Welcome back to another edition of health hack. And here we are in the middle of November, getting towards the end of the year. And I have a question for you. Are you feeling tired and rundown? The years fly by quickly, but it seems that we work so hard all year long. And we can get towards the end of the year. And we're just feeling exhausted. And so I want to ask you another question. What are you going to do differently in 2024, so that you don't feel tired and rundown at the end of the year, or at the beginning of the year, as you set your goals in life in business? Are you setting goals around your health, it's really important to be including our health in our goals, because if we don't have our health, we can't be building our business, our career, raising our family, and looking after our kids and being the partner that we want to be to our spouse. When we're running on low energy, we don't have what it takes to be able to show up in the way that we want to. Yet there's so much that we can do in order to ensure that we do have good energy, all day, every day all year long. And that comes with prioritizing your health, which doesn't have to be as hard as you might think it is, it is definitely required that you learn something new, maybe change some habits. After all, Albert Einstein said, you cannot solve a problem with the same mindset that created it. So I invite you to think about what is it that you can do differently moving forward. And I have a number of tools that I can share with you to help you to guide you. And I will be talking about those in the next couple of health hack episodes in order to just allow you to start thinking differently to become aware of what is available to you. And to start off in a simplest place to start off being met exactly where you're at. And with somebody that can hold your hand and guide you through because you don't know what you don't know. So if you haven't already accomplished it, it's because you don't know. And that's not your fault, you've been busy doing other things. So working with someone who can guide you and show you the way to optimize your health to have good energy all day every day. And to be able to achieve that easily. With a few habit changes that can also be achieved easily when you work with the power of your unconscious mind. You can set yourself up for success in all areas of your life in 2024.
