I came across this burger when I was living in Colombia for five months at the beginning of 2024, and although it's my favorite burger in the world, oddly enough, it taught me a super, super valuable lesson about creating good offers. Now, what you're about to hear is a video that I had made from inside of chum burgers. In fact, I'm inside of Chum Burgers right now where this burger is hosted at, and I'm excited for you to listen to this podcast because it's about five and a half minutes. Of explaining how you can make a great product and what you're supposed to look for inside of that product in order to ensue amazing reactions from your customers and from their friends. Hope you enjoy. This is the best hamburger in the entire world. I'm here at arguably my favorite restaurant in the entire world, which is the Chum Burger in Medellin Colombia. Now, I haven't been here in just about a year, and the first thing I did when I got off the plane. Was come to this restaurant right here, the Chum burgers in, uh, Patio Bonito in Medellin Colombia. And it wasn't until I had left Colombia that I realized how big of a lesson that this burger was in creating offers. Now, I became addicted to this burger when I lived here for about five months, back in 2024. So when I first got put onto this burger right here, which is the good Matthew, I it like you take the bite of the burger the first time you bite the burger and you're just like. Oh my God, this is the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. And there's no question. And since that experience, I start just bringing people into Chum burgers. I say, like my friends would say, oh, where do you wanna go for dinner? I know where we're going for dinner. And we would pull up two, three friends, and the lady would hand us the menus. They'd be like, no, no, no, no, no need for menus. I already know what everyone at that table is getting. And people go, what? What do you mean? Trust me? Trust me on this. I say. Good Matthews for everybody. con papas, and the house sauce. That's what we need. And they go, okay. And they trust me. And then they hand the burger, hand the burger, hand the burger. And I say, take a bite. And every single person that takes a bite of his burger goes, what? This is the best burger I've ever had in my entire life in Colombia, of all places. I came here for the first time. I was not expecting to have a good burger for America. We were like Burger Land, like we should have the best burger. This is the best burger ever. And everybody says the same exact thing. So everyone I bring to Chum Burgers like looks up to me and say, wow, great choice on dinner, Danny. That burger was awesome. And then they tell their friends about the burger and I continue bringing more people in 'cause one, I want to go to Chum burgers. And two, I want everyone to see how cool I am for introducing them to chum burgers. Right. Because every single person takes a bite of the good math to you and goes, it is so good. So it had me thinking, I was talking with my team about like, you know, creating our offer on how we can provide the best social media service to everybody that, that, that we work with. Because in social media, what we do is fully done for you content creation. So there is a, like, there's a point where we take over the account. And people experience our clients experience, what good social media management is like, what good content is, like what good results are like, and what good branding is. Like I want every single person. That works with us to film two videos with us and be like, wow, I'm never going back to anywhere else. This is the best service that I've ever been a part of. Because all the agency space and the marketing companies, they, they don't care about how good their burger tastes. They care about how cool the branding is on the outside, and they wanna bring a bunch of customers in. They say, do all the marketing and, oh, come, come try a burger. Come try a burger, come try a burger. And then people come and try the burger and they go, this is an average burger. What would happen if instead of focusing on marketing first? You just focused on making literally the best burger of all time that everybody comes in. And they take a bite of it and they go, I simply just have to tell others about this burger because of how good it is. Because I want my status to be raised for showing people this burger. And selfishly, I want to eat more of the burger. It's like this, it's, it's painful to continue making this video. I have a couple more points I wanna make, but it's painful just watching this burger sit here. And I, and I can't eat it because I'm talking, but it's a, it's very important and I talk on our community calls and I talk with my team about creating a Chum burger offer. How can we have an offer and how can we have a product that when someone takes a bite of it, like they just dip their toes and like, man, this is the best thing ever. I just have to tell people about it because I can tell you for a fact, I've spent, and this is Columbia, where the US dollar one, US dollar is worth 4,000 Colombian pesos. I've easily spent a thousand US dollars myself at this restaurant over the course of my five months living here, uh, last year. And then every single time I come here, like this is the third time I've Chum because I've been here for 48 hours. I have to get it as many times as I can. 'cause we're leaving tomorrow. I'll probably come back again tomorrow before we leave. The question is, how can you create a burger inside of your company that when people eat it and take the first bite, they go, wow, I just have to tell everyone about this because I've spent a thousand dollars here. And I've also shown at least 20 other people the chum Burger. And I go back to America and I talk about the Chum Burger. And there's people that they've come to Medellin for the first time and they go, fucking, Danny was talking about this Chum Burger dude. Like the way he was speaking about it, I just have to come try this burger. And they come try the burger. And what happens? And then they tell their friends about it. So what's better marketing? Creating awesome branding and having the best advertisements in the world and bringing as many people in. And then when people come in, take a buy the burger, they go, me, this is mid. Or you focus on the product first. And every single time that someone tries it, they just go, man, this is the best. I'm never going back to anything else. It's like we go to a barber for the first time and they give you a sick haircut. It's like, man, you're my barber now. This is my spot. I love this place. So my challenge for you today, so I can wrap this up and start eating my burger, is to focus on the product first. What product can you build that is like a Chum burger. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have important business to take care of.
