to, you know, monitor it long term.
Speaker AOver time, I would mess up.
Speaker AI would have to try again the next day.
Speaker ABut it is something that I truly think is paying off now.
Speaker AThis entire conversation is exactly what has inspired me to create something new.
Speaker ASo I've been very transparent about my career journey on this podcast, because if you are thinking of starting a business or starting a side hustle or just starting something new in your personal life, whatever it is, I want to make sure that you have someplace to go and not hear like, oh, I'm perfect.
Speaker AOh, I do everything great.
Speaker AI have had to shift a lot of things this year since January when I decided to officially launch the company.
Speaker AIt has gone through several iterations, and I am very fortunate, and I will talk about this until I'm blue in the face.
Speaker AI am so fortunate that I invested money in coaching this year, and I invested money in women who never tell me what I want to hear.
Speaker ATrust me on that.
Speaker AThey never.
Speaker ALike, there has not been a single call that I have showed up to.
Speaker AAnd, y'all, I will show up so prepared to these calls.
Speaker AI'll be so excited.
Speaker AI'm like, today's the day.
Speaker AAnd they are so in the most loving way.
Speaker ALike, truly in the most loving way.
Speaker AThey are so honest and transparent with me about, like, okay, this is all right, but you can do so much better.
Speaker AAnd it has forced me to get outside of my comfort zone and think bigger and think different and think extremely strategically in a way that I am not sure I thought I was capable of before.
Speaker AAnd so that has certainly helped my mindset as well.
Speaker ALike, being around people who have pushed me outside my comfort zone and forced me to be like, oh, wow, I think I can do this.
Speaker ASo, you know, I started off the coaching program focusing on systems, which I do think are critically important.
Speaker ABut one thing I found when I was moving my first group of women through cohort number one is that Systems are such a.
Speaker AThey are basically like the last step.
Speaker AAnd there are so many things that you have to get through in order to let systems do the heavy lifting for you.
Speaker AAnd a lot of the work is around mindset and around the way that you speak to yourself and the way that you view yourself and the way you perceive yourself in the world and your habits and the way you think about time management and the way you think about productivity.
Speaker AAnd then systems are kind of the final step.
Speaker AAnd so that was something that I was struggling with is, you know, I was bringing these women this information about systems and they were like, okay, this is great, this is cool, this is wonderful.
Speaker ABut then they were struggling with the implementation portion of it and I took that as my responsibility as a coach.
Speaker AI'm like, you know, I have got to revise this.
Speaker AAnd so the last month, month and a half, I've been pretty quiet as far as like social media about coaching because I have been working with my coaches and you know, with people in my mastermind group and other women that I trust to really fine tune this.
Speaker ALike, I want to slow it down as much as possible and make this the absolute best that it can possibly be.
Speaker AAnd so my new program is going to launch in June.
Speaker AThere's going to be a couple different tiers.
Speaker ASo there's going to be a self paced program.
Speaker AThere is going to be a program that has definitely a high level of accountability and mentoring from me.
Speaker AAnd then there's going to be a level that is very in depth, very hands on, very collaborative and there is going to be a retreat where we just go deep and we go so just into like the mindset and the habits and I'm really like literally in your computer with you, like in person, couple days together, experiencing the whole thing.
Speaker ASo the new program is going to be called the Icon Method because this is not just about systems anymore.
Speaker AThis is about women becoming the iconic versions of themselves and whatever that means to you.
Speaker AIt doesn't have to be about money, it doesn't have to be about, you know, followers on social media or success or whatever it is.
Speaker ALike this program is going to touch so many different places in women's lives.
Speaker AI do think it's going to have the ability to impact so many.
Speaker AAnd so I just wanted to give y'all an update about that.
Speaker AAnd this isn't going to be just about habits and just about systems.
Speaker AIt's about like shifting your entire identity and really just shifting the way that you think and the way that you talk to Yourself and not necessarily being gentler, but being more aware of like, okay, there is nothing wrong with me.
Speaker AI'm not lazy.
Speaker AI am not like, oh, I'm not the person that's always running late.
Speaker AI'm not this, I'm not that.
Speaker ALike I have just been repeating the same things to myself for a long time and I've been conditioned for a certain way.
Speaker AAnd so we're going to go deep into the subconscious and we're going to talk about all those things.
Speaker AAnd so really excited, I'm going to bring in some, some experts and different things like that.
Speaker AAnd so I'm really excited for that.
Speaker AI just wanted to give everyone on the podcast an update on that.
Speaker AAnd I'm also going to be hosting some in person events in my office, which is currently being worked on right now.
Speaker AI've got a really cool idea.
Speaker AI'm not sure if this is gonna, if this is the name I'm gonna land on, but I'm thinking of doing like a systems and espresso meet up, like co working hour, whatever that looks like and have, you know, a couple hours where we just pull our planners out and we sit down and we talk through like what's working, what's not.
Speaker AVery collaborative, less coachy and more just like open space.
Speaker AAnd that's why I'm really wanting the office to have a certain vibe and a certain feel because I want it to be comfortable and laid back and I want it to be a really elegant experience that you're excited to show up for and you're excited to like post about on social media that like, oh, I'm going to, you know, whatever I end up calling it.
Speaker AAnd I do think the office having a certain feel and a certain vibe is extremely important for that.
Speaker ASo that is what I'm working on behind the scenes.
Speaker AI just like to keep everyone in the loop and you are very important to that because you, you know, show up every week and listen to me and I really appreciate that.
Speaker ASo that is, that's the update on what's going on right now.
Speaker ABut I really hope this episode provided value for you.
Speaker AI am really excited for all the things that I'm bringing to you on this podcast.
Speaker AI am currently working on some really exciting guests to have on.
Speaker AI think I mentioned this a couple episodes ago, but I feel like now that I know exactly what the elevated edit is for and what the mission is and the vision truly.
Speaker AAnd it took me a while.
Speaker AI mean it's taken, it's been about a year now.
Speaker AIt's taken about a year for me to really fine tune this.
Speaker AI'm really excited for everything that I'm bringing to you and so you are going to be rewarded for being there from the beginning.
Speaker AAnd yeah, I'm bringing a lot of amazing goodies for you.
Speaker AOkay, I'm done rambling.
