Speaker:So, let's get right down to this. It's actually vitamin D,
Speaker:like in dog. However, your body uses two type of vitamin,
Speaker:vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. What you need is the active
Speaker:component, vitamin D3 because that is the bioavailability. So
Speaker:why is this vitamin so critical for erection? It's vitamin
Speaker:because you need it. That's why it is called vitamin. But
Speaker:vitamin D3 does three things. One, it is anti inflammation, so
Speaker:it helps with the lining of the blood vessel being healthy.
Speaker:Number two, if you have good levels, maintain good
Speaker:testosterone level as well. Number three, it increases
Speaker:nitric oxide. So to review, increases nitric oxide, is it a
Speaker:good level. And then it also decrease inflammation, which
Speaker:helped with blood flow, and it also maintains your testosterone
Speaker:level. So if you're low, then your testosterone level will be
Speaker:low, then your inflammation will be high, less blood flow, and
Speaker:then also you will have less nitric oxide. And we all know
Speaker:that nitric oxide is help with blood flow. We all know
Speaker:testosterone help with erection as well. And we all know that
Speaker:blood flow a big component of erection.

Speaker:So how do you know if you have low vitamin D? Oftentimes, the
Speaker:signs are a little bit kind of ambiguous, but you can easily
Speaker:get a blood test. So you go to lab and you get the blood test
Speaker:and make sure you get the one that is called calcitriol.
Speaker:Calcitriol, or 25 hydroxy vitamin D, because you don't
Speaker:want to measure the D2 vitamin. So that's number one to make
Speaker:sure you get the right vitamin tested. It can be easily tested
Speaker:in the blood. And if you're less than 30, which is the low end of
Speaker:normal, then you need to be supplemented by taking a
Speaker:supplement. So the range is between 30 to 60. I like my
Speaker:patient to be around 45 or so, which is midway. However,
Speaker:nutritional requirement for vitamin D that a lot of people
Speaker:be, I myself, have been vitamin D deficient for many, many
Speaker:years, even though I try to increase it by eating more
Speaker:salmon, eating more vegetables as well. That's how you can
Speaker:increase it. I'm not eating enough portion. Oftentimes we
Speaker:have to resort to taking supplements like this one,

Speaker:body requirement. If you're over 50, you probably need between

Speaker:smoking and decrease stress. All that will actually increase the
Speaker:blood flow, increase nitric oxide, increase testosterone,
Speaker:and therefore will restore more blood flow, and therefore
Speaker:erection.
