Welcome back to Catching Up with Katie.

0:02

Usually we are me and Abigail are just

0:04

kind of hanging out and talking about

0:05

questions that are from Facebook and

0:07

Instagram and YouTube from y'all. And we

0:09

do a little catch up about what's been

0:11

happening on the farm. And this week's a

0:13

little bit different. We are taking a

0:15

turn and I think this could end up being

0:17

like a new type of video we do, but we

0:20

have a guest. So say hello to Miss

0:22

Rebecca. So Rebecca is my childhood best

0:27

friend and still my best friend. And a

0:29

lot of you because we've been making

0:31

videos together lately and she has her

0:32

own channel and we just went to a horse

0:34

show with her daughter and uh she is

0:37

getting, you know, a couple of my

0:38

animals here soon. A lot of you had some

0:40

questions about our friendship and um

0:43

her and her things and all that good

0:45

stuff. So, we're we're just going to do

0:46

that. Abigail's basically our

0:48

interviewer today and she has gathered

0:50

questions from y'all for this video. So,

0:53

take it over.

0:54

All right. So, how did y'all meet? How

0:57

did we meet?

0:59

Okay. You want to or

1:00

No, you got to talk now.

1:02

Um, so we were at a sock cop at our

1:05

elementary school and um,

1:07

explain what a sock cop is.

1:08

It was like a 50s themed dance. Okay.

1:11

In elementary school and our parents got

1:13

to talking in like the stands while we

1:15

were out there

1:17

doing the twist

1:18

and they realized like we had horses and

1:21

land like they had horses and so they're

1:23

like, "Oh, I bet your daughter would

1:24

want to come over and meet our

1:26

daughter's horses." So they didn't I

1:27

guess they didn't put together that we

1:29

were like 6 years apart.

1:31

Um so we that kindergarten fifth grade

1:33

we actually left the dance that night

1:34

and went and like saw their barn like

1:36

saw Ryan Springs.

1:37

I don't remember that.

1:37

Well cuz you were a child and then our

1:41

parents kind of became friends which

1:43

inadvertently made us friends and my

1:45

parent like when they would hang out we

1:46

would hang out.

1:48

Yeah. Like poker nights and stuff.

1:49

Poker nights. Yeah. So we had we were

1:51

kind of forced into the friendship by

1:53

our parents becoming friends. Um, and

1:56

then I guess from there I I worked for

2:00

her parents and went to horse shows and

2:02

it was kind of like a big sister, little

2:04

sister, more like cousins I think

2:05

because you were let's see when we met.

2:08

Were you 10 or 11? I

2:09

was I don't even know like 11.

2:11

10 or 11 and I was five. Yeah.

2:13

And then I started doing PAS showing

2:17

showing pony of the Americas within

2:19

probably a few years of that. Like I

2:21

don't know two or three years. And

2:23

that's when I think you were also trying

2:26

to board a horse as well.

2:28

And so it was like, you know, kind of

2:30

working at the shows for riding the

2:32

horses and stuff like that. And um

2:34

I'd hope unload trailers, groom, get on

2:37

first.

2:37

Yeah.

2:38

Get the bugs out

2:38

cuz you were still tiny and like they're

2:40

ponies.

2:41

Yep.

2:41

And so it was easier for you to get on

2:43

and like

2:43

Well, your mom was getting you ready,

2:45

right? So like I took on the pony

2:47

getting it ready even though your mom

2:48

still did a lot of it.

2:49

Yeah. And I would say it was probably

2:51

when Katie went to college that we

2:52

became more

2:54

like we were friends through high

2:55

school, but it was still kind of like

2:58

big sister, little sister or cousinly

2:59

kind of like

3:00

I was in high school when we did the

3:01

Twilight stuff.

3:02

That's what I'm saying. Like we were

3:02

definitely friends. We never stopped

3:04

being friends, but it wasn't until she

3:05

went to college that at that point the

3:08

age really didn't matter anymore and we

3:10

were true like going out together

3:12

friends,

3:12

right? Yeah.

3:16

Yeah. I can't really imagine the the

3:18

friendship between like

3:20

a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old,

3:22

15year-old.

3:23

Yeah. No, it was very much I was like

3:25

working at the barn. She would come

3:26

down. I would help her with her pony.

3:28

Okay. But I remember that back cuz it

3:30

was very fun though, too. It was very

3:31

cousiny, big sister because you would

3:33

still like make fun of me and stuff

3:35

because I remember when you started

3:36

dating Evan

3:37

and you were 15 or 16 and he started

3:39

coming around and he had his friend

3:40

Landon and I was like so shy about the

3:43

boys and you were like Katie I found

3:45

your training bra in the horse trailer

3:48

and I was like training

3:50

which probably fit me at the time like

3:52

not like I had any room.

3:54

So embarrassed.

3:55

Yeah. Um

3:57

I was like you said it in front of them.

3:59

Yep. So that's kind of how it all buted

4:02

into this friendship.

4:03

Yeah.

4:03

So did you ever show together?

4:06

Yeah. We showed 4

4:07

to compete against each other.

4:09

No, we were never in the same age group.

4:10

No. Okay, I guess it makes sense.

4:12

Civil.

4:13

Yeah.

4:13

I kept it civil.

4:14

Mhm.

4:15

But you showed in 4 together.

4:17

Yes.

4:17

And I showed some of their horses as

4:19

well as my own.

4:20

B.

4:20

Bow and hoodie.

4:22

Hoodie.

4:23

So what's kind of like your horse

4:26

background and show history?

4:28

Yep. So, I started taking lessons when I

4:30

was four. Um, and from there got my own

4:34

first horse, I think when I was six. She

4:36

was just kind of like a pasture ornament

4:39

that she was a retired polo horse.

4:41

No, that was Cherry. And I learned just

4:44

like ground banners and things like

4:46

that. Then I started really getting into

4:48

showing about nine. Showed a lot. And

4:53

from there, I I started off hunter

4:55

jumper. So, my I primarily am more

4:57

comfortable in English saddle. do hunter

4:59

jumper stuff. Then when I met Katie and

5:01

started riding their horses, learned the

5:03

western pleasure side of things cuz I

5:04

was having to help with her ponies and

5:05

then started showing their horses. When

5:08

I went to college, I sold my show horse

5:11

to to pay for college, some of the some

5:13

of the college. And then I actually got

5:16

a horse from Katie when Shorty,

5:19

we were like, "Hey, he broke her back.

5:21

You take him."

5:22

He was a nut. So I like him a little

5:24

nutty. So, I took shorty and did a lot

5:26

of trail riding and stuff, but then sold

5:29

uh I'm horse free right now just because

5:31

after I had kids, I was not putting the

5:33

time they needed into them and ended up

5:34

getting

5:35

Did you have Shorty when you had

5:35

Presley?

5:36

I did.

5:37

I totally forgot that you still had him

5:39

back then.

5:39

I would say he was she was probably 6

5:41

months old when Shorty left. So, we had

5:43

two horses at the time. My husband had

5:45

one, I had one, and we sold them both

5:47

just because they were not getting the

5:49

attention and time in the saddle. I

5:51

mean, I I just And then I was going to

5:52

get pregnant again anyways. So,

5:55

just had had to stop

5:57

have well I mean like I haven't had the

6:00

period where we didn't have horses but I

6:02

mean it like I feel like any horse girl

6:04

at some point usually you either have a

6:07

period where you really slow down

6:09

or you have a period being horseless

6:11

like it like you just kind of have to

6:13

grow up at some point and have like a

6:14

little time designated for your getting

6:17

married kids if you want to do that.

6:19

People don't want to do that but we do.

6:21

So,

6:22

okay. You both have to tell your most

6:25

embarrassing memory or story with each

6:28

other.

6:30

You probably have more about me than I

6:32

do about you. I uh hold on.

6:36

Funny or like a funny story.

6:38

The first thing that popped into my

6:40

brain was when

6:42

uh we you were you were definitely like

6:46

16, 17 down here at the barn. And

6:51

is it the mouse?

6:53

No, that wasn't what I was I was

6:54

thinking about when cuz you used to like

6:56

jump your horse in booty shorts and like

6:59

split up the back crack.

7:00

Oh yeah.

7:01

And that's what I thought about because

7:03

Santiago and Felipe were out there and I

7:05

was just like like my daddy I'm sure was

7:07

like stop like look at that child.

7:11

That's pretty embarrassing. Um Katie

7:13

just has this it's just like an ongoing

7:16

is

7:18

issue.

7:19

I'm trying to think of where you're

7:21

going.

7:22

She knows she's lactose intolerant.

7:24

Oh dear Jesus.

7:25

Like she knows not to eat the milkshake

7:29

but she does and then puts herself in

7:31

secluded situations nowhere near a

7:34

bathroom

7:35

just over and over. And I just won't go

7:36

into any more detail than that. But

7:38

are you talking about the point?

7:40

Yes.

7:43

You could tell it was on the boat. We

7:45

were on the boat.

7:46

Were you there on that trip?

7:48

Yeah.

7:48

I don't remember either. I've been told

7:50

the story enough that I'm my brain.

7:51

I thought Well, you might have been. You

7:52

were going with us a lot at that point,

7:54

but we had to like stop the boat like a

7:57

random island.

7:59

No, it wasn't even an island. It's

8:00

there's like as I showed her diary a

8:02

point.

8:07

It's not even just that one situation.

8:09

It's all the time. Like she'll drink a

8:10

milkshake and we're just like It's like

8:11

a ticking time bomb and she's like just

8:14

like out of there. No, like Yeah. I

8:20

I can't help it. But at the same time,

8:23

on that trip specifically, there was no

8:24

island. I was in jeans and a t-shirt

8:26

because we went to watch the fireworks.

8:28

I was not in a bathing suit and I had to

8:30

get down in the water.

8:32

Proud to be an American playing

8:34

and it was like in the fireworks.

8:36

Water. Yeah.

8:38

and then copy your eyes into your jeans.

8:41

Katie brows.

8:43

I don't know. I like honestly I don't

8:46

feel like I I feel like there are some

8:48

embarrassing stories, but I you

8:50

sheltered me so hardcore that I don't

8:53

feel like I know them all firsthand

8:54

enough because I hear stories of them.

8:56

Yeah.

8:57

And I can't tell them because with the

8:59

age gap when you were older than me into

9:02

your shenanigans, I didn't I I I heard

9:05

about the shenanigans later. I was so

9:07

like sheltered.

9:08

I felt like, not that you would, but

9:12

I didn't want you to know some of the

9:13

things I was doing as like an 18,

9:15

19year-old

9:16

and I was a 13-year-old.

9:18

Yeah. Not cuz you would like not agree

9:20

with it, but I didn't want you to think

9:22

like that was okay to do.

9:23

Yeah.

9:24

Because I knew I shouldn't be acting the

9:27

way I was acting. But it's good times.

9:31

Hey, it's fine.

9:32

We also just don't get embarrassed.

9:34

We're awkward, but like we don't get

9:36

embarrassed.

9:36

Like I will tell the diarrhea point

9:37

story. I just don't feel the

9:39

embarrassment from that.

9:40

I'm hard to We're both hard to

9:41

embarrass.

9:42

Yeah.

9:44

Takes a lot.

9:44

Yeah.

9:45

What's something you admire about each

9:47

other?

9:49

Uh

9:50

I think you're superwoman.

9:52

Wow. Thanks.

9:53

Like like truly.

9:55

Wow.

9:56

Like I admire like

9:59

like you're good at everything.

10:01

No. And you just have a handle on

10:03

everything somehow.

10:04

Yeah. And then I mean you've seen it,

10:07

but like I'll have a handle on things

10:09

for a long time and then boil over.

10:11

I just don't know anyone else that can

10:13

like manage the things that you do and

10:15

just be so like graceful in it.

10:19

That's I feel like that's very

10:20

questionable.

10:21

It's not though. It is to you. But no,

10:23

you're literally superwoman.

10:25

Well, thank you. I think Katie's brave

10:27

in ways that I'm not like she's very I'm

10:30

not a risk taker in any way. Like uh I

10:33

think things through probably too much

10:35

and miss opportunities where you're very

10:37

just like this is a good idea and you go

10:39

with your gut and you do it and most of

10:41

the time it plays out

10:42

very well sometimes for you

10:44

but

10:45

not all the time.

10:46

It would take me six months to make like

10:48

a hard decision like that where I feel

10:49

like I'm much more reserved about things

10:52

than you are.

10:53

That's good to have sometimes. Like I

10:55

need that sometimes.

10:56

I think if we had like some of each

10:57

other's traits, we would be like one

10:59

whole person.

11:01

On the other end of the spectrum,

11:04

what are your pet peeves about each

11:06

other?

11:06

That she can't say words. Like she is an

11:09

old person. You're eye twitching at this

11:12

that like I already knew as soon as you

11:15

said it. Like she says Chipotle instead

11:17

of Chipotle.

11:19

I'm old.

11:21

like you're like an old person trying to

11:23

say words like names of stores and I'm

11:25

just like that's not the name of it.

11:26

I know. Um

11:30

the the procrastination

11:33

like for the trip we just went on I made

11:35

a whole itinerary down to addresses,

11:38

times, flight numbers, day by day, not

11:41

like where we were going to eat. I can

11:43

be spontaneous in that as long as I have

11:45

like an hour notice to review the menu

11:47

in detail prior to arriving at the

11:50

restaurant. be spontaneous,

11:52

but

11:54

multiple times we're driving in the car

11:55

and what time does our flight leave

11:57

tomorrow?

11:58

It's on the itinerary I made you just

12:01

she's very uh she's very spontaneous.

12:03

I'm very

12:03

No, it is procrastination. It's the

12:05

worst trait of mine in the like it's

12:08

terrible

12:09

and I'm a very detailed pre-planned

12:11

person.

12:12

It's like the opposite.

12:13

Very opposite and that's why we never we

12:16

never had the opportunity but us living

12:17

together would have been our downfall.

12:18

No.

12:19

Yeah. Yeah,

12:20

it would never be good.

12:21

I can't go to bed at night with a dish

12:22

in the sink. I think about I think about

12:25

the dish in my sink as I lay in my bed.

12:27

It would have been like the most

12:29

horrific experience if we ever lived

12:31

together.

12:32

When Katie first met Jonathan, what was

12:36

your opinion of him?

12:38

I plead the fifth. I already knew

12:39

Jonathan.

12:40

I feel like I've already told this

12:41

story.

12:41

It's been told because someone

12:43

specifically asked why you did not like

12:45

him.

12:45

Um I knew Jonathan before Katie. I can't

12:48

say why. I don't I didn't like Jonathan.

12:50

Um I did not dislike Jonathan. Let me

12:53

clarify. I do not dislike Jonathan. I

12:55

have never disliked Jonathan. I did not

12:56

think Jonathan was a good fit for Katie.

12:59

And I was proven wrong. And I own that I

13:01

was proven wrong.

13:02

Well, I don't know if you want this on

13:04

there, but someone in the comments was

13:06

like, um, is it was it because of his

13:09

hoe phase? I mean, I've said that, but I

13:12

think cuz you went you were always very

13:15

protective of me. Yeah.

13:16

When I was especially like a late

13:17

teenager, and I met him when I was 20,

13:19

so I mean, I was barely out of that,

13:21

like barely an adult. And I feel like

13:23

you've always been just super

13:25

protective, especially in that front.

13:27

And like you would tell all your

13:29

friends, you're like, "You're literally

13:30

not allowed to look at her. Like don't

13:31

even talk to her." And so the fact that

13:33

he was in y'all's friend group, he's

13:35

older than me, but he's younger than

13:37

you. And I think you just saw him in his

13:39

little little hoof phase and you were

13:42

like absolutely not for my little angel.

13:45

Yeah. Yeah. I think anybody in my like

13:48

friend circle like I had like a close

13:50

circle and then there was kind of like a

13:51

group of us that we'd see each other at

13:52

parties and things like that. Um there

13:54

was nobody in that circle that I felt

13:57

like it needed to be somebody from

13:58

another world

14:00

cuz I just knew too. It's it's a small

14:02

town. It's a small town but he's

14:04

completely like I said I never dislike

14:05

Jonathan like as a person. I just didn't

14:07

think they would be a compatible match.

14:09

Um, but I was proven wrong and I

14:12

He's my soulmate.

14:14

He's

14:17

He's special.

14:18

He was a hoe, though.

14:19

He was.

14:20

He owns it. He knows.

14:22

Who would be behind bars and who would

14:26

be posting bail?

14:27

I'd be behind bars. She'd be posting

14:28

bail for sure.

14:29

And what would it be for?

14:30

I don't know.

14:32

I feel like you would be in just like

14:35

affiliated with someone like you know

14:37

what I'm saying? I don't think you would

14:38

actually have done the crime. I think

14:40

you would have just been like in the

14:41

scene of someone else's shenanigans

14:45

probably. I was

14:46

because you like to wrangle people.

14:48

Yeah. I was kind of like the babysitter

14:49

within our friend group. So I could see

14:52

that happening.

14:52

Just getting caught up.

14:54

Yeah. Yeah. I think between the two of

14:56

us like I would say I'm definitely a

14:58

little scrappier than

14:59

No. Absolutely. Yes. Absolutely. I'm

15:01

like,

15:01

if you're going into a fight, you

15:02

probably want to tag me and not Katie.

15:05

I literally would like leave the

15:07

situation instead of trying to fix it.

15:09

And you're a fixer.

15:10

Yeah, that I can see that. It would be

15:12

shocking for either of us to be behind

15:14

bars. Like, it would be

15:16

You're scrappier. You're way scrappier

15:18

than I am.

15:20

So, you went and saw all the Twilight

15:22

premieres together.

15:23

Yes.

15:24

Um,

15:25

what's your least and least favorite and

15:28

favorite movie each? And then who is

15:31

your favorite and least favorite

15:32

character?

15:34

Um, favorite movie is

15:35

New Moon is my least favorite.

15:37

Really?

15:38

Yes.

15:39

Eclipses. My Okay. My least favorite

15:41

would be the OG Twilight. First movie.

15:45

It's just so

15:46

It's just so iconic though.

15:47

It mean iconic. But if I'm going to

15:49

watch them, it's the last one I pick.

15:52

You know that I don't know what that

15:53

was.

15:55

I was just going to ignore it, but I

15:57

think it was too loud. Um,

16:00

you might be right. I think because it's

16:01

like the OG that I'm like, ah, it can't

16:03

be my least favorite. But I think you're

16:04

right. If I was going to watch them, I

16:06

I'd never go to the original one.

16:08

So that as far as movies, yeah, that one

16:11

probably is my least favorite. But I'm a

16:13

Breaking Dawn girl and she's an Eclipse

16:14

girl.

16:15

Eclipse. U Oh, yeah. Always Eclipse.

16:17

Least favorite character is Renee. Like

16:20

what a deadbeat mom.

16:21

Yes.

16:22

The worst.

16:23

Agreed. It just sends your kid off cuz

16:25

you get a pro alete in minor league.

16:28

Minor league.

16:30

Minor league.

16:31

Man,

16:32

the the absolute worst. She's terrible.

16:34

Agreed.

16:35

Doesn't come to graduation.

16:36

Oh yeah, you're right.

16:37

Yeah, she's then the worst. And then my

16:39

favorite

16:42

probably Jacob.

16:45

Probably Jacob.

16:46

I don't know. I was I was very much a

16:48

Jacob girl. I know you're an Edward

16:50

girl. I was very much a Jacob girl. Team

16:52

Jacob for sure. Um, but as I look back,

16:55

he was also like super whiny.

16:57

Oh yeah, he used a click on

16:59

Makes me want to vomit now looking back.

17:01

But I was also like 14 and 16 and

17:03

I was an Edward girl back in the day.

17:05

Yes.

17:06

No one could tell me that Robert Patson

17:08

wasn't like the most hot man in the

17:09

entire world.

17:10

He's still pretty good looking.

17:11

He is. But I'm just saying like you look

17:13

back at those movies and you're like

17:16

okay.

17:17

The hair was a choice. the, you know,

17:20

um,

17:21

the whole movie was

17:22

better

17:23

and like

17:24

he was more attractive later on. I think

17:26

that's why I like Breaking Dawn.

17:27

Yeah. I think, yeah, in like Eclipse it

17:28

started and then

17:30

by Breaking Dawn it was like okay

17:32

that's why I think I like that one

17:33

better cuz everyone has like if they're

17:35

wearing a wig it's a good wig if

17:37

they're, you know. Yeah.

17:38

Everyone like glowed up in the last

17:40

movie.

17:41

Mhm.

17:42

You okay?

17:44

Okay.

17:46

Um, I'll just say like my favorite and

17:48

least favorite two.

17:50

I want to hear.

17:51

Um, I I have a tie for favorite. It's

17:55

New Moon and Breaking Dawn Part Two.

17:58

Okay.

17:59

Um, least favorite is probably

18:05

It's probably Breaking Dawn part one.

18:08

Yeah. It's so drawn out

18:09

cuz it is so dramatic.

18:11

I don't mind that though.

18:12

And it And it's so sad also. Yeah,

18:15

I don't know. I just It's

18:18

I don't mind that. I And maybe it's

18:20

because

18:21

that was what was coming out in like

18:23

real time when I was like older. I don't

18:27

know.

18:27

Yeah,

18:28

I was really young for the first ones.

18:30

Mhm.

18:30

We actually didn't go for the original

18:32

Twilight. It was all the other ones.

18:35

Character is Edward.

18:36

Okay.

18:37

Least favorite.

18:39

I don't want to say Jacob,

18:43

but it's kind of Jacob. I think

18:45

he is kind of whiny.

18:47

He is.

18:49

Yeah.

18:49

Or um what's the the friend's name?

18:52

Leah,

18:54

but I think Leah's misunderstood.

18:55

No, not Leah. The one that's like super

18:58

annoying.

18:59

Okay, so I actually have a hot take

19:00

right now and I just realized it. I

19:02

think my least favorite is Bella. Like,

19:04

let's just be real. I think my least

19:05

favorite is Bella. I think she's super

19:07

overdramatic when you look at the real

19:08

timeline of Twilight of how long they

19:10

were together and she's just laying

19:11

writhing in her room.

19:13

But like she met her soulmate,

19:15

but

19:17

was it her soulmate? Cuz

19:19

Okay, but like how is it actually not

19:21

grooming?

19:22

How is it actually not grooming? They're

19:23

literally like he has told her

19:26

everything about me is to entice you.

19:28

Everything about me. He's also 100 years

19:30

older. Like

19:32

so you wouldn't fall for it. I'm saying

19:35

I'm not saying I wouldn't. I probably

19:36

would. I'm just saying when you look

19:38

back at the situation,

19:40

but like writhing

19:42

I would screaming.

19:44

Yeah.

19:45

I would wake up out of my sleep

19:46

screaming.

19:48

Yeah.

19:50

Edward dramatic.

19:52

I think I think I think Belle is

19:54

actually favorite. Just kidding.

19:56

Everyone else is my favorite.

19:57

My only other question that I had was

19:59

what your plans for Squirt are.

20:01

To be pets. Just fun. They're going to

20:04

have good pet lives.

20:05

No showing. Squirt.

20:06

I'm actually I would be interested in

20:09

seeing how he feels about a cart.

20:11

Why don't you just go ahead and announce

20:12

his friend?

20:13

Okay. So, uh there's a little geling

20:15

coming to live with him. And he's so

20:17

cute. He's actually smaller than Karen

20:19

and Regina.

20:21

He's not like a he doesn't have like

20:23

dwarfism. Like he's just bred really

20:25

small.

20:25

Yeah. He's just really tiny. Um I think

20:27

he'll be good for Squirt. I'll be a good

20:29

companion.

20:30

And he's a he knows how to pull a cart.

20:32

He pulls a card already so he could

20:33

teach. No, I'm just kidding.

20:34

So, are you going to show him or your

20:36

kids?

20:36

I don't have big plans to show anybody.

20:38

Honestly, they I think it'll just be

20:41

fun. Like, the animals we have now

20:43

outside of the dogs and the cats, like

20:45

the cows, is not something they can

20:47

enjoy. I mean, for safety reasons, like

20:49

I just don't allow them to be that close

20:51

to the cows. Uh, so I think having a fun

20:54

little project pet, like just he's just

20:57

going to have a good little sweet life

20:59

with kids. And I I could definitely see

21:02

like I know Kinsley is having her little

21:05

like cat fantasy right now. She wants to

21:07

show cats.

21:08

Um has no interest in writing.

21:11

I could see her liking the minis better

21:14

if she were to show because

21:17

it's not necessarily writing, but it's

21:19

like

21:20

I don't know. I could see her liking

21:21

that.

21:22

Like right now they get the dogs out

21:24

every evening and make them like play

21:27

like play with them. They're part like

21:29

they put on a dog show and they lead

21:31

them around and do stuff with them and

21:33

take them on walks at the house. Just

21:36

our dogs don't need to be on a leash by

21:37

any means, but they put them on leashes

21:38

and lead them around. So, I think having

21:40

the goats and squirt there for them to

21:44

play with is going to be a lot of fun.

21:46

Do you plan to get more goats or just

21:48

just stick with those two?

21:49

Just those two. Um, I did see a few

21:52

other questions and one of them that was

21:54

interesting to me is someone said,

21:56

"Would you trust your kids to spend the

21:58

night with me?" And I was like, "That's

22:00

an odd question, but would you?"

22:02

Yeah. So, when I had Kinsley, actually,

22:04

it wasn't a full overnight. I would 100%

22:06

trust Katie to have them overnight, but

22:08

when I had Kinsley, of course, my family

22:10

wanted to be at the hospital. So, you

22:14

came at like 3:00 a.m., got Presley out

22:17

of bed, and took her home and threw her

22:18

in bed with you guys and watched the

22:20

Grinch and hung out. Wow. Was

22:22

it was pouring rain. It was terrible.

22:24

Um,

22:24

so that's the closest to a sleepover.

22:25

But,

22:26

here's the thing. I don't think they

22:27

would. Like, I think they would be all

22:29

about it up until about 9:30

22:32

and then

22:33

Kinsley be like,

22:35

"No."

22:35

Okay.

22:36

Yeah. I don't do a lot of overnights

22:38

away. I don't feel like um outside of

22:41

grandparents,

22:42

they've never stayed anywhere but a

22:44

grandparents house. I'm kind of

22:45

I just don't think she would.

22:45

I'm kind of strict on that.

22:46

Birdie and Honey are like it

22:48

it. Yeah, I agree.

22:49

And

22:51

like there's been a couple times it was

22:52

hilarious where you were like, "Hey, I'm

22:55

going to be back at 10:00." Like you I'm

22:57

I'm keeping them late but not overnight.

23:00

And like she knew you were coming back.

23:03

And so she's a little bitty. And she'd

23:05

every like 10 minutes she'd pause Ariel

23:08

and be like, "My mom's coming to get

23:10

me." And I was like, "I know. Yeah, she

23:13

is. It'd be a little bit longer." And

23:15

she'd be like, "Okay."

23:16

She like just to remind me, right?

23:18

And then she'd be like, "You know my you

23:20

know my I'm not sleeping here."

23:22

I'm like, "I know." Like it was like to

23:23

reassure herself. But she was she would

23:25

let me know.

23:26

No. I feel like they're so used to you

23:28

cuz they heard your voice as much as

23:30

mine. Even in like the womb,

23:32

rubbing your butt when you had sciatic

23:34

pain.

23:35

Yeah, Katie was my emotional support

23:36

friend while I was pregnant.

23:37

I don't know how that happened. We were

23:39

That was when we lived in the

23:40

neighborhood and for some reason I think

23:42

we had

23:42

It was a Christmas party.

23:44

I thought it was the night that for some

23:47

reason I don't know why we had so many

23:49

people over, but we just had friends

23:51

over and y'all popped over and it was

23:53

when we got a bed finally cuz we had had

23:55

a we had had a mattress on the floor for

23:57

forever because it was on the floor.

23:59

Yeah.

24:00

So, I think it was when like they were

24:02

putting the bed together in the hall or

24:05

in like the living room and we laid on

24:07

the thing in there and I was rubbing

24:09

your butt.

24:09

Yeah. I had really bad sciatic pain in

24:11

my right butt cheek.

24:13

So, I make my husband like stick his

24:15

elbow in it and I I think he was setting

24:17

up the bed.

24:18

Yeah.

24:18

And it was it was a rough night of pain

24:20

and I was like, "Katie, get on these

24:22

cheeks."

24:25

So, I think that's what we're doing for

24:27

long questions today. I definitely think

24:30

we need to do a part two. So, if you

24:32

have any questions or topics about Miss

24:35

Rebecca um that you would like to know

24:37

in a part two or even more things about

24:39

us together, leave those in the comments

24:42

because we would like to pull from them

24:44

and use your actual comments. But we're

24:46

going to go into a rapid fire segment.

24:49

What's Katie's favorite color?

24:50

Turquoise.

24:51

Yes. What's Katie's favorite food?

24:52

Uh, chicken.

24:53

Yes.

24:54

What's Katie's favorite holiday?

24:56

Halloween.

24:57

No.

24:57

Really?

24:58

Christmas.

25:00

Presents.

25:03

What's her favorite season?

25:05

Fall.

25:05

Yep.

25:06

What's her favorite flower?

25:08

Flower? Uh, a lily or a daisy?

25:10

Yes. I won't know that about you.

25:12

It's okay.

25:13

Unfortunately,

25:14

celebrity crush.

25:16

Um, um, Sam Hugan.

25:19

Yes. Who is that?

25:20

Jamie Frasier. Actually, not Sam Hugan.

25:23

Jamie Frasier.

25:23

Specifically, Jamie

25:25

from Outlander.

25:26

James Alexander Malcolm McKenzie

25:28

Frasier.

25:30

Okay.

25:31

Good. Right.

25:31

Uh, what's your favorite movie?

25:33

Twilight.

25:35

Would you agree?

25:36

No.

25:36

No. That's not my favorite either.

25:38

What is it?

25:40

Pride and Prejudice.

25:41

My That's my go-to.

25:42

Okay, you got it. Favorite book?

25:45

Um,

25:47

[Laughter]

25:49

Skip.

25:51

She likes uh FA dramas.

25:55

Comfort food?

25:56

Uh, brownies.

25:58

Oh, yeah. It's a good one. What do you

26:00

think she would say is her favorite

26:02

feature of herself?

26:04

Favorite feature? Her hair.

26:05

As I pet it.

26:08

First kiss.

26:10

Who was her first kiss? Kip. In the

26:11

closet.

26:12

I you you pulled one from the Yeah, it

26:16

is. I know. Technically, I was four.

26:18

I probably should ask her some stuff now

26:19

because that's a lot.

26:20

What's Rebecca's favorite color?

26:22

Uh, earth tones and black and gray.

26:26

Uh, favorite

26:29

season?

26:30

Fall, winter,

26:32

least favorite?

26:34

I don't know. Do you not like summer? I

26:36

mean, I feel like

26:37

I don't like summer.

26:38

Yeah.

26:38

Favorite holiday?

26:41

I don't know.

26:42

I have a favorite.

26:43

You do?

26:45

By far.

26:46

I feel like I feel like it would be

26:50

I don't know. Maybe Christmas is

26:51

everyone's favorite, but maybe it's not

26:53

yours.

26:53

Thanksgiving.

26:54

That's so true. I'm so dumb.

26:57

You knew that.

26:58

Thanksgiving wasn't even in my head.

27:00

I was blinded by my own life.

27:01

I go to four houses on Thanksgiving and

27:03

just eat my little heart out.

27:04

Maybe that's why I didn't think you

27:05

liked it because it's stressful.

27:07

I know, but I get to eat so much.

27:08

Yeah. First car

27:10

was it the Benz?

27:12

Uh, my first, yeah, my own purchase, but

27:14

my first real car was the green truck.

27:16

Favorite TV show.

27:17

Now, you better know this.

27:19

Gilmore Girls.

27:20

Yes.

27:20

Okay. Well, I'm not as good of a friend

27:22

as she is, but I hope you enjoyed this

27:24

first little like having a guest on

27:26

here. I think it's super super fun. Um,

27:29

I will link all of Rebecca's socials

27:32

down below. So, if you would like to go

27:34

follow her, uh, she cooks a lot and she

27:36

has her own cows and the cutest house

27:38

and farm and it's amazing. And she will

27:41

be getting Squirt and Jacob and Edward

27:43

the goats here very soon. So, if you

27:45

want to keep up with them, you'll have

27:47

to go follow her. But, thank you for

27:49

coming on here cuz I know we're both

27:50

socially awkward and so it was

27:52

definitely a thing. You had to put

27:53

makeup on today.

27:54

Brush my hair.

27:55

But, hope you enjoyed that. And again,

27:57

put any more comments that you would

27:59

like for us to answer or questions or

28:02

topics or anything like that because I

28:03

do think we need a part two.
