This is my question for you today.

It's as simple as that.

I know that I will be releasing.

Most days between now and the end of the year.

I find that once that momentum starts.

Releasing, it just keeps releasing, keeps releasing.

You know, I go into a drawer.

And something that I had to have.

You know, two weeks ago, now it's like, I don't want this.

Speaker H

I'm gonna get rid of it.

Speaker A

But it's not just releasing things as.

We'Ve been talking about.

Speaker G

It's releasing mindsets, releasing beliefs, releasing fears.

Speaker D

Releasing your judgment against yourself, releasing your negative self talk, releasing anything that gets in the way of you accepting, loving, cherishing and being gentle with yourself.

See, that's what I want for you.

I want you to look in the.

Mirror and just be happy, just really be happy that you get to live this life as you.

To release in order to make that more of a reality?
