Welcome to a special episode of Elevate Daily. What you're about to receive is something that I've kept intentionally private until this point, reserved solely for the women inside, my concierge experience, and intimate gatherings, retreats, and events. But frankly, this year, I'm offering it to you here. I had such a strong, intuitive nudge that it's really time that we're all being called right now to really deeply honor.
our highest visions. So if you're listening, I deeply believe you're meant to be here and to receive this. So this is a visualization into your highest vision for the year ahead. And the key is, this is a space where it's not about any shoulds, it's not about your ego, it's not about any strategies, this is really about you connecting with your soul. So I love to give the invitation as always to just really trust and allow whatever comes through you knowing
that that is what is of highest service. And of course, in classic Lex ritual fashion, I'd love to invite you to give yourself a moment before we begin to make this a ceremony, to make this the ceremony that it deserves to be. So whether that's closing your laptop, putting your phone on Do Not Disturb, maybe putting it in the other room.
lighting a candle, taking a moment to find a space that you feel really soft in, a place you feel like you're able to melt into, and a space where you find you can be deeply receptive rather than in your mind. And more than anything, I just want to name that this is not a one-time experience. The intention of sharing this visualization is may this be something you can come back to, that it can be something that recalibrates you, that supports you with returning.
to really being and knowing who you are, what you stand for, what you value, and the vision you're here to create from an energetic of devotion rather than default or depletion. So without further ado, let's begin. So I'm gonna invite you to find a lovely way to sit or a comfortable way to lie down, to be in a way where you feel both relaxed and present.

To make sure you feel cozy, this is a really strong, beautiful space for you to soften into your highest vision. There's nothing to figure out. There's nothing to mentally strategize. This is really your space to receive from the depths of your being, from your soul, what is your truest, highest vision for this next year?
And so just to notice as you settle into your seat, as you settle into lying down, what supports you with really allowing yourself to melt even more? Knowing there's nowhere to go, there's nothing to do. And there's nothing about this that is meant to be, quotes, perfect. To simply set the intention.
to be open, to be receptive, to be curious, and to simply listen to what you're meant to see now in this moment.
So then I'll invite you to take the deepest breath you've taken so far today. And as you inhale to really take a moment to notice how it feels in your body, to really honor the breath of life that is you, that moves you, that guides you. And on the exhale to just invite yourself to exhale even deeper into this present moment, into your body, into your being, into this space.

On your next inhale, I'm gonna invite you to really see if you can feel and honor your breath move up to your chest space, to your beautiful heart space to see if you can allow yourself to breathe in just for a moment longer.
the breath in your chest to increase the capacity to receive yourself and then again on the exhale to just exhale off anything that keeps you from being of highest service, from seeing your truth.
from knowing what you are uniquely here for.

On your next inhale, I'm going to really invite you to again honor this breath of life.
And to take a moment with intention to again, see if you can honor a little extra breath in your chest. See if you can inhale just a little bit more. Again, increasing your capacity to receive the fullness of you.
And again on the exhale, just exhale off anything that keeps you from being in deepest truth, deepest authentic alignment with who you are. Any distortions, any illusions, any egoic conditioning, any roles, any identities, any shoulds that can keep you from really seeing and honoring the truth of who you are and who you came here to be.

And then I'll invite you to take another deep inhale. And this time, just imagine that breath of life, that breath that moves you and imagine that air, that energy, that life force that actually is limitless, that has limitless potential when you are really in connection to it and you are deeply in reverence to it. And again, on the exhale, just shake off, release off, notice any tension you're carrying and just see if you can just exhale out, sigh away, anything.
that keeps you feeling caught in depletion, burnout cycles, and in the proving frequency.

And then when you feel ready, I want you just to take a moment to just keep breathing in your own time and space, in your own way, at your own pace, but to imagine a little flicker of light in your third eye. So that space of vision, that space of imagination that lives between your eyebrows. And again, this might be the first time that you've ever connected with your third eye. This might be something you do consistently, but just with this moment to notice how it feels to really feel, to notice, to acknowledge that
flicker of light in that space of you. That space that's so rooted in deep wisdom, impossibility.
And what if it could even be better than you've ever imagined?

And as you connect with this space, really invite you to set the intention to allow yourself.

to just let yourself receive whatever is of highest service to receive today. So you might be someone who sees visuals, you might be someone who can sensory feel things, you might be someone who just sees specific colors, you might have clear downloads, you might have very vague, kind of simple downloads. But I really want you just to trust your way, knowing that is what is of highest service today.
And then with that intention present in this moment, I'll invite you to take the deepest breath at this point you've taken thus far today. Just again, just really honoring that intention, anchoring it in, feeling it. And again, exhaling off anything that is not of highest service to hold, to carry, anything that keeps you from being in that trust, in that faith, in that presence with you here now.

And then I'm going to invite you to imagine again with that connection to your third eye that you wake up a year from today from this present moment today.

And as you imagine yourself waking up in this day, imagine yourself opening your eyes to really notice what you see, what you feel, what you sense. Maybe you notice the sheets of the bed you're in. Maybe you notice the type of light in the room that you're in. Maybe you're really acknowledging a space, a space that's either familiar that you're in or different than the one you know now.
Really allowing yourself to get curious, to get imaginative, to get playful with this.
to notice if there's anyone in the bed with you.
And to just imagine that it's just such a beautiful day. You're waking up and you just feel so lit up. You feel so enthused about your day. You feel so in pleasure. And what is it about this way you're waking up that makes you feel that way? What are the elements that really cultivate that experience for you?

And then to imagine that you pull the sheets off, you get out of bed, you go into your bathroom and you just take a moment. Maybe you're someone who like splashes water on your face, but just to take a moment to imagine you look at yourself in the mirror. And when you look at yourself in the mirror, you just see such a radiant, vital version of yourself.

And as you look at this reflection to notice what is it that you have incorporated into your life? What is it that you have prioritized that has cultivated this radiance, this feeling of vitality in your body and being? And notice if you receive any particular whispers, any insights here.
What did you commit to? What did you devote to? How did you honor the vessel of your body and your being?

And again, to just take a moment to now take a deep breath in this space, in this moment, in this recognition of you.
And again, exhaling off.
Anything that distorts you from knowing this radiance, this vitality, this deep embodied health within your being.

Then I want you to that you're walking in your space.
and you go to enjoy a beautiful meal, you go to enjoy a beautiful morning, you go to really experience your morning in a way that feels super delicious for you and to notice what that looks and feels like for you. Again, are you by yourself? Do you have people around you? Are you in a specific area? Have you gone on a bit of a trip somewhere? Like really let this be your delightful morning. You feel spacious.
You feel in flow. You feel in deep pleasure.

And then I want you to imagine you go and you get yourself ready to enjoy your work for the day.

to notice if you go to a specific space, a specific office, a specific part of your home space, but just to really imagine like where when you're gonna go begin your work day, where are you? What's the space? How does it feel? How do you feel?

And I want you to imagine you're having a beautiful work day, that the work day is just full of opportunities, experiences that bring you a lot of joy. You're smiling a lot. You're celebrating a lot. And just to notice, how are you spending the day? What are you doing? How are you experiencing the process? Who are you working with? Who are you serving?

And then I want you to imagine you're going into the afternoon.
And as you go into the afternoon, I want you to imagine that you receive an email or a notification of something really exciting.
Something that just feels like you want to do a dance party and celebration. It could be in your work life, it could be in your personal life, it could be related to your health, it could be related to a person in your life. But I really want you to imagine that you suddenly receive this really exciting news. And just take a moment to notice what is it that you receive.

to take a moment to really inhale this in, to receive it. And again, as we were practicing earlier, to really invite yourself to see if you can honor a little bit more of an inhale in your chest space, increasing your capacity to receive you, to receive your most aligned creations. And again, on the exhale, to just exhale off anything that keeps you from fully receiving what you uniquely here are meant to receive.

And I want you to imagine you want to celebrate this news. How do you want to celebrate? What excites you and makes you really receive it to feel it without just moving on to the next thing.

And then I want you to imagine that you're coming towards the end of your day of working, of honoring your labor of love. And just take a moment to notice like, wow, this felt like such an easeful, beautiful day. What made it feel so good? What made you enjoy it so much?

How are you spending your time? Where were you channeling your energy? What layers of support did you have? What made it feel so delicious?

And then I want you to imagine you're closing your laptop, you're maybe closing your office door, you're closing the space of work, you're walking out and you're going into your evening.
And this is a beautiful evening, an evening that just feels so nourishing. And to notice what is it you have plans to do for this evening. And it could be the art of absolutely nothing, or it could be going somewhere. Are you by yourself? Are you with others? What makes this evening feel really yummy for you? And to take a moment to really invite yourself to imagine it.
again to invite your senses to come in to notice if there's any smells, tastes, sights, specific things you feel in this experience.

And then I'll invite you to imagine that now it's time to start winding down and getting ready for bed.

to imagine that you have this way of honoring your body and being at the end of your day, that you're taking really luscious care of yourself. So to notice what it is about that, are you doing any specific energetic hygiene rituals, anything that supports you with just like letting go of anything you've carried in the day, any weight, anyone else from the day that maybe just needs to be lovingly inhaled and exhaled off, just like noticing.
how you spend your energy and time, what rituals you've cultivated to really support yourself with feeling supported. Maybe it's getting in that bath and like really just having that space of quiet, of stillness and no stimulation. Maybe it's like just that energy of just like cherishing how you put your kids to sleep that night. Maybe it's just like really taking a moment to honor the meal that you just ate and how delicious it was. Maybe it's just cuddling a pet of yours.
just noticing like what is it about like the end of the day that also makes that time of day feel really pleasurable and sacred.

I want you to that you're then getting into your comfy cozies for the night, your pajamas, something that makes you feel great, something that just feels really...
luxurious on your body. Or maybe you're the person who's like, I don't want anything on my body. I just want to get into my bed feeling completely free, whatever is your way, but just notice what it is that makes it feel so pleasurable to crawl into your bed, crawl into your sheets, what the ambiance is like in your room. And again, notice if there's anyone with you or if you're by yourself, what makes your evening feel really present, really nourishing.
And as you tuck into the bed that you take one moment just to really feel into the pleasure of your day, the pleasure of your life, the pleasure of what you've created. And I want you just to take a moment as you take a moment to honor this version of yourself, this version in the seemingly future that already has all of the awareness of what is already present for you now. Are there any last words of wisdom?

And I'll invite you here in this moment just to take one again, one more deep breath, just savoring this, giving a little extra space to just allow it to be felt, to be held, to be witnessed, honoring you and all that is ready to be allowed and welcomed. And again, exhaling off anything that keeps you from feeling like it can be easeful, that it can be joyful.
and that your play and pleasure are just as important as all the other facets of you.

Really letting yourself honor it, savor it, have reverence for it, knowing that the more you also write it down, the more you just consistently add energy into the devotion of what it is you deeply desire, and what you deeply know is ready and available for you now.
