Unknown:

Hello, hello, and welcome to the Borealis

Unknown:

experience. I'm your host Aurora, life coach, and

Unknown:

spiritual healer. Let's say

Unknown:

this is my last episode for the year 2021.

Unknown:

What a year.

Unknown:

Huh? I want to take a moment. And thank you for being here

Unknown:

with me. We're all on this together.

Unknown:

And, yeah, it's been

Unknown:

a tricky year for me.

Unknown:

Lots of ups and downs and

Unknown:

lots of change. It's been a good year overall. But it's been

Unknown:

really tough as well.

Unknown:

So let's take a moment and

Unknown:

reflect about the things that we want to let go off things that

Unknown:

we don't want in our life anymore.

Unknown:

And then

Unknown:

we also want to take a moment

Unknown:

to reflect about what it is that we want, more off in our lives.

Unknown:

Maybe we don't have it in our life

Unknown:

already.

Unknown:

Maybe we're starting to get closer to what we want and need.

Unknown:

And we're slowly but surely, steering into a direction where

Unknown:

we get closer to what we need our goals or dreams.

Unknown:

To how do we do that? I know it's going to be New Year's Eve

Unknown:

here soon. Lots of new year's resolutions.

Unknown:

But I feel sometimes we

Unknown:

restrict ourselves if we

Unknown:

set our mind

Unknown:

on to new year's resolutions. And I don't know about you. But

Unknown:

most of the time when I had something in mind,

Unknown:

I was successful in the beginning but then

Unknown:

I was not able to be sustainable

Unknown:

with my the change that I wanted to see.

Unknown:

So it is really important to keep an open mind and open heart

Unknown:

when it comes to your dreams and goals and to not narrow it down

Unknown:

to one activity or one way of reaching your goal. Let's take

Unknown:

physical health. For instance. If you set your mind on having

Unknown:

to go to the gym from January 1

Unknown:

five times a week, and you're gonna go no matter what it's

Unknown:

going to be no excuses.

Unknown:

It is good. It is awesome. That you feel you could be motivated

Unknown:

enough to go ahead and and do the five times a week.

Unknown:

But what about a simple walk? What about a hike?

Unknown:

What about a bicycle.

Unknown:

You see when we narrow things down too much. We usually

Unknown:

exhaust ourselves after a while because our being wants to be

Unknown:

free or being wants to expand. And if you force your body your

Unknown:

mind your soul into a gym for five times a week. And you've

Unknown:

never went to the gym before.

Unknown:

You might be motivated at the very beginning but after a while

Unknown:

you might find out that this is actually pretty boring. And the

Unknown:

only reason why it is boring it is because there's going to be

Unknown:

highest stimulation and novelty at the beginning and that will

Unknown:

wane off and it will be monotone us monotonous sorry

Unknown:

and boring for your mind and soul. And the body is just going

Unknown:

to drag behind and feel disappointed again and let down

Unknown:

because you had these beautiful goals to work out on a regular

Unknown:

and now all of a sudden you are

Unknown:

not doing

Unknown:

anything anymore, because you only set your mind on going to

Unknown:

the gym. So if you keep the selection wide and open,

Unknown:

then your mind and your soul will always stay

Unknown:

stimulated and excited. And then you're also open to your

Unknown:

surroundings. You know, I used to be very fixated on going to

Unknown:

the gym. And so often my friends invited me skiing or to go for a

Unknown:

hike. And I always said, no, no, no, I have to go to the gym.

Unknown:

First, I need to get up my rigid load workout, and then I am

Unknown:

free. So I was giving myself limitations. And that was not

Unknown:

doing me good. It was not serving me. On a higher level,

Unknown:

you know, my body was getting stronger, and beautiful, but my

Unknown:

soul was craving adventurous and my heart was just feeling

Unknown:

cringed and locked up. And same goes with

Unknown:

eating habits. If you want to change your eating habits,

Unknown:

it's it's really nice to be curious about new foods again,

Unknown:

and to really appreciate the food that you have on your plate

Unknown:

and to test it with all your senses.

Unknown:

When it comes to relationships, when it comes to friendships, or

Unknown:

romantic relationships, and you want to feel a change there, you

Unknown:

always have to go back to your relationship with yourself.

Unknown:

I'm very excited to be publishing an episode here soon

Unknown:

about your relationship with playfulness, and pleasure.

Unknown:

Because that will tell me as a coach, how open you are to

Unknown:

receive and connect with other people.

Unknown:

But in today's episode, I want to keep it short and tell you

Unknown:

the more you enjoy your own company, the more you feel

Unknown:

comfortable in your own skin, the better you're going to

Unknown:

attract people into your life. Not only like many more than

Unknown:

before, but the right people as well.

Unknown:

So if for the new year,

Unknown:

you set an intention for

Unknown:

stronger, more resilient connections, we have to start

Unknown:

with you. We have to find out what it is that holds you back.

Unknown:

And that limits yourself you know so many people out there

Unknown:

who are truly successful, who are successful, not only when it

Unknown:

comes to money, but when it comes to relationships and

Unknown:

friendships and healthy bonding.

Unknown:

They had

Unknown:

limits. They were crippled by life. They were traumatized.

Unknown:

They were you know, and wheelchairs, they had to battle

Unknown:

mental illness.

Unknown:

Some of them were blind.

Unknown:

But what didn't stop them was their love their thirst for

Unknown:

life.

Unknown:

And with my coaching, especially now in the coming years, I want

Unknown:

to get you to that point where you take such good care of

Unknown:

yourself where you're such a good cheerleader of yourself,

Unknown:

that the things that you truly want and need and deserve are

Unknown:

just going to float towards you. You will not have to put much

Unknown:

effort into attracting people anymore, you will not have to

Unknown:

be desperate about

Unknown:

the right job that you want to find it will fall into your lap.

Unknown:

And don't get me wrong, there's always work to be done. But that

Unknown:

comes after. After you know what your purpose is after you know

Unknown:

who your partner is going to be. But first you're going to

Unknown:

attract it into your life by who you truly are by digging

Unknown:

yourself by unlearning patterns that you had to learn in order

Unknown:

to heal and to survive. So often we are stuck in coping

Unknown:

mechanisms. We are overly protecting ourselves because we

Unknown:

are so scared to get hurt again. And that in turn prevents us

Unknown:

from getting closer to our goals.

Unknown:

I oftentimes see with my clients that there is no big, external

Unknown:

obstacles and circumstances that hold my clients back from

Unknown:

reaching their goal. But their own limitations, their own

Unknown:

beliefs about themselves and how they see the world is

Unknown:

holding them back from reaching their potential. And then

Unknown:

there's another, another kind of, of person out there who

Unknown:

doesn't feel deserving. They know exactly what they want,

Unknown:

they can envision it, they can smell it, they can feel it, yet

Unknown:

they still don't feel deserving.

Unknown:

And this brings me to the next point is

Unknown:

your own radiance, how you can get back to when you were a

Unknown:

baby, and you just experienced the world you looked around and

Unknown:

you soaked up. That beautiful flower is you watched the animal

Unknown:

running through the field, and you didn't watch it with a

Unknown:

judging eye. But with a loving eye, you were just present with

Unknown:

the people around you, and soaking in their energy and

Unknown:

giving back without judgment, without limitations without

Unknown:

fear.

Unknown:

So to get back to that state, where you're just be more than

Unknown:

do is incredibly healing and incredibly helpful. When it

Unknown:

comes to reaching your dreams, and your goals. We all want to

Unknown:

get closer to a state of tranquility and peacefulness we

Unknown:

all want love. We all want to feel seen and heard. And I know

Unknown:

in the past, you didn't feel that way. I know in the past,

Unknown:

life was hard. You got disappointed you were let down

Unknown:

by the people you trust at most. And you were hurt by people that

Unknown:

you want it desperately in your life. And now is the time to

Unknown:

reclaim your power. And to live from the heart again, and not

Unknown:

from a fearful mind.

Unknown:

So when you dive into the new year, here with me soon,

Unknown:

I want you to look back and maybe go into birds perspective,

Unknown:

and look down on yourself and

Unknown:

bathe your being in love and kindness. And know that every

Unknown:

day you wake up, you want to be a better person. You want to be

Unknown:

even more present with the people around you than you were

Unknown:

the day before. You see we don't need new year's to start all

Unknown:

over again, we can start right now. He looked back, he looked

Unknown:

down on yourself. And you just have a gentle smile and very

Unknown:

soft gaze. And, you know, I know if you're listening to my

Unknown:

podcast, that you are growth oriented, that you want to let

Unknown:

go of stuff that doesn't serve you anymore, that you want to

Unknown:

embrace life fully that you want to be present again, and

Unknown:

experience deep nurturing connections.

Unknown:

We want to slow down a little bit and dive a little deeper

Unknown:

than we did last year.

Unknown:

And I'm so excited for my guests that will be coming on to my

Unknown:

show. I'm so incredibly blessed and I feel so honored for the

Unknown:

new clients that are going to join me that I'm going to be

Unknown:

learning from and that I will be able to point into the right

Unknown:

directions. And yeah, I'm I'm wishing us all peace and

Unknown:

tranquility and playfulness and pleasure, love and lightness.

Unknown:

And may we have the resilience to overcome hard times and may

Unknown:

we see obstacles as opportunities to grow. May we

Unknown:

see

Unknown:

A difficult situations with people as a phase of growth and

Unknown:

intimacy, if not with the other person with ourselves

Unknown:

from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for being here

Unknown:

for supporting my show. If you want to take a moment, leave a
