Speaker A

I used to think that systems were just about calendars and checklists, but I finally realized the most powerful system that I have ever upgraded was the way that I spoke to myself.

Speaker A

Today we're talking about self talk, but not in like, that fluffy, cutesy way.

Speaker A

I'm breaking down how your internal narrative is literally designing your results.

Speaker A

And if you've ever felt like you're stuck in a cycle of almost getting it together, this episode is going to be for you.

Speaker A

So this is a topic that I have been super interested in lately because the more research that I do, the more conversations that I have, the more that I really sit back and listen to conversations and, like, analyze the way people talk to themselves.

Speaker A

I'm realizing that we truly are the product of the conversations that we have with ourselves on repeat.

Speaker A

So it's not the, the one journaling prompt that we have or it's not what we, you know, post on Instagram.

Speaker A

It's those little conversations that we have with ourselves that we might not even really pay attention to.

Speaker A

I know for me, a couple of years ago, I didn't really pay attention to the conversations that I had with myself.

Speaker A

Like, if you had brought that up to me, it would have just kind of been a foreign concept of like, okay, I know that I have conversations with myself, but I didn't really understand how critically important it was until I started going to therapy and learning about the subconscious mind and learning about essentially the script that we have running in our brains non stop.

Speaker A

And I realized that, you know, the big things that we do, you know, the books that we read, or like, okay, I took this course, or I got coached by someone, or I listened to this podcast, or I did this really big inspirational thing.

Speaker A

It doesn't really matter if the things that you whisper to yourself in your head while you're brushing your teeth are negative.

Speaker A

So if you are constantly running on a loop of, you know, really self doubt and being critical to yourself, I know that's where I was like, I was constantly like, blakely, you just can't stick to anything, or you always start and you don't finish.

Speaker A

You know, it's Just very negative.

Speaker A

And I didn't think much about it.

Speaker A

But what I'm starting to realize is that was why I kept getting the same results, is because that self talk that I didn't think was important or relevant, it was actually the script for my life.

Speaker A

And so when I was telling myself those things, instead of my subconscious mind looking for opportunity or looking for ways for me to show up the way that I really wanted to show up, it was looking for ways to reinforce what I was telling myself.

Speaker A

So when I said things like, oh, I just can't, you know, I can't see anything through, it was like, okay, Blakely.

Speaker A

Blakely can't see anything through.

Speaker A

We need to make sure that she can't see anything through.

Speaker A

And like, when you really start to, like, research and even just not even research, but just think about this concept, it's like, wow, that's really so true.

Speaker A

There are so many examples of very common self talk, especially for women that seem small but are actually deeply important when shaping your identity and the way that you look at yourself and the actions that you take take every single day.

Speaker A

So like I mentioned, the one that I struggled with was, I'm good at starting but not finishing.

Speaker A

Like, that was something that I told myself.

Speaker A

And so on repeat, I would start things and not finish them, and then I'd be like, oh, well, there I go again.

Speaker A

I just didn't finish something.

Speaker A

But that was the narrative that I was constantly running in my brain.

Speaker A

Another common one is, I'm just always behind or I'm always running late.

Speaker A

I have observed this a lot lately, and when I say observe, I'm not trying to judge anyone.

Speaker A

I'm just genuinely curious.

Speaker A

When I read a book or listen to a podcast, I like to correlate it to, like, my everyday life.

Speaker A

And when you start to listen for things, you start to notice things.

Speaker A

And I have noticed that people who say, well, I'm just always behind, or I'm someone who always runs late, they're always running late.

Speaker A

Like, they will have the very best intentions.

Speaker A

They will have all of the motivation and the goodwill to be on time, and something will come up.

Speaker A

They'll get a flat tire, they'll get stuck at a train.

Speaker A

Like, they're the people that are constantly like, oh, I just don't know why this keeps happening to me.

Speaker A

But then they always say, well, I'm just always late.

Speaker A

That's just who I am.

Speaker A

And it's just so crazy.

Speaker A

And this is why, like, self awareness is so important.

Speaker A

Because just even being aware of that thought is like, oh, wow, I am constantly reinforcing, you know, my own thoughts based on my actions.

Speaker A

And then another one that is very common for women, which is totally understandable, especially in 2025.

Speaker A

We are busy.

Speaker A

I don't even have kids and I feel like my schedule is packed.

Speaker A

So I can't imagine like being a mom and managing an additional calendar.

Speaker A

But a common self talk that deeply shapes your identity is, I'll get serious after this season.

Speaker A

Or you know what, this is just not a great month for this.

Speaker A

Or okay, well, this year isn't great, so I'm going to start next year.

Speaker A

And then it's just a constant, like reiteration and you are constantly reinforcing that.

Speaker A

Okay, well, I can't be serious because this is a busy season.

Speaker A

Or I can't be serious because of X, Y and Z.

Speaker A

And these aren't just thoughts.

Speaker A

They are literally coding your execution.

Speaker A

I was on a call with someone yesterday.

Speaker A

She's actually in a mastermind group that I am in.

Speaker A

But she is a nervous system coach.

Speaker A

Like that is like her core product for her coaching program is nervous system regulation.

Speaker A

And she was talking about this yesterday how our thoughts, like, we don't really put much thought into our thoughts, but our thoughts literally control the way we show up.

Speaker A

And the way we show up controls our actions and then our actions control our life.

Speaker A

And if you think about it, you know, if you think that you are and I'm going to give a positive example instead of a negative if you think that you are someone who shows up with high energy.

Speaker A

So I'm actually, this is perfect.

Speaker A

I'm going to use myself as an example today.

Speaker A

So I have a very high energy day today.

Speaker A

There's a lot of face to face communication.

Speaker A

I have a lot of different groups that I need to show up for in person and I need to be very high energy.

Speaker A

I've got to bring it today.

Speaker A

I don't have a choice.

Speaker A

And I didn't sleep great last night.

Speaker A

A couple of years ago I would have been like, oh, today's gonna be miserable.

Speaker A

I didn't sleep great last night.

Speaker A

I'm gonna have to force it today.

Speaker A

Like, it just wouldn't have gone well.

Speaker A

But now that I think differently and I think different thoughts about myself, when I woke up this morning, I was like, you know what?

Speaker A

I did not sleep all that great last night.

Speaker A

I am actually really tired.

Speaker A

And so this morning I got up and I went and worked out because that just changes my whole day, my whole perspective.

Speaker A

I have on an outfit that I love that I feel very confident in.

Speaker A

I put on my brightest lipstick.

Speaker A

I went all out with my makeup and I am listening to like a really high energy music.

Speaker A

And that was because I had the thought of, like, I am someone who shows up the way that I want to show up.

Speaker A

I'm someone who shows up with high energy.

Speaker A

I am someone who shows up and is magnetic for the people around me.

Speaker A

And just the difference in the thought process creates different actions.

Speaker A

So my actions were, you know, I got up and worked out and I had a great breakfast and I wore something that I love and I put on, you know, amazing makeup and I'm listening to music that I really love.

Speaker A

And so my thoughts controlled my actions and then my actions are going to control my life.

Speaker A

So I'm going to be able to show up in those situations where I am high energy.

Speaker A

You know, I'm able to show up high energy for you and I'm able to show up high energy for these situations that I'm going to be in person with and I'm going to be around a lot of different personalities and I'm going to be in situations where I'm going from one thing that's needed for me and I've got to kind of flip the script within a couple of minutes and go to a different situation.

Speaker A

And that could have very easily gone in a different direction if I had the old thoughts about myself of, you know what?

Speaker A

I just can't ever.

Speaker A

This is just what always happens to me.

Speaker A

I just can't ever finish anything that I stuck start.

Speaker A

Like, of course I'm tired.

Speaker A

Of course I didn't sleep last night.

Speaker A

Of course I'm tired today.

Speaker A

Like, of course today, the day that I really need to show up, the day that I really need to be there for myself.

Speaker A

Of course I didn't sleep and oh, now I.

Speaker A

I'm just gonna just be upset and I'm just gonna just not enjoy this.

Speaker A

Instead, my thought is like, literally my thought on myself now is like, I show up in situations exactly how I want to show up.

Speaker A

If I need to be calming, I can be calming the majority of the time.

Speaker A

That is not what is needed for me.

Speaker A

The majority of the time I need to show up in high energy and I need to be a magnet and I need to, you know, pour energy into other people.

Speaker A

And so I told myself this morning, like, that's what you got to do.

Speaker A

Boo.

Speaker A

And so my actions are going to control my life.

Speaker A

And I just think it's so cool how Something so small as a thought, something that, once again, like, we don't think about the way we think.

Speaker A

It can be so pivotal for the way that we control our lives.

Speaker A

And there's some other examples of how self talk dictates action.

Speaker A

So if you skip a workout, your cue might be, I'm just not disciplined, like, so and so, or I just don't have the discipline that she has, or I'm just not as motivated as, you know, X, Y and Z.

Speaker A

Whoever you look up to, if you have a business idea that you are thinking about but you haven't started it, your key might be, I never stick with things like, this was where I was was.

Speaker A

The elevated edit company has been living in my brain for, let's see, 2024, 2023.

Speaker A

I would say two and a half years now.

Speaker A

Like, two and a half years ago.

Speaker A

The seed was planted.

Speaker A

And truly, if I had not done the mindset work, it would not be here.

Speaker A

Because at the time that the seed was planted, I was like, oh, I'm not an entrepreneur.

Speaker A

Like, I'm too organized.

Speaker A

I, like, overthink everything.

Speaker A

I plan too much.

Speaker A

Like, I don't follow through on.

Speaker A

I expect everything to be perfect all the time.

Speaker A

And that mindset work and that mindset shift that I force myself to go through, and it wasn't easy.

Speaker A

Like, this mindset work and shifting the way that you think and the way that you talk to yourself is not easy.

Speaker A

I'm never going to pretend like something's easy when it's not or tell you that something is going to be easy just to make you feel better.

Speaker A

Like, I really, truly do want to show up on this podcast and be very honest about what I went through to get to the point where I'm at.

Speaker A

And it was a lot of work, but it's paid off because now I have changed the narrative of, you know, I never stick with things to the narrative that I have now where I am show up someone who shows up, you know, the way that I want to show up.

Speaker A

And then once again, like, if you're running late, the queue is.

Speaker A

It's the story of my life.

Speaker A

You can't find your keys.

Speaker A

You know, flat tire, there's a train, there's too many red lights.

Speaker A

You know, one of your kids forgot their lunch or whatever it is.

Speaker A

Like, you're constantly going to be looking for ways to reinforce that thought.

Speaker A

And over time, these aren't just like isolated moments.

Speaker A

They literally become your identity.

Speaker A

And your identity is what's going to dictate your Systems, your actions, your follow through.

Speaker A

And that is going to dictate your results.

Speaker A

And so these tiny thoughts that we have and we don't really think about much, they control the results of our life.

Speaker A

And that is why I could sit here and tell you every single system that I use in my life and my business.

Speaker A

You could, you know, download the archive planner that I created.

Speaker A

You could do all of this, have all the tools.

Speaker A

And if you don't change your mindset and change your, the way that you view yourself and the way you speak to yourself, none of it is going to matter.

Speaker A

Now.

Speaker A

There is always going to be a positive and a what can I do about this?

Speaker A

On this podcast, y'all know I'm all about, like, we can complain for a little bit, we can become self aware and then it's time to take action.

Speaker A

Now the cool thing about this, well, cool depending on how you look at it, is once again the steps that it takes to shift the way that you speak to yourself, they're not going to be these big, massive, mountain moving actions that you're going to take every single day.

Speaker A

Most of them are going to be micro identity upgrades.

Speaker A

And I've said it before, but I'm going to say it again.

Speaker A

The things that are easy to do are just as easy not to do.

Speaker A

So keep that in mind.

Speaker A

Like some of these things you're going to be like, okay, but that's really simple.

Speaker A

Like, I could easily do that, but those things that we think are so easy and like, oh, I could easily do that, those are the things that are just as easy not to do.

Speaker A

And, and for me, that has been almost a little bit of a struggle because I am so like ambitious and gung ho and move forward and like, I want to see progress.

Speaker A

And on a lot of this stuff, especially when it comes to our mindset, you really do have to slow down and do the boring stuff every single day.

Speaker A

And you have to be willing to keep going even when you don't see results immediately.

Speaker A

And trust me when I say I understand how painfully difficult this is.

Speaker A

I have been, like I said, seed was planted two and a half years ago.

Speaker A

And then I have been working on fine tuning the brand, not necessarily building the brand for the last year because last summer I didn't know that I was going to be doing this.

Speaker A

I knew I was going to be doing something different, but I wasn't 100% sure.

Speaker A

You know, when I started the podcast, I had no clue that it was going to turn into all of this.

Speaker A

But I Had a feeling.

Speaker A

And so, but I would say the last six months for sure, I have been like diligently working specifically on my mindset for specifically what I'm doing right now.

Speaker A

And I feel like I'm just now starting to see like a little flicker of change.

Speaker A

And so if you have tried things before and they haven't worked, make sure you're giving it enough time.

Speaker A

And like, I understand that that is not fun and it's not easy.

Speaker A

We all want a quick fix.

Speaker A

I want a quick fix just as much as anyone else.

Speaker A

But this work is so important that it is worth gifting yourself truly the time and the patience to integrate all this.

Speaker A

Okay, so we need to remember that you don't need a full reinvention.

Speaker A

You just need to become 1% more aligned with your icon identity every single day.

Speaker A

And we're going to go into what an icon identity is here in just a little bit.

Speaker A

Really excited to introduce that to you, but you just need to have a small shift.

Speaker A

So for me, I had to shift my mindset from, you know, like, I get so overwhelmed so easily to I am learning how to prioritize like a high achieving woman and just shifting that one like it might not even, you might not even really notice the difference between like, I'm so overwhelmed or I'm learning how to prioritize my time like a high achieving woman.

Speaker A

But that shift goes from, for me, at least a place of stuck.

Speaker A

Like, well, I'm just an overwhelmed person or I'm just someone who has great ideas but can't follow through to.

Speaker A

I'm learning like, this is new, this is overwhelming.

Speaker A

Because it's new, this is overwhelming, this is challenging because I've never done it before.

Speaker A

You know, it's like when a baby learns to walk, you know, they don't go, oh, well, I tried and I just, never mind, that's too hard.

Speaker A

But we as adults often do that very thing.

Speaker A

You know, we give something a couple weeks and we're like, oh, I'm done.

Speaker A

Never mind, that was hard.

Speaker A

I don't want to do it.

Speaker A

And so just shifting little thoughts.

Speaker A

So instead of being like, you know, I am someone who's always late, you can just shift your thoughts slowly.

Speaker A

1%.

Speaker A

You don't have to go from I'm someone who's always late to, oh, well, I'm going to start telling myself that I'm always 15 minutes early.

Speaker A

It's like, you know, be realistic, go easy on yourself.

Speaker A

1%.

Speaker A

Just say, I am someone who is learning to prioritize her time like the woman that I want to be.

Speaker A

And to me, that is like such a.

Speaker A

It's like a massage for my brain because it goes, okay, I am aware that this is an area that I struggle with and I'm going to give myself grace because I have likely been conditioning myself to believe this for, you know, I have a wide age range on this podcast.

Speaker A

So, you know, 25, 40, 60 years, I've been conditioning myself that, you know, I'm someone who's always late, let me just change the narrative 1%.

Speaker A

So I'm someone who's learning how to prioritize her time.

Speaker A

I am someone who is learning how to, you know, manage my calendar.

Speaker A

I'm someone who is learning how to talk to myself.

Speaker A

Like all of these things, the way that we talk to ourself is so critically important.

Speaker A

And for me, saying and shifting the narrative to, you know, something that is so definitive and so stuck where I'm someone who doesn't follow through.

Speaker A

I'm someone who's always late to.

Speaker A

I'm learning how to prioritize my time.

Speaker A

I'm learning how to manage xyz, I'm learning how to blah, blah, blah.

Speaker A

Whatever it is, it puts you in a place of action.

Speaker A

A and a place of empowerment too, where it's not like, oh, well, I'm just stuck how I am.

Speaker A

It's like, no, I am actively in motion towards the direction that I want to go.

Speaker A

And like, I just think that is such a beautiful shift and a beautiful way to think about it.

Speaker A

And for me, and you might be different, but for me, when I shift my thoughts to I'm learning, I instantly get excited.

Speaker A

Like, I'm like, you know what?

Speaker A

Currently what I'm doing is very overwhelming.

Speaker A

I am having to do a lot of new things every single day.

Speaker A

Sometimes I do feel like quitting, but I am aware that I often self sabotage when I get almost to the end and I am learning how to manage that overwhelm and I am learning how to prioritize and I'm learning how to delegate like the woman that I want to be.

Speaker A

And that gets me excited.

Speaker A

I'm like, okay, I'm not great at this yet, but I'm learning and this is just challenging because it's new and it just, it changes your whole mindset and your mindset is going to change, change your actions and then your actions are going to change your results.

Speaker A

And I really, truly think that is one of the big reasons why I have seen such a shift.

Speaker A

You know, aside from you know, coaching and, you know, I've taken some really big leaps financially and professionally this year.

Speaker A

But aside from that, the way that I've talked to myself has really allowed me to show up as the person that I want to be, and it has certainly impacted my results.

Speaker A

So this is just from, like, a personal experience perspective.

Speaker A

It really does pay off.

Speaker A

And, like, we want to be able to talk to ourselves and have a good relationship with ourselves.

Speaker A

I had another friend that pointed that out to me.

Speaker A

She was like, the relationship that you have with yourself is the only one that you will always have.

Speaker A

Like, you can't always guarantee that you're going to have, you know, a relationship with your mom, or you can't always guarantee that you're going to have a relationship with your spouse, or you can't always guarantee that you're going to have a relationship with your children.

Speaker A

You can always guarantee that you're going to have a relationship with yourself.

Speaker A

And that is often the relationship that we put to the side and we don't really pay attention to.

Speaker A

And just thinking positive doesn't have to be positive.

Speaker A

I don't like that.

Speaker A

I don't like that narrative of, like, oh, fake positive thoughts.

Speaker A

It's like, well, does that really help?

Speaker A

But just ensuring that you are talking to yourself in an empowering way instead of a way that makes you feel like, oh, well, this is just how I am.

Speaker A

Like, I would love to do that, but I.

Speaker A

I just can't do it.

Speaker A

It really does put you in a place of power versus a place of, oh, well, this is just it.

Speaker A

So I want you to maybe journal on this.

Speaker A

If you're not a journaler.

Speaker A

Is that a word?

Speaker A

Journaler?

Speaker A

If you're not a journaler, just think about it for a few minutes today, but ask yourself, what is a thought that I'm repeating every day that isn't serving my future self?

Speaker A

So kind of just monitor your thoughts.

Speaker A

Like, monitor your thoughts when you're brushing your teeth or when you're in the car or.

Speaker A

And this is the best time to really monitor your thoughts.

Speaker A

When you are running late, when you are procrastinating, when you are overwhelmed.

Speaker A

Like, stop and be like, okay, what am I saying to myself right now?

Speaker A

And then just kind of.

Speaker A

You don't have to change it in the moment.

Speaker A

You don't have to feel this pressure of like, oh, I gotta change my hole.

Speaker A

Just be aware of it and be like, oh, wow, that's.

Speaker A

That's kind of like an aggressive thing that I say to myself.

Speaker A

I don't Know if it's gonna be the same for you.

Speaker A

But I was saying extremely aggressive things to myself.

Speaker A

I was so hard on myself, and I was actually showing up really well, despite the things I was saying to myself.

Speaker A

Like, I literally remember saying at one point, I would never say that to 98% of people.

Speaker A

2% of people I'd definitely say that to, but 98% of people I would never talk to like that.

Speaker A

And I talk to myself like that every day.

Speaker A

And it was just such an awakening.

Speaker A

And like I said, it was something that I had to put a lot of time and energy into.

Speaker A

I really had to, you know, monitor it long term.

Speaker A

Over time, I would mess up.

Speaker A

I would have to try again the next day.

Speaker A

But it is something that I truly think is paying off now.

Speaker A

This entire conversation is exactly what has inspired me to create something new.

Speaker A

So I've been very transparent about my career journey on this podcast, because if you are thinking of starting a business or starting a side hustle or just starting something new in your personal life, whatever it is, I want to make sure that you have someplace to go and not hear like, oh, I'm perfect.

Speaker A

Oh, I do everything great.

Speaker A

I have had to shift a lot of things this year since January when I decided to officially launch the company.

Speaker A

It has gone through several iterations, and I am very fortunate, and I will talk about this until I'm blue in the face.

Speaker A

I am so fortunate that I invested money in coaching this year, and I invested money in women who never tell me what I want to hear.

Speaker A

Trust me on that.

Speaker A

They never.

Speaker A

Like, there has not been a single call that I have showed up to.

Speaker A

And, y'all, I will show up so prepared to these calls.

Speaker A

I'll be so excited.

Speaker A

I'm like, today's the day.

Speaker A

And they are so in the most loving way.

Speaker A

Like, truly in the most loving way.

Speaker A

They are so honest and transparent with me about, like, okay, this is all right, but you can do so much better.

Speaker A

And it has forced me to get outside of my comfort zone and think bigger and think different and think extremely strategically in a way that I am not sure I thought I was capable of before.

Speaker A

And so that has certainly helped my mindset as well.

Speaker A

Like, being around people who have pushed me outside my comfort zone and forced me to be like, oh, wow, I think I can do this.

Speaker A

So, you know, I started off the coaching program focusing on systems, which I do think are critically important.

Speaker A

But one thing I found when I was moving my first group of women through cohort number one is that Systems are such a.

Speaker A

They are basically like the last step.

Speaker A

And there are so many things that you have to get through in order to let systems do the heavy lifting for you.

Speaker A

And a lot of the work is around mindset and around the way that you speak to yourself and the way that you view yourself and the way you perceive yourself in the world and your habits and the way you think about time management and the way you think about productivity.

Speaker A

And then systems are kind of the final step.

Speaker A

And so that was something that I was struggling with is, you know, I was bringing these women this information about systems and they were like, okay, this is great, this is cool, this is wonderful.

Speaker A

But then they were struggling with the implementation portion of it and I took that as my responsibility as a coach.

Speaker A

I'm like, you know, I have got to revise this.

Speaker A

And so the last month, month and a half, I've been pretty quiet as far as like social media about coaching because I have been working with my coaches and you know, with people in my mastermind group and other women that I trust to really fine tune this.

Speaker A

Like, I want to slow it down as much as possible and make this the absolute best that it can possibly be.

Speaker A

And so my new program is going to launch in June.

Speaker A

There's going to be a couple different tiers.

Speaker A

So there's going to be a self paced program.

Speaker A

There is going to be a program that has definitely a high level of accountability and mentoring from me.

Speaker A

And then there's going to be a level that is very in depth, very hands on, very collaborative and there is going to be a retreat where we just go deep and we go so just into like the mindset and the habits and I'm really like literally in your computer with you, like in person, couple days together, experiencing the whole thing.

Speaker A

So the new program is going to be called the Icon Method because this is not just about systems anymore.

Speaker A

This is about women becoming the iconic versions of themselves and whatever that means to you.

Speaker A

It doesn't have to be about money, it doesn't have to be about, you know, followers on social media or success or whatever it is.

Speaker A

Like this program is going to touch so many different places in women's lives.

Speaker A

I do think it's going to have the ability to impact so many.

Speaker A

And so I just wanted to give y'all an update about that.

Speaker A

And this isn't going to be just about habits and just about systems.

Speaker A

It's about like shifting your entire identity and really just shifting the way that you think and the way that you talk to Yourself and not necessarily being gentler, but being more aware of like, okay, there is nothing wrong with me.

Speaker A

I'm not lazy.

Speaker A

I am not like, oh, I'm not the person that's always running late.

Speaker A

I'm not this, I'm not that.

Speaker A

Like I have just been repeating the same things to myself for a long time and I've been conditioned for a certain way.

Speaker A

And so we're going to go deep into the subconscious and we're going to talk about all those things.

Speaker A

And so really excited, I'm going to bring in some, some experts and different things like that.

Speaker A

And so I'm really excited for that.

Speaker A

I just wanted to give everyone on the podcast an update on that.

Speaker A

And I'm also going to be hosting some in person events in my office, which is currently being worked on right now.

Speaker A

I've got a really cool idea.

Speaker A

I'm not sure if this is gonna, if this is the name I'm gonna land on, but I'm thinking of doing like a systems and espresso meet up, like co working hour, whatever that looks like and have, you know, a couple hours where we just pull our planners out and we sit down and we talk through like what's working, what's not.

Speaker A

Very collaborative, less coachy and more just like open space.

Speaker A

And that's why I'm really wanting the office to have a certain vibe and a certain feel because I want it to be comfortable and laid back and I want it to be a really elegant experience that you're excited to show up for and you're excited to like post about on social media that like, oh, I'm going to, you know, whatever I end up calling it.

Speaker A

And I do think the office having a certain feel and a certain vibe is extremely important for that.

Speaker A

So that is what I'm working on behind the scenes.

Speaker A

I just like to keep everyone in the loop and you are very important to that because you, you know, show up every week and listen to me and I really appreciate that.

Speaker A

So that is, that's the update on what's going on right now.

Speaker A

But I really hope this episode provided value for you.

Speaker A

I am really excited for all the things that I'm bringing to you on this podcast.

Speaker A

I am currently working on some really exciting guests to have on.

Speaker A

I think I mentioned this a couple episodes ago, but I feel like now that I know exactly what the elevated edit is for and what the mission is and the vision truly.

Speaker A

And it took me a while.

Speaker A

I mean it's taken, it's been about a year now.

Speaker A

It's taken about a year for me to really fine tune this.

Speaker A

I'm really excited for everything that I'm bringing to you and so you are going to be rewarded for being there from the beginning.

Speaker A

And yeah, I'm bringing a lot of amazing goodies for you.

Speaker A

Okay, I'm done rambling.

Speaker A

I hope you have a great rest of your day.

Speaker A
