Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue offering resources to you so that you can be informed whether you're in a health journey right now, and actually, we're always in a health journey right because we want to be optimizing our health each and every day in order to live a long, joyful, vital life. However, if you're having any hiccups in your health journey right now, or you simply want to increase your knowledge, your resources available to you for if there's a future health hiccup, that is why I'm offering this today, because I feel like the more information we have, the more we can be prepared to make informed decisions and the right decisions for ourselves in that moment of potential crisis. So the documentary I want to share with you today is called a new standard of care by Megan Smith, and it's talking about holistic approaches to healing the body from cancer. It's a five hour documentary. I watched it on double speed over two nights. There is a ton of very valuable information in there, and I will put the link into the show notes here. This, of course, is not allowed on regular channels. I interviewed Megan on my podcast earlier this year, and when my VA loaded that interview onto YouTube, YouTube took it down, suggesting that it was misinformation. I don't believe educating yourself is misinformation. I believe that the more information you have in your moment of crisis allows you to be able to make the right choice for you, as I have said, and your choice is that it is personal to you. What's right for you may not be right for the next person, and what's right for them may not be right for you. At least if you have the information, you can make a informed choice. If you're only getting part of the information or part of the options available to you on your healing journey, then you're not able to make an informed choice. And so that's why I believe very strongly that this information needs to be made available to everyone. Some people will choose to go down this path and choose holistic ways to heal on their cancer journey. And some people won't. Some people will choose to go down the medical path and what their doctor is telling them. And as I said, that's a very personal decision. There is absolutely no judgment. However, when you don't have all the information, it's like working with your hands tied behind your back. So I'll put the link in. It's definitely worth watching. Now, even if you're not dealing with cancer yourself, you may know somebody who is that you would like to share this with, or you would might, might like to simply watch this documentary, save it and bookmark it somewhere so that you can come back to it, should you ever need it in the future? And really, that's what this is all about, is providing you resources so you know how to access them when you need them. So enjoy the show.
