Today I have a microdose meditation for you when you're feeling some doubt. When you feel ready, let's settle in to a comfortable position
and you can close your eyes if you like. Of course, you can always leave them open and
we'll drop in. Let's begin with a generous breath in. See if you can breathe up through your nose if you can,
and release the breath fully breathing out through your mouth.
If that felt good, you can do a couple more. Or I simply settle into the natural rhythm of the breath
you've been putting in the work to help you heal. But sometimes it might not feel like all this hard work is paying off, but it is.
As you breathe in, breathe in strength,
and as you breathe out, breathe out any doubt
and think of one small thing you've done lately. One choice you made. How you wanted to show up.
That effort counts. Every small act builds on the next one. It's like compounding interest. Every breath, every step, every bit. Hard work builds momentum.
If you like, you can say to yourself, hard work pays off. If not today, then perhaps tomorrow.
Keep showing up. Keep pedaling. Keep breathing in slowly and breathing out fully. You've got this and we've got you,
and when you feel ready, you can begin to ease your attention.
And slowly start to flutter your eyes open and wiggle those fingers and toes. You can even give your body a little stretch.
Thanks for practicing with me and believing in the value of hard work. And how it creates beautiful ripples that we can put into the world.
