Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue talking about the benefits of detoxing, and this is another board, these two are more big ones that I want to share with you, because when we detox, it actually reduces inflammation on the body. And that is super beneficial for a number of reasons. First off, when we reduce the inflammation, our joint pain goes away, and our stiffness goes away. And so we get the benefit right away and notice that reduced pain and of course, then we feel better in our bodies and happier than ourselves. And also, inflammation when it gets too high into that chronic state can be the switch that turns on your predisposed disease. So we know that it's only five to 10% of all disease that is purely genetic in terms of determining your health outcomes, all the rest of the diseases, and the relation to your health outcomes are linked purely by your lifestyle factors. And so when you lead a healthy lifestyle, and you help your body detox and you reduce your inflammation, to healthy levels, that switch never gets turned on. And you don't have to have a diagnosis of a dis ease of your body. So that point alone is a very powerful reason to support your body in getting the toxins out because the toxins do cause inflammation. And when you get the toxins out that inflammation goes down, you don't get diagnosed with a disease of some sort. And when it comes to those toxins coming in, there's just so much that we're exposed to in our daily lives these days that even when we're eating clean, and using clean products in our house, we still go out and walk along the street and we get exhaust fumes from cars onto our skin. We get all sorts of other chemicals into our body through our air through our waterways. And rather than stressing about that just choose to take action to support your liver and kidneys and being able to get them out of the body. By detoxing because if your liver and kidneys can't get them out of the body, they will store them in the body in your fat closets and then that builds up over time and that's what causes the inflammation that you definitely do not want.
