Speaker:

Hello there, Modern Man. I'm Dr Anne Truong. I'm a medical

Speaker:

doctor who treated over 7000 men with ED. In today's episode, I

Speaker:

want to tell you a story about a patient that I saw that has

Speaker:

suffered with ED for five years. And that in about 20 minutes

Speaker:

with me, I was able to erase his ED, and he's now a new man.

Speaker:

Let me tell you the story. Let's just call him John, the 46 year

Speaker:

old male who is single, is dating, and has been noticing

Speaker:

that he's really not performing as well as he used to. And just

Speaker:

dated back about five years ago. He had been anguish over this.

Speaker:

It affected his confidence. It affected the way that he

Speaker:

approached women. He loved women. He liked to date women,

Speaker:

and sometimes date a few at a time, and so he didn't want to

Speaker:

take ED medication. He's actually a vegetarian. He

Speaker:

exercises, he works at computer job, and he takes care of

Speaker:

himself. He doesn't smoke, he doesn't drink, and he didn't

Speaker:

want to take ED med, but he's been dealing with ED for about

Speaker:

five years. And now that he's noticing, it's been getting

Speaker:

worse and worse within the last, like three months. And so he

Speaker:

decided to come and see me, and his first word to me was, "I

Speaker:

want to know if my ED is, is it physical, or is it

Speaker:

psychological?" And the moment he said that, I was like

Speaker:

hallelujah. I wish every man, when you have ED, think about

Speaker:

this, is this physical or is it psychological? And in my last

Speaker:

episode, check it out here, is it physical or is it

Speaker:

psychological? Check that out and to tell the difference. But

Speaker:

let's just recap, if your ED is psychological, then you're able

Speaker:

to get an erection at night. You're able to get an erection

Speaker:

with masturbation and inconsistent erection. Sometimes

Speaker:

it is good, sometimes it is not. With different women, it is

Speaker:

good, and sometimes it is not. So that could be a psychological

Speaker:

ED. There's nothing wrong with you if you have psychological

Speaker:

ED. We are under stress, we are human. We can feel, and we have

Speaker:

feelings, and there's nothing wrong with you. That doesn't

Speaker:

mean that you're weak or you're less of a man. In fact, you're

Speaker:

more of a man if you recognize that your ED is psychological or

Speaker:

not. And then what are the physical presentation, whether

Speaker:

your ED is coming from physical, again, check out the video right

Speaker:

here that I talk about how to differentiate between

Speaker:

psychological or physical. If it's physical It takes years to

Speaker:

appear, and then it gets worse over time. It doesn't even

Speaker:

improve with ED medication. And that is consistent. Your ED is

Speaker:

consistent. You cannot get an erection with different partner,

Speaker:

you cannot get an erection in different environment. You do

Speaker:

not get an erection at night or morning or and certainly not

Speaker:

with masturbation. And that you also have either high blood

Speaker:

pressure, high cholesterol or maybe diabetes, maybe obesity,

Speaker:

or that you smoke or you drink more than 14 drinks a week or

Speaker:

watch porn. Those are the major physical causes of ED. And so if

Speaker:

you have one those, and it's probably a check that your ED is

Speaker:

probably physical. And if it's a physical, go get blood work

Speaker:

done, right?

Speaker:

So the John that came by to see me want to know whether his ED

Speaker:

due to psychological or physical. We got blood work

Speaker:

done. And just looking at his blood work, his blood work was

Speaker:

pristine. His testosterone level was good. His cholesterol was

Speaker:

good. His blood sugar was good. He had no inflammation

Speaker:

whatsoever. His weight was good, his blood pressure was good. And

Speaker:

examination, his whole entire body was good blood flow, good

Speaker:

temperature, no abnormality in the penis or the scrotum, and

Speaker:

good Kegel contraction. So by looking at the blood work, you

Speaker:

can rule out a lot of the physical causes and with

Speaker:

examination. So most likely, his ED in the past five years had

Speaker:

been probably psychological, maybe stress, maybe anxiety,

Speaker:

maybe situational. And so when he asked me that, and I looked

Speaker:

at him, examined him, and I just tell him. I said, "Well,

Speaker:

physically, I don't see any reason why you should have ED."

Speaker:

But know, he did have a little bit of low vitamin D. Yes, he is

Speaker:

a vegetarian. We still have low vitamin D, so a little low

Speaker:

vitamin D, but that's about it. So I told him that, other than

Speaker:

the low vitamin D, I couldn't see any other reason why he had

Speaker:

ED at this time. And literally, I can see his face light up. He

Speaker:

started smiling. I see that he literally have 20 pounds of

Speaker:

pressure on his head. Totally lifted. And he starts smiling.

Speaker:

He started having more color to his face. He just feel

Speaker:

alleviated. He just feel relief, like a pressure is off his chest

Speaker:

that he doesn't have any physical causes of ED and that

Speaker:

he feel that it's a psychological. He can overcome

Speaker:

this. And I told him, I said, to overcome psychological ED, don't

Speaker:

put pressure on yourself. Don't feel that you have to perform.

Speaker:

Don't feel that you have to be rock hard every time. You go

Speaker:

with the flow. Relax. You know, like I said before, like when

Speaker:

you have an intercourse encounter, to feel as if you're

Speaker:

going to the playground. You know, don't put pressure on

Speaker:

yourself. Go with the flow. Enjoy the moment and act as if

Speaker:

you're at the playground and you haven't decided you're going to

Speaker:

do the slide, you're going to do the sandbox, or you're going to

Speaker:

do the monkey bars or run around. Just go with the flow to

Speaker:

enjoy the moment. Use your five senses that you have, your

Speaker:

vision, your smell, your taste, what you hear, what you touch.

Speaker:

Use those five senses to increase your arousal, increase

Speaker:

your fantasy even, you know. And so when you do that, when you

Speaker:

use your five senses, you take the thought in your mind that

Speaker:

you have to perform at A plus level every time. That's a lot

Speaker:

of stress on a man. If you put that type of stress on yourself,

Speaker:

it's almost like set up for failure. So that's what I advise

Speaker:

him to do. When the moment I said that, he stopped putting

Speaker:

pressure on himself, think that he has to be A plus performance

Speaker:

every time. I can see relief in his face. And he said to me,

Speaker:

"You're right. I put a lot of pressure on myself. Because with

Speaker:

a woman, I feel that I have to be in my tip top shape. I have

Speaker:

to please her. I have to last long. I have to be A plus

Speaker:

level." That's a lot of pressure, so don't do that,

Speaker:

guys. And when you're not thinking about your penis, your

Speaker:

penis will be thinking about you, and we'll take care of you.

Speaker:

Okay, Modern Man, you are not alone and you don't have to

Speaker:

suffer anymore. ED can feel isolating, frustrating, and even

Speaker:

defeating. The endless guessing, the quiet shame, the weight of

Speaker:

not feeling like yourself is exhausting. But here's the

Speaker:

truth, you are not broken. You are not alone. You don't have to

Speaker:

figure this out alone anymore. The Get Wood Now Boost Program

Speaker:

is your step by step, path to sexual confidence and

Speaker:

restoration. No more suffering in silence, no more trial and

Speaker:

error, just real solution, real result and the confidence you

Speaker:

deserve. It's time to take back your power on your term. Let's

Speaker:

get this journey started together. Check out the course

Speaker:

at getwoodnow.com. I'll see you there.

Speaker:

So I wish every man will do this like John did. That if you have

Speaker:

ED, think about is it psychological or is it physical,

Speaker:

and at least go get blood work done. Go see your doctor. You

Speaker:

know blood work is covered by your insurance, but just like a

Speaker:

CBC, just looking at a chemistry panel, like called chemistry 14,

Speaker:

and we can look at your blood sugar, look at your liver, your

Speaker:

kidney, and then look at your testosterone level, total

Speaker:

testosterone and pre-testosterone, and a sex

Speaker:

hormone binding globulin test, and then vitamin D is very

Speaker:

important as well, and also get your thyroid check, because high

Speaker:

bulb or hyper thyroid, or like low or high thyroid, can also

Speaker:

affect your testosterone, which then also affect your erection.

Speaker:

So with John, I recommend that he takes a vitamin D supplement

Speaker:

and daily, and that will increase his his vitamin D

Speaker:

level. I would recommend he takes a vitamin D3 K2, and you

Speaker:

can check out the vitamin that I recommend for him in our modern

Speaker:

man crib at ednomore.com, and within the. 20-30, minutes, I

Speaker:

have alleviated five years of anxiety, of worry, concern, and

Speaker:

lifted the weight off his shoulders. And the first thing

Speaker:

he said to me was he said, "I'm gonna call my lady friend once I

Speaker:

get home, and we're gonna get started. And we're gonna go to

Speaker:

the playground." I love that. I absolutely love that, because I

Speaker:

know that he feel relief and that he's gonna do well, he's

Speaker:

gonna do fine, and I advise him to enjoy the moment and get his

Speaker:

blood work in about another year to see where he's at.

Speaker:

So I hope you get something from this episode in saying that if

Speaker:

you have ED, do not start taking ED medication, because you're

Speaker:

actually making it worse. You know, first review if is it

Speaker:

physical or psychological? Get some blood work done. And if you

Speaker:

start early, you can actually reverse your ED. Reverse. Okay?

Speaker:

You can actually reverse that. You don't have to live with ED,

Speaker:

you don't have to suffer in silence. You don't have to feel

Speaker:

like you're less of a man. And it takes you a more of a man to

Speaker:

admit that you do. Maybe there's a psychological component of

Speaker:

your ED. And oftentimes, the physical and the psychological

Speaker:

appear at the same time, because when you have physical causes

Speaker:

that caused you ED, the psychological component is added

Speaker:

on on top of that. But then the when you take care of the

Speaker:

physical cause of ED, the psychological component will get

Speaker:

better over time.

Speaker:

So having said that, I hope you enjoyed the story of John and

Speaker:

how within 30 minutes or so, I was able to alleviate five years

Speaker:

of worry, of pressure, of concern, just by just by

Speaker:

evaluating whether his ED is psychological or physical, and

Speaker:

doing some thorough blood work. So don't figure it out yourself.

Speaker:

Consult a doctor. Get blood work done. Let me know what do you
