Speaker:

Renita Brennan, welcome to the QVC podcast.

Speaker:

Thank you for having me. I'm so happy to be here. Beautiful. Like, I've been

Speaker:

thinking about this and praying about this for a bit. So happy to share today.

Speaker:

Me too. Well, I'm delighted because. So

Speaker:

just to set this up for my audience, I was

Speaker:

on a call with you several weeks ago and we hadn't ever been on a

Speaker:

call before and you graciously agreed to answer some questions that

Speaker:

I had. And my colleague Melissa, who as

Speaker:

recently, recently voted onto the board of the Institute of Applied Quantum

Speaker:

Biology, she's like, all in it. You graciously agreed to answer questions. It

Speaker:

was a really fun call and I left and I was like,

Speaker:

something feels different. And you

Speaker:

know, I'm used to, I do all my work online, so I often and I

Speaker:

talk to wonderful people. I usually, I often leave feeling like

Speaker:

fulfilled and happy and that was, and inspired. But I actually

Speaker:

left a zoom with you feeling energized. And I'm like, I don't usually

Speaker:

get energized after, after

Speaker:

sitting on a laptop. Who is who?

Speaker:

This is a high vibe woman we're dealing with here.

Speaker:

So Ranita, you have your

Speaker:

energy and your vibration and your consciousness operating at

Speaker:

such a high level. Like I got, I got the second order effects through

Speaker:

the zoom. So I really would love to hear your story

Speaker:

because I know, you know, I mean, I don't know, but I would maybe guess

Speaker:

it wasn't always like that. You've probably had a journey.

Speaker:

Yeah, a journey. It is, you know, still on it. Right?

Speaker:

We've not arrived. There's no arrival. Yeah, so

Speaker:

no finish line. Yeah, exactly. But yeah, it's been

Speaker:

a total blessing. Yeah. Yeah. You know, I mean, I've been in health

Speaker:

obviously for a long, long time. Passionate about wellness

Speaker:

and that, you know, I think that really started when I was in high

Speaker:

school. My dad was an alcoholic, my mom was very

Speaker:

busy, she owned a restaurant. And so it was, there was a lot of

Speaker:

emotional trauma and drama happening in the house. And honestly

Speaker:

I found like weight training to be an avenue that

Speaker:

I really felt strong. Right. I would, I mean, I was

Speaker:

super strong at a young age. I mean, we, we lived in a small hobby

Speaker:

farm. So I was pale, feeding cows and carrying five gallon buckets at like

Speaker:

age 12 full of water. So it was pretty,

Speaker:

pretty wild upbringing. Just a lot of kind of tension

Speaker:

in the home and whatnot. And so I found at about age 14 that,

Speaker:

wow, I'm strong. Like, I can go to the gym and

Speaker:

I can lift weights. And I can inspire others. My friends

Speaker:

would say, teach me how to lift weights. And I was like, 14, teaching how

Speaker:

to lift weights. I was like, okay. And so I really realized it was

Speaker:

an outlet for me to just kind of regain strength and kind of step back

Speaker:

into myself and probably just focus, right. Instead of the

Speaker:

chaos of which I was living in. And so that journey with health

Speaker:

probably started pretty young for me. You know, not perfect by

Speaker:

any means. Teenager, right? Wild, smoking cigarettes,

Speaker:

doing dumb things, but certainly always had that avenue to go back

Speaker:

to of just fitness and

Speaker:

feeling so empowered when I would go lift. And so I've literally been

Speaker:

in the fitness realm for. I'm going to be 49, so it's been a long

Speaker:

time. Sometimes when I say how many years, I'm like, gosh, how can it be

Speaker:

that many? Yeah, yeah, yeah. How can be like 26 years?

Speaker:

I feel like I'm 26 years old. So it definitely has

Speaker:

kept me feeling young, living young. You know, I have

Speaker:

three sons now that are 25, 18 and 17. And so it's been a

Speaker:

joy to be fit and healthy and kind of lead and guide

Speaker:

them. So that's been awesome. But, yeah, so my journey started a long time ago

Speaker:

with the health realm. And I always knew I was a little different.

Speaker:

I wasn't thinking like everybody else. I wasn't, you know, on

Speaker:

that same path. And that really started in college.

Speaker:

You know, I remember even thinking I was supposed to go

Speaker:

get vaccines again, right? That whole vaccine thing. And I was like,

Speaker:

ah, I don't know if I'm supposed to do this. Like, I don't know, like,

Speaker:

I don't like needles, right. And so just kind of always kind

Speaker:

of pushing back against the system. Pushing back against the dark side, I

Speaker:

call it now. You know, there's definitely a light and a darkness happening on the

Speaker:

planet. We're living it. We're walking it out, of course, with quantum biology. You know,

Speaker:

this. So it's. So it's kind of always been there,

Speaker:

but not always easy married, you know, to my awesome husband Scott.

Speaker:

We had our 25th wedding anniversary this year. I call him Scotty the

Speaker:

Hottie. When you call your

Speaker:

spouse Scotty the Hottie or, you know, a fun name like that, it just keeps

Speaker:

things real fun and fresh. So I highly recommend that.

Speaker:

But so we do a lot of fun things together. We are having a great

Speaker:

adventure right now with our children and our light phototherapy business.

Speaker:

But, you know, it wasn't always good, right? Very

Speaker:

hard, trying times in marriage, in our life. I actually Went to

Speaker:

school to get my. I graduated with a

Speaker:

bachelor's degree in business and physical education.

Speaker:

I was going to be a PT

Speaker:

or an athletic trainer. And when I was in college,

Speaker:

it was. I live in North Dakota. So they make you go do, like, this,

Speaker:

you know, continuing ed type hours to, you know, get this degree.

Speaker:

And I remember they told me, you have to go to this football game and

Speaker:

wait for somebody to get injured to help them. Like, as you know, in this

Speaker:

athletic training program I was in, and it was like, literally a

Speaker:

blizzard out, and I was. And I hate the cold. Like,

Speaker:

I'm such a sun person. And I'm like, I have to go sit

Speaker:

and freeze my butt off and wait for someone to get injured. I thought, I

Speaker:

gotta change my major. Like, I cannot.

Speaker:

I am more preventative. I am not waiting for, you

Speaker:

know, all heck to break loose and then go in there and, like, you know,

Speaker:

have to repair some sprained ankle. I'm like, I need to teach people how to

Speaker:

strengthen their bodies, like, you know, with light and in sunshine,

Speaker:

because I'm not going to do this. I literally, after doing that one day,

Speaker:

I changed my major. I thought, I'm not. I can't do this. Like, they're. I

Speaker:

mean, yeah. So for me, I've always just been that person that is, like,

Speaker:

you know, really probably following my intuition, the Holy Spirit

Speaker:

living in me, not really realizing that was what I was doing. Just getting on

Speaker:

that journey when things felt alive and made me feel alive and better.

Speaker:

Just trusting and knowing, okay, that's the direction I need to go. I

Speaker:

think sometimes we suppress that in our lives. And I

Speaker:

don't. I'm like, you know what? Sure do not. Nope. I'm

Speaker:

like, that's where we got to go. That's where I'm being led. So that

Speaker:

all happened. And then went back to school to get my

Speaker:

doctorate in holistic nutrition and naturopathy. And. And while

Speaker:

I was on that journey, got pregnant with my second son,

Speaker:

Truett. And it was just over the top at the

Speaker:

time. I owned two gyms, so I was teaching 18 or

Speaker:

19 exercise classes a week. Being pregnant, Meredith, can you imagine this?

Speaker:

The belly. Good Lord. Yeah.

Speaker:

Rebounding. I was doing mini trampoline classes before. They were cool.

Speaker:

Yeah. Yeah. My God. Okay, that's on. Now

Speaker:

is 18, so. And I was pregnant, so that was

Speaker:

19 years ago. I was teaching rebounding. Can you imagine? I was the only rebound

Speaker:

facility in the state. We had, like, 25 of these mini trampolines.

Speaker:

But my mom would say to me, renita, you're nine months pregnant. You can't

Speaker:

be jumping on that trampoline with that baby in your belly. I'm like, he's going

Speaker:

to come out. And you're like, watch me. Yeah,

Speaker:

I did. And the only thing that I could not teach was Pilates because,

Speaker:

you know, when you're down there rolling over, like, roll like a ball. I was

Speaker:

literally rolling over a ball in my belly. You were the ball. Yeah, so. So

Speaker:

that was it. But, you know, and on that journey, I said, you know what?

Speaker:

I learned enough. I never completed college just because it got.

Speaker:

Obviously, when I'm teaching 19 classes and having 50 clients a week starting at

Speaker:

4am, then I'm nursing a baby, right? This is not going to work.

Speaker:

And something had to give. So I always say I learned enough

Speaker:

to make me quite dangerous to the

Speaker:

medical establishment in the drug cartel, the legal drug

Speaker:

cartel. I'm the mom that's like trying to get everybody

Speaker:

off their legal drugs and go natural first. And

Speaker:

so that was a really interesting journey. I remember

Speaker:

the book that I read in college that completely paradigm

Speaker:

shifted everything for me. It was called the Politics of

Speaker:

Cancer. I'm not sure if you've ever read it. The Politics of Cancer

Speaker:

by Daniel Samuel Epstein was his name

Speaker:

not to be confused with Jeffrey Epstein, Dr. Samuel Epstein. It's

Speaker:

a very thick book. I mean, it's just a big old book. And

Speaker:

it's like 60% clinical evidence that

Speaker:

basically the government created cancer. And it was crazy. And so when I

Speaker:

read that book, it just was like, bam. Like, everything changed for me.

Speaker:

I just realized that we need to be our own

Speaker:

advocates of our health journey. We cannot rely

Speaker:

on somebody else to guide us and lead us. I mean,

Speaker:

we can have suggestions, right? But then again, you're always checking in with that holy

Speaker:

spirit with that intuition to say, is that right? You know,

Speaker:

is that really the direction I'm supposed to be headed? So anyway, long story short,

Speaker:

I got. I completed call. I didn't complete college. I

Speaker:

completed my bachelor's, but not my master's and my doctorate. And

Speaker:

suddenly I found I had this calling on my life that I was supposed to

Speaker:

help a lot of people. At the time. I was running around giving a lot

Speaker:

of presentations. I was. I have a lot of fitness certifications. So I was a

Speaker:

global fitness pro. So I was certifying fitness

Speaker:

professionals. I was a master trainer for ace. Ace. Many people

Speaker:

know ACE Fitness. I was teaching kickboxing classes all over the

Speaker:

country for them. And I became fitbeach

Speaker:

certified. So I was teaching Pilates and all these remote locations around the world,

Speaker:

training instructors. And so I did a lot with fitness. Right.

Speaker:

And. And I actually was Ms. Fitness North

Speaker:

Dakota. You were. Okay, that's really funny, because when

Speaker:

I met you in person last week, I was like,

Speaker:

I think this might be the most fit person I've ever met in real life.

Speaker:

Oh, that's so funny. Yeah. So I was. You are very fit. It's a.

Speaker:

It's really inspirational. I'm always working on it. But, like, you

Speaker:

know, I. Back then, I didn't know what I know now. Right. So it was.

Speaker:

Back then, it was just super over exercising, super

Speaker:

calorie restriction. Honestly, Meredith, I was losing handfuls of

Speaker:

hair in the shower, and I remember thinking, this is not who

Speaker:

I want to be. I. They gave me the award. I was peeling my.

Speaker:

Because you have to super glue your bikini to your body. And I was, like,

Speaker:

peeling my bikini off of my body in the shower that

Speaker:

morning after I had been named Miss Fitness North Dakota.

Speaker:

Right. My hair is falling out. I mean, I'm just not

Speaker:

feeling strong. Let me just say that. And I

Speaker:

remember standing in the shower thinking, there's got to be a bit. There's got to

Speaker:

be something else. There's got to be a better way. Like, I'm missing something here.

Speaker:

And that was when I was just, you know, it was pretty much only

Speaker:

exercise. And like I said, caloric restriction,

Speaker:

which now we know. Caloric restriction can be very good. Intermittent fasting

Speaker:

can be great for certain people. Absolutely. But then it

Speaker:

just kind of helped me to open up that chapter of my life of natural

Speaker:

health and healing, where I'm like, okay, it's not just the grind.

Speaker:

It's all of it. It's the whole personal approach. It's like my

Speaker:

emotional state. Right. It's. It's like all of it. And.

Speaker:

And so I really started walking down that path then of all things

Speaker:

alternative and holistic and. And that's just been the journey I've

Speaker:

been on. Like I said, we've not arrived, and it's just been like, literally, God

Speaker:

just opens one chapter after another. And I just keep walking through that door when

Speaker:

I feel called. And, you know, I mean, it was. Suddenly I

Speaker:

found myself, at one point in my journey, involved in the CBD space.

Speaker:

Now I've never even smoked marijuana. My kids. I should. Because

Speaker:

I'm pretty hyper, as you know. I'm like,

Speaker:

no, I'm like, I'm not lowering my frequency. I, like, I

Speaker:

like myself high energized and. But suddenly we found

Speaker:

Ourselves in a family crisis where we were looking at

Speaker:

CBD in the endocannabinoid system and led me down this

Speaker:

path where all of a sudden, CBD was not allowed in the United States yet.

Speaker:

The farm bill had not been passed. And we were all of a

Speaker:

sudden in the CBD space with hemp cbd. So it was non

Speaker:

psychoactive, of course, but all of a sudden, I'm in this arena

Speaker:

where I'm talking the endocannabinoid system, and

Speaker:

I get a phone call one day and somebody says, hey, Renita, you should go

Speaker:

to the state capitol. The legislature is voting on

Speaker:

CBD of whether or not it's going to be sold at only

Speaker:

pharmacies, only doctors and pharmacies will be able to sell it. And

Speaker:

I thought, wow, my business would tank because at the time, because of that family

Speaker:

crisis that we had walked down, I had got so involved and so knowledgeable

Speaker:

about it that I now. I now had a CBD business.

Speaker:

Right, Right. Yeah, that's how that worked. And then suddenly, I'm at the

Speaker:

state capitol, and I walk in, you know, I've got a sweater on, and,

Speaker:

you know, just like a mom, they're kind of pleading my case about why we're

Speaker:

in the CBD space to all these, basically, legislators

Speaker:

and attorneys. And every single person that testified ahead

Speaker:

of me was high. And I thought, oh, my gosh, these

Speaker:

guys. Oh, no. Oh, no. I said to my husband,

Speaker:

these guys are making the legislators think that they got down this bill,

Speaker:

Right? And, like, they gotta just like, yeah, the only places can be sold is

Speaker:

pharmacies. I mean, they were like all these drug addicts basically getting up and

Speaker:

testifying. And so it was crazy. And I

Speaker:

remember the world we're in. It was so wild. Like, I mean, it was like,

Speaker:

you listen to these guys and you're like, really? Who let them on the

Speaker:

stand? And then I was like, hey, I tapped this attorney ahead of me. I

Speaker:

said, hey, I don't have. I've never prepared to come here today.

Speaker:

I said, I just made the decision about a half hour ago. I said, but

Speaker:

I'd love to testify and speak to the legislator. And

Speaker:

so they said, okay, go to the front. And I walked up, I said, hi,

Speaker:

you're swearing. And, hi, my name's Renita Brannan. And

Speaker:

I said, I would love to educate you a little today about the difference

Speaker:

between hemp and marijuana. And I

Speaker:

just went into. I said, you know, the difference between a Doberman pinscher and a

Speaker:

Maltese. Like, have you seen, like, these? They're both dogs, right.

Speaker:

You know, that Doberman pinscher is very different temperament generally

Speaker:

than that little Maltese. Right. And so I spoke enough to their

Speaker:

hearts and to their minds that they were just astounded that they had no

Speaker:

working knowledge of that. And they said, you know what? Let's. Let's table this. And

Speaker:

then they came up to me and they said, renita, can you come in tomorrow

Speaker:

and help us rewrite our state century code? Yeah. Oh, my

Speaker:

gosh. Again? Yeah. Amazing what happens when you

Speaker:

live an intuition based life. Like, you just get

Speaker:

put in situations. Like, how did I get here? I remember

Speaker:

thinking, how did I get here? Like, this is crazy. Yeah. And actually what

Speaker:

happened is the fuel for my fire was so hot going in, I don't

Speaker:

know if I would have had the confidence to testify after seeing all the

Speaker:

stone people, because I was like, oh, my gosh. I mean, yeah, this is not

Speaker:

what I stand for. This is not what I signed up for. Yeah, yeah. But

Speaker:

on the way into the capitol, I had a phone call from a woman, and

Speaker:

she was a mom, and she was crying, and she's like, renita, somebody told me

Speaker:

you're on the way to the state capitol. I just have to tell you what

Speaker:

happened to my. With my daughter, that she had some kind of seizure

Speaker:

disorder. She's been, you know, taking the cbd, the hemp cbd,

Speaker:

for this amount of time, and we've been seizure free for six months. Whatever you

Speaker:

do, don't let them stop being able to, you know, for you to share

Speaker:

your cbd, because I don't want to have to go to pharmacies or doctors to

Speaker:

get this. And she was bawling how her daughter is doing. So amazing. So I

Speaker:

had this, like, supernatural surge going in Meredith, where I'm like,

Speaker:

I'm gonna hold the torch for this young, you know, girl

Speaker:

and her mother, like. Like, I just, you know, sometimes those stories give you

Speaker:

that supernatural energy just to go, I'm ready. You know

Speaker:

what I mean? I'm. Yes, give it to me. Yes. And so it was like

Speaker:

listening to that crying mom on the way in as I'm running into the state

Speaker:

capitol was just like the super charge. I needed to get up and

Speaker:

testify. And so I was like, it's so interesting how. How God works in our

Speaker:

lives. But anyway, so fast forward from that journey, you know?

Speaker:

You know, here I am, right? With the legislators rewriting state century code. I was

Speaker:

on the news in North Dakota. I got one day, somebody called me up and

Speaker:

they said, hey, the news anchor wants to Lose weight. We hear that. Because I

Speaker:

was really known in our community. I helped the state of North Dakota to lose

Speaker:

100,000 pounds of fat. So I was, like, obsessed with getting people off

Speaker:

their. You were like the OG Maha.

Speaker:

Yeah, seriously. Literally before it happened,

Speaker:

I was that person. So honestly, I would travel. I did over. I'm not

Speaker:

kidding, I mean, well over 5,000 presentations. I

Speaker:

mean, schools, nursing homes, workplace wellness. They were putting me in jets

Speaker:

and flying me to different power plants across the country. And I was

Speaker:

talking to blue collar guys about pooping. You know, it was wild stuff.

Speaker:

I'm having a pee on, you know, ph trips to see what their

Speaker:

ph. Everyone take one of these into the bathroom. Anyway, so it was like,

Speaker:

yeah, that was just. It was just a wild journey. So I was just traveling

Speaker:

all the time. And I remember the reason I got out of that, the workplace

Speaker:

wellness is I was flying till they were put me in a jet in the

Speaker:

morning and fly me to all these different places to. To talk to their plant

Speaker:

workers. And there was a windstorm one time on the way

Speaker:

back, and it was the two pilots and me in the. Back in the. In

Speaker:

this little jet for this company. And I was literally, the. The

Speaker:

airplane was just literally doing like 200ft drops.

Speaker:

And I mean, I'm down with my head between my legs, just saying, lord, just

Speaker:

please get me on the ground. At that point, I had had just my first

Speaker:

son, Beau, and I was like, let me get. Get back home and

Speaker:

I'm gonna get off this plane. I never got back on the plane again. I

Speaker:

was like, that was way too over the top for me. Yeah. And I like

Speaker:

fun and adventure, but that was just too much. So, you know, the journey's just

Speaker:

been, like, unfolding. But what happened was I ended up on the news

Speaker:

for this segment, and I was on there

Speaker:

with this woman, and she was. Didn't know much about

Speaker:

health, Right. And we ended up writing a book together called Nice and

Speaker:

fat because she realized that she was fat because she was nice and she had

Speaker:

not drawn clear boundaries. So when people would give her food or say, eat this

Speaker:

or do this, she would just do it. Like, she was just nice. Like, she

Speaker:

wouldn't say, you know what? That's not part of my protocol. You know, I'm. You

Speaker:

know, she was just too nice. And so ended up

Speaker:

doing 5. She went from like a size 16 down to a size 4. She

Speaker:

was running 5Ks by the end of it. But on that journey, they said, hey,

Speaker:

do you want to have your own show on tv? So I said, sure. So

Speaker:

for eight and a half years, I had my own segment called Wellness Wednesday.

Speaker:

And then of course, they're like, renita, you know, Monica's out of town

Speaker:

for the next two weeks. Can you be the morning co host now? I'm suddenly

Speaker:

the North Dakota Today co host, the morning show here,

Speaker:

you know, And I always say that was hard for me because I'm very

Speaker:

much as you see me right here. I just am very authentic. So

Speaker:

when I had to read a script and I had an IFB in which was

Speaker:

a little earpiece where they were telling me what to say, and I said, what

Speaker:

is if be? And they said. I said, you know what? I feel better. That's

Speaker:

what it means for me. That's what I'm gonna call it. Like, okay, morning show

Speaker:

starting in five seconds or whatever. And I realized I was not so good

Speaker:

with reading. I was like. Sounded like a robot. Yeah. And those scripts are always

Speaker:

so. So ridiculous. So dumb. Yeah. And then I would get to my

Speaker:

segment and I was like. I was bringing in, like,

Speaker:

everything. Glide Fitness. I'm on the ground showing people how to surf.

Speaker:

I mean, I'm. We're doing it all right? And. And just the

Speaker:

joy. I just brought joy to North Dakotans for eight and a

Speaker:

half years. Fitness, nutrition. I mean, just lifestyle, meditation, prayer. I mean,

Speaker:

they really let me talk about whatever I wanted to until they did.

Speaker:

Okay. And I remember one time I was talking about, like, Coca Cola should

Speaker:

not be funding studies. You know, here I am running to all these reservations.

Speaker:

We have a lot of Native American reservations in North Dakota. And

Speaker:

I'm going in there and I'm educating them about diabetes,

Speaker:

Right? These people, it's generational curses and generational

Speaker:

health ailments, like, right. They just don't climb out of it. And I

Speaker:

remember. And that I'll tell you a story about a reservation, because

Speaker:

that's where the. I realized the spiritual realm was so

Speaker:

real on a reservation. But back to the segment I

Speaker:

real. I was talking about sugar. And Coca Cola should not be funding

Speaker:

studies on diabetes. You know, this doesn't make any sense to me. Like

Speaker:

what? Like. And it's coming back that it's not really that bad for you. Right.

Speaker:

I mean, are you kidding me? Yeah. And so I'll never forget, I was getting

Speaker:

ready to leave the station that day. Our NBC station up here.

Speaker:

Renita Brannan to the station manager's office, please. Renita Brannan to the

Speaker:

station manager. And I thought. And I walked in there and

Speaker:

he said, renita, you Cannot be talking about

Speaker:

Coca Cola like that. He said, those are our ad dollars.

Speaker:

And, and I. It was kind of a big hand slap, you know,

Speaker:

like, watch yourself toe the line. And so then I realized,

Speaker:

wow, okay, this is getting a little interesting. And so I continue

Speaker:

to do it. And every time I would do a segment where I. That was

Speaker:

the first of many, Meredith, let me just say it. That

Speaker:

was the first of many getting called into the principal's office. And so like I

Speaker:

always get called in and he would be like.

Speaker:

And then what happened was I saw the producer when the pandemic was

Speaker:

starting to unravel and we got sent

Speaker:

home. I was still doing the segment from home,

Speaker:

literally making gluten free carrot cake on, you know,

Speaker:

Thanksgiving or, you know, pumpkin. I mean, it was just all this great

Speaker:

stuff. I had my family involved, my kids were involved. We're in cooking segments. I

Speaker:

mean, it was the funnest. Everybody loved the Wellness Wednesday because

Speaker:

it was just pure joy and education and fun and people just

Speaker:

loved it. And I'll never forget it. I. This producer

Speaker:

that was produced the morning show here, he said all of those anti

Speaker:

vaxxers are going to get what's coming to them. He put that on his Facebook

Speaker:

page. And I thought, wow, that's crazy. He's like seeing

Speaker:

that out there like that. And, and I've always said I'm

Speaker:

not like anti vaccine, I'm just pro education, right? Like, so if you really

Speaker:

educate yourself thoroughly and, and understand

Speaker:

really what you're injecting into yourself or your children, I mean, then

Speaker:

that's your decision, right? But if you're not really fully educating yourself, then what are

Speaker:

you doing? Right? Like just educate yourself first. And so

Speaker:

I got a phone call after eight and a half years, they called and they

Speaker:

said, renita, because they said, we want you to start talking about

Speaker:

this vaccine and the importance of health. And I said no. I said, I think

Speaker:

people need to go outside. I said, everybody got sent home from work. I said,

Speaker:

this is going to be the time of our lives. The whole state is going

Speaker:

to get fit as a fiddle because now they're all at home and, and everybody's

Speaker:

got time to work out. Finally, we are going to get the North Dakota so

Speaker:

in shape. I was so excited about it, you know, just to launch this

Speaker:

like, home initiative where everyone's getting fit. And they called me up and they

Speaker:

said, you know what, you're moving in a different direction than us. We're going to

Speaker:

take a break for a while. And I thought what I said My direction

Speaker:

has been and always will be the health and healing of the north and South

Speaker:

Dakotans. It has. That's like my mo. Yeah. This is who

Speaker:

I am. Like, we are. I am wellness like an

Speaker:

educator and inspire of people to help them

Speaker:

to get moving and step into their greatness.

Speaker:

Nope. Game over. Done. And so just like that, it was over. But then I

Speaker:

always, you know, my interest in. I have chills. I have chills, Renita.

Speaker:

I know, but standing your ground in. That moment, I always think

Speaker:

it's always glory to glory. I'm a believer in Jesus, and I. And I believe

Speaker:

that we are believing and living in this realm where God is

Speaker:

taking us from glory to glory. That doesn't mean there might not be a real

Speaker:

valley in between. Oh, yeah, there's some valleys. You know what I mean?

Speaker:

But if we just stay the course and stay on that. That alignment, I just

Speaker:

feel like it all works itself out exactly how it's supposed to. So then

Speaker:

I started saying to myself, well, God has something much larger in store for me

Speaker:

than 800,000 North Dakotans. That's how many the viewing audience was. It must

Speaker:

be something where I'm supposed to help a million people, right?

Speaker:

And we don't have that here. And so I really kind of stood on that.

Speaker:

And then, of course, LifeWave came into the mix

Speaker:

with phototherapy. So now I'm not educating about the endocannabinoid system. I'm

Speaker:

educating about photobiomodulation, which the world knows very

Speaker:

little about because they've been so biochemically trained. We'll get

Speaker:

to that. But I want to tell you this real quick story about being on

Speaker:

the reservations. So this was. This is a

Speaker:

wild story. So I was on a reservation, and I'll never

Speaker:

forget it. There was about 400 people. So when they knew I was coming to

Speaker:

the reservations, because I was the NBC health and fitness expert,

Speaker:

they. Everyone saw me on tv, right? So now I'm coming to the reservation

Speaker:

to teach them how to eat, to teach them how to take back their health.

Speaker:

And that helps you help them because they're like, oh, it's Renita from Wellness Wednesday.

Speaker:

We know her. You have credibility. You're part of the community. You're

Speaker:

local celebrity. It's great. Yep, that's what it was called. And

Speaker:

so. So. And then I would go to all these different places, everything from, like,

Speaker:

I'm talking nursing homes to the Air force base. One time I

Speaker:

was, you know, teaching military Pilates. I mean, I was just doing it all. Like,

Speaker:

I would go into, like, halfway houses

Speaker:

after people would get out of prison. And, I mean, these women wouldn't have shoes.

Speaker:

And so I would literally bring 20 pairs of tennis shoes that would have. I

Speaker:

would have donated. So all these gals could have tennis shoes when they're working out.

Speaker:

I mean, so it was like I would just. I was. I was in every

Speaker:

trench. Name the trench. I was in it. I was with morbidly obese. I was

Speaker:

with people that are blind. I was like. I kind of worked in all the

Speaker:

demographics, but my sweet spot was definitely weight loss and teaching

Speaker:

people about their metabolism. And so I was doing this, and

Speaker:

I was on this reservation, and I'll never forget it. There was a gymnasium. This

Speaker:

is wild. There was about 400 people in the gymnasium. They were sitting on

Speaker:

the floor. And with the Native American culture, it's like,

Speaker:

they're very. There's a lineage where they all are

Speaker:

connected, very connected. So we had not only the kids, we had the

Speaker:

parents and the grandparents and sometimes the great grandparents, right? They're all at

Speaker:

this event where Renita's coming to talk about how to lose weight is

Speaker:

basically how we were touting it, right? But basically, I was teaching him blood sugar

Speaker:

stabilization. This is, like, 20 years ago. And so I

Speaker:

literally would go into these things, and I would be educating, and I

Speaker:

would create. I actually created a tool. It was called the PFC plate, to

Speaker:

teach them how to lose weight. Everybody would have a white paper plate. I'd educate

Speaker:

them. I was a great educator with energy, and they learned so quickly.

Speaker:

And I remember teaching about

Speaker:

that you can take back your power. You don't have to be diabetic. You

Speaker:

don't have to have metabolic syndrome. Like, I started just like. Like, literally

Speaker:

just speaking blessings over these people. Like, it

Speaker:

was just, like, almost prophetic how I was prophesying their destiny and their

Speaker:

future. And I remember, like, kind of blinking and

Speaker:

looking down, and when I looked up, I was watching these

Speaker:

elders cry. These elderly gentlemen were just bawling.

Speaker:

And I remember just, like, kind of putting my head down just to say a

Speaker:

quick prayer. And when I looked up in the spiritual realm, God

Speaker:

showed me literal chains falling off of people.

Speaker:

Like, the chains were just falling off of them, like, in my. And I was

Speaker:

like this. It was like I was sitting there in the present moment, but God

Speaker:

was, like, showing me this. And this has happened a few times to me in

Speaker:

my life where God has showed me, like, this vision that drops in front of

Speaker:

me almost like a movie where all the chains are falling off of people. And

Speaker:

I'm like, oh, my God. And I was like, what is going on here?

Speaker:

And it was just like. I was like, I was getting a glimpse of the

Speaker:

spiritual realm, right? I was getting a glimpse of the spiritual realm. What was happening?

Speaker:

Like, captives were literally being set free. And, I mean.

Speaker:

And so it was just crazy. And then I would move to the next reservation

Speaker:

and give the next talk. And I'll never forget it. We were. And the Native

Speaker:

American culture is so very spiritual, if you don't know that. They're very spiritual.

Speaker:

Very, very spiritual beings. And I remember

Speaker:

I was at another event at another school, and all of a sudden,

Speaker:

we heard this baby crying like a baby.

Speaker:

It was a crazy, like. And I remember thinking, where is this baby?

Speaker:

Like, who's got a baby in here? Like, we're. You know, we're at a school.

Speaker:

And then somebody said, oh, they're the. The babies in the weight room.

Speaker:

And I was like, the baby's in the weight room. What

Speaker:

was going on here at the school? You know? And I

Speaker:

was like, okay, that's very bizarre. And then we heard it again. This crying baby.

Speaker:

Everybody heard it. It wasn't just me hearing it. Everybody was hearing this crying baby.

Speaker:

And it would just stop me in my tracks because it was so loud.

Speaker:

And then some guy got up, and he said, oh, let me go check what's

Speaker:

going on? And so he went into the weight room, and of course, there's no

Speaker:

one there. There's no baby in the weight room. And he comes. He

Speaker:

came back out, and he said, you know,

Speaker:

he said, we'll discuss it afterwards. We need it. I said, okay. And

Speaker:

so, like, I was like that. It was just bizarre. It happened, like, three times,

Speaker:

and then it stopped. And then after we were all done, the

Speaker:

gentleman came up to me, and he said, the. This

Speaker:

school and this weight room is on an old cemetery.

Speaker:

And he said. And so a lot of times we hear various things coming from

Speaker:

the weight room. And today we heard a crying baby. And I'm

Speaker:

like, what? Like, I'm like, this is wild. Like, you know,

Speaker:

So, I mean, just. So they were all like, oh, it's the weight room. Meaning

Speaker:

it's the spirits in the weight room. Not that there's a

Speaker:

baby in there lifting weights. They just. They

Speaker:

knew. Oh, my goodness. So

Speaker:

my journey has been, like, things like that, where I'm like, okay, so I'm Christian,

Speaker:

but I'm being exposed to this very spiritual realm. So I feel like now in

Speaker:

my life, like, I love the Lord Jesus with all my heart. But Christians, most,

Speaker:

a lot of Christians don't know about frequency or energy or quantum physics or quantum

Speaker:

biology. Like, they just don't talk that language. Meredith. Because we've been so

Speaker:

biochemically trained from those darn commercials. Right. And so

Speaker:

which at the point when I was on the. On the TV and I said

Speaker:

to my husband, I'm coming home. I'm talking health. I'm telling people how to take

Speaker:

back their power, and then there is a pharmaceutical commercial on right after me. I

Speaker:

said, this is such a misalignment in my spirit. I don't know how much longer

Speaker:

I could do that. So I wasn't trying to take myself off the news, but

Speaker:

in my spirit, I knew that there was like this. It was like I

Speaker:

felt like I was in static. I was in like. It was like the black

Speaker:

and white ants fighting on tv. Like where you don't have the station or like

Speaker:

on a radio station where you're like, it's kind of going in and out. Yeah.

Speaker:

And I was that person. My last quite in alignment anymore. And it's

Speaker:

your. It's phasing. That reality is phasing out. Yeah. And

Speaker:

how many of you want to just be. Stay there? Like, I wanted to stay

Speaker:

there because it was easy. It was a comfort zone for me. I enjoyed it.

Speaker:

I loved it. People loved it. Right. It was very much something that

Speaker:

I like. I still enjoyed it. I wasn't like, hating every time I had to

Speaker:

go to the news station. I was like, yeah. And that's when we stay suck.

Speaker:

Well, it's not terrible. And this part of it's good. And even though that voice,

Speaker:

our soul voice is like, this isn't in alignment

Speaker:

anymore. It's like, how horrible do we need to make it before

Speaker:

you make a choice? And I always say to Scott, if they want to. If

Speaker:

that guy want to just call me up that day and shut me off. I

Speaker:

don't. I would just maybe would have never quit and then I would never be

Speaker:

on this conversation with you today. Right. So I always say there, when there's a

Speaker:

closure of something, something else is opening. It's a new beginning and it's beautiful. So.

Speaker:

But again, like you said, if you're okay, I was okay.

Speaker:

I mean, I was more than okay. I mean, I'm optimistic. And that describes

Speaker:

most people. Like, I. We are, you know,

Speaker:

very privileged to live in the United States and. And most

Speaker:

people around us are doing okay on most levels.

Speaker:

And it's like. It's like the fight is just to stay in the

Speaker:

okayness. Instead of opening those doors to, like,

Speaker:

what else is possible, Right? And. And it's so big.

Speaker:

It's so big, Meredith, when we kind of step into that unknown where you

Speaker:

kind of get the butterflies and you're kind of scared a little bit, what's next?

Speaker:

But, you know, and just, again, trusting the plan and trusting the process. And so,

Speaker:

you know, when God brought phototherapy to my life, I've always loved the

Speaker:

sun, as you can see. Like, I'm a super tan all the time. I'm always

Speaker:

in the sun. I remember as a kid just finding a pocket of sun, my,

Speaker:

you know, being an abusive alcoholic home. Sometimes it would be in the car. I

Speaker:

know this just sounds crazy. I'd go in my car, and the sun would be

Speaker:

shining in the window, and it would be like I would just lay in the

Speaker:

sun in the car, in the quiet, the peace. Because you were intuitively

Speaker:

creating a safe space for yourself. And that sunlight is giving your

Speaker:

body safety signals. Absolutely. So, I mean, just doing

Speaker:

all that from the get go, like, I've always been, like, light.

Speaker:

I've always been the person that was like, okay, light is so healthy for you.

Speaker:

You know what I mean? And so I never bought into the message. I remember.

Speaker:

Never bought into the SPF 900. I

Speaker:

remember being on the news, and my friend who I'd helped lose the

Speaker:

weight and do the. You know, she was now a runner. She. She would

Speaker:

say, renita, you've got to tell me about sunscreen. I said, sunscreen is a

Speaker:

farce. I said, I am not telling. She goes. I said. She said, I've had

Speaker:

skin cancer five times, and how often do you wear sunscreen? She goes, every time

Speaker:

I go outside. I said, exactly. I said, oh, my

Speaker:

God. Ask me how many times I've had it. I said, never. And

Speaker:

I said, and I won't get it because I don't burn. And I said, you

Speaker:

know what? I don't believe in burning and just being, you know. You know. Yeah.

Speaker:

Like, responsible. You can be responsible when you go outside, but it's

Speaker:

not. I said, there's other things we can use, like coconut oil that has natural

Speaker:

spf. Like, you know, there's other things that we can use to, like, really

Speaker:

protect our skin if we want to do it. Not these chemicals. Right? And I

Speaker:

would say to her, listen, it says dermatologist recommended on those Neutrogena commercials,

Speaker:

but they've got 14 lawsuits right now for cancer. So, you know, I would always

Speaker:

just come in there with the cart, you know, hard Cold backs. And then they're

Speaker:

like, they'd have to back down because I'm like, this is what's really going on

Speaker:

for you. You had conviction. I love it. And I just want

Speaker:

to say, because it's interesting, like the, the journey of the, you know,

Speaker:

like, first it was talking about Coca Cola and now, you know, I

Speaker:

mean, Coca Cola still exists, but it is

Speaker:

consensual agreed knowledge that it causes diabetes

Speaker:

and is bad for you. And then it was like the sunscreen industry, which

Speaker:

is now also going through its reckoning, having

Speaker:

to change, take things off the shelf and change. Not to mention all of

Speaker:

the research showing sunlight, as you were claiming,

Speaker:

is good for you. And now we're coming to. We're coming to

Speaker:

the pharmaceutical. Yeah, right. Where it's like everything that was the

Speaker:

big commercial, the big commercials funding these

Speaker:

programs that were filled with great information that you were delivering. But

Speaker:

there's that conflict. Right. And like

Speaker:

I'm, you know, married to someone who works in advertising,

Speaker:

so like, I really understand that world. Yeah. And

Speaker:

that conflict is always going to be there if it's

Speaker:

like a commercial based product, like if you're doing

Speaker:

media or any content that

Speaker:

relies on being subsidized

Speaker:

by corporations, like, that conflict is always going to be there. And

Speaker:

I had, I just wanted to ask quickly about when you were at the station

Speaker:

Covid, they're rolling out the MRNAs. Did they like

Speaker:

explicitly ask you to endorse?

Speaker:

Yeah, the COVID jabs. Like, like, were they like, can

Speaker:

you just weave in how this is part of being healthy? Like, what was that

Speaker:

conversation? Well, I was just moving totally in the direction of

Speaker:

sunlight exercise, deep breathing. We're not going to shut

Speaker:

your TVs off except for this morning show. I'd say. I would say that shut

Speaker:

the TV off except for the morning show. But what happens is you really realize

Speaker:

in a hurry that this entire marketing juggernaut of

Speaker:

the mainstream media, which. This is how crazy it gets.

Speaker:

Meredith. The station that I was at, and I think originally the

Speaker:

news was a good thing. I actually think it was a good thing thing. I

Speaker:

think they brought some goodness to the, the world. And you know, it was a,

Speaker:

instead of just like a radio or a newspaper, it was something where it was

Speaker:

like, oh, visual. And it was entertaining. But when I realized that

Speaker:

our news station had been. Was One of the 150 news

Speaker:

stations that were bought up by one organization called gray media,

Speaker:

which I always thought that's so interesting, that gray media.

Speaker:

Gray. That was the gray area. Gray. I was like, this

Speaker:

trading in the. Gray zone, morally, ethically,

Speaker:

what are the chances? It's called gray anyway. It's just got crazier and

Speaker:

crazier. But yeah, so when they had that rollout, when they were like, oh, yeah,

Speaker:

we've been bought up by gray media. And so now, like, we've

Speaker:

really got to adhere and do all these things. And I thought, okay, oh,

Speaker:

this is. This is getting really interesting now. I see. Because I was like, wow,

Speaker:

even a little independent radio station, not independent

Speaker:

corporate masters. Okay, yeah. So. And so when you remember when you'd see

Speaker:

those clips where they would show every news media person saying the same thing,

Speaker:

that's exactly what was going on. And. And the big revelation

Speaker:

came for me. We had a crisis in North Dakota. It was called

Speaker:

Dapple. And it was this whole thing where. And I was very pro

Speaker:

Native American. I'm, you know, my dad was raised on a reservation.

Speaker:

I was like, always feeling a need to serve

Speaker:

that demographic and that walk of life, because these people need

Speaker:

guidance and help and. And love. And so they don't just need another Coke,

Speaker:

right? Like, they need education so they can. They are bigger and stronger, more

Speaker:

powerful than this. Like, they just have taken away their power. You know, the government

Speaker:

essentially took away the power. Anyway, so I would. There was this thing going on

Speaker:

called Dapple where they were running like a oil pipeline through.

Speaker:

And I'm not anti oil. Like, you know, I feel like,

Speaker:

again, it's like. But I know, it's like, you have one question. You're like, should

Speaker:

it be like this? Everyone's like, you're against the whole thing. I'm like, no, I.

Speaker:

You drive a car. Yeah, we've got. We've got an eg, but we've also got

Speaker:

gasoline vehicles. I mean, it's. It's cold here in North Dakota. If you try to

Speaker:

drive just the eg, you'll be freezing to death. Because as soon as you turn

Speaker:

on the heat when it's 45 below, you need gas. Okay.

Speaker:

It's like, you're like, I'm like. I'm like, I got an Egypt. I can't. I

Speaker:

has to run on. On gasoline in the water. But anyway, this pipeline was

Speaker:

running through the reservation, and the Native Americans were. They

Speaker:

were saying, nope, you can't do it. It's going to affect our water or whatever.

Speaker:

And. But it all came down to money, because what happened is

Speaker:

they were trying to get a dollar amount or whatever. And

Speaker:

long story short, the oil company said, we're gonna go around the

Speaker:

reservation Then we're not gonna go through it. Well, now that they

Speaker:

didn't have any money, now it was zero money. And so it was this big

Speaker:

fiasco and it caught major media. It went on for like a full

Speaker:

year. It was just every day was crisis on the news.

Speaker:

And what I've realized about crisis is when there's crisis, people are glued to their

Speaker:

television sets. What's going to happen next? Tell me what to do next, Tell me

Speaker:

what I should do today type deal. And I'll never forget, after

Speaker:

DAPL ended, I walked into the news station and this is

Speaker:

where it was just like a big bonk alongside the head for me because I

Speaker:

knew that there was this misalignment. I knew there was this static and this friction,

Speaker:

but I was just kind of pretending like I'm going to be okay,

Speaker:

right? There's not. And. And I walked into the news station and

Speaker:

everybody was just long faced. I mean everybody, it was. Everybody was

Speaker:

like mad and irritated and sad and some people were cr.

Speaker:

I was like, what's going on in this place? Like what? It was like, I

Speaker:

walk into like the war zone here and my friend looked at

Speaker:

me and she goes, dapple ended. I said, praise the Lord.

Speaker:

Praise the Lord. It's been nothing but a fight and people stealing people's

Speaker:

cows and crazy stuff for a year. Thank God that

Speaker:

thing ended. And she goes, renita, we need another

Speaker:

crisis. She said, crisis moves

Speaker:

ad dollars. And that's all she said to me. And she walked away. And I

Speaker:

remember thinking, holy Moses.

Speaker:

Like I am sick to my stomach right now. Like it just. And she just

Speaker:

said it that plainly to me. Like, it just hit me like a ton of

Speaker:

bricks, right? And that same person right before,

Speaker:

right when Covid was starting, about a week before I got taken off the

Speaker:

news, she came to my house. She was a big masker. She had got all

Speaker:

the vaccines. She was really into all that because of course she was on the

Speaker:

news. She came to my house and she didn't want to come in my house.

Speaker:

We were sitting outside in front of my house and she was sitting outside, we

Speaker:

were outside and she said,

Speaker:

she said, I feel guilty for the amount of money I've taken

Speaker:

where some people have lost all their jobs. She said, the amount of money I've

Speaker:

taken during this, I feel guilty. And she never expounded on that and

Speaker:

I should have asked. But I. So I thought to myself, and she's been an

Speaker:

anchor there for like, like 30 years. So I thought,

Speaker:

OMG, this whole thing is.

Speaker:

This whole like, again. And then going back gray media. Oh, my gosh. So

Speaker:

the point is, I didn't want to talk about this because this stuff is also

Speaker:

lame and depressing and old news. I like to talk. I'm more future

Speaker:

focused. That is the journey that really got me to say,

Speaker:

wake up. Take control of your health. Open your eyes, be your own

Speaker:

advocate. Let the Holy Spirit, let the intuition and rule you.

Speaker:

Step into your greatness. Don't just comply. Don't just, you know, because

Speaker:

it's convenient and easy. Keep doing that same thing. Like, if God is calling you

Speaker:

up, get up. Get up. Yeah. Yeah. I actually bought the domain

Speaker:

get up world. Because I'm like, we gotta get up. You know, get

Speaker:

up. There's that great story in the Bible where that guy was laying there praying

Speaker:

for 37 years. I always say he was laying on a yoga mat.

Speaker:

He was laying on his map by the healing waters, like, laying there praying. You

Speaker:

know, praying for a miracle. 37 years he was

Speaker:

praying. I mean, this sounds like some people that are caught in their sickness or

Speaker:

their stagnation, right? And then Jesus shows up on the scene one day,

Speaker:

the light of the world shows up and like, taps him and says,

Speaker:

get up. And the guy looks at them and Jesus says,

Speaker:

do you want to be well, he asked him that question. He

Speaker:

didn't say, let's pray some more. The guy's been praying for 37 years. He says,

Speaker:

and this is where I come in as the Christian

Speaker:

mom, saying, listen, you can pray about it, but it is time for

Speaker:

massive action. Like, you've got to move. And when you start

Speaker:

moving, the path will reveal itself. Trust me. This is

Speaker:

how this thing works. It doesn't reveal itself many times beforehand. It's one foot in

Speaker:

front of the other. Oh, now it's kind of like a flash. The next staircase,

Speaker:

the next step, and then the next, and then the next. You're like, I want

Speaker:

to see the whole path before I get on it.

Speaker:

Sorry. No, it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen. She's says to

Speaker:

him, get up. Because he says, it's basically like I say to people all the

Speaker:

time in health, Meredith, do you want to change your story? Jesus said, do you

Speaker:

want to be? Well, I ask people when they're telling that story. That is

Speaker:

a neural pattern. Because I'm crazy about the power of the subconscious mind, I believe.

Speaker:

Let's talk about that. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. It's my favorite stuff to talk about

Speaker:

because I've been a student of it. My mom was diagnosed with

Speaker:

Parkinson's 11 years ago. So I've been a student of

Speaker:

the mind, the brain, how the brain works. I was always fascinated how

Speaker:

you can take a group of people and how 50% of them have great success

Speaker:

and the other 50% don't. And you're teaching the same concepts. What's going on, right?

Speaker:

So, like, I'm like, what is that magic? What is that? What

Speaker:

is that, that magical or that power that some people take

Speaker:

hold of to achieve their results, their goals, their dreams, and others don't? Like,

Speaker:

that's always just a fascination for me. Like, why did

Speaker:

you come out of. Of a childhood with an alcoholic

Speaker:

parent and an absent parent? I had.

Speaker:

I had a similar situation. And like, the darkness

Speaker:

calls. Like, it. It's there. You know,

Speaker:

I look back, especially at a phase in my life in my 20s, where

Speaker:

like, it was like, I could have gone in a lot of directions

Speaker:

and I. For whatever reason, and maybe we could talk about

Speaker:

that. Like, I felt. I felt drawn to the light and I

Speaker:

went in that. I went down that path instead. And so did you.

Speaker:

Yeah. And I think it's. You know what I think it is. I think sometimes.

Speaker:

Well, first of all, I think it might be just a calling. Some people just

Speaker:

have that calling on their lives. And so they can. They. When they feel that

Speaker:

light, they're like, you know what? That's the direction I need to go. I think

Speaker:

for in my world, I. God,

Speaker:

God, I'll call God. Because God surrounded me. I had wonderful

Speaker:

clients. Like, I mean, the people that I was dealing with, I was so. I

Speaker:

was really good at my craft. I like, with like, fitness and

Speaker:

nutrition and weight loss. I mean, I was excellent at it. Like, I was. I

Speaker:

was fun. People were. They loved it, right? And so I was attracting some pretty

Speaker:

amazing people. You know what I mean? I mean, I taught group fitness for

Speaker:

free at a church for 10 years, three times a week at 5:30 in the

Speaker:

morning. Like, that was for free. But then I had this other side of me

Speaker:

where I had the elite, like the cream of the crop coming to

Speaker:

me, right? Like, they had the money and they could afford what I was doing.

Speaker:

And they were having fabulous results, right? They were loving every second of it. And

Speaker:

so. And then a lot of them, you know, they. On my journey, I remember

Speaker:

just meeting people even that taught me about money because I was not raised

Speaker:

in wealth. I was not raised in financial literacy.

Speaker:

Like, you know, like, now we're like, now. My husband Scott, he's a financial planner.

Speaker:

So he's always like, we gotta teach people to make smart money moves. Like, we're

Speaker:

pretty crazy about generational health and wealth over here. Like, we're kind of obsessed with

Speaker:

it, Meredith. So, like, we love generational health and wealth because we just believe

Speaker:

that we can break off those chains. Just like I saw that day in the

Speaker:

gymnasium on the, on the reservation, those chains falling off of people. We

Speaker:

have the choice to do that. And so what I think on my journey really

Speaker:

helped was the amazing people around me because they would bring something

Speaker:

to the mix. And I think, because I. I'm just listening

Speaker:

to this whole series and they're saying the things that make people

Speaker:

energetically, really amazing. Like, outside of

Speaker:

just, like, high energy, like you said at the beginning, I'm very high

Speaker:

energy. I've always been this way. So, like, what is it I've

Speaker:

realized recently, Like, I'm listening to this incredible kind of, like,

Speaker:

kind of suppressed information, and they're like, it's light, it's

Speaker:

sunlight, it's. It's. It's grounding, it's

Speaker:

exercise, it's movement, it's breathing, it's

Speaker:

rebounding, right? I'm like, oh, of course. Of course. I've been high

Speaker:

energy because I've been doing all of that stuff all of my life. I haven't

Speaker:

always made a lot of money. I haven't always helped a lot of people,

Speaker:

but I've always been on that. I've always been. We had a. We

Speaker:

all had a garden as a kid. So even though I was smoking cigarettes, but

Speaker:

who knows, maybe the nicotine I need now we're finding out nicotine is good for

Speaker:

us. You know, it's just all the other chemicals good. But the bottom line is,

Speaker:

is I thought to myself, like, you know, I've

Speaker:

done a lot of things right. Like, you know, I remember being as a kid

Speaker:

selling at Farmer's Market, you know, selling vegetables at Farmer's Market. We'd pick them at

Speaker:

the, the crack of down with flashlights and get them down to the market. So

Speaker:

always had a tremendous work ethic that just, like, in me, like, I've just been

Speaker:

a worker bee. I feel good when I work. Like, I,

Speaker:

I'm like, there's joy in me when I work. I don't feel good when I

Speaker:

sit, like, and do nothing, you know, I mean, maybe to meditate for a bit

Speaker:

or whatever, to sit on a beach, watch the sun for a bit, but

Speaker:

I like to get out and bless and serve and do. I'm a doer. And

Speaker:

I think that that motion and that movement forward, I think it,

Speaker:

it increases your energy. So I think that because I've always been in that forward

Speaker:

motion, I've never been like, I don't, I don't want to

Speaker:

talk about the past very much. I talk about the past more today than I

Speaker:

probably have in the last five years, to be honest. I don't talk about it

Speaker:

that much because it formed me to who I am, and I kind of like

Speaker:

who I am right now. I actually love myself. Not in a weird way, just

Speaker:

like, in a really super powerful way. And so, like, I just think I.

Speaker:

I want to talk about from here forward. What are we going to do? Like,

Speaker:

what's the changes we're going to make? Who are we going to serve? Who are

Speaker:

we going to bless? What's going to happen? And I like to have that vision

Speaker:

and what I realized back to the power of the subconscious mind. So here's how

Speaker:

God works. It's the people that were around you that came

Speaker:

into my life, that were pouring into me, giving me book titles

Speaker:

that were giving me ideas. A friend of mine at 25 led me to Jesus

Speaker:

Christ. I was raised Catholic, never really had a strong relationship. You know, we

Speaker:

kind of had that ivory Bible with gold letters sitting on the table. And my

Speaker:

mom and dad are fighting like cats and dogs, so never really believed that.

Speaker:

And then was introduced to Jesus at 25,

Speaker:

became a born again believer. Found out after 25, my name,

Speaker:

Renita, means born again. Oh,

Speaker:

God. But I found that out. I was just like cheering for days. Right,

Speaker:

of course, of course my name means born again. Of course my name does

Speaker:

means that. Right. And so, and just really stepping fully into that. But,

Speaker:

you know, walking down that Christian path, realizing a lot of Christians

Speaker:

are sitting in the, the church, highly medicated, praying

Speaker:

about their health and taking handfuls of meds and not getting better. Right.

Speaker:

And so how can I feel my call there? Okay, I'm gonna go to the

Speaker:

church community. Realized I was a little too mouthy for the church.

Speaker:

I'm slightly mouthy. I sometimes swear a little. You know,

Speaker:

it's marketplace worship. So where God has placed me now where I'm out in

Speaker:

the marketplace talking to people, this is how we got to know each other. You,

Speaker:

I got to know you, Meredith. Right. Like just out in the marketplace serving, loving

Speaker:

the joy of the Lord, promoting products and ideas of things that

Speaker:

are going to help up level people's lives, upgrade their thinking in their lives. And

Speaker:

that marketplace worship has been my place to share Christ. Right. But

Speaker:

on that journey. I've realized, okay, Christians are really missing out on

Speaker:

something. Why are they so sick? If they're so powerful and they were, you know,

Speaker:

given this authority on the planet by Jesus, why are they half dead? Why are

Speaker:

they taking so many medications? Why are they broken? Why are they complaining all the

Speaker:

time, right? So like for me, there's always been this massive disconnect which

Speaker:

led me then on my journey to the power of the subconscious mind. And

Speaker:

so literally I was involved in a network marketing company

Speaker:

about 18 years ago. And I was on, I won this

Speaker:

trip, I earned this incentive trip to Maui, Hawaii. And I was on this

Speaker:

airplane with this gentleman. By the grace of God, again, I'm sitting next to

Speaker:

somebody. Somebody comes in my life relationship. That is how

Speaker:

you open portals. The mouth is a portal, eyes are portal,

Speaker:

our ears are portal. The biggest portal I think is Jesus. But at the end

Speaker:

of the day, like we all, there's these portals. The portal of heaven is happening

Speaker:

right now. I call it the Glory Realm. It's coming to Earth. I am a

Speaker:

representative of the Glory Realm. I live in the Glory Realm. I live in the

Speaker:

abundance, Meredith, that I just live in that space of all

Speaker:

possibilities are happening. Like, it's not like, oh, it's a far fetched

Speaker:

no, this is really happening. And so I was on this airplane

Speaker:

18 years ago and this gentleman who was a dentist and I just had a

Speaker:

joy sitting next to him for six hours. I sat next to him on this

Speaker:

flight. He couldn't believe I had won this trip to Maui. He's like, how did

Speaker:

you win this trip to Maui? I'm paying to go to the same place you're

Speaker:

going. He ended up signing up for my network marketing business. This is

Speaker:

18 years ago. He filled up a sign up sheet. He was a dentist from

Speaker:

over in Wisconsin. And the thing he said to me, he said,

Speaker:

renita, he said, you are so amazing with your

Speaker:

energy. He said, you need to read the book the Power of the subconscious

Speaker:

mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy. He said this to me 18

Speaker:

years ago. Okay, you cannot make up this stuff that's happened on

Speaker:

my journey. Like, you end up sitting next to the dentist who's read that

Speaker:

book. Like, that's not a real high book. High on the list of

Speaker:

most dentists. And this is 15 years ago. But I

Speaker:

never read it, I never heeded it. So I always say, when someone gives you

Speaker:

something, when someone gives you a book, when someone gives you an idea, when someone

Speaker:

gives you something that's going to upgrade your life, say yes,

Speaker:

say yes. It opens a portal. It just opens

Speaker:

a portal. And you don't know what that portal is going to bring. Is it

Speaker:

going to bring financial health? Is it going to bring physical health? Is it going

Speaker:

to bring a miracle for your aging mother? Is it going to bring a miracle

Speaker:

for your dog? I don't know. It's going to do something. But the point is,

Speaker:

just say yes. And so I didn't read the book, but here's

Speaker:

what happened. Fast forward to about two years ago. So now,

Speaker:

like. Like, literally 16 years later, imagine this.

Speaker:

From the moment that he told me that on that airplane. I'm listening to

Speaker:

this guy talk on social media one day, and I'm like, why does this

Speaker:

sound so familiar? What? Like, I. And you just know

Speaker:

when someone speaks and they're just speaking to you. Like,

Speaker:

you just. Like I am feeling that frequency of what this guy was saying.

Speaker:

He was, like, talking about all of these things that I believe in. Like, he

Speaker:

was talking about the invisible realm, how it's greater than the visible

Speaker:

realm. Right. And he's. You know, and it's like the stuff that you talk about,

Speaker:

Meredith. Right. So, like, he's talking about this, but he's saying it in such a

Speaker:

way, like, it's a personal development way. Right. Because I've read the. I've read the

Speaker:

others. I've read the greats. Right. You know, I. I've read all the. The Think

Speaker:

and grow Rich. I read all of them. Everything. I love. I love Anything Brain.

Speaker:

I love Switch on your brain by Dr. Carolyn Leaf. I love the neuroscientist. I

Speaker:

love the brain stuff. And. But when this guy was saying it was. Something else

Speaker:

was. Was coming. It was like the static was

Speaker:

gone. Like how we talk. Like, most people live in the static. They just live

Speaker:

in the static. Yeah. And it's kind of a little bit of suffering almost.

Speaker:

It's kind of like being a little bit of a martyr. Yeah. It's just not

Speaker:

living there, but they're just kind of living in the static. And it was. When

Speaker:

this guy spoke, it was like. It was like I was tuned completely into, like,

Speaker:

the right radio station, and it was crystal clear. And my soul

Speaker:

was like, yeah, like, let's go. Like, it was

Speaker:

leaping. Like, when I would listen to this guy talk, and I'm like, what is

Speaker:

it about this dude? And one day he said it. He held up

Speaker:

the book and he said, if you haven't read this

Speaker:

book. The Power of the subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy. And I thought,

Speaker:

oh, gee, that

Speaker:

dentist showed me that book on that airplane 18

Speaker:

years ago or 16 years ago. It was about then. And

Speaker:

I never read it, so I couldn't hit the buy button fast enough. I went

Speaker:

on Amazon, I bought 50, I bought a. I'm like, I'm getting a case of

Speaker:

these books because this. Why didn't I read it then?

Speaker:

That's okay. I'm reading it now. You know what is so funny is

Speaker:

that that book has crossed my path. And I've heard it, people talk about

Speaker:

it so many times, and I'm like, I should read that. And I never

Speaker:

have. Oh, I'm obsessed with it. Like, next to the

Speaker:

Bible. I'll go to Amazon when we hang up. I've read it 14 times.

Speaker:

I'm not embellishing the number. And I just keep reading. It's on repeat. But long

Speaker:

story short, I start reading this book and I'm like, oh,

Speaker:

like, the keys to the kingdom in my realm are in this book.

Speaker:

Because it's talking exactly about, like, why some have success and

Speaker:

why others don't. And it's telling you the exact blueprint so you can have the

Speaker:

success. I'm like, you've got to be kidding me. I could

Speaker:

have had this knowledge 16 years ago, but I was, like, unresponsive and

Speaker:

didn't like. So when someone says go

Speaker:

do, like, and again, it has to align you. Your spirit has to

Speaker:

leap. But when your spirit leaves, go do, hit the buy button or

Speaker:

whatever it is. Like, right, like, just like, say yes. Say yes.

Speaker:

Let the portal open. Walk through it. Opens. And then you don't know exactly

Speaker:

the goodness of God that's going to pour out through that. But you know, it's

Speaker:

going to be good because it's you. The biggest way to open

Speaker:

the portal of heaven to earth, to stand in the glory realm is to live

Speaker:

in a state of joy and being happy. Feel good now, right?

Speaker:

You want to feel good now? And this is why I've realized I've been a

Speaker:

master of this stuff my whole life. And I didn't even know how I was

Speaker:

master until recent because I was like, oh, yeah, I was laying in the sun.

Speaker:

I was earthing. I was always sunlight in the eyes. I was always

Speaker:

exercising. I was always rebounding. I was always doing

Speaker:

these things, listening to music. I've been a fitness instructor. I said,

Speaker:

music has probably saved my life here. I was a kid, I learned to teach

Speaker:

group fitness. You know, at about 18, I started. Your whole day

Speaker:

was. Was high frequency. My whole day has been high. Of course I'm high

Speaker:

frequency. Every day. Every day, my whole life. Then you plug in good

Speaker:

nutrition with that. Oh, my gosh, I become unstoppable, right? Like, and

Speaker:

then now learning about, like, salt all day, light about that and putting salt in

Speaker:

my mouth, I'm like, oh, my gosh, My vision just got brighter, right? Anyway,

Speaker:

the point is, is back to the power of the subconscious mind.

Speaker:

I read that book and it was literally like, this is it.

Speaker:

Like, this is what everybody needs. So then, so for me, I'm an educator. I

Speaker:

have, I've. I have spiritual giftings of wisdom. So once you

Speaker:

become a Christian, like, there's these different spiritual giftings. One is called, like, hospitality.

Speaker:

These are the people, when you go to their house, you know, they make you

Speaker:

feel so welcome and you could stay, you could live there, right? I'm not that.

Speaker:

You might come to my house, we might visit for three hours. I forget to

Speaker:

offer you water. Like, I mean, I'm just, I don't have the spiritual gifting of

Speaker:

hospitality, right? But I have the spiritual gifting of

Speaker:

discernment where I'm like, ooh. Like, I, you know, that's right. And I also have

Speaker:

the spiritual gifting of wisdom. I'm. I, like, I know things

Speaker:

that I shouldn't know. Like, I'm like, how did I know that? Or like, like,

Speaker:

where did that come from? Like, that, like, it's almost like wise beyond my years.

Speaker:

You're given the spiritual gifting of wisdom in the Christian realm. You're given

Speaker:

that gifting not to just say, look at me, I'm a smarty pants. It's always

Speaker:

a gift to serve and bless the masses. So you're giving that gift so that

Speaker:

you can go, like, impact and change and save lives, essentially, right? So it's never

Speaker:

like a smarty pants things. It's like, I know this, and I can go

Speaker:

serve a lot of people with this knowledge, so I better go. Better go share,

Speaker:

right? Anyway, so as soon as I grab held of the Power of the

Speaker:

subconscious mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, I was like, because

Speaker:

I read this thing one time that said if you learn something and you teach

Speaker:

it within 24 hours, you're going to retain like 80% of it.

Speaker:

Whereas if people learn something and you don't go teach it, you're not going to

Speaker:

retain much 24 hours later, like, maybe 20%. So for me, I'm a. I've been

Speaker:

a big learner teacher. Learner teacher. That's like a gifting that I have.

Speaker:

Yep. And I, I don't dwell too long. They're like, am I going to get

Speaker:

a perfect? We're homeschooling our boys, and a technique I teach them

Speaker:

all the time is, stop with the perfection. Don't do

Speaker:

that. Completion is better than perfection. Completion is

Speaker:

better than perfection because it's going to move you down that road. Don't feel like

Speaker:

you have to be just perfect to begin anything, because how are you going to

Speaker:

become an expert in anything? By beginning, like, you got to start. And so, like,

Speaker:

I teach this stuff all the time. So back to the power of the subconscious

Speaker:

mind. He teaches you exactly what. What I was

Speaker:

seeking. By the way, if you're seeking it, you will find it. What you

Speaker:

seek, you will find, right? People don't. They have not because they want. Not. I

Speaker:

want. I seek, I desire, right? Those are strong

Speaker:

emotional forces. Some people say, I don't want to make money. I want to make

Speaker:

a lot of money. I need a lot of money to have a lot of

Speaker:

fun and adventure with my family. And I have a lot of organizations I like

Speaker:

to give a lot of money to. So, like, I. I need more money, right?

Speaker:

And so, like, what. But people say they kind of live from this. Like, oh,

Speaker:

I'm gonna be more righteous. If I say I don't want to make any money.

Speaker:

I'm like, that doesn't make you righteous. Like, the people that are robbing the banks

Speaker:

are the people that don't have any money. You know what I mean? Like, it's

Speaker:

like, come on, guys. Like, get with it. So for me, it's. And it's been

Speaker:

that, too, Meredith, because I was never raised in wealth. I was never raised in

Speaker:

health. And so a thing that I decided to do was just break that

Speaker:

generational curse so much. Like, that day in the.

Speaker:

That was just huge for me, that day in that gymnasium on that reservation when

Speaker:

I saw those chains fall off of those people. I mean, grown men

Speaker:

crying. I mean, I didn't tell you the rest of the story. I mean, I

Speaker:

came back to that reservation two months later, and there were diabetics that were there

Speaker:

that were, let's say, 350 pounds. And I'd come back two months later,

Speaker:

and they were down to 200 pounds and 50 pounds. They had lost 100

Speaker:

pounds. And they were literally off of their metformin and their insulin. They got completely

Speaker:

off their diabetes medications. That was my goal. We got to get you off the

Speaker:

drugs, because, again, the drugs make you

Speaker:

staticky. I don't. I'm not on any drugs. Can you tell? I'm not on Any

Speaker:

drugs. I can tell. The reason

Speaker:

they have you on drugs is they want you in the static. You're not

Speaker:

decisive. You're not. Your energy is not as. You can't feel

Speaker:

your soul leap. It's everything. Yeah, that's it. I mean, you read

Speaker:

these stories about people that were on depression medication for 16 years and they don't

Speaker:

really recall having an emotional elevated state at

Speaker:

their children's birthday parties, for God's sake. Because they were on depression medication for 16

Speaker:

years, right? So I hear these stories all the time because it flatlines you.

Speaker:

Flatliners. Remember the movie Flatliners? Yes. Those

Speaker:

buggers. They told us. They told us. They're always

Speaker:

telling. But they flatlined us. And then, you know, with, with

Speaker:

meds especially, it does keep you in static. So that's another way to increase your

Speaker:

energy. You know, I'm not saying stop your meds, consult with your doctor, right? You

Speaker:

got to do the right thing. But the bottom line is that should be a

Speaker:

working relationship where you're working together to get off the drugs, because

Speaker:

they're really messing up your, your frequency, you know, that you have

Speaker:

with the divine. And so anyway, so that's all stuff I'm

Speaker:

learning of recent. I'm like, oh, of course. This is why I'm high energy. I

Speaker:

mean, I think about something, it happens. I think about something, it happens, happens. I

Speaker:

think I'm like, I've literally. And put. Oh, and I quit brushing my teeth with

Speaker:

fluoride 20 years ago, right? I was the mom, like,

Speaker:

20 years ago that quit vaccinating my kid, actually 23 years ago, quit

Speaker:

vaccinating my kids, right? Like, some of the last two is not, not had one.

Speaker:

Like, I just figured it out and I just aligned. I aligned with it. You

Speaker:

know what I mean? And so back to the power of the subconscious mind. Because

Speaker:

we should say how you do this, because people don't realize they can change

Speaker:

it. So 90% of everything we do every day is the

Speaker:

same thing that we did yesterday. It's all the same. So I'm

Speaker:

always thinking, you better have good habits. You better be developing the right

Speaker:

patterns. Because if not, you're just repeating the insanity, right? Because nothing's

Speaker:

changing, right? You're just getting sicker. You're on the wrong track.

Speaker:

You're not winning. I want people to win in their lives. Like, why

Speaker:

not me? Why not you? Why not now? And so

Speaker:

literally, I, I, as I was reading this book, I was like,

Speaker:

I've always thought in the morning, like, right when you Wake up, you're not quite

Speaker:

fully awake, or when you're going to bed at night, you're not quite fully

Speaker:

asleep. There's something that's happening. I could never quantify it. I just knew

Speaker:

it was happening. Where when I would put my thoughts and my minds, my

Speaker:

mind on, like, good stuff, I would sleep

Speaker:

better. And it was almost like I was like in this dream state

Speaker:

where I was thinking about it, right? I mean, it was just like this, really.

Speaker:

And another time that happened to me all the time is when I was in

Speaker:

the shower. I'd be in the shower and just having the water.

Speaker:

And when I was swimming, I would go swimming sometimes. And I'd have the

Speaker:

best ideas when I was swimming. And I always said to my husband, and he

Speaker:

said to me, well, maybe it's because your mouth is shut.

Speaker:

Thanks, honey. Quit talking. He said

Speaker:

so much. Like, so I'd be swimming and I'm like, oh, my God. I came

Speaker:

out of the pool with this brilliant idea. You know, I take a shower or

Speaker:

sometimes when I was feeling a little bit

Speaker:

slow or staticky, I would go take. Like, sometimes I

Speaker:

would take three showers in a day. And of course, I've got the shower heads

Speaker:

up, filter everything. So don't worry. If you're worried about that, like me getting chlorine,

Speaker:

I'm not, because I'm way ahead of that. I'm way ahead of that curveball. You're

Speaker:

on top of all of that. On top of all that stuff anyway, that's easy.

Speaker:

Stuff. That's easy. But anyway, so I would take multiple showers and it was like,

Speaker:

like it would almost unleash this created creativity. Well, now finding out,

Speaker:

showers, deep breathing. In the shower, you're entering different stages, like,

Speaker:

you know, the delta, the alpha state. Instead of living in the beta state, the

Speaker:

beta state is kind of like the poor state. And that's the state that all

Speaker:

of us kind of live in. It's like the subconscious where we're going through the

Speaker:

motions. You know what I mean? Not much changes. But as soon as you tap

Speaker:

into the meditative breathing and especially right

Speaker:

as you're drifting off and right as you're waking up and in

Speaker:

the shower or when you're in water, guess what happens? That is where you're.

Speaker:

You're tapping into this subconscious realm where you can

Speaker:

literally reprogram yourself. You can really

Speaker:

reprogram. So anything that happened, that subconscious mind was developed between the ages

Speaker:

of 0 and 7 years old, right? That's where everything was laid down foundationally. I

Speaker:

don't know about you, but my life sucked in those ages. Like, it was no

Speaker:

good. It was rough. Okay? And so, like, if I'm living

Speaker:

from that, oh, my. My life would be a crime scene. Like, it would be

Speaker:

stupid. Like, and so I'm, like, I'm not living from that. Like,

Speaker:

so somehow, because of me being energetically high, Meredith.

Speaker:

With doing the right things unconsciously, not even really knowing I was doing

Speaker:

them, just. It was just kind of what, when I did them, I felt better

Speaker:

type deal. Like, doing those things kind of has kept me above

Speaker:

that. But yet I'm wondering, why don't some people escape

Speaker:

that? Why don't they escape the zero to seven? You know, maybe they were told

Speaker:

they were fat as they. When they were a child. Maybe they were told that

Speaker:

they were dumb or not smart enough or slow or, you know,

Speaker:

can't sell or can't. Do this, or they have to be nice all the time.

Speaker:

Like that. Yeah, you have to be so nice all the time.

Speaker:

You have to say yes because you don't want people to think bad of you

Speaker:

or whatever. You know what I mean? You can't be yourself. So, like. So whatever

Speaker:

was laid down there, the only question I ask people is when you look at

Speaker:

what your subconscious mind is, is how is your life working? I mean,

Speaker:

life is the fruit on the tree, baby. Yeah. So, like, I mean, if. What

Speaker:

kind of results are you getting? What's going on? How's that working out

Speaker:

for you? Dr. Phil used to say, yep, how's. That

Speaker:

working out for you? And you know what I've realized? Like, sometimes you don't know

Speaker:

what you don't know. Right. Most times. And so sometimes it's important to ask people

Speaker:

around you, hey, like, what are my blind spots? Like,

Speaker:

where. Where do I need help? You know what I mean? And then,

Speaker:

like, and sometimes you want to improve those areas, and sometimes you don't care to

Speaker:

improve those areas. But, like, if it's affecting your health and it's affecting your

Speaker:

finances and it's affecting your family and your lineage and the generation, like your children

Speaker:

and your grandchildren, hey, you might want to take a look at up leveling those

Speaker:

things, right? So. But you can reset it. You don't have to live in that.

Speaker:

It's. You know, you hear people say, well, it's because I was raised in abusive

Speaker:

alcoholic home. Well, so was I. You know what I mean? Like, and so, like,

Speaker:

that doesn't have to define who you are, but what happens is subconsciously we let

Speaker:

it, because that's the neural Patterns. The entire body, the entire, our entire

Speaker:

lives are functioning from these neural patterns, good or bad.

Speaker:

And so my thing is, if you have a lot of good stuff, like for

Speaker:

me, I innately exercise every day. I started at age 14. You can catch

Speaker:

me at the gym every single morning. You don't have to convince me. You don't

Speaker:

have to talk me into it. I'm there. It's just how I work out. It's

Speaker:

just what I do. It's not hard. I don't think, oh, I got to go

Speaker:

to the gym today. I hit my feet on the ground. I say, thank you,

Speaker:

Jesus, and I literally put my clothes on and run to the gym. So, like,

Speaker:

for me, it's like, that's a neural pattern. It's a great neural pattern. I want

Speaker:

to hang on to that one. It's so good, right? So we can

Speaker:

examine our lives and say, what are those great neural patterns that we love?

Speaker:

That's how. That's adding definitely blessings to my life. And what are the

Speaker:

neural patterns that absolutely need to go right? Like, I've got

Speaker:

to break some of those neural patterns. And here's the truth. You can do

Speaker:

it. You've got the power to do it. You've got the power to change

Speaker:

your, your entire life with making a decision. It all starts with making the first

Speaker:

decision, right? So you make it the first time, and then you lay down that

Speaker:

neural pattern by repetition and you start how the subconscious mind comes

Speaker:

in. You visualize as you're drifting off, as you're waking up,

Speaker:

exactly what you want. You don't. You. You

Speaker:

imagine best case scenarios. You know, we're so good

Speaker:

at imagining worst case scenarios. I mean, think about how many times you, how many

Speaker:

times in our life have we said, what if this happened? You know, And I

Speaker:

know I should. Change this, but then what if this happens and what if that

Speaker:

happens and what if this person gets mad and then I. People think I'm bad

Speaker:

and mean. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, we, we kind of live in. And

Speaker:

that's meditating on the problems, right? So. And the Lord

Speaker:

told me this. The Lord told me this after. Well, actually it was kind

Speaker:

of mid pandemic. The Lord said to me, because I was getting bitter and

Speaker:

angry because of all the scandalous things that were going

Speaker:

on, and I could find myself getting angry. I was an angry

Speaker:

elf. I was like, ah, you know, and so. And I thought

Speaker:

one day I was praying. I'm like, I. This is not. Like, I can feel

Speaker:

it in my body. Like, I don't like how I'm feeling. And literally

Speaker:

the Holy Spirit said, focus only on solutions. Like, it literally

Speaker:

came into my spirit. Focus only on solutions. We know the bad exists.

Speaker:

We know the darkness exists. Let's not give it power by talking about it. Let's

Speaker:

focus only in the light. Let's joy, let's dance, let's smile, let's

Speaker:

love. Right? Let's serve, let's bless, let's go. Right? And so for me,

Speaker:

it was just like, okay, yeah, that static frequency

Speaker:

of that yuckiness. Because it is there. Like I said to you earlier, I didn't

Speaker:

even know the federal government still has been shut down. I don't even know. I

Speaker:

don't watch the news, right? I was on the news, and I don't watch the

Speaker:

news. There you have it, right? It's like. It's like when she said that, like,

Speaker:

we're waiting for another crisis, I thought, oh, I know exactly what this is. So,

Speaker:

you know, you really. Once you. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Speaker:

And then you just adjust your life accordingly. So through repetition,

Speaker:

through that deep breathing and that visualization that you're doing, visualizing

Speaker:

things are real, it's. It's like having a vision for something

Speaker:

before it comes to fruition. Now, because you're in that realm

Speaker:

of possibility. And remember, you always want to feel good,

Speaker:

because when you feel good, you attract that vision that

Speaker:

you're holding. If you feel like hell, like, let's say you. You're like,

Speaker:

I'm just. You don't feel good. The first

Speaker:

good is. The first thing is that feeling of feeling good. So sometimes you see

Speaker:

me, Meredith, I'm on social media doing patch and dance. I just get up and

Speaker:

put on music, and I start dancing like a crazy person. People are like, how

Speaker:

do you do that? I'm like, I'm changing my state because maybe I

Speaker:

was having a little bit of hard things or suffering that day or a little

Speaker:

bit of difficult things I'm going through. But guess what I decided to do? I

Speaker:

decided to change my state. How do I do that? I know it happens through

Speaker:

movement. I know it happens through breathing. I know it happens to going out and

Speaker:

grounding, which is why pretty soon I'm getting out of North Dakota because we're about

Speaker:

to have snow, and it's hard to walk in snow for me, barefoot.

Speaker:

Well, yeah, but. So by doing that over and

Speaker:

over, you literally are. And it takes 21 days. That old saying,

Speaker:

it takes 21 days to lay down a new habit. True story. But it

Speaker:

takes 63 days, three cycles of the

Speaker:

21 days taught to me by my mentor, Dr. Carolyn

Speaker:

Leaf. Switch on your brain. She's a neuroscientist, a Christian

Speaker:

neuroscientist. And it takes three cycles of 21 days. So

Speaker:

63 days to not just lay down a new way of

Speaker:

thinking. You literally are laying down a new neural pattern.

Speaker:

So this is why people, when they start, stop, start, stop, start, stop. You're like

Speaker:

installing a mental habit. 100%. I think

Speaker:

you don't have to think about it all the time. It's just. Just default. It

Speaker:

becomes default. Right. And it's. I think of it like we used to have a

Speaker:

house that had, like, tiles with the grout. Grout. I think it's called grout.

Speaker:

Yeah. And they're, you know, and it's like, it reminds me of the grout. So,

Speaker:

like, you know, is that. That's like a neural pattern. Neural pattern. Neural

Speaker:

pattern. Right. And so if that neural pattern is bad, it

Speaker:

might take a little persistence and consistency

Speaker:

in undoing that neural pattern to replant. It's like you don't just stop something.

Speaker:

You have to replant the correct neural pattern that you want. Want. You know what

Speaker:

I mean? I've always taught that, too, in fitness and nutrition. Like, you don't just

Speaker:

take away pop. Like, we're going to replace it with something better because you have

Speaker:

a neural pattern of doing something at that hour. Let's give you something else to

Speaker:

drink at that time. Right. Or whatever. So you're kind of replacing that neural pattern

Speaker:

with something that is advantageous for you. And. And so that

Speaker:

literally is over and over. But the power of the subconscious mind. So we're literally

Speaker:

magnets. We're magnetic energy. You know this. I'm not telling you anything you don't know.

Speaker:

We're magnetic and we're just pushing it out. And so that frequency, that magnetism that

Speaker:

you're pushing out. Let me give you a great example. We went to Bora Bora.

Speaker:

We earned this trip to Bora Bora last year. We were in Bora Bora. We

Speaker:

met the most incredible family. He happened to be an oral surgeon down

Speaker:

in Laguna Beach, California. And we just fell in love with his family. Like, the

Speaker:

seven days we. In nine days or whatever, we were in Bora Bora. Like, we

Speaker:

ate meals with them. Like, we're like, they were like our friends, and their kids

Speaker:

were like our kids age. So that was really cool. And they were all athletes,

Speaker:

and so they really had a lot in common. And we just were. We just

Speaker:

really enjoyed them. And we haven't talked to them a whole lot since then. Our

Speaker:

kids keep in touch all the time. Well, Meredith, we just were down in Anaheim.

Speaker:

I was down there with you. And then we went over to Laguna Beach. And

Speaker:

the whole time, since we got to Laguna beach, the boys have said, oh, my

Speaker:

gosh, we should get with this family. We should get with the Sprague family. Like,

Speaker:

we should get with them. We should get with them. And

Speaker:

we just didn't. We just were so busy that we just didn't. And so

Speaker:

yesterday, we were on the way to the airport, and the boys, we. Let's stop

Speaker:

and get that some Raymond at this place. Place. It's like this healthy Raymond place

Speaker:

down in Laguna Beach. And so Scott was trying to park the car.

Speaker:

Two of the boys had ran in already. Our son Rocco was kind of waiting.

Speaker:

He's always. He's the one that was waiting for Scott and I to get out

Speaker:

of the car. So he's standing on the street in Laguna Beach. Busy street, right?

Speaker:

Lots of traffic on that beach street. And all of a sudden,

Speaker:

no, I look up, and it's

Speaker:

Christina. They're hollering out the window. Renee

Speaker:

Brannon

Speaker:

was like, oh, my God, mom, it's them. It's them. And I said,

Speaker:

holy cow. So they're. They pull over and, like, our whole

Speaker:

family now is running down the sidewalk to see this family. They get out,

Speaker:

like, we're hugging. It happens to be the. The

Speaker:

gentleman's birthday that day. Like, it's yesterday. This was

Speaker:

yesterday. We're hugging him. They're like, what are the chances that

Speaker:

we're seeing you right now in Laguna Beach? Because we hadn't called and let him

Speaker:

know we were there or anything like that. And one of the. And so it

Speaker:

was literally like. So listen to the

Speaker:

thing of events that had to happen. Rocco still had to be standing on the

Speaker:

street because the mom saw Rocco. Scott and I still were in the vehicle, and

Speaker:

the other two were in the restaurant. So Rocco was standing. So she knew Rocco.

Speaker:

She didn't know that whatever rental vehicle is. She saw Rocco. Think about how

Speaker:

this had to happen. We left the hotel late. We left the

Speaker:

hotel, like, 15 minutes late. So we were, like, in our. In a rush, in

Speaker:

a hurry. So we had to leave late, right? He.

Speaker:

It's his birthday. So he said to his wife, I don't want to go to

Speaker:

the Newport beach coffee shop. I want to go to the Laguna beach coffee

Speaker:

shop because they give me a free latte. On my birthday. So instead

Speaker:

of him going to the normal coffee shop, he had to be on that street

Speaker:

driving to this other coffee shop that it never goes to.

Speaker:

Right at the exact moment that Rock was standing on the curb with

Speaker:

all of these millions of people, and they just

Speaker:

happened to see us. And now we're hugging in a group

Speaker:

hug on the street. All of us are like, oh, my God, we

Speaker:

love you guys. Oh, my God. Yeah. I mean, so this is my life, but.

Speaker:

And it happened the whole time I was in Laguna. It happened. And the reason

Speaker:

it happened when I was in Laguna is I. It was a high frequency place

Speaker:

for me to be in. I was very much joy.

Speaker:

Again, you have to feel good now. The first secret to attracting anything

Speaker:

or the secret. Remember how they called it that the power that subconscious mind is

Speaker:

you have to be. You have to feel good now. If you feel like hell,

Speaker:

you're attracting more hell. True story. Like

Speaker:

you. You have to feel good now. And so when I was down in Laguna,

Speaker:

we were walking on the beach every day. I was getting all the sunshine, I

Speaker:

was eating all the healthy food. I mean, I was dancing, I was joyous. I

Speaker:

was awesome. And so literally every. I was a magnet. I

Speaker:

was a magnet. Boom. Boom. You know, in our business, people were like,

Speaker:

joining our business at the pool, right? Like, I mean, just. I mean, it was

Speaker:

just like, like, it was like, yes. Because that's the other thing. When you.

Speaker:

When you live from that space, people want to be in it.

Speaker:

And if they want to be in it, they resonate with it on some level.

Speaker:

And if they resonate with it on some level, they have the capacity to be

Speaker:

there, too. And you end up with great people,

Speaker:

amazing people. But back to people staying stuck in the things. If you're

Speaker:

stuck in your job, if you're stuck in whatever. Whatever you're stuck

Speaker:

in, you know? Our marriage sucked for a while. I could talk all day about

Speaker:

a marriage because our marriage almost fell apart when I was 25. I mean,

Speaker:

Scott was on his way out, right? And so it was a very, very, very

Speaker:

trying time. But here we are, 25 years later, right? And

Speaker:

somebody says, that's a big ring. I said, yeah, it's a big ring. 25 years

Speaker:

later. Big thing. Give me a big ring. A

Speaker:

carrot for every decade. Okay? That's right. But the point is,

Speaker:

is like, like, so we didn't want to just stay in that

Speaker:

disgruntled marriage. You have to choose to make it better. You can't just stay in

Speaker:

that disgruntled health State. You've got to choose to make. You've got to say yes.

Speaker:

You've got to start. Say yes and start moving in the right direction to do

Speaker:

the things that are going to bring joy to your spirit, that are going to

Speaker:

bring energy to your life. Because if you're always operating from that

Speaker:

halfway static, that is why you're not attracting

Speaker:

anything good. So, yeah, so I said to Scott,

Speaker:

like, Laguna was a magnet for our family. Like, it

Speaker:

was. The whole. The whole experience was magnetic. I mean, I'm at

Speaker:

this event, we're at the pool. Get this, we're at the pool. We're in

Speaker:

life wave. We have our business Life wave. We're at the pool and

Speaker:

we're. This guy sits down, he's got a patch on already.

Speaker:

He sits down next to my son Beau. He starts talking and he goes,

Speaker:

oh, my gosh. He said. Bo said, oh, you're wearing a lifeweight patch. He goes,

Speaker:

oh, yeah, I've been wearing it for a year. He goes, I've been trying to

Speaker:

figure out a way. He says, you know, I have a wellness group with about

Speaker:

2,000 people that I'm trying to introduce the patch

Speaker:

to these 2,000 people because I run the group, and I just

Speaker:

don't know how to say it or word it. And then Bo goes, well, you

Speaker:

should go back to the people who sponsored you. And he goes, do you know

Speaker:

who your sponsor is? And he says the name. And Bo goes, you're

Speaker:

on our team. You're on our team.

Speaker:

And so this gentleman, Curtis, his name is, is there

Speaker:

for a Convoy of Hope conference at this

Speaker:

amazing hotel that we're at. And he says, oh, my gosh, can

Speaker:

you come down to the Convoy of Hope meeting, which David Schmidt

Speaker:

just talked about? A conference. So now I'm Yesterday morning at

Speaker:

8am and sitting in Convoy of Hope talking to him how he's going to

Speaker:

introduce this to 2000. He's on my team.

Speaker:

We've never met before this day. I'm sitting at this convoy Hope around

Speaker:

this table, and these women are like, I need a patch. I. I'm running.

Speaker:

I'm patching now. I'm patching everybody at the Convoy of Hope meeting.

Speaker:

I'm like, what is happening at this hotel? You're a force of

Speaker:

nature, Renita. This is crazy. This is

Speaker:

amazing. On the airplane, the lady is. A

Speaker:

lady has Parkinson's. I can see it. She's walking down the aisle, her

Speaker:

husband is helping her. I take out a napkin as fast as you can

Speaker:

say, go, and I write, hi,

Speaker:

I Want to help you. My mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's 11

Speaker:

years ago. This phototherapy technology absolutely changed her life.

Speaker:

I want to visit with you about this. I mean, I just, like,

Speaker:

I wrote two sides of a napkin. The napkin from Delta was full of me.

Speaker:

I'm praying for you. God bless Renita. I put my business card in two patches.

Speaker:

When he walked back, because he was chopping his wife not to fall, my husband

Speaker:

handed it to him, and he grabbed it like this with Apaches, said, thank you

Speaker:

so much. You just go.

Speaker:

You just say, yes. You just do. When the Holy Spirit prompts to say

Speaker:

something, you just do it. You just. You don't. You don't

Speaker:

hesitate. Just do it. And then, like. And I just kind of live in that

Speaker:

space. Like, I mean, it's. It's just, like, super authentic all the time.

Speaker:

Like, yes. And sometimes some people think, like, my kids are like, mom, Mom, Mom.

Speaker:

I'm like, it's okay. We're gonna be good. Like, because I think that when

Speaker:

you're living from that authenticity and that energy and that frequency

Speaker:

and that belief, you are going to be in alignment with the

Speaker:

goodness of God, the glory realm, and you are going to be. I always just

Speaker:

say, I'm an advocate for the kingdom of heaven on earth. I mean, this is.

Speaker:

I want to make this thing look good because it is. It is. You know,

Speaker:

it's great. And so, anyway, so that guy. I haven't looked at my back

Speaker:

office say, but I'm sure he signed up. I mean, he was almost in tears

Speaker:

when we handed him that stuff. Stuff like, that guy was, you know, praying for

Speaker:

a solution for his wife. And so, again, just being in

Speaker:

that energetic space of. Of your power, it's

Speaker:

hard for you to do anything if you don't feel good. You've

Speaker:

got to feel good now. That's the secret. So that's the secret. But then

Speaker:

it's applying that power, that subconscious mind. Like, what do I need to reprogram?

Speaker:

What can I keep that's elevating my level, elevating my life

Speaker:

and is making my life better. What can I get rid of? Right?

Speaker:

That's not making my life better. And then I have. Then it's up to

Speaker:

you to do the work. You still have to do the work. Like, it's still

Speaker:

Jesus saying, get up. Or, you know, do. Do you want to be?

Speaker:

Well, that motion, that forward momentum,

Speaker:

even if. Even if it's, like, mistakes and a. Why did I do that? And

Speaker:

how this happened, it's like, it's still Motion. And it's easier

Speaker:

to course correct than to fight inertia, I have found.

Speaker:

Anyway, it's easier to drive. It's hard to drive a parked car. Yeah.

Speaker:

Yeah, yeah. Oh, and then I didn't even tell you this. So it was this

Speaker:

guy's birthday yesterday. He's got the same name as my dad.

Speaker:

His. My husband has this watch that we bought, like, two

Speaker:

years ago. His wife had given the exact same watch.

Speaker:

And all these guys are like, oh, my God, we got the same watch. And

Speaker:

I said to Scott, how many watches like that are there? He was like, like,

Speaker:

Renee. It was launched two years ago. There's thousands of different types. The fact that

Speaker:

we had the exact same watch on, like, I mean, it was just like one

Speaker:

thing after another after another after another. The

Speaker:

wife, they, they. They had not signed up in our lifewave business

Speaker:

when we were in Bora Bora, and she said two days ago, we were looking

Speaker:

at the pictures of Bora Bora with our family two days ago, thinking how much

Speaker:

we enjoyed that. She said, I. That day I went to a soccer game,

Speaker:

and the lady next to me had a patch on this is two days before.

Speaker:

We ran into him on the street yesterday. And she said. She looked at that

Speaker:

patch and she said, I need to get a hold of the Brannons. And then

Speaker:

they drove by us. And then you literally

Speaker:

had your kid. Out on the street as they drove.

Speaker:

No, but this is. I mean, I totally hear you. Like, when.

Speaker:

When we're in the flow, especially the flow with joy,

Speaker:

these. These synchronicities happen and people pop up and

Speaker:

it's like, oh, wait, what? What? Yeah. And it's not

Speaker:

even incredible. We're actually attracting them. So I do

Speaker:

believe that we're sending out a frequency and it is magnetic

Speaker:

or it is a repellent. Maybe for some people, it's a repellent if it's a

Speaker:

negative, which is great. Yeah. And this is why I

Speaker:

even think in the realm of politics, it's so dark.

Speaker:

Politics is very dark dark. And I'm not saying that there's not maybe some good

Speaker:

things happening right now, and there's obviously not good things happening, but, like, you know,

Speaker:

it's very dark. So we have to be very careful what we give our ear

Speaker:

and our eyes to. Because again, you're. You're. Those portals are opening. So

Speaker:

whatever you're opening the portal to is what's going to be received coming in.

Speaker:

Yeah, I mean, I mean, it was literally, like, for years, I would have clients

Speaker:

that their blood pressure Would go up and up and up. And I found out

Speaker:

they were watching the nightly news. And I said, stop watching the news for

Speaker:

like, six weeks and let's see what happens to your blood pressure. And surprise,

Speaker:

surprise, go back to normal. I'm like, listen, your eyes are

Speaker:

literally a gate. They're a gate. And so you've got to be so careful

Speaker:

what you lend your eyes and your ears to in your heart too. Right? Because

Speaker:

these eyes and ears are connected to our heart. And so we've got

Speaker:

to be so careful how that all is. Is coming together. Because and here

Speaker:

the real goal is the superpower alignment. Like, the

Speaker:

superpower alignment of, like, that glory realm where

Speaker:

there's just fantastic alignment. Like you said, enjoy, because enjoy

Speaker:

their strength, right? When you're joyous, you. You feel stronger

Speaker:

versus when you're angry and. And depressed, you feel weak,

Speaker:

right? You want to sleep. And so, like, it's like when that is,

Speaker:

like, then as soon as you get there, then it goes,

Speaker:

and then it pushes out this frequency. And then anybody who's like, functioning

Speaker:

on that frequency just goes whoosh. Like they just are

Speaker:

pulled into it. That's my visual I have right now, like, where they're just. They're

Speaker:

coming into that. And so, like, that's why it's so important that you're pushing out

Speaker:

and saying and doing and. And even not

Speaker:

only with yourself, with others. Because I've

Speaker:

realized, be careful. Don't talk negative about people. Be careful with

Speaker:

that. You are throwing out a frequency when you're talking negative.

Speaker:

And like, I read this book, the Secrets of the Millionaire Mind,

Speaker:

and this gentleman said, when you complain, you become a walking, talking crap magnet.

Speaker:

That's what he said in the book. He said it in the book. When you

Speaker:

complain, you become a walking, talking crap

Speaker:

magnet. And that's always stuck with me because I thought. And I never could quantify

Speaker:

it until now. I'm like, oh, yeah. Because when they complain, they don't feel good.

Speaker:

They're not in a feel good state. They're in a

Speaker:

staticy state. You're dropping down. Yeah. You're on that frequency scale.

Speaker:

Like power versus force. Right? And so, like, it's. Anyway,

Speaker:

it's all of that. I don't even know if I cover what we're supposed to

Speaker:

talk about today. But, like, I'm just like this. No, we covered all the things.

Speaker:

I love. This is. I have wanted to have this kind of conversation for a

Speaker:

long time. And you've, like, you. Yes.

Speaker:

Covered everything beautifully. So, okay, so let's

Speaker:

circle back, because you did bring up learning about the brain for Parkinson's for your

Speaker:

mom. So let's do that story. Well, like, we'll wrap up on

Speaker:

your. On the story of your mom, which is just so

Speaker:

incredible. And you did say you learned a lot about the brain. And then I

Speaker:

think interrupted and people are going to leave comments being like, you didn't let her

Speaker:

finish about the brain. So. So let's circle

Speaker:

back and we'll do that. So my mom. So,

Speaker:

again, always in the hunt of

Speaker:

solutions, right? This is me. I'm like a solution seeker. That's where. And that's the

Speaker:

energy I'm putting out. And so my mom, about 11 years

Speaker:

ago, was diagnosed with Parkinson's. And so, of course, we took her to Mayo

Speaker:

Clinic. It was diagnosed audios, like, they're very. For

Speaker:

neurodegenerative diseases. It's. It's not good.

Speaker:

The medical system doesn't have solutions. And again, we just know that those medications

Speaker:

that they are taking in are making their frequency staticy, right? So then it's like

Speaker:

they get sicker over time. And so about

Speaker:

three years ago, a friend of mine from Canada who's a nurse,

Speaker:

who's a Christian nurse, who wrote an amazing book on frequency,

Speaker:

her name is Doris, she literally called me up one day and

Speaker:

she said, renita, she said, you've got to try this

Speaker:

patch on your mom. She said, I know she was diagnosed with Parkinson's. And by

Speaker:

the way, notice how I'm saying that my mom was diagnosed with.

Speaker:

Parkinson's, not that she isn't or has it. Yeah, you never own that if

Speaker:

you're listening to this. Never own the disease. Don't coddle like a baby.

Speaker:

Like, stop that. Like you own. My doctor diagnosed me with, that's

Speaker:

fine, but I have to have a diagnosis. But don't, don't. Don't

Speaker:

become that, right? Don't. That's not who you are. You are a child of

Speaker:

God. You are a light warrior. You have got the power, baby. Take it

Speaker:

back now. And so be careful with that. So she

Speaker:

was diagnosed with the Parkinson's. And so this. She calls me up, says, you got

Speaker:

to try this. You got to try this patch. And I said, well, Doris, what

Speaker:

is it? She goes, I'm just going to tell you. My neighbor lady with Parkinson's,

Speaker:

she said, we saw downright miracles. That's all I can say. She said, down

Speaker:

right miracles. And I said, well,

Speaker:

you had me at miracles. I said, because I'm a believer, and I,

Speaker:

I'm. I believe in the Realm of miracles. I believe that. I live it,

Speaker:

Meredith. So I believe it. It happens all the time in my life. It's miracle.

Speaker:

A miracle city over here. And so I'm like, okay, yeah.

Speaker:

So she said, I'm gonna send you a couple. Just put em on your mom.

Speaker:

So my mom starts wearing this patch here. I have it right here, this patch.

Speaker:

X39. She starts wearing this patch. At the time, I did not know

Speaker:

it was x 39 because she sent the patches in a little plastic Ziploc

Speaker:

bag. So I had no working knowledge of what it was. I didn't

Speaker:

know. Bag of stickers. Stickers, right. And. And

Speaker:

here's the truth. I just trust Doris is such great. Yeah.

Speaker:

Frequency. I just trust Doris. You know how there's certain people, when you get around

Speaker:

them, you just are like, I just trust this person. Like. Like she's the wise

Speaker:

old owl. So I just trust her. And so she literally sent it.

Speaker:

I said, mom, here's the baggie that Dora sent. Put some on you. She's from

Speaker:

Canada, actually. Doris from Canada. And so she. My mom starts wearing the

Speaker:

patches, and again, I don't know how I'm supposed to wear them. She never really

Speaker:

sent any information about, like, what we're supposed to do with these. So

Speaker:

I don't know. Ziploc bag of stickers pretty much. And so, you

Speaker:

know, we're German over here. German. My mom's German. And so, you know,

Speaker:

conservative financially. So, you know, you're supposed to wear these things, like 12 hours

Speaker:

on, 12 hours off. I mean, my mom's putting it on wherever she can

Speaker:

reach, and she's just probably wearing it until it's floating in the bathtub type deal.

Speaker:

We're probably getting days out of one badge. I don't know. Knowing what I

Speaker:

know now, it's like, yeah, you want to change these things and, you know, take

Speaker:

them off for 12 hours, give the body that set time to reset, and then

Speaker:

put a fresh patch on every day. But mom wasn't doing that. But

Speaker:

here it was on the 11th day of wearing the patch, my husband and I

Speaker:

go over to the house and ding dong, 8am Usually at

Speaker:

8am her with the Parkinson's, very difficult.

Speaker:

Can't walk, using the walker, very moody.

Speaker:

Dopamine hasn't kicked in yet. Like, just very. It's a lot.

Speaker:

And. And so her penmanship had gone away. Her bone

Speaker:

density had gone away. She had gone from 169 pounds down to 97 pounds.

Speaker:

Her teeth were literally crumbling out of her mouth. I mean, it Was just crazy.

Speaker:

We. She owned a restaurant for 25 years. We took away butter knives

Speaker:

because she would be so much tremor that it was just a hazard.

Speaker:

And so it was rough. And so that morning on the

Speaker:

11th day, we. She. We opened the front door, and my mom

Speaker:

was walking with her black and white polka dot pajamas across

Speaker:

the kitchen, just normally, no walker. And

Speaker:

she looks over at me, she goes, hey, Nita. She calls me Nita. Hey, Nita,

Speaker:

do you want me to make you some eggs? And I was like, yeah,

Speaker:

yeah, I do want you to make me some eggs. She's walking to the kitchen

Speaker:

like, she's just like, she's gonna go cook me some eggs. My dad had cooked

Speaker:

breakfast every morning for the last two and a half years leading up to this,

Speaker:

because she couldn't do it. She could not cook. She could not cook. I mean,

Speaker:

she would burn. I mean, it was awful. Like, we. She burned something. She needed

Speaker:

the walker, and now she's just, like, walking. She's walking normally.

Speaker:

Yeah. And so. And I. And I was, like, in shock a little bit. I

Speaker:

was actually in shock, looking at her. And she said.

Speaker:

I said. I looked at my dad. He was sitting at the kitchen table. I

Speaker:

said, are you seeing this? And he said, yeah. I said,

Speaker:

what is going on over here? He's like, I'm not sure. I said, hey,

Speaker:

mom, where's the walker? She said, I don't know. I think it's in

Speaker:

the bedroom. I said, okay. I said, you didn't need it today.

Speaker:

She goes, nope. I said, you needed it every day for the last two and

Speaker:

a half years. She looks at me and she goes, well, I didn't need it

Speaker:

today. And I just proceeded to make us

Speaker:

eggs, served us breakfast like normal.

Speaker:

My mother now. And I can't tell you that it treats, cures, and prevents any

Speaker:

disease. I can't tell you that she's healed of Parkinson's, But I can tell you

Speaker:

that her symptoms are 80% better. And I can tell you that she's got zero

Speaker:

tremor in her hands. Her penmanship came back. Her voice came back. Her bone

Speaker:

density came back in her mouth. She went from 97 pounds. She now weighs

Speaker:

about 123. We call her Rocky. She does boxing. We

Speaker:

bought our boxing bag recently. It's, like, unbelievable. The

Speaker:

woman was like death, death's door before. And now

Speaker:

she is a whole new woman. So that was on day 11

Speaker:

with the patch. But that was not really what got me all

Speaker:

in. What got me all in, Meredith, was my dad. So he was sitting at

Speaker:

the kitchen table that morning. He had been dealing with these oozing, goozing legs. I

Speaker:

am relentless at finding solutions. So we had taken them to

Speaker:

11 different types of doctors in six months. So

Speaker:

typical Mayo Clinic, University of Minnesota, no one had

Speaker:

a solution for these oozing, goozing legs. They were literally triple the size and dripping.

Speaker:

Like, nonstop dripping. He carried around a rag with witch hazel. No joke.

Speaker:

And so because his. His leg was like leaking fluid. Leaking

Speaker:

fluid. Like, that's exactly what it was. Like, nonstop crying legs

Speaker:

and triple the size. And. And so that

Speaker:

morning, and we had taken him everywhere because eventually I said, dad, heck with the

Speaker:

medical establishment. I said, let's take you to the homeopaths, the natural pass. And, like,

Speaker:

you know. But, you know, the elderly, they have a neural pattern of watching

Speaker:

pharmaceutical ads to think, I gotta go to my doctor. So we did that. And

Speaker:

when that failed them, now he's like, okay, what else can we do? He was

Speaker:

open. Both my parents are very open to alternative. Thank God, because

Speaker:

if not my. My life would be a lot harder. Anyway, and so I

Speaker:

said, dad, can we try one of those patches on you? And he looked at

Speaker:

me and he said, I had no idea the patch was for this. He said,

Speaker:

I thought it was for Parkinson's. I said, I don't know what it's for. I

Speaker:

said, I don't even know what it's for. I have

Speaker:

a little baggie of stickers. Let's see. What. I have no

Speaker:

idea. I said, I. I don't know. I said, maybe it'll work, maybe it won't.

Speaker:

But I said, it's worth it. It's worth a shot. And he said, you know

Speaker:

what? It is worth a shot. And so I grabbed. I said, where are they?

Speaker:

Said, your mother's bathroom, I think. So I went to the bathroom, got the patch.

Speaker:

I came back. I didn't know where to put it. I didn't know that. I

Speaker:

didn't know nothing about it. I just trusted Doris. And we

Speaker:

just threw it on my dad's shoulder. And the next morning we came back. I

Speaker:

don't know. Can I screen share? Can I show you? Can I. Am I

Speaker:

able to screen share? Or maybe not? Yeah. I don't know how it works on

Speaker:

this platform. Let me look. But if you say the point is,

Speaker:

is that it. Literally, the next morning when we came

Speaker:

back, when I opened the front door, I looked down at my

Speaker:

dad's legs. His little tiny. He was a Marine. So is a Marine once a

Speaker:

Marine. I was a Marine. His little tiny chicken Legs were back

Speaker:

and the, all of the oozing were scabs. They

Speaker:

all had dried up. It was the first time in six months his legs

Speaker:

had, were scabbed. Like, I was thankful, right? Because they were.

Speaker:

Yeah. And he looked at me and he goes, it

Speaker:

looks like that little sticker you gave me worked. Where can I get some more

Speaker:

stickers? And I am over here thinking, I have rimmed

Speaker:

you to freaking Timbuktu and back.

Speaker:

Medical clinic in the region. And 19

Speaker:

hours, Doris's little stickers. Like, what is going

Speaker:

on here? So at that moment, I mean, I didn't even know how it was

Speaker:

working to be quite. I didn't know it was photo therapy. Of course it's. Of

Speaker:

course God is going to lead me in the direction of light because he knows

Speaker:

I've been obsessed with light my entire life, right. And so

Speaker:

I didn't know at the time it was phototherapy. I didn't know. I looked at

Speaker:

my husband, actually, I said, what is that patch leaching into their bodies?

Speaker:

I thought it was leaching something, right? And I'm like. And then I

Speaker:

realized once you learn about the patch, it's leaching nothing. Right. It's

Speaker:

just reflecting your body's own light. That's all it's doing. We all

Speaker:

emit that infrared light already. It's on all of us.

Speaker:

The light goes out when you're dead. Well, if you're not dead, you should be

Speaker:

wearing a patch because that light is going to be harnessed by that patch

Speaker:

and reflected back into the body. And then it activates

Speaker:

certain different healing mechanisms. Peptides are activated, antioxidants are

Speaker:

activated. Right, right. And so in the case of that X39, it activates the

Speaker:

GHK copper peptide. And that peptide is literally known as

Speaker:

the holy grail of anti aging. Right. So it's a

Speaker:

yes. My emails and my feed are filled with

Speaker:

supplements that you have to inject.

Speaker:

Or take oral. Right. And I don't like those peptides. Yeah.

Speaker:

And these ones do it with light. It does it with light. And it's non

Speaker:

invasive. It's affordable. Anybody can use it. Even an 80 year old

Speaker:

Marine, right? We got kids using them, we got everybody using them, we got

Speaker:

athletes using them. So that's literally how, how the, the

Speaker:

phototherapy business began was a life experience. Of course.

Speaker:

God, again, you know, he's like, kid, you know, I always say, God

Speaker:

knows that I'm somewhat adhd, ocd, kind of like

Speaker:

the rock band. So I said, I said to my husband, he has

Speaker:

to make it so like this that I cannot

Speaker:

deny it, right? Like, I. I could not deny what happened to mom and dad.

Speaker:

There would be no. Like, I couldn't say, well, maybe it was something else.

Speaker:

No, no, no. I know exactly what supplements they're taking. I know exactly

Speaker:

their meds. My dad was able to get off of five medications in five

Speaker:

weeks that they told me he was never going to get off of. And so

Speaker:

that's a whole nother job. But the point is, is it was just like, the

Speaker:

doctors was amazed. They were just all amazed. And so

Speaker:

we know where we have our hands on something tremendous. And again, it's. You know

Speaker:

what makes it so cool is that, again, we're the pioneers. Meredith,

Speaker:

you know, this. This is you. We're the pioneers of light. Because people have been

Speaker:

biochemically trained to have a biological response,

Speaker:

even with nutrition. That's a biochemical creating a biological response in the

Speaker:

body. We've not been trained bioelectrically. Right. We've

Speaker:

just not been trained in that realm. And of course, that's what your sweet spot

Speaker:

is. And so, just to educate people, hey, light

Speaker:

is the foundation for. For it all. And you can

Speaker:

eat just perfectly, and you can take just the right supplements, but if you don't

Speaker:

have that light, right, nothing is getting better. And so for me,

Speaker:

it's like the on switch for the body. And so. And it's the

Speaker:

easiest on switch we have. Like, it's easier than my workouts in. The morning,

Speaker:

because I. I bet they are.

Speaker:

I might have to, like, borrow

Speaker:

a little of your workout energy, Renita. That was never,

Speaker:

never one of my neural pathways, that's for sure. I did MAHA

Speaker:

100. And of course, you know, Facebook, they're so kind. They took all my workouts

Speaker:

down because I called them Maha 1, Maha 2, Maha 3, Maha 4.

Speaker:

I recorded a hundred workouts on Facebook just

Speaker:

because I wanted to. And then Maha took them all down, and I. Or Facebook,

Speaker:

took it all down, and I thought, I can do a hundred more.

Speaker:

Okay. Really? You might be workouts with new hashtags.

Speaker:

Thanks. You got it. Of course you did.

Speaker:

Oh, my God. Truly, you.

Speaker:

Truly, you are a force of nature. And I just had, like, such

Speaker:

an amazing time here. And I loved, loved talking about

Speaker:

the frequency, the power of the subconscious mind, how we are.

Speaker:

We are magnet. Like, yes. And I

Speaker:

really feel like these patches, I mean, the people I'm with have gone so

Speaker:

deep on the science of this, you have no idea. They're just, like, digging in.

Speaker:

And I'm like, okay, I just Feel like this

Speaker:

is restoring our biology to be able to do what it's. What it's

Speaker:

supposed to do. Like, we have so much power

Speaker:

in our, in these physical vehicles that we haven't even tapped into.

Speaker:

And this is just like a little, a little transit signal.

Speaker:

Yeah, no, I mean to get us there. It literally is. Like

Speaker:

I said, it's an on. Switch it up, levels your energy. My husband's lost

Speaker:

£95. Pounds. And it's not because of the patch. Like, oh, it's not like a

Speaker:

weight loss cure. But what happened was he was having so much chronic

Speaker:

inflammation from seven knee surgeries from college athletics.

Speaker:

And when he didn't have the energy to move, he

Speaker:

didn't everything hurt. He was so chronically inflamed all the time,

Speaker:

wasn't sleeping well and all that. And now three years later, he's down

Speaker:

95 pounds. And part of it was how the patch helped him in that journey

Speaker:

is all of a sudden he put that on and his body wasn't written with,

Speaker:

you know, feeling like, like the Tin man every day.

Speaker:

Right. Like he had, he had the energy and the ability

Speaker:

to move. And, and the more he moved, the better he felt. And

Speaker:

so it was pretty interesting how that single handedly

Speaker:

changed the game for Scott, you know, because we had tried a lot of other

Speaker:

things. Right. I'm a nutritionist. Yeah, yeah. And. But that just

Speaker:

coming in there and just boom, Activating that GHK copper peptide, which is the

Speaker:

precursor to collagen. You know, people that don't know that, I mean, collagen

Speaker:

is the biggest, the most abundant protein in the body. Right. And people take it,

Speaker:

like you said, orally, and they take this peptide, inject it, and here we get

Speaker:

all of the benefits of the collagen of the GHK copper peptide with a patch,

Speaker:

with phototherapy, with light patch, with our body's own

Speaker:

light. Yeah. And a little bit of nanocrystal.

Speaker:

Let's go. And I always say you want them to be nano because you want

Speaker:

them to be small. Because imagine if this patch was not the size of a

Speaker:

quarter, if it was a big as a tarp, then we'd have to wrap ourselves

Speaker:

in this passion around the house all day. Yeah. I

Speaker:

mean, for, for the effects that we get from it, we would probably do. But

Speaker:

hey, we don't have to. Yeah, it's true. I'm like, but you can put it

Speaker:

on, go to yoga, put it on, walk the dog, put it on, go get

Speaker:

groceries, whatever, you know, so it's awesome. You're a

Speaker:

blessing. You too, Vanita. Thank you so much. I feel

Speaker:

so grateful to have met you and to have your. Your energy in my life

Speaker:

is truly, really special. And thanks for

Speaker:

coming on here. I know you're super busy. I really appreciate it.

Speaker:

Thanks for having me. It's been a blessing. Now, I want your

Speaker:

feedback because, you know, remember, like, I mean, this book, it's so little.

Speaker:

You can read it, like, in a couple hours. I've read it 14 times. And

Speaker:

so, like, I just keep reading it because, again, the repetition for the developing mind.

Speaker:

Right. Like, I'm. Yes. I want these great neural patterns because

Speaker:

why not? Why not us? Why not this? Why not? That's true. I mean, why

Speaker:

not? And that, you know, I did a similar thing. I remember I had. I

Speaker:

had my first. My first oldest child was a baby. And I

Speaker:

was like, you know, I mentioned earlier, I was kind of going in one direction

Speaker:

or the other, and I was just like, you know what? No. And I spent

Speaker:

in the years leading up to that as well. Every waking minute I

Speaker:

had earbuds in listening to somebody teach me how to think.

Speaker:

Or I was watching. I watched that movie the secret, like, 100 times while I

Speaker:

was breastfeeding. I was just like, you know what? If there's a better

Speaker:

way to do this, give it to me. Program me.

Speaker:

Like, let's go. And all you had to do is ask. Ask and you shall

Speaker:

receive. Speaking of Greg Braden, and he was in the Secret,

Speaker:

but he actually is in the Code of Creation. That's going to be the new

Speaker:

secret baby. Oh, yes. That's going to be fun.

Speaker:

Everyone's going to have to watch that coming up here in the next few months.

Speaker:

The Code of Creation with David Schmidt, the founder of Life Wave. And

Speaker:

it's all the journey of phototherapy and how God designed our bodies

Speaker:

to heal and the foundationally that begins with light. And so

Speaker:

that will be wonderful when people can watch that on Netflix

Speaker:

and put it on repeat, watch it again and again because it's so

Speaker:

good. I couldn't stop crying. So great. No, that was

Speaker:

beautiful. And the director. Oh, Mickey Willis.

Speaker:

Yeah, the pandemic director. He did such a beautiful job. It's

Speaker:

amazing. Yeah. And it's just. I mean, that movie was gorgeous. And,

Speaker:

you know. Oh, and Veda Austin was a speaker featured in that movie.

Speaker:

My audience knows her well and loves her work. Yeah. No,

Speaker:

it's just incredible. I mean, we just live in an incredible time where we can

Speaker:

connect and, like, it's. I don't know, it's really fun.

Speaker:

It's all happening. And I'll put the links to all the things in the show

Speaker:

notes. It's. If there's a. If there's a trailer of that movie floating around somewhere,

Speaker:

I'll track it down. And if not, I'll keep you all posted.

Speaker:

Awesome. Okay. I love and appreciate you. I pray you all get

Speaker:

lit and stand in your superpower, baby, because you all

Speaker:

have it. Let's go. Woohoo. Superpower,

Speaker:

right, baby. Let's go.
