Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I continue my theme of talking about the importance of detoxing, and how beneficial it is to your health. So today I want to talk about it boosting your energy levels, when we remove the toxins from your body that actually results in you having more energy and vitality, because those toxins bog your energy levels down. And this can then lead to improved physical performance and endurance and you being able to get through your day, being able to achieve all that you want to achieve feeling like you have good energy, and not feeling like you're dragging your butt. And I meet with so many clients who feel exhausted. And this is just one very simple, easy way that you can shift that for yourself by stepping into choosing to do a functional medicine, detox.
