Feel the light surrounding you.

Feel the light shining upon you.

Feel the light within you radiating out.

Because you are the light.

There is only light within you.

Even though I know we forget that.

We get blocked by our physical being.

And we get caught in this dense.

Reality called being human.

But in reality, in truth, we are light.

Oh, so ever light.

It's more important than ever to access the light that is being expressed in people, in countries and nations in the world.

This is the time to do it.

And this day, you could commit to diving in, touching, expressing, being one with the light.

I'm a light.

You're a light.

Each person today, when you're walking down.

The street or driving in your car, I want you to imagine every single.

Human being you see is light filled with light.

You can do the same with animals.

And trees, everything around you, but specifically, light.

You know, when we're willing to see.

The light within each person, whether we.

Like that person or not, whether we.

Agree with that person or not, but not deny their light.

Then our heart.

Opens and we have more compassion, more.

Vulnerability, more willingness to love ourselves as.

Well as love others.

So today, the light.

See it within you, see it within others.

There is only light.

And so it is.

How good it is.
