Speaker CThis is the Executive Perspective.
Speaker AHey, what's up, champions?
Speaker AThis is your host, Neal Reyes, and I want to welcome you back to the Executive Perspective.
Speaker AToday we're going to be talking about a topic that I refer to as Overcoming Opposition.
Speaker AYou know, this is a huge topic, not only for today, but always.
Speaker AIn other words, when we teach here at the Executive Perspective, I try to focus on content that I believe is evergreen.
Speaker AMeaning whether you're listening to it today for the first time, the day, day after it comes out, or the day it comes out, or whether you're coming back and finding it and connecting with it five or even ten years later, this content should be so impactful that it's able to speak with you no matter where you're at and what situation you're facing.
Speaker AIn other words, the content that we endeavor to produce here or that I endeavor to produce here is content that transcends time.
Speaker AIt's topics that aren't necessarily linked to current events, but it's topics that reside and resonate with the nature of people.
Speaker AYou know, people are my greatest passion in life and I find significant or I gain, I should say, significant joy by helping people.
Speaker AIt's one of the things that fills my tank or fulfills me is when I get to be able to help people in what I believe are meaningful ways.
Speaker AYou know, here at the Executive Perspective, we focus on three main areas.
Speaker AWe focus on leadership, we focus on business strategy, and we focus on personal development.
Speaker AEvery topic that I teach touches on every one of those subjects.
Speaker ABut in addition, it's something that I believe can be transcend and be applied to every area of your life.
Speaker AWell, today, without a shadow of a doubt is one of those topics.
Speaker AYou know, I could do a deep dive and focus on this topic today and break it down just for leadership or just for business or business strategy, or just for personal development.
Speaker ABut as you hear me speak today, it's going to speak to the situations you're in or the situations you've encountered or coming out of.
Speaker AAnd I believe it's going to help to be a guiding light, but also an encouragement to help you keep on keeping on.
Speaker ASo as a reminder, the topic that I'm presenting to you today is Overcoming opposition.
Speaker AAnd that brings us to our first point of the day.
Speaker AOpposition is confirmation, not cancellation.
Speaker AYou know, so Many times in life when people are going through things, especially if they're chasing down a dream or if it's something that they feel called in life to do, sometimes those things are met with opposition and sometimes even strong opposition.
Speaker AYou know, I've heard people say before or espouse the belief that when God's called you to do something, it's the simplest and easiest thing to do in the world.
Speaker AAnd that's true some of the time, I can tell you from experience, But I can also tell you that when you wade into the deeper waters.
Speaker ANow, I'm not going to say it's always like this, but when you wade into the deeper waters and the bigger things, the fact is that sometimes the greatest things you go to accomplish sometimes will be met with the greatest opposition in life.
Speaker AWhether that's opposition from people, whether if it's spiritual forces, whether if it's just things in the world or emotions or uncertainties, whether you're dealing with entities, maybe you're trying to open a business and you just can't get all the right government entities that you need to give you the permits and everything you need to line up in a timely fashion.
Speaker AI mean, it can be so many things.
Speaker ASometimes it could be that you're sitting on that next great product.
Speaker AMaybe you've designed the next course that can just really emphatically change people's lives.
Speaker AOr maybe you've written a book that is actually meant to be a masterpiece through the ages, but it just seems like you're being forced with resistance or faced with resistance.
Speaker AI'm sorry.
Speaker AThat no matter how great this thing is that's in your hands or in your possession, you just can't seem to make it take off.
Speaker AYou can't seem to make it go.
Speaker AIn other words, whatever it is that you're facing today, everybody at some point in life faces opposition.
Speaker AAnd today I want to help you to know how to overcome opposition.
Speaker AAt the same time, when you encounter opposition, I want to help to change or shift your mindset, so to speak, that rather than seeing that as something as so negative, flip it and start to see it as confirmation that you're on the right path and you're doing the right thing.
Speaker AThe fact is, it's rare that someone has opposition when they're doing something they're not supposed to be doing.
Speaker AIn other words, if it's something that doesn't matter, if it's something that's not going to have any impact or any change within this world, you know, oftentimes those things are met with no opposition.
Speaker ABut when you're doing something that matters or you're espousing to do something that's going to change and enrich people's lives, oftentimes those things are met with significant opposition.
Speaker AI'm going to tell you that from a spiritual nature that sometimes they're met with significant opposition.
Speaker AI've had things in life that God has asked me to do, and it felt like when I endeavored to do them, it felt like as if all of the forces of hell, the gates of hell, were trying to.
Speaker ATo resist me.
Speaker AAnd sometimes it can very much feel like that, and sometimes it may very well be that.
Speaker ABut in those moments, you have to dig deep.
Speaker AYou have to recognize that that opposition, that doesn't mean cancellation or that you're not going to be able to fulfill the thing you're supposed to do.
Speaker ARather, you need to flip it and look at it as confirmation.
Speaker AAnd for me, I say, you know what?
Speaker APraise God for the confirmation that I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing, and I just need to continue to do it and persevere a little bit longer.
Speaker AYou know, resistance often shows up because you're on the right path.
Speaker ANot because you're on the wrong path, but because you're on the right path.
Speaker AAnd those times can be so reassuring because they help you to recognize that you're not off track.
Speaker AYou're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing in the right timing.
Speaker AIf there's no resistance, you might not be pushing hard enough.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again, because that may not be something that's favorable to believe, or maybe people may not like that, maybe it doesn't resonate as strong with you.
Speaker ABut I'm going to tell you, for the overachievers who are here in the room today, for those who are listening to this podcast, for the high achievers, the high performers, you have to understand that sometimes if there's no resistance, and it might just be because you're not pushing hard enough.
Speaker AIn other words, when you learn to push and give it your all, your dreams should be so big, your goals should be so audacious, that when you go to push for them, there should be resistance of some sort.
Speaker AAnd that resistance is not meant to knock you down.
Speaker AIt's not meant to wear you out, and it's not meant to scare you in any way.
Speaker AThat resistance is simply a confirmation that you're pushing hard enough and you're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing.
Speaker AAnd I will tell you that that is a good thing.
Speaker AYou know, even in life, if you were to go to the gym per se, you know what the going to the gym is referred to.
Speaker AYou know, a lot of times people call it lifting weights, but the technical term for it is called resistance training.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause you're constantly pushing or pulling or pressing or doing something, but you're constantly pushing, pressing, or pulling against resistance.
Speaker AYou're purposely pushing or pulling on heavy weight that doesn't want to move, and you're making that weight move.
Speaker AThat's what it means to push against resistance.
Speaker AWell, that's a natural example.
Speaker AHowever, if you look at your personal life, or you look at spiritual examples, or you even look at business or leadership examples, you can compare the same type of resistance training you have in the gym to the same type of resistance training you have in life.
Speaker ABut everyone who goes to the gym, everyone who trains on a regular basis or who has ever trained, and I'm not talking just working out, but I am saying training where they were training for something meaningful.
Speaker AYou know that every time you pushed or pulled that weight and it felt fought against you, and you push through or pull down one more rep, whatever it is, and when the lactic acid started to build in your muscles and burn and it was trying to send signals to your brain saying, stop, this hurts, we got to stop.
Speaker AAbort, Abort.
Speaker AYou know, when it did that, you dug deep down inside because there was something deep in you, in your heart, that said you didn't care about the temporary discomfort, what the goal is that's on the other side of that you wanted more.
Speaker AWhether if it was that healthy physique, whether if it was the nice shaped body, whether if it was fitting into the clothes that you desire into, or you just want to look good, or you just want to feel good, or if you're training for something, you want to perform your best, you want to be faster, you want to jump higher, you want to be able to be stronger or run longer or last longer or have better endurance, whatever that thing is that you're training for, you're working on it on the inside.
Speaker AYou know, I tell you all the time on this podcast that, champion, I believe in you.
Speaker AAnd if I'm the only one you hear that from today, I want you to know that there's someone out there who believes in you.
Speaker AI believe you have greatness deep down on the inside of you.
Speaker AYou just have to continue to cultivate it, to grow it and develop it.
Speaker AAnd as you do that it won't be long before it shows up on the outside where others are able to see it as well.
Speaker AAnd they may think that you're an overnight success, but you know the work you put in the dark corners.
Speaker AYou know the work you put in the dark.
Speaker AAnd when I say in the dark corners, I'm talking where the lights weren't shining, where nobody was paying attention in the dark.
Speaker AIn other words, you may not physically be in the dark, but when you're putting in the work deep down on the inside, behind closed doors, you know the cameras aren't on you.
Speaker AIn those moments, however, when the cameras and the lights turn on, they're going to see a success in you that everybody's going to wonder where you appeared from overnight.
Speaker ABut it wasn't an overnight thing.
Speaker AIt was you stepping in, day in and day out, resisting that opposition.
Speaker ANow, that brings us to our first leadership truth bomb of the day.
Speaker AOpposition is often the echo of your progress.
Speaker AWhoo.
Speaker AThat's fire right there.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again.
Speaker AOpposition is often the echo of your progress.
Speaker AIn other words, meaning you're progressing so loudly, you're making such a loud thunderclap, so to speak.
Speaker AAnd what you're doing, that roar that's inside of you, that's coming, that thing that you have that's inside of you, that's coming on the outside, that progress is creating an echo coming back at you in the face that's appearing as opposition.
Speaker AAnd it's simply an echo of the progress that you're making.
Speaker AChampion, you just need to keep on keeping on, keep on pushing on.
Speaker AAnd if you feel like you're ready to give up, then you just need to get up and keep on keeping on.
Speaker AAnd sometimes understand that especially as high performers, we feel that in order to be successful, we have to take new ground every single day.
Speaker ABut I'm going to tell you, as a high performer, sometimes just not losing ground, or sometimes just not giving up any ground to the opposition that's waging a war against you, that in itself is success.
Speaker APicture yourself.
Speaker AOr if you've ever seen a video of someone who jumps in like a river that has a strong current, and there are people who do this for training, and sometimes people do it for fun, and sometimes people do it because they're really stupid.
Speaker ANo, I'm just joking.
Speaker ABut anyways.
Speaker ABut if you ever see someone who does that, or if you even consider one of those wading pools, and if you don't know what a wading pool is, I think that's what they're called.
Speaker ABut anyways, they're the ones that they're not very big.
Speaker AThey're a little bit bigger than a hot tub, but people jump in them and they turn on the jets and it's rushing water at you.
Speaker AAnd what it basically is, it's like a water treadmill.
Speaker AIt's allowing them to swim in place in the water, but it's allowing them to swim for a distance.
Speaker ASo it'd be equivalent to them swimming out on the lake or out on a river or something.
Speaker ABut if you jump in the river and you have a strong current against you, you know, sometimes you'll swim as hard as you can just not to get taken down the river.
Speaker AAnd you may not feel like you're gaining much ground, but sometimes just not losing any ground, that's a victory in itself.
Speaker ANow, that brings us to our second point of the day.
Speaker ADon't let uncertainty shrink your posture.
Speaker AWhoo.
Speaker AThat's a big one right there.
Speaker AYou know your posture.
Speaker AAnd sometimes people, when they.
Speaker AWhen you watch their nonverbal communication or their physical gestures, you know, sometimes they'll turn around and just kind of slump over or hang their head.
Speaker ADon't let opposition do that to you.
Speaker ABut not only are we talking about your nonverbal communication on your physical body, I'm also talking on the inside.
Speaker ADon't let uncertainty shrink your posture on the inside.
Speaker AYou keep your head held high, champion.
Speaker AYou keep your head up and hold it high.
Speaker AIn seasons of opposition, your confidence must speak before your circumstances do.
Speaker AIn other words, I'm going to say it like this.
Speaker AIn seasons of opposition, your confidence has to speak louder than your circumstances are.
Speaker AThey have to not only speak before your circumstances do, but it has to speak louder.
Speaker ABecause in seasons of opposition, your circumstances are going to want to talk to you.
Speaker AThey're going to tell you to give up.
Speaker AThey're going to tell you to quit.
Speaker AThey're going to tell you you're a failure and you missed it big this time, and no one's going to be able to help you.
Speaker AYou're going to go broke.
Speaker AYou're going to lose it all.
Speaker AWhat about your reputation?
Speaker AAnd on and on and on.
Speaker ABut when that resistance shows up against you, you just gotta keep on keeping on.
Speaker AYou have to let your confidence do the speaking in those moments.
Speaker AIn other words, you need to be so confident in who you are and what you're doing and why you started doing it in the first place.
Speaker AWhy it was important that when your circumstances try to speak to you, they can't even break through your mindset.
Speaker ABut your confidence is speaking louder.
Speaker AYou may not.
Speaker AYou may know full well that it's not easy going right now, but your confidence tells you it's all worth it and it's all going to work out.
Speaker AYou need to stand tall even if your next steps feel shaky.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again.
Speaker AEven when your next steps feel shaky.
Speaker AYou know, that kind of reminds me of leg day.
Speaker AHave you've ever done a really strong leg day and you're at the gym?
Speaker AYou know, sometimes when you've just finished a real tough set of squats or maybe you're doing hack squats or something like that, and you go to walk, man, your legs might feel like you're at the disco at the gym.
Speaker AYou're shaking and wobbling.
Speaker ABut you know what?
Speaker AYou're building stronger muscles for a stronger tomorrow.
Speaker AWell, sometimes in life we can have those same types of moments.
Speaker AMaybe the day after leg day.
Speaker AEspecially if you've ever done stairs.
Speaker AIf you've ever worked out your legs really hard and then tried to not necessarily walk up a flight of stairs, but walk down, oh, man, you better hope there's a handrail because it may feel like you're going so shaky down the stairs that you're gonna spill it or go down much faster than what you intend to.
Speaker AIn other words, sometimes it feels like your legs might give out underneath you.
Speaker ABut on the moments in life when you're feeling that opposition, you need to stand tall.
Speaker AWhen things feel uncertain around you, you need to stand tall even if your next steps feel shaky.
Speaker APosture will always set the tone before progress shows up.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again.
Speaker APosture will always set the tone before progress shows up.
Speaker AThis is something that on the inside of you, you've got your head held up high.
Speaker AAnd remember how I talk about that.
Speaker AI believe in you, champion that.
Speaker AI believe you have greatness on the inside of you.
Speaker AYou just need to continue to cultivate it, grow it and develop it so that it comes on the outside and others can see it as well.
Speaker AWell, I'm going to tell you, this is much like that.
Speaker AYour posture on the inside sets the tone before progress shows up.
Speaker AWell, that same greatness that I'm talking about that lives on the inside of you, that same greatness can help you stand up so straight on your posture on the inside, with your head held up high and you've got confidence in your eyes that your outside posture matches what's on the inside.
Speaker ABecause what's at the core of you is showing up.
Speaker AYou know, I have other podcasts I've done where I explain that people are like grapes.
Speaker AAnd when you squeeze a grape on the outside, whatever's inside comes out.
Speaker AAnd the harder you squeeze a grape, whatever is deep down inside, that grape at the core will shoot right out.
Speaker AWell, people are the same way.
Speaker AAnd when you squeeze people, whatever's on the inside comes out.
Speaker AAnd when you squeeze people, how do you do that?
Speaker APeople are squeezed with pressure.
Speaker AAnd when you squeeze a person, when you're squeezed with opposition in life or uncertainty, the only thing you want coming out of you is confidence and that posture of greatness that lives deep down on the inside of you.
Speaker AAnd if you're facing opposition day, then champ and I want to let you know you're built for this, man.
Speaker AI feel so strong.
Speaker AI feel that in the spirit to say to you as a word of confirmation, I'm going to call this a spoken word in due season for you, Champion.
Speaker AYou're built for this, and you're built to outlast this thing.
Speaker AEven if circumstances are flying in your face that feel different, even if your emotions are trying to tell you different, I'm telling you that you're built for this, champion.
Speaker AYou just keep on hanging on, keep on keeping on and keep on pushing.
Speaker ANow that brings us to our next leadership truth bomb of the day.
Speaker AYou can't control the unknown, but you can control how you stand.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again because I think that's powerful for people to know.
Speaker AYou can't always control the circumstances or the unknown, but you can control how you stand in those moments.
Speaker ANow that brings us to our third point of the day.
Speaker APush back with purpose, not panic.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again.
Speaker ALearn to push back with purpose, not panic.
Speaker AYou know, opposition isn't a sign to quit.
Speaker AIt's actually a sign or a signal to clarify and then press forward with intention.
Speaker AMan, that's significant right there.
Speaker AIt's not a sign to quit.
Speaker AOpposite opposition feels like that.
Speaker AYou may feel like you're supposed to quit, but that's not what it is.
Speaker AYou need to shift your mindset.
Speaker ARemember, I'm an advanced mindset coach.
Speaker AIf you don't know that about me or you're just connecting with this podcast for the first time.
Speaker AOne of the things I do is I'm an advanced mindset coach where I help people shift their mindset.
Speaker AThat's what I refer to, where I help them in the weight room of the mind.
Speaker AI have Podcasts dedicated to that as well.
Speaker ABut I help you in the weight room of the mind, and I'm helping you that you've got to shift your mindset to recognize that opposition is never assigned to quit, but it's actually signals to you that you need to get clarity or clarify that you know you're doing what you're doing and it's not your why.
Speaker ASometimes you need to clarify your why or remind yourself of your why, but other times it's just clarify, am I doing this my best or in the right way I'm supposed to?
Speaker ANot am I doing the right thing, but am I doing it my best in the way I'm supposed to?
Speaker AAm I showing up as my best self?
Speaker AAnd then you press forward with intention, and as you do that, you're going to smash that opposition and you're going to knock them down one after another and after another and after another.
Speaker AYou know one of the things I say often here on the executive perspective, that as high achievers here on this podcast, we have one direction we move, and that's always, always, always forward and upward because we're taking new ground and every single day and throughout the day, praise God.
Speaker ANow, the next thing I want to share with you in regards to push back with purpose, not panic, reacting emotionally, and this is a big one here, it gives your opposition power.
Speaker AOh, I'm going to say that again.
Speaker AYou may not want to, but if you want to fuel opposition, if you want to give it a fresh tank of gas, then reacting emotionally is the best way to do that.
Speaker AWhen you react emotionally or uncertainly or when you're uncertain in your emotions.
Speaker AIn other words, when you react with emotion or when you react like just freaked out and panic, you're actually fueling your opposition with power.
Speaker AResponding strategically will give you leverage.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again.
Speaker ALearning to respond strategically can give you great leverage in those situations because you're strategic in your nature.
Speaker AYou're strategic in knowing what you want.
Speaker AYou've got that clarity about you.
Speaker AYou know your why, you know what you're doing, you know why you're doing it, you know why it's important, and you know what you need to do, and you just need to keep on keeping on.
Speaker ANow, that brings us to our third leadership truth bomb of the day.
Speaker AYou don't need to push back harder.
Speaker AYou just need to hold steady a little longer.
Speaker AWho I'm going to say that again because this right here, I could have made the whole video about.
Speaker AYou don't need to Push back harder.
Speaker AWhen you're being faced with that opposition, you don't need to push back harder.
Speaker AYou just need to hold steady a little longer.
Speaker AYou know, so many times people feel that when they're being pushed with opposition that they got to push back against that thing.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, that's accurate.
Speaker ASome you do have to push back.
Speaker AYou have to say, not today.
Speaker ASaying, not today.
Speaker AYou have to say, not today.
Speaker AI'm not going to accept that.
Speaker ABut at the same time, sometimes it's just about not trying to match that energy or trying to match that force.
Speaker AIt's just agreeing to hold steady a little longer because you know your true north, you know what you're supposed to be doing, and it resonates deep down on the inside of you, and you have clarity about that now.
Speaker AThat brings us to our fourth and final point of the day.
Speaker AVictory is on the other side of resistance, man.
Speaker ALet that be a battle cry for you, and let it be a word of encouragement.
Speaker AVictory is on the other side of resistance.
Speaker AYou know, sometimes you hear me say on this podcast, and I hear it from one of the people who are mentors in my life, that's Terry Savelle Foy.
Speaker AAnd I hear her say regularly that someone's always waiting on the other side of your obedience, meaning that whatever you've been called to do in life, whatever your purpose is, whatever your assignments are, whatever season you're in, someone's waiting on the other side of that obedience.
Speaker AAnd if you lay down, roll over, and give up on whatever you're facing right now, hand whoever's waiting on the other side of your obedience, they're not going to be able to connect with what it is you have for them, because you're rolling over.
Speaker AYou got to keep on keeping on.
Speaker AAnd I don't care what it is that you're facing or if it's a product you're creating, maybe you're just creating, you know, pretty hand soaps and you're thinking, well, my hand soaps just smell good.
Speaker AOr I have, you know, fragrantly lotions that smell real fragrantly.
Speaker AHow's that going to help anybody?
Speaker AYou know, you may turn around and not recognize it, but when someone puts your hand lotion on or they're washing their hands in that soap, you know, you may not think very much of that, that you're changing lives, but what if that fragrance reminds them of something their mother used to use when they were little?
Speaker AAnd maybe their mom's not around anymore.
Speaker AMaybe they died long time ago.
Speaker AWho?
Speaker AThis Speaks I can feel this tugging right now on the inside.
Speaker AMaybe they even died when they were just a little girl or a little boy.
Speaker ABut when they use your hand lotion or they use that soap that you invented that you didn't really think was going to change the world, but you just thought it was a great idea and it was a passion of yours to do.
Speaker AWhat if that fragrance is the only thing they've encountered and it takes them right back to that connection point with their mom when they were little and the uncertainty that they're facing in life or the doubts they're having about life and whether life matters or if anybody even loves them.
Speaker AMaybe now that scent helps to connect them with that moment with their mom and how much their mom loved them and valued them and approved them.
Speaker AAnd I'm going to tell you that if you can do that and you can focus on those moments, man, now you've changed the world, even though you might never know that, that's powerful right there.
Speaker AYou know, victory is on the other side of resistance.
Speaker AMost people give up just one press away from the breakthrough, man.
Speaker AWhat do I mean by that?
Speaker AWell, going back to my weightlifting analogy, remember how I talked about that you're pressing through.
Speaker AWell, sometimes you just need to press through a little bit more or one more time because that victory is waiting on the other side.
Speaker AThat breakthrough is waiting on the other side.
Speaker AThe key isn't just to endure, but to endure with expectation.
Speaker AYou've got to have expectation that something great is happening.
Speaker AYou got to have expectation that something great is waiting for you.
Speaker AAnd that brings us to our fourth and final leadership truth bomb of the day.
Speaker AWhat's pressing against you now might be the weight that strengthens your very next move.
Speaker AI'm going to say that again.
Speaker AGive me the chills over here.
Speaker AWhat's pressing against you now might be the very thing.
Speaker AIt might be the weight that strengthens your next move.
Speaker AYou know, when you're resistance training, going back to the weight room and maybe you've never stepped in the gym or you don't like it, but understand, and I say this often as an advanced mindset coach, I take people into the weight room of the mind.
Speaker AAnd even though you may not be a one on one client with me, or maybe you are, I don't, you know, who's listening to the other side of this.
Speaker ABut you know, most of you are not one on one clients with me.
Speaker AAt least not yet.
Speaker ABut even though you may not be, well, you've got me one on one right now with you, either in your earphones or in your car or wherever you're listening to this podcast.
Speaker ABut you got me one on one with you right now.
Speaker AAnd as you tune into the content that I produce, I'm always going to commit to taking you into the weight room of the mind, even when I don't announce that I am still taking you into the weight room of the mind.
Speaker AWe're working on shifting your mindsets.
Speaker AWe're working on growing you on that inside.
Speaker ARemember, I told you I believe in you because I know you got greatness on the inside of you.
Speaker AWell, when I tell you that you just need to cultivate it, grow it, and develop it, what do you think I'm doing here?
Speaker AI'm trying to help you with that because you matter to me.
Speaker APeople are my passion.
Speaker AAnd you, last time I checked, you're a people.
Speaker AYou were a who.
Speaker ANo, I was joking around.
Speaker AYou were a people.
Speaker AAnd you matter to me.
Speaker AI'm going to tell you that.
Speaker AJust like that.
Speaker ALike when you're in the gym, that weight that you're pressing against, man, it might feel so heavy today, but when you break through to your next level, that weight is exactly what prepared you for the next thing that you're trying to go after, that next PR or that next movement, whatever it is.
Speaker AWell, on life, it's the same way.
Speaker AWhatever that weight of opposition is that's pushing against you today, you lean into that thing and you give it all that you have.
Speaker ABecause that very weight that feels so heavy for you today, it's the very thing that's training and preparing you, even if it doesn't know that's what it's doing.
Speaker AAnd even if that's the last thing it endeavored to do, that weight that's trying to operate against you is what's helping you to push through to your next level.
Speaker AAnd when you get to your next level, what feels heavy to you now will not feel heavy to you then, but it will help to prepare you for your walk.
Speaker AMan, that's fire right there.
Speaker AGuys, I am so grateful that you stopped by to grow with me today on the executive perspective.
Speaker ANow, before you go, I want to remind you of a couple things.
Speaker AFirst and foremost, if you're enjoying this podcast, and we would appreciate it if you left a review for us or a rating for us, because even though this podcast has taken off like wildfire, and thank you for listening, and thank you for your faithfulness in podcast land and in the podcast world, when you list U.S.
Speaker Aratings and reviews, whether that's on the Apple Podcast Network or whether it's on Spotify or wherever it's at, those things help the podcast to take off and they start to show it to even more people.
Speaker AAnd like I said before, my passion in my heart is people.
Speaker AAnd when I do this show, I do it to give.
Speaker AI don't do it to get.
Speaker AMeaning that my heart is not to try to get and receive something, but it's to give.
Speaker AI want to give meaningful information to help people, to help them connect with their best life right where they're at.
Speaker AIn addition to that, be sure to swing by our website@neil Reyes.com where you can connect with all of our resources.
Speaker AAnd guys, before I let you go, because I think it's super important, I wanted you to hear it from me at least one more time.
Speaker AI believe in you.
Speaker AIf I'm the only person that you hear that from today, I believe in you.
Speaker AAnd while I hope that you listen to our podcast every day, I'm going to share with you.
Speaker ATake a timestamp of right now.
Speaker AI've already said several times today, but take a timestamp of right now.
Speaker AScreenshot it on your phone.
Speaker AIf you need to, on your mobile device or computer, whatever you're doing to listen to this, screenshot it.
Speaker AWhy?
Speaker ABecause tomorrow, if you need to hear someone tell you that they believe in you, you can come right back to this moment and hear me tell you that I believe in you, Champion.
Speaker AI believe you have greatness deep down on the inside of you.
Speaker AYou just need to continue to grow it.
Speaker AYou need to continue to develop it and build it up and let it show up on the outside so that others can see it as well.
Speaker AAnd whatever that thing is that you're facing today, you go out there and smash it.
Speaker ABecause you've got greatness on the inside of you guys.
Speaker AUntil next time, thank you and have a blessed day.
