Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue this week talking about the many benefits of detoxing, and remember, these are in absolutely no particular order. And I started this topic with episode 406. And we are now at episode 412. So if you'd like to catch the other ones that you may have missed, go back and start at episode 406. So today, I want to talk to you about the fact that detoxing helps improve digestion and as a result that allows our system to absorb more nutrients and do so more efficiently, therefore maximizing their benefits and getting those nutrients to our cells that need them, which result in us having more energy and were able to thrive. detoxing also supports balanced blood sugar, because it will actually stabilize our blood sugar levels, reducing the risk of diabetes and again promoting over all health. So all of our systems are interconnected. And when they get bogged down with a toxic load, none of them can function properly. And when we take the time to support our liver and kidneys in getting these toxins out, then they can function at optimal levels. And you can also function at your very best
