One of the best antiaging treatments I've ever done is microneedling. I've been getting this done consistently for years. She's not wrong. Microneedling is great antiaging treatment. It builds collagen, however, watching the video, take an egg, crack it, and use the yolk as a natural way to get rid of the blackheads around your nose. You cannot wash your face in circle instead, use a press on method. Remember to use this. Okay, I'm
not sure where she's getting that from. Your
chin. After that, wash your face again and then wash it off. With a double cleanse, you will start to see, welcome to the holistic skin guru, where what's on the surface is just as important as what's underneath. I'm your host, Amina. Let's dive deep into the world of holistic skincare. Welcome back to another episode. Guys, today we're reacting to some Tiktok influences. One of the best antiaging treatments I've ever done is microneedling. I've been getting this done consistently for years. I would say I get it done around every two months, but I avoid getting it done during summer. Most people get micro needling for texture and scarring issues. So for me, I don't really have any texture issues. I get it done because I feel like it matches my skin and it makes the quality of my skin super glassy. Keep in mind, I work in beauty, and I get tons of complimentary treatments of Thank the Lord. Another thing to remember is that when you're getting treatments, do not forget the chest and the neck, because it's all part of the big picture. Okay, so she's not wrong. Microneedling is great anti aging treatment. It builds collagen. It's really good for any scarring, acne scarring, pitting of the skin, any type of pigmentation and sun damage, it can reduce a lot of that. However, watching the video, I am alarmed to see a beauty professional or a skin therapist use her device in that manner, we have a very unusual technique that we use in our clinic, which actually gives better results. You don't have to have any bleeding when you are using or having a micro needling session. So that's the first thing. Make sure you get no bleeds, and also just the way she was performing, that treatment was incorrect in in my professional opinion, we use a specific method, and that gives us amazing results. So that's about the only thing. But yeah, love micro needling if you are if you have a clinic that's really good and close to you, go for it. Have as many sessions as you like, you will see some amazing, amazing results in your skin. For aging, you can transform your skin from looking like this to looking like this by just changing the way you wash your face. So let's get started. Firstly, put some water and your cleanser into a container, and then use the makeup brush to make a lot of bubble like this. Need to wash your face two times,
and we actually use this method in our treatments. This is
the first time use your brush to brush cycling on the tea area where you have the most oil. After 30 seconds, bring it all on your face and then wash away the cleanser. For the second step, you cannot wash your face in circle. Instead, use a press on method. Remember to use this press on method on each of the oily area on your face, like your forehead. And again, I'm not sure where she's getting that from your chin. After that, wash your face again, and then wash it off. And there we go. She's basically done a double cleanse. The pressing action's not going to make any difference. Looks like a highly sulfated product that she's using. The reason why we whip up our facials is because it's sulfate free, and so that foaming action is not something that happens naturally with the product, so we actually create that foaming action by whipping it up. Yeah, I got no issues. Double cleanse is amazing. You should be double cleansing anyway, and that's probably why she's seen some beautiful results on her skin. With a double cleanse, you will start to see some amazing results, because the first cleanse gets rid of the grime and the dirt and makeup, and then the second cleanse will get rid of anything else that's left behind, because a lot of times we don't actively wash our skins correctly, and it's a good idea to wash it twice and just make sure that we remove all of the grime and the dirt and the bacteria and that sort of thing off the skin. But yeah, tapping it, I don't know. I don't think that's going to do anything. Three girl tips. I wish I would have no sooner taking an old banana peel and ruminate across your face every day, not only naturally exfoliates your face, but also gets rid of wrinkles. Come on, using apple cider vinegar is a great toner for your skin after you clean it to help get rid of acne, even out the skin tone and also brighten it. And if you suffer with blackheads around your nose, take it. Oh my god, crack it and use the yolk as a natural way to get rid of the blackheads around your nose. Okay, so. I'm not sure about the egg. Maybe she's referring to something. Okay, apple cider vinegar definitely is great for your skin. I wouldn't use it as a toner as such. It just depends on your particular skin type. I don't I'm not averse to the banana peel because the bananas do contain some beautiful ingredients in them that art is going to really help with your cleansing your skin. I'm just looking at the comments because I want to see what you guys think. Apple cider vinegar does smell funky. If you're okay with that, go right ahead, but it can be a little bit stripping to the skin. I think so use that with a little bit of caution. But seriously, why? Why do you want to use like pantry staples on your face, like, let somebody else do the hard work for you, and just get good organic skincare, and you don't have to crack an egg on your head. This is what my skin looked like four days ago, and now it looks like this. Now I've been struggling with hormonal acne for the last few months. I am 22 and I just got this random surge of acne. I've never had acne in my life, but now I'm really struggling with it, and I have done everything from changing my diet to seeing a dermatologist to taking acne medication, but still, it continued to get worse, and recently I have started a couple new holistic situations and routines that have really made a difference. So I'm going to tell you guys what I've done. So the first thing that I've done is I started drinking celery juice every single day. That has changed the game for me, my skin has been clearing up so quickly. I've also been having raw ginger, turmeric, lemon, cayenne shots every day as well, and that's been helping with the inflammation in my face. So those two things in the morning, plus having spearmint tea in the evening. My skin has been healing so fast, you guys, it's insane. She's definitely doing the right things. But the first thing I noticed with her is her lovely, beautiful locks, and from her before photo, her her breakout seems to be on her cheeks. So it may just be that her hair is contributing to the acne hormonal acne usually occurs around here. Not usually this can can be hormonal, but generally speaking, our hormonal acne occurs around here. So I'm thinking probably just her looking at some alternative ways of treating acne in general, like reducing inflammation. She hasn't really addressed any hormones, she's just addressed the inflammation in the skin, and that's actually helped her. But I would actually go one step further with a client like this. I would actually look at her the quality of her scalp and her hair, because if her hair is oily, or if she doesn't wash her hair more than every second day, then the oils and the dirt and the grime from that hair is actually causing the breakout. And she also has quite long nails, and so there may be some bacteria, if she likes to touch her face a lot, that bacteria could be moved around on her face and causing her acne. So other habits could be contributing. These are all guesses. I'm just looking at a photograph or a video and guessing, but these are things that I would be talking to a client like this about. She still hasn't addressed the hormonal side of things, because you can't drink a juice and change your hormones, unfortunately, but you can drink a juice and add nutrients to your system. So I think that's what's happened here. If there are any videos you want me to react to please send us the links, and we're happy to react to them, and we see you on the next episode.
