Find a quiet place now take a few very slow, deep breaths, and as you inhale slowly and steadily, imagine drawing energy from the bottom of your feet through to the top of your head. Feeling the gentle vibration of awakened energy throughout your body. Take a few deep breaths here, and picture a place in your mind where you love to be that makes you feel calm. It could be on a beach with the calming sounds of ocean waves, or the sound of wind blowing through a meadow or a forest. Feel it. Experience it. Smell the breeze. Hear the sounds of nature all around you.
Now it's time to retrain your brain. The power of your conscious mind is stronger than the power of your thoughts. Your thoughts create the beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you. Your conscious mind can create new pathways of thinking and new beliefs. So using the power of your consciousness, you can retrain your brain.
You will rewire your thinking so that when the old pattern of anxiety starts to arise, you can recognize it, cancel it, clear it, and delete it.
It's time to create the future you want. It's time to create a new you. Ask
to be freed from the emotional chains of your past.
Know that if you truly feel it and trust in this higher power, it will be. Done in a way that's just right for you.
Now it's time to visualize a new truth, a new belief pattern, a new reality of awareness. You are a powerful creator.

Picture the new you so clearly, so vividly, that you realize this is who you truly are. Visualize the new you now.
