Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And I want you to hear this loud and clear.

Speaker A

Because the only thing, the only thing that stands between you and the life of that is meant for you, the life that your soul intends.

Speaker A

The only thing that stands between you and that life that is waiting for you, that thriving, that aliveness.

Speaker A

Is the wheel of fear.

Speaker A

What is the wheel of fear made of?

Speaker A

What is it constructed by.

Speaker A

Those accumulated thoughts and beliefs and emotions, life experiences, all these things that may seem factual, but in fact are illusions.

Speaker A

They're based on a perception that we had at 5, at 15, at 20, at 35, a perception of an event in our life.

Speaker A

Things that have been handed down through our DNA, things that we have taken on as our own.

Speaker A

My friend, how often have you taken on a thought that disempowers you as truth?

Speaker A

How often have you taken on a thought that disempowers you?

Speaker A

And you've made that truth.

Speaker A

You've made that your God.

Speaker A

Yes, you heard me.

Speaker A

You've made that your God.

Speaker A

Because if you believe that thought.

Speaker A

More than you believe in the soul that is alive in you, that is attempting to live its life through you, that is there no matter what, then that becomes your God.

Speaker A

Now, that's something to think about, isn't it?

Speaker A

That if you take that thought that is based on an illusion, based on a false perception, a perception that is tainted by the fear that you were in or that you were handed down through your DNA or through your family experiences or the environment that you were raised in or the teachers that you had, et cetera, et cetera.

Speaker A

And you've made that true.

Speaker A

You've made like, oh, God, I've been told I'm stupid my whole life, so I must be stupid.

Speaker A

You've made that true.

Speaker A

People who call people stupid are not to be listened to.

Speaker A

People who call people dumb, people who tell people that they have nothing good to share, people who tell you disempowering things are not your mentors, are not your sages, are not your guides.

Speaker A

They are talking from fear, my friend, and you have made it true.

Speaker A

Where have you made these thoughts, facts?

Speaker A

Where have you made them your God?

Speaker A

Yeah, that's right.

Speaker A

That's what I'm saying.

Speaker A

I said it.

Speaker A

Did it poke you between the eyes?

Speaker A

Did it was a punch gut to your stomach?

Speaker A

Because when you take that thought or that belief and raise it up and live your life through that filter, you've made it your God.

Speaker A

You've made that more important than your very soul.

Speaker A

That's right.

Speaker A

Listen up.

Speaker A

So you have a decision to make.

Speaker A

Are you gonna keep listening to the illusion of those thoughts and beliefs that have been handed down to people that are not in your best interest, that aren't even health enough to give you any constructive feedback or advice or support?

Speaker A

No.

Speaker A

If people have told you negative things about you, they were in fear.

Speaker A

They were in protection mode.

Speaker A

They wanted to put you down so they could be better.

Speaker A

They are not your sages, they are not your advice givers, they are not your mentors, and hopefully God, they're not your coaches.

Speaker A

So if you've ever heard.

Speaker A

Anyone puts you down.

Speaker A

They are not to be listened to.

Speaker A

And if you've made their comments, thoughts in your brain, taken them on, and you believe it, and you've believed it and you still believe it.

Speaker A

Then those are your gods.

Speaker A

That's your God.

Speaker A

So I guess you have to decide what you're gonna believe, what you're gonna decide, what thoughts you're gonna decide are worthy of you.

Speaker A

What beliefs are worthy of you, what thoughts are worthy of you?

Speaker A

You heard me.

Speaker A

What thoughts are worthy of you?

Speaker A

Because those negative thoughts, my friend, are not worthy of you.

Speaker A

And they did not come from up high, they came from down low.

Speaker A

So if you want to get your advice from the gutter, go ahead.

Speaker A

But that is not what I do.

Speaker A

And that's not what we do here in Fearless Living.

Speaker A

That's not what we're about.

Speaker A

So who is your God?

Speaker A

Are you gonna honor your soul?

Speaker A

Are you gonna honor the things that disempower you each and every day?

Speaker A

Your choice.

Speaker A

Cause you, my friend, are the most powerful of all.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.

Speaker A

Choose you.
