Unknown:

Hello, hello,

Unknown:

and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm your host

Unknown:

Aurora. And I'm very happy to be spending some time with you

Unknown:

today. So good to have you is Sunday morning. My voice is

Unknown:

still a little scratchy, because I woke up not too long ago. And

Unknown:

I felt like regulating morning meditation for you meditation

Unknown:

for when you feel confused, and you want to feel your best

Unknown:

again. So find a comfortable seat. Check out some of my

Unknown:

episodes of season one, I describe their in depth how to

Unknown:

sit comfortably when you meditate. So once again, feel

Unknown:

your sit bones, roll them back and forth. You have your legs

Unknown:

kind of crossed in front of you and have like a little bit of an

Unknown:

arch and your lower back so that your spine is naturally straight

Unknown:

without big effort. roll your shoulders up and back. Slightly

Unknown:

tuck your chin to elongate your cervical cervicals your neck,

Unknown:

your hands can be on your legs, you can have your palms open to

Unknown:

the sky for receiving while you can turn your palms down and let

Unknown:

them rest on your thighs for a more grounding sensation. If you

Unknown:

feel like it, you can lay down on the floor as well. And then

Unknown:

you have your legs a little bit apart your arms a little bit

Unknown:

apart from your body and your palms facing up to the sky.

Unknown:

Beautiful. Now if you feel like it today, close your eyes. relax

Unknown:

the muscles around your eyes, your forehead, you your job and

Unknown:

not to see your breath. Breath in the morning is usually nice

Unknown:

and deep. Unless you're stressed and have to run around.

Unknown:

And if it is rather shallow than guided to your belly is very

Unknown:

normal to feel confused at times. Sometimes we have to make

Unknown:

a decision and we don't quite know which direction we should

Unknown:

go. Sometimes something happens in our relationships and we have

Unknown:

to make a decision and we don't really know how to react respond

Unknown:

to somebody. Sometimes something happens out of the blue and we

Unknown:

have to respond quickly and we take a decision we make a

Unknown:

decision and then afterwards we think gosh I don't know if that

Unknown:

was the right decision. Sorry, that was my computer. Take a

Unknown:

deep breath in and exhale. Know that it is okay to feeling

Unknown:

confused. And if you don't tense up and panic and know that as as

Unknown:

part of the human condition, it is easier to see a solution. It

Unknown:

is easier to let your heart guide you. Sometimes we run

Unknown:

around and ask for advice. But other people don't know what is

Unknown:

best for us. They might know us. But it is us who know what is

Unknown:

best for us. We got to come back To the heart, come back to our

Unknown:

center. And then we can make wise decisions. Come back to

Unknown:

your breath. Maybe visualize your breath visualizer, wide,

Unknown:

warm light, going up your spine, whenever you breathe in. And

Unknown:

when you exhale, both blue light comes out your mouth. stuff that

Unknown:

you don't need anymore. Confusing times, we wish for

Unknown:

clarity. So, instead of focusing on the confusing situation,

Unknown:

focus on being totally crystal clear and sharp. Imagine how

Unknown:

that feels. If you knew the answer, you would feel confident

Unknown:

you would feel very calm, you would feel good about yourself.

Unknown:

Do you remember those feelings, maybe you can call them in now

Unknown:

and know that it is okay to take your time with making decisions.

Unknown:

Some people are very quick and good at taking decisions. And

Unknown:

some people always need a little longer. And that's okay too. You

Unknown:

have to go at your pace.

Unknown:

If you have your palms facing up while you're seated, turn your

Unknown:

palms down now and kind of don't grab your thighs but kind of

Unknown:

embrace your thighs with your fingers.

Unknown:

Beautiful. If you are laying down on your back, place one

Unknown:

hand on your heart and the other on your belly to really feel

Unknown:

yourself know that deep down inside you know the answer. Do

Unknown:

you know the way out of this confusing situation? You just

Unknown:

got to allow it just got to bravely express it and

Unknown:

communicated

Unknown:

very good. I feel those meditations when we feel

Unknown:

confused are the most critical ones. Because if we can respond

Unknown:

with a quiet tone of voice with a calm peace of mind, then we

Unknown:

will be heard from others and then our decision will be made

Unknown:

in a sustainable fashion. So you gather all your strength you

Unknown:

focus on yourself.

Unknown:

You're calm and quiet. Do you know that you will find a

Unknown:

solution soon.

Unknown:

My time roll your shoulders up and back. Take a deep inhale and

Unknown:

exhale. Now bring your hands to prayer position. Press your

Unknown:

thumbs into your sternum. If you're laying on the ground,

Unknown:

roll over to your side and slowly push yourself up into a

Unknown:

comfortable seat and bring your hands in prayer position in

Unknown:

front of your heart. Isn't that a powerful thought and picture

Unknown:

or image to see us all doing the same thing now. Now, blow your

Unknown:

mind to your heart. And know that you can trust yourself.

Unknown:

Know that you are calm and quiet. You will take the right

Unknown:

decisions for yourself.

Unknown:

Be grateful for the time you took the side today to reconnect

Unknown:

to yourself.

Unknown:

Namaste, musty maybe if the time to go for a walk and to

Unknown:

cultivate this peaceful state of mind.

Unknown:

Maybe you go to bed now. But maybe you also have to go and

Unknown:

go, I get things done. Remember this very peaceful state of mind

Unknown:

and take it with you. And whenever something irritates you

Unknown:

confuses you,

Unknown:

you remember this feeling and come back to it. And you can do

Unknown:

that wherever you are in this world. You can do it while

Unknown:

queuing at a grocery store or waiting at a bank or at a

Unknown:

doctor's appointment while you walk. Remember that very

Unknown:

confident, calm state of being that you can be that you are.

Unknown:

Thank you for listening to the Borealis experience. I'm your

Unknown:

host Aurora and I'll be out there tomorrow again
