Welcome back to another episode of health hacks, as I round out this month, recapping the episodes I've been running all about the powerful tools of the unconscious mind, which started back at episode number 545 and now we're in 557 so that's 12 episodes introducing you to the other 90% of your mind that we aren't taught about at school. You know, we know all about the conscious mind and that 10% we learn about at school. And yet, there is so much more. And I want to ask you, are you interested in learning more? Would you like to do life the easy way would you like to have access to being able to create quick change in your life? Because our unconscious mind is so much faster than our conscious mind that when we work with the tools of the unconscious mind, that's exactly what we get, quick and lasting change. And the reason for that is is it's in our unconscious mind when we're young children, that's when we learn in that zero to seven window, and we say we're like sponges, and we're literally soaking everything up. It's because of the fact that kids are entirely in their unconscious mind at that point, and that's where the programming gets laid. And so if we want to change the programming, we have to get back into that mind, that theta brainwave state, and into our unconscious mind in order to create the change that is quick and effective and lasting. And the fact that we get to update our neurology, that we can update our neurology, that too is never taught, and yet it is very needed, because, let's face it, our inner five year old really is not qualified to run our adult life, and yet, you continue to run those programs that were downloaded in those early years of life until such time that you do something to change them. And when we work with the unconscious mind, we have the other 90% we have powerful tools that can allow us to shift our state in five to 15 seconds, to shift behaviors as a result of shifting neurology, so that the behavior automatically changes, versus being dependent on willpower, which is in the conscious mind in the 10% and we know willpower isn't lasting. People buy their gym memberships every year at the beginning of January, and by the end of January, the gyms are empty again. So it's my mission to get this message out to the world that there is so much more within us that we can tap into, that we can access when we learn these powerful tools in order to make our life easier, to put ourselves on the path that we want to be on, to create the transformation that we're looking for, to reprogram our neurology, it's all possible. You just need to a, know that it's possible, which is why I'm here letting you know this, and B, learn the tools in order to be able to use this for yourself in your life. These are life skills. Swimming is a life skill. Don't necessarily use it every single day, and it can save your life if needed. And these are life skills as well. Many of them you can use every single day, and you will want to once you learn them, as I do, and some of them you use as needed. The fact is, knowledge is power, and when you have knowledge about the fact that you can create behavioral change easily, you can rewire your neurology. You can be in control of your state. You can release your trauma. You don't have to carry it around like a bag of rocks for the rest of your life. Doesn't that make life sound a whole lot easier? Well, it is. If you're doing things the hard way, it means you're doing it the wrong way. It means you're using the wrong tool for the job. So check out these previous 12 episodes.
