What's up, y'all? It's Kostin with Solutions8, and I'm here to sell you stuff. Which is unusual with solutions. They don't generally sell very often, just normally just content and value. And I just want to talk to you about what it is, what it costs, how it works. If you're not interested in the mastermind. That's okay. Don't watch the video. if you are interested in the Mastermind and you have questions, though, this is where, you go to questions. The first, I think, and most important thing is this is not for newbies. It can't be. We had a lot of internal discussions about it, and we realized that If you're not a professional media buyer, agency owner, if you don't run ads for a living or it's part of your job, facilitating those conversations would require us going one or the other direction. Either we're going to help newbies, figure out where the buttons are or we're going to help the pros, level up their game. We chose the latter. So you don't need to be the best in the world by any means, but in the world where there's a, it's binary, it's black and white, there's a line of demarcation, either A or B. you're like, all right, I'm brand new at, media buying and I'm trying to figure life out or no, I'm pretty good at this stuff. And I'm going to be able to contribute to the community. We're looking for people that are, it's less for me about proficiency than invulnerability to be frank about like personality and culture fit you're building a community one bad apple can just ruin everything So we're looking folks that want to contribute want to learn want to ask questions want to share want to give and that's the other Thing that's interesting about a community is you're gonna bring as much value as you provide That's been true of every mastermind. I've ever been a part of my entire life. The real value comes from the member base so You're going to be vetted. You're going to have to interview with one of our strategists, and we're just going to make sure that we think you're the right fit. That should also be of benefit to you, so you know that we're not going to lob you into a pool of anybody who had money and was willing to join. but the mastermind is built around, Allowing other experts to collaborate together. So we're going to discuss the secret strategies of, the only the top marketers know truly, really, honestly, you're going to get to see behind the scenes at solutions eight. We add you to a private Slack channel where you can have discussions, facilitate conversations, host Q and a's those types of things. you're going to learn from each other, learn from us as well. We're all of our strategists. Every employee at solutions eight is inside of the Slack channel. and we're going to host a weekly call. And the weekly call is going to be moderated by our strategists. it's going to involve anybody in the U versus Google member base. And the hope is that. And, interestingly, I think we're going to learn as much as we teach to be frank, because there's so much going on. I can't tell you how often, somebody in a YouTube comment or hits me on LinkedIn and tells me something that I just didn't know. So again, this is for PPC managers, marketers, agency owners, freelancers, employees, other agencies. Like it's okay that, we don't, we can be competitors in real life and then still friends in the mastermind. That's I have a ton of friendly competitors. The point of the mastermind, the reason this is so important is because, there's a shift away from the agency world. People are looking for what feels like more bespoke, custom, personal services. And. As an agency, that obviously hurts us. If you're an agency, it hurts you. And we want to make sure that we're putting ourselves in a position to really enable our team to be as sharp as they possibly can be. So our whole team is in the mastermind. Everybody at Solutions Aid is in the mastermind. We really want to put people in a position of being fully autonomous. And so what's cool about it is you're going to be able to stay up to date with the latest findings and strategies from us and other marketers that are inside of our circle. John Moran just posted something today as I'm making this video, 13 minutes ago, he posted this thing about, My TV commercial just went live on, John's testing a new, Campaign type inside of Google for YouTube television and posted a screenshot with what's working and it's going to be posting updates on how it works. And this went right into Slack. If you were in the member base, you'd be able to watch this live and Google rolled out this really cool, new display base inside of Google television that, allows you to capture an unbelievable amount of attention and impression share for very little money. he's currently getting one cent per view right now with a pretty distinct target base. So that's an example of you being able to see behind the scenes of what's going on in solutions. Eight. what are you going to get? You're going to get live weekly calls with solutions, a strategist. Now here's, don't sign up. If you're like, is John rain going to be there? sometimes you will, sometimes he won't. The point here isn't ego driven mastermind. The point here is collaboration. And if all you want to do is talk to John, go hire him hourly because you'll be disappointed. Even when he does show up, right now we've got 30 people in the mastermind, we're going to cap it at a hundred. But if we have, an hour or 90 minutes or whatever the weekly calls end up being, and Everybody's asking John questions. He might not get to your question every single time. But if you're, comfortable with the fact that we have the best strategists in the world, literally, sometimes John and I show up, I can talk to you about agency stuff, growth, scale, HR, hiring. I'm not a Google ads manager, so I won't be talking about Google ads. You also get the private Slack group, which is where you can ask questions, connect with our members, share insights. I really think Google Ads is Significant portion of the value is going to be in the slack group. And then of course we're recording everything. We're also going to work to give as much value as we possibly can. Earlier this morning, one of our strategists, Glenn, he goes, why don't we give everybody access to our knowledge base? And so we're going to go through and figure out if there's anything that's like too proprietary to offer access to, but we want y'all to feel like we're massively over delivering, other benefits, you get to network with other top marketers. other agency owners, other freelancers, you get company resources. and you're not just learning Google ads. You're also learning things like, agency management, gross scale, where to get customers, see what other people are doing, see what's happening in other agencies. it's like, Hey, is the market turning or am I losing clients for no reason? That type of question. why is it priced the way it's priced? We're charging 500 a month, in order to be in the mastermind. And that was also an intentional line of demarcation. In order to learn where to put it, my decision there just boiled down to, if we earn or save you one client, we've paid for ourselves for the year, in theory, based on the way that most agencies are pricing. If we earn or save you one client, then we paid for ourselves for the year. And if you're not charging enough to justify that, then I don't know that, again, Just in that world where there's, it's black and white. And you're probably not the professional PPC, manager or agency yet. however, in order to pad the membership in the beginning to start, we're offering an unbelievable Black Friday Cyber Monday discount. We're not going to be huge sticklers to the rule. just be solid PPC manager, somebody who does this as part of their work on a regular basis and be a good person. you're the type that's going to answer questions without being a jerk, not make people feel bad, contribute, share. you're not the type that blindly applies Google recommendations. we want to be able to talk to the smartest people in the room about Google ads. I expect to learn as much from you as we teach. and we want to cultivate an environment where people feel comfortable sharing, comfortable, feeling vulnerable, comfortable going with the problems. we are capping membership at a hundred people.
