Welcome back to another episode of health hack. As I round out the week talking about there are more than one way to regain your health. And this might seem crazy to you, but one of the first things that you might want to consider when it comes to regaining your health, is to actually remove what's causing the problem in your body in the first place. And I don't mean surgically, I mean, remove the toxicities in your body through some kind of a detox, whether it's a functional medicine 21 day detox, to get rid of your generic toxins that are in the body and open up your detox pathways and get your liver functioning again, so that it can help with that process. Because it's been bogged down for however many years of living in our world and not ever having done a detox. To considering if you have Candida or bacterial overgrowth, we need to start removing that first. If you've got heavy metal toxins, we remove that first. Such that when we remove all of the toxicities now the body has space, and the ability to get the goodness of healing protocols from plant based medicines, to the cells that need it, so that they can truly heal and heal quickly. If we try to put the goodness in while all the garbage is still in, it doesn't all get to the cells that need it and the healing process takes a lot longer. It's kind of like, if you need a new couch in your living room, you don't bring the new couch in until you've removed the old couch because you don't have space for the new couch until you remove the old couch. And it's the same idea with your body. So if you have some kind of diagnosis that you're trying to heal from one of the best places that you can start is can what toxicity has triggered this. What can I get rid of in order to create the space inside my body and the ability of my body to have the goodness get to my cells so that my cells can start healing?
