And our work on this planet is almost more important to reveal those things, to reveal the magnificence of who we are.

To accept the magnificence of who we are.

You know, if you think you're okay.

And if you think the world is safe and if you are willing to stand to live that authentic life, life gets a lot easier when you're willing.

To see your own innocence and forgive yourself and forgive others.

When you're willing to see the innocence.

When you're willing to let go of your expectations and things you think should.

Today is to set your watch, set.

Your alarm, set whatever you got, whatever clock you got.

And if you're willing.

Every half hour, and if you need a little more time, every hour.

And I simply want you to take three deep breaths every half hour or every hour.

I want you to slow down, get in touch with your body.

Speaker D

Get in touch with yourself, and just.

Breathe and be inside of yourself.

Feel the aliveness moving through you, through that breath.

That breath is here to support you.

Your breath, every hour, every half hour, if you're willing.

Three deep breaths to calm your nervous system, to relax your adrenals, to feel.
