Melissa Deally:

Welcome back to another edition of health hack, as I round out the week talking about the fact that our body doesn't have unlimited resources to do everything that we want it to do all the time, and that it's constantly having to make choices as to where to allocate the resources, does it go to DNA repair? Does it go to the immune system? Does it go to reproduction? Does it go to maintenance, depending on how much energy how much we have in the way of resources to be in repair mode, or and maintenance mode, or reproductive mode, et cetera. So the last two episodes, I talked about the disposable Soma theory and the triage theory. And today, I simply want to talk about stress, because we live in a stressed out world. And when we are stressed out, we're burning through our resources, we're burning through our nutrients as our body is trying to cope. And that is then taking resources away from other aspects of the body's ability to heal, repair, etc, etc. And this is something that very often when you go to the doctor, they don't talk to you about stress, they don't talk to you about the lifestyle factors. And you might figure out, okay, I need to eat better, I need to sleep more, but you may not figure out that you actually also need to be addressing the stress in your life. Because if you just focus on the nutrition and the exercise and the sleep, you may not notice a profound enough impact into how you're feeling or into healing from some kind of chronic illness. But addressing the stress is critical because the body cannot heal in a stressed out state. In addition to that, we have to look at not just the physical stress, but the mental stress, the emotional stress, past traumas, etc, that you may have had in your life that are bogged down and having you be in this stuck place that's causing toxicity in your body that needs to be released. And when we release all of that, that's when the body can truly come back into a place of good health and balance. And the tools that I use to be releasing those for people are the tools of NLP timeline therapy and hypnotherapy. And they're very quick, they're very effective. It's not hours and hours and hours of talk therapy having to rehash traumatic experiences. It's working with the power of the unconscious mind, to be able to release those experiences out of your body, let them go, such that your body can then start the healing process with those stresses released. So if your health is important to if your longevity is important to you, if regaining your health from chronic illness is important to you, or simply not getting chronic illness, then reach out because each and every one of us has had some kind of trauma in our life has stuffed down some emotion somewhere along the way society tells us to do that, or has mental toxicity, mental stress that we need to be able to release. And why don't you do that in the quickest, most effective way possible. Working with the power of your unconscious mind
