Speaker:Hello there, Modern Man. In today's episode, we're going to
Speaker:talk about how you can take care of your penis so that way it
Speaker:doesn't get smaller, and that way it can keep functioning
Speaker:until the day you die.
Speaker:Do you know that you can do penis rehab or penis maintenance
Speaker:to your penis? Yes, something as important as your penis, which
Speaker:is important for erection, is important for urination. It's
Speaker:important for functions such as ejaculation, but you need to
Speaker:take care of it like you want with your teeth. Because what do
Speaker:you do with your teeth? You brush your teeth, you floss, you
Speaker:do mouthwash, and you brush in the morning and night. When's
Speaker:the last time you did that for your penis? When's the last time
Speaker:you did penile rehab. When was the last time you did penile
Speaker:maintenance? Because it's always been working well, you just feel
Speaker:like, "all right, it's working well, and we don't need to take
Speaker:care of it." It's like, would you not brush your teeth at all?
Speaker:Yeah, it doesn't make any sense, right? So something as an
Speaker:important organ such as your penis, you should take care of
Speaker:it, because it does very essential things for you. It
Speaker:helps you urinate. It help you have an erection, and it also
Speaker:helps you have ejaculation as well. So what are the things
Speaker:that you can do, whether you're a man with ED or a man that
Speaker:doesn't have ED, that you can do to take care of your penis? And
Speaker:you know that I'm a big proponent of using the penis
Speaker:pump to take your penis to the gym. Refer to this episode right

Speaker:What does taking the penis to the gym mean? It means that
Speaker:exercise your penis, use the penis pump. Check out the penis

Speaker:penis pump, what does it do? When you put your penis through
Speaker:the cylinder, it's essentially creating a negative vacuum, and

Speaker:development. It prevents the penis from atrophy and it gives
Speaker:you an erection, a good erection, within a few minutes.
Speaker:And it could even be a functional erection, if you put
Speaker:in the penis ring at the base as well. So it's an exerciser for
Speaker:your penis. It brings in blood flow. It brings in oxygen. It's
Speaker:a win win win situation, but you need to use it, because if you
Speaker:don't have ED it will actually help with keeping the penis
Speaker:muscle healthy. It can even increase size after consistent
Speaker:use of about six weeks, increase in size and length, about an
Speaker:inch, and in girth about half an inch to an inch. And if you do
Speaker:have ED, it will help bring in more blood flow to the penis and
Speaker:exercise the penis muscle, and it prevents scar tissue
Speaker:formation.
Speaker:Now let's say you have ED and you haven't been able to get an
Speaker:erection, that means that the muscle, your penis muscle, is
Speaker:not able to expand. So over time, it will be atrophy, and
Speaker:once it atrophy, it will have scar tissue within it. So it's
Speaker:even harder for you to even get an erection as well, even with
Speaker:ED medications such as Viagra or Cialis. But on the contrary, if
Speaker:you use the penis pump, it will bring in blood flow to the
Speaker:penis. It will expand the penis and prevent any type of scar
Speaker:tissue development. So it's good if you don't have ED, and it's
Speaker:also good if you do have ED. I consider it as the best
Speaker:rehabilitation tool, the best maintenance device for men at
Speaker:this point. "You don't use it, you lose it." Yes, if you don't
Speaker:have an erection, you will have shrinkage and you will have scar
Speaker:tissue development.
Speaker:And as you get older, the penis muscle is dependent upon
Speaker:testosterone. So when you get over the age of 35 you will lose
Speaker:about 1% of testosterone a year. When you lose testosterone, it
Speaker:will also affect the shrinkage of the penis as well. So it's
Speaker:best that you use the penis pump to prevent the shrinkage, and
Speaker:then if you add in the Mediterranean diet with it,
Speaker:Mediterranean diet will also increase your testosterone.
Speaker:Doing exercise, it will also increase your testosterone. And
Speaker:sleep will also increase your testosterone as well. And
Speaker:therefore, when you eat a Mediterranean diet and exercise
Speaker:and sleep, the testosterone level increase. And therefore
Speaker:the penis muscle doesn't have to be atrophy, because your
Speaker:testosterone level is increasing, and the penis muscle
Speaker:needs testosterone for it to maintain its shape. So diet,
Speaker:exercise, sleep, penis pump, are three things that you can do for
Speaker:penile rehab right now or penile maintenance. And do it probably
Speaker:till the day you die because it doesn't harm it. And with diet
Speaker:and exercise and sleep, it's also good for your heart as
Speaker:well, too. And the penis pump will also good for you to keep
