But when you start living life correctly, you actually step into that dad role or you actually step into that husband role.

But it's something about getting a release when we.

But, bro, I woke up today with a different type of feeling.

So today I've been happy go lucky all day.

So when I say like today, making the week great just because of actually having the intent on making sure God is a part of my life, we going to go back into the drinking, we're going to go back into the.

I'm always doing my best.

But in my mind, I know I can do this better.

So how do you get the mindset of, you know, I know I dropped it, you know, pick it back up and keep on going.

So I'm just trying to figure that part out too.

And that's, that's the struggle as a dad because for me, what Tim said is the absolute truth.

Every day I wake up, I feel like a failure because number one, you have the thought process of knowing you could do better.

Right.

But you also have the thought process of looking at your child and remembering your childhood.

So Tim just told us about his dad.

He didn't complain about his dad, but he's letting you know as a dad, this is what I went through.

Right.

And so I only blase blah with this.

And so that's the thought process I have.

So when I'm looking at, I have case in full time and I get the twins whenever I pick them up.

I picked them up regularly.

I know that sounded bad.

That sounded like I barely see my kid.

Don't do that with us.

But I got casing full time.

And when I'm looking at my child and you have the attitude look on your face, is it just being a teenager or is it because daddy is dropping the ball?

And then when you're asking for something and I know for a fact in my head that I can't afford what you're asking for.

So do you know I can't afford it.

And that's why I'm saying no.

And so for the most part for me, and I'm really realizing this as a dad is majority of the Time when I'm feeling like a failure as a dad.

Majority of the stuff that I'm feeling like I'm feeling it is in my head.

It's not me actually feeling as a dad.

If I was feeling as a dad, my kids would have an actual issue.

My kids wouldn't want to be around me, my kids wouldn't want to talk to me.

So you said you're trying to navigate the.

The thought process of I'm feeling.

I think it's the easiest way to navigate through it.

And I'm still trying to figure it out.

It ain't me trying to tell you something I'm doing already, but I'm still trying to figure out the feeling process or the feeling feeling is really something you putting on yourself because you want to be better.

It's not because you actually a bad dad.

Because I think that's the difference between a dad and a father.

But I think too, we hold ourselves so high.

But that's what I'm saying.

And like, one of the things that I'm failing at that I feel like I'm failing at is I had Bible time with Amber last night.

Well, this started cuz we were having Bible time with the family.

Well, now I'm just having Bible time with my.

My woman.

The kids are our future.

So as a dad, the first thing you're going through my mind is you failing.

You're a bad dad.

You worried about your woman getting heaven.

What about your kids, man?

We get in the heaven.

I have that same feel.

I'm gonna tell you like this because we.

We have a book, a devotional that when we all sit together at the time dinner table, we kind of go through it and it's so sad.

I write the dates on there and it's.

I. I swear, I write one a month.

I ain't going to lie.

If I had the book and show.

It to you, it'd be like the last time we had our talk, it's October, right?

It was in September.

And the one before that, it was August.

Because with our schedule.

That's what I'm saying.

So that's why I was saying earlier.

And have his wife tell I'm something constantly.

And this is something literally I got from my daddy.

But part of the problem I'm having is dealing with you, right?

But we all going through the same problems of struggling with manhood, struggling with fatherhood.
