Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I start out a whole new theme this month, which is on powerful quotes to live by. And some of these you may have heard before. Some of them you may not have, however, every single one of them is a great reminder. And today's is whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right by Henry Ford, and I choose that one because your mind truly is the key to your success. And so many of these quotes that I share with you over the course of this month will come back to that, and today I want to gift you my daily suggestions to your unconscious mind, because when you start to shift your thoughts, you literally start to change your life. And it's so true, whether you think you can do something or you think you can't do it, you will get the result that you're thinking about. Think of a student in high school math class who is sitting there thinking, this is difficult. However, I know if I keep working at it, I will understand it and I will master this, versus another student who's going math sucks. I hate this. I can't do this. Cancel, cancel at the end of the year. Who do you think is going to have been successful? The fellow who thought he could because he opened himself up to the learning. The moment you say you can't, you just shut yourself down and that stops any of the resources, any of the support, any of the assistance that you need coming into play, because you're not even open to it. And so I'm going to gift you my daily suggestions to your unconscious mind, which is a virtual card deck that you can download to your phone, and it'll scroll on your phone, and you literally take a screenshot, and it'll stop, and that will be your daily suggestion to your unconscious mind for the day, as you start to shift your thinking and rewire the 70,000 thoughts that are running through your head each and every single day, because those thoughts are setting the tone for your actions and results. And if we're in that place of, I can't I'm not good enough, etc, it's obviously going to sabotage your ability to achieve your goals and get what you want, and you want to flip that narrative, and very often it's the exact opposite of what you've realized is running through your mind, and the first step is awareness. So paying attention to this allows you to come into awareness. And having a tool like daily suggestions for your unconscious mind gives you a practice so that you can start reprogramming your own Urology. And we can all do that. And I run training programs that teach people this and allow us to work with the unconscious mind, which is fast, so much faster than our conscious mind, and we can release limiting beliefs. However, this is just a small baby step for you, so that you can start stepping into believing that you can your mindset is your most powerful tool, and so I just want to bring this information to you because I am so passionate about it, and once you have awareness around this, you also know that you have the ability to change the thoughts that are running through your mind. Which ones are you going to let in and take you down, versus saying, Nope, I don't want that thought anymore. I'm going to let it just float on by. It doesn't serve me, and I'm replacing it with a thought that does serve me, and that's where the daily suggestions from your unconscious mind comes in handy. So I hope you enjoyed this.
