Welcome back to another episode of health hacks as I continue sharing favorite quotes to live by. And today's quote is by Greg Anderson. Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, spirit, and the realization that everything we do, think, feel and believe, has an effect on our state of health, and just stop and think about that for a moment. When you are thinking and you have thoughts running through your head, are they causing you stress? Because if those thoughts are stressful, they're actually creating or triggering neurotransmitters to be excreted in your body, and cortisol and adrenaline to be pushed out, and you're going to feel more anxious. It literally starts to impact your health, because when we are in that stressed out state, we are negatively impacting the health of our gut. We're negatively impacting our ability to sleep well, whereas if our thoughts are positive and they're running the love story and we're happy, then we have completely different neurotransmitters being secreted, and we are feeling very different in our body. So there is a connection between our thoughts, how we're feeling, and the actual physiology of our body, and therefore it's impacting whether our health outcomes are positive or not so positive. So the power of what we think and what we believe is literally impacting our health. And so the way we get to total wellness is by addressing all of our bodies, our physical body, our emotional body. Have we got stuffed down emotions that we've been carrying along like a bag of rocks that need to be released out of our body, our mental body, our thoughts? What are the thoughts that are running through our mind every day? Are they thoughts that are telling the love story and lifting ourselves up, or are they thoughts of the horror show and creating fear and stress and then looking at our spiritual alignment? Are we living our life to our fullest potential to who we were always meant to be? Or are we in a job because it pays the bills, but boy, do we hate that job, and how does that affect how we feel in each and every day? And so this is the work that we do through amplify impact Academy. We train people in learning the tools to release the stuffed down emotions, to release the toxic, toxic thoughts. And then individually, I work with people to help you address this and bring your body into alignment. And we're working with the power of the unconscious mind. So it's quick, it's easy, it's graceful, and it doesn't require that you have to talk about all the crap that got you to where you're at now. All of it served a purpose. Is where you're at now, and now you get to break through and go to where you were always meant to be, to be the person that you are becoming. And you don't have to talk about it. I don't need to know that. We just need to get the learnings from everything that's happened, and when we work with the unconscious mind, as I said, it's fast, it's quick, it's easy.
