Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today I'm going to read from the most famous poet, Haviz.

Speaker A

He was born in 1320, died in 1389, and he was a very beloved poet of Persia, and he was also Rumi's best bud.

Speaker A

So this is a very short and simple writing of his.

Speaker A

It is called how did the Rose.

Speaker A

How did the rose.

Speaker A

How did the rose ever open its heart and give to this world all of its beauty?

Speaker A

It felt the encouragement of light against its being, otherwise we all remain too frightened.

Speaker A

How did the rose.

Speaker A

How did the rose ever open its heart and give to this world all of its beauty?

Speaker A

It felt the encouragement of light against its being, otherwise we all remained too frightened.

Speaker A

Consider this love note your encouragement.

Speaker A

If you are listening to my voice right now, I am encouraging you to keep going, to keep discovering, to keep accepting, to keep loving, to keep on your path to become who you were born to be, to live the life your soul intended.

Speaker A

This is my encouragement today.

Speaker A

I also invite you to look for encouragement everywhere.

Speaker A

You know when we talked about love previously and I talked about having you see love everywhere, well, that love also is encouragement.

Speaker A

When somebody says, I see you or you know that they are seeing you, that is encouragement.

Speaker A

That is a form of encouragement.

Speaker A

Yet you can take it one step further and actually seek encouragement.

Speaker A

That's what we do with fear busters, right?

Speaker A

That's why we call our support buddies and say, I've forgotten who I am.

Speaker A

This week.

Speaker A

I was having a very, very difficult day myself and I was just riddled with all of this discombobulation and disbelief and, dare I say, shame.

Speaker A

And I worked through it, yet I couldn't work through all of it alone.

Speaker A

And that's what I want you to hear right now.

Speaker A

We're not meant to work through all of our stuff all by ourself in a little tiny room with a journal.

Speaker A

Now, it's helpful to do a lot of it alone with a journal, if that's what serves you, but for so many, that's just not enough.

Speaker A

And in fact, I don't think it's enough for anybody.

Speaker A

Even monks hang out together.

Speaker A

Sure, they spend a certain period of time in solitude in order to get closer to thee.

Speaker A

Yet they too share their meals.

Speaker A

They too nod their heads.

Speaker A

They too live together, unless they're in the caves alone.

Speaker A

But that's for another story, another day.

Speaker A

So it's okay to need encouragement.

Speaker A

It's okay to want to be reminded.

Speaker A

It's okay that sometimes you forget why you're Here, what matters?

Speaker A

Why keep going?

Speaker A

What's the point?

Speaker A

I want you to hear right now.

Speaker A

Open your heart and just listen to my words.

Speaker A

You are worth everything.

Speaker A

You are worth the sun and the moon and the stars.

Speaker A

You are worth it all because you are made from the very thing stars are.

Speaker A

You are very much made with stardust.

Speaker A

And you being here at this particular time, at this particular moment in Earth, in this time frame, in this moment, means that you are here for a reason.

Speaker A

You are here with a purpose.

Speaker A

You are here to move all the barriers between you and your peace.

Speaker A

You and the thing that you are moved to do.

Speaker A

The calling that you are being called towards everything that stands in your way.

Speaker A

Your job is to get the skills, the tools, the support you need in order to move through it.

Speaker A

Don't let the walls get in your way.

Speaker A

The walls are just the way that you know what you need to learn next.

Speaker A

That's all they are.

Speaker A

That's all they are.

Speaker A

They're not roadblocks.

Speaker A

They ask instead.

Speaker A

Do you have the skill?

Speaker A

Do you have the tools?

Speaker A

Do you have the support?

Speaker A

So you have to go get it?

Speaker A

And all that helps you become who you're meant to be so that you can live the life your soul intended.

Speaker A

Because you, my friend, have everything that you need in order to fulfill your destiny.

Speaker A

You just forgot.

Speaker A

You just forgot.

Speaker A

And just because you have everything that you need to fulfill your destiny, doesn't mean that you don't need encouragement and some tool refinement and skills, right?

Speaker A

Like.

Speaker A

But you have everything.

Speaker A

You came into this world with everything.

Speaker A

Everything.

Speaker A

You are magnificent, my friend.

Speaker A

And what an honor it is to know.

Speaker A

You may today you go to sleep knowing that you are enough, exactly as you are.

Speaker A

You don't have to earn anything or get anything.

Speaker A

You don't have to deserve anything.

Speaker A

You are enough, exactly as you are.

Speaker A

This is my way of encouraging you to remember who you are.

Speaker A

And it's okay to ask for more from the people around you.

Speaker A

From your cat or dog, from your fish, from the squirrels, from the trees, from the stars.

Speaker A

Because you are one with everything.

Speaker A

You are one with everything.

Speaker A

Remember that.

Speaker A

And so it is.

Speaker A

Until next time.

Speaker A

Be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you, Sam.
